Abstract

Customer loyalty plays an important role in Industrial production and service. This banking industry is an industry based on the principle of trust (agent of trust), so it is necessary to create an image first so that prospective customers grow trust in our company first. The phenomenon that occurs in the field today seems to be starting to show a decline in customers due to several current economic conditions, customers who often use credit are starting to decline but prefer to switch to savings products even though the credit process is easy and fast, competing with commercial banks. Research objectives (1) to analyze the effect of corporate ability image and corporate social responsibility image on trust; (2) Analyzing the influence of corporate ability image and corporate social responsibility image on loyalty; (3) Analyzing the influence of corporate ability image and corporate social responsibility image on loyalty through trust; (4) Analyzing the effect of trust on loyalty. The research method is descriptive quantitative method. The sampling method used in this study is Accidental Sampling, which is a sampling technique carried out by appointing anyone or by chance provided that they have used a product from a BPR. Corporate ability image has a positive and significant impact on customer trust. Corporate Social Responsibility Image has a positive and significant influence on customer trust. Corporate Ability Image affects customer loyalty through trust. Corporate Social Responsibility Image affects customer loyalty through trust affects customer loyalty. Trust has a significant influence on customer loyalty.

Abstract

The mapping of tourism potential in the village of kumpulrejo is important for the development of pioneering tourism villages. The tourist attraction of Kumpulrejo village as a tourist destination is tani rukun santosa group and coffee plantation. The pioneering development of the kumpulrejo tourism village requires creative efforts to create and issue a unique character. Kumpulrejo Village is one of the pioneering tourism villages in the city of Salatiga, Argomulyo district. The community service activity is a collaboration of the STIEPARI Semarang service team with the Salatiga city government to support the tourism development program of the city of Salatiga as a gastronomy city. The purpose of this service is to map the tourism potential of the kumpulrejo village and map the strategies that need to be done to become an agriculture-based tourism village. With the mapping of the tourism potential of Kumpulrejo village, it is hoped that this roadmap will be the first step in developing the Kumpulrejo tourist village.

Abstract

AbstrakCoffee Shop saat ini merupakan salah satu faktor pendukung dalam sektor pariwisata, dimana mereka memiliki peminat khusus. Khususnya para konsumen yang tertarik pada cita khas rasa kopi yang unik. Perkembangan bisnis Coffee shop saat ini paling cepat di dunia dan menjadi tren. Berbagai gaya dan tema bermunculan untuk masing-masing coffee shop untuk menarik dan memberikan kepuasan pada konsumen. Mulai dari bahan baku kopi yang digunakan, create kreasi menu coffee yang ditawarkan serta menu makanan pendamping coffee. Semuanya dipikirkan betul-betul oleh pemilik usaha. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kepuasan konsumen.Metode yang digunakan metode non-probality Sampling dikarenakan jumlah pengunjung Peacock Coffee tidak diketahui dengan pasti. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan Accidental sampling dengan jumlah sebanyak 87 sampel. Hasil analisis data dalam penelitian mendukung semua hipotesis yang diajukan. Kualitas produk, fasilitas dan lokasi mempunyai pengaruh secara parsial maupun simultan terhadap kepuasan konsumen dan variabel lokasi mempunyai pengaruh dominan.AbstractCoffee shop involved contribute in tourism sector especially for specific customer in coffee. Coffee shop growing fast following international tren. Differencies theme and concept are designed to attract customer and increase the customer satisfaction. Start from the raw material, variety of coffee product and side dish to complete the package. The owner design this concept carefully. This research head for detect the customer satisfaction influence factors.This research use non-probability sampling method, with unpredicted customer in Peacock Coffee. For Sampling derivation use Accidental sampling at 87 persons. Result of the analize support all of the suggest hypotize. Product quality, facilites and location have partially effect nor simultant to the customer satisfaction, and location becomes the dominant influence.

Abstract

PKM activities were held in Ngaduman Hamlet, Kel. Title, Kec. Getasan, Semarang Regency. This activity involves several stakeholders. The implementation of HR Training activities in Improving the Economy in Ngaduman Hamlet is carried out in four stages, namely the socialization and preparation stage, the implementation stage, and the evaluation stage. In the first stage, internal coordination was carried out by the activity implementing team as well as external coordination involving activity partners. The implementation stage was a coordination process through FGDs in Ngaduman Hamlet which were present and several community communities and also the relevant government, Field Practice Stage through direct field observation, Last stage in the form of activity evaluation, namely technical evaluation and evaluation through direct discussions with several parties to reach conclusions

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of work motivation, knowledge management and organizational support on employee performance at Hotel Chanti Semarang. This research uses quantitative descriptive which describes factual conditions with data collected from questionnaires based on direct observation of objects and interviews. Population and sample in this study were 64 employees of Hotel Chanti Semarang. Descriptive analysis through frequency and percentage, as well as statistical analysis using Multiple Linear Regression. The findings of this study, namely Work Motivation, Knowledge Management, and Organizational Support have been applied by employees and have had a positive and significant influence both simultaneously and partially on the performance of employees of Hotel Chanti Semarang. The results of the analysis show that all observed variables in the form of Work Motivation, Knowledge Management and Organizational Support are significant based on the acquisition of tcount > ttable, and it is found that the dominant influence of Organizational Support (X3) affects the Employee Performance of Chanti Hotel Semarang

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh lingkungan kerja, motivasi kerja, dan keterikatan karyawan terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT.Ungaran Sari Garment. Penelitian ini menggunakan deskriptif kuantitatif yang mendeskripsikan kondisi faktual dengan data - data yang terkumpul dari kuesioner berdasarkan pengamatan langsung objek dan wawancara. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan di PT.Ungaran Sari Garment yang berjumlah 137 orang. Dan diambil untuk sampel 102 orang. Analisis secara deskriptif melalui frekuensi dan presentase, serta analisis secara statistik menggunakan Regresi Linier Berganda. Temuan penelitian ini yaitu Lingkungan Kerja ,Motivasai Kerja, dan Keterikatan Karyawan telah diterapkan karyawan dan memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan baik secara simultan maupun parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT.Ungaran Sari Garment. Hasil analisis ini menunjukan keseluruhan variabel yang diamati berupa Lingkungan Kerja, Motivasi Kerja ,Dan Keterikatan Karyawan adalah signifikan berdasarkan perolehan nilai thitung > ttabel dan ditemukan pengaruh Motivasi Kerja (X2) yang dominan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT.Ungaran Sari Garment. Kata Kunci : Lingkungan Kerja, Motivasi Kerja, Keterikatan Karyawan, Kinerja Karyawan.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi, disiplin dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan bagian produksi PT Woori Sukses Apparel secara parsial dan simultan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan wawancara. Populasi penelitian ini adalah karyawan bagian produksi dengan jumlah sampel 50 karyawan diambil menggunakan teknik accidental sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tidak ada pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan (t=0,727; p>0,05); tidak ada pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan (t=1,480; p>0,05); ada pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan (t=4,102; p<0,05); ada pengaruh bersama-sama motivasi, disiplin dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan (F=24,066; p<0,05). Kepuasan dalam bekerja berhubungan dengan motivasi dan kedisiplinan dalam bekerja. Apabila karyawan memiliki kepuasan kerja yang baik, maka karyawan akan termotivasi dan disiplin dalam bekerja sehingga kinerja karyawan meningkat. Abstract

This research is a pilot effort for companies in the hospitality sector to maintain the performance of the hotel they lead. How transformational leadership style, competence and employee involvement can affect the performance of Grandhika Semarang hotel employees. Employee performance indicators are a sense of meaning, a sense of security, a feeling of availability. This study used quantitative methods, data collection using a questionnaire involving Grandhikan hotel employees who were forty-four respondents. Use Multiple linear regression analysis to analyze data and test hypotheses. The results of the first variable study show that transformational leadership style has a positive effect on employee performance. The second variable shows that competence has a positive effect on employee performance. The third variable shows that employee engagement has a positive effect on employee performance

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas layanan dan kualitas produk terhadap kepuasan pelanggan di Elmo Gelato, sebuah bisnis gelato yang sedang berkembang. Kualitas layanan mencakup aspek-aspek seperti kecepatan layanan, keramahan staf, dan efektivitas layanan, sedangkan kualitas produk mencakup rasa, penampilan, dan konsistensi produk gelato. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survei untuk mengumpulkan data dari 89 pelanggan Elmo Gelato melalui kuesioner online dan offline. Analisis regresi linier berganda digunakan untuk menguji pengaruh masing-masing variabel terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, dengan koefisien sebesar 0,424 dan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000. Kualitas produk juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, dengan koefisien sebesar 0,100 dan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,041. Model regresi menunjukkan bahwa kedua variabel bersama-sama menjelaskan 49,2% variabilitas kepuasan pelanggan, menunjukkan bahwa faktor-faktor lain juga mempengaruhi kepuasan. Reliabilitas kuesioner telah teruji dengan baik dengan Cronbach's Alpha melebihi 0,7 untuk semua skala variabel. Temuan ini menyoroti pentingnya memprioritaskan peningkatan kualitas layanan untuk meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan, sambil terus memantau dan meningkatkan kualitas produk. Penelitian ini memberikan tambahan wawasan untuk mengembangkan strategi meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan di industri gelato, dengan rekomendasi untuk fokus pada peningkatan berkelanjutan pada layanan dan kualitas produk..

Abstract

Fierce competition and globalization require organizations to innovate in improving performance, which becomes a priority goal for companies. High Performance Work Systems (HPWS) adopted by companies can enhance employees' skills, motivation, and engagement. Empowerment is considered a positive aspect that must be fulfilled in work and has several characteristics marked by vigor, dedication, and absorption. The urgency of this research is to bridge the gap by investigating the interaction between HPWS, employee empowerment, well-being, and employee performance in academic literature with HPWS designed and implemented in practice. This study aims to investigate and explain theoretically and empirically the impact of HPWS on employee performance through employee empowerment as a mediator. This research will contribute to the field of organizational and management studies and attempt to explain the relationship between HPWS and employee performance. This study uses a quantitative method which is explanatory research that refers to the hypothesis to be tested against the occurring phenomena. This research is analyzed using the Structural Equation Model (SEM) technique with Partial Least Square (PLS) as a tool to process the technique. HPWS (High Performance Work Systems) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This shows that the effective implementation of HPWS can directly improve employee performance. HPWS has a positive and significant effect on employee empowerment. The HPWS system implemented by the company has successfully created a supportive work environment and empowered employees. Employee empowerment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. A high level of empowerment in employees is proven to significantly improve their performance. Employee empowerment mediates the relationship between HPWS and employee performance.
