Abstract

Bahan ajar merupakan salah satu komponen yang sangat terpenting dalam sebuah pembelajaran dikarnakan sebelum seorang pengajar mengajarkan ilmunya harus ada bahan yang akan diajarkannya pada murid terebut. Dalam hal ini juga proses belajar mengajar itu mempunyai bagian penting yaitu dalam hal pengembangan bahan ajar. Dengan adanya pengembangan bahan ajar guru yang dapat mengembangkan bahan yang diajarkan yang telah disediakan oleh pemerintah yang dapat meningkatkan rasa minat peserta didik. Pendidik juga harus memahami suatu yang penting dalam mengembangkan baha ajar ini. Semakin bisa seorang pendidik mengembangkan semakin semangat juga peserta didik dalam belajar dan tidaka akan merasa bosan dalam proses pembelajaran. Tulisan ini yang bertujuan untuk agar bisa memahami tentang bagaimana bahan ajar yang baik dan benar. Yang meliputi bagaimana konsep bahan ajar, peran bahan ajar serta jenis bahan ajar. Yang mana pemblajaran mempunyai empat komponen yaitu media, sumber, pebelajar dan pembelajar yang tergolong ke dalam dua kelopom yaitu jenis bahan ajar cetak dan non cetak.

Abstract

Pada hakikatnya pemimpin adalah seorang yang dikatakan mempunyai kemampuan dalam mempengaruhi setiap prilaku orang lain dalam kerjanya dengan kekuasaan yang ia miliki. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan bagaimana kepala desa bisa membangun desa banjar negara ini menjadi desa yang maju dan berkembang dengan berbagi potensi desa. Baik dari sumber daya alamnya dan sumber daya manusia yang ada di desa. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah bersifat deskriptif kualitatif, teknik pengumpulan data dengan cara mewawancara, observasi, teori yang digunakan adalah kepemimpinan dan kepemimpinan desa. Hasil penelitian yang menunjukan bahwa kepemimpin kepala desa banajr negara sangat baik dan bagus. Namun ada juga masyarakat yang masih tidak merasa senang pemerintahan beliau. Namun beliau memiliki inovasi tersendiri untuk membangund esa dan mengembangkannya banyaknya juga penghargaan yang sudah beliau dapat ketika menjabat kepala desa. Ia juga memiliki peran yang baik seperti membangkitkan semangat, peran hubungan sosial maupun peran informasi. Ia juga merupakan pememinpin yang tegas dan demokratis terbukti adanya komunikasi rapat yang diadakan sebelum mengambil keputusan.

Abstract

One of the student-centred learning (SCL) methods is collaborative learning. In collaborative learning, students are required to actively participate in learning together or in groups. And collaborative learning is also based on the needs of students to improve the quality of learning. This research is conducted to find out how the use of collaborative learning platforms can help students become more creative in collaborative activities. By understanding the different types of collaborative learning platforms, teachers and parents are able to incorporate the role of technology in students' learning process. In conducting this research, researchers used quantitative methods in the implementation of the research. The data obtained by researchers was obtained through distributing questionnaires presented by researchers through a goggle from application. The distribution of this questionnaire was carried out by researchers online, which then the results of the acquisition of the distribution of this questionnaire will be processed using an SPSS application.  From this research, the researcher can conclude that the impact of using a collaborative learning platform on increasing student creativity shows positive results. With the use of collaborative learning platform, it can visualise abstract and complex concepts, opening opportunities for students to develop their imagination and creativity through rich visual exposure. Based on the results of this study, it shows that collaborative learning platform can enhance students' creativity as it allows students to interact more actively and interactively during the learning process. In addition, rich visual exposure enables better understanding and enhances students' creativity and imagination.

Abstract

Pendidikan adalah proses penting yang berperan dalam mengembangkan kreativitas, bakat, dan ide-ide cemerlang untuk masa depan. Motivasi siswa, faktor kunci yang menentukan keberhasilan akademis, dipengaruhi oleh faktor internal dan eksternal, termasuk lingkungan sekolah. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi pengaruh berbagai elemen lingkungan sekolah terhadap motivasi siswa melalui tinjauan pustaka. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif, serta menggunakan metode studi kepustakaan. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah pengaruh lingkungan sekolah terhadap motivasi belajar siswa di sekolah sangat signifikan. Prasarana fisik yang memadai, termasuk ruang kelas yang nyaman dan perpustakaan yang lengkap, serta interaksi yang baik antara siswa dan pendidik, meningkatkan motivasi belajar. Dukungan teman sebaya dan budaya sekolah yang menghargai prestasi akademik dan kerja sama tim juga merupakan faktor penting dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar anak-anak

Abstract

Bengkel Kevin Motor merupakan usaha yang bergerak di bidang penjualan suku cadang dan layananservis motor. Dalam menjalankan kegiatan operasionalnya, bengkel ini masih menggunakan sistempenjualan dan pencatatan servis secara manual, sehingga menimbulkan berbagai permasalahan sepertiduplikasi data, kesulitan dalam pencarian informasi, serta keterlambatan dalam pembuatan laporan.Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis dan memahami permasalahan pada sistem penjualanyang berjalan di Bengkel Kevin Motor, serta merancang sistem informasi penjualan suku cadang danservis motor berbasis web menggunakan bahasa pemrograman Python dengan framework Django.Metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan adalah Agile dengan pendekatan pemodelan UnifiedModeling Language (UML) yang meliputi diagram aktivitas dan diagram kelas. Hasil penelitian iniberupa sistem informasi yang mempermudah pencatatan transaksi, pengelolaan stok, serta pembuatanlaporan sehingga dapat mengurangi kesalahan dan duplikasi data.

Abstract

This study investigates the application of differentiated instruction (DI) models in English for Specific Purposes (ESP) classrooms at vocational high schools in Palembang, focusing on students’ linguistic and vocational needs. Using a systematic literature review (SLR) following PRISMA guidelines, the research analysed 15 articles from Scopus, ERIC, Google Scholar, and Web of Science. The findings reveal that DI strategies are inconsistently applied, with teachers often facing challenges due to large class sizes, insufficient training, and resource limitations. However, when implemented effectively, DI has been shown to improve student engagement and learning outcomes. The study identifies best practices for enhancing DI in vocational ESP settings, emphasizing the need for curriculum alignment, task variety, and professional development to address the unique needs of vocational students. Recommendations include providing ongoing teacher training and better resources to optimize DI models in such contexts.

Abstract

Project-based learning has increasingly been recognized as an effective pedagogical approach for fostering student character development in secondary education. This study examines the implementation of project-based learning as a strategy to strengthen student character development within a secondary school context, particularly through structured school management practices. Employing a qualitative descriptive design, data were collected through interviews, observations, document analysis, and questionnaires involving school leaders, teachers, and students. The data were analyzed thematically to identify patterns related to planning, implementation, supervision, and learning outcomes. The findings reveal that project-based learning contributes positively to student character development, especially in dimensions related to collaboration, creativity, independence, and social responsibility. Effective implementation is supported by systematic school management, including structured scheduling, clear role distribution, and alignment between project themes and learning objectives. However, the study also identifies several challenges, such as limited teacher involvement in the planning phase, uneven student engagement, insufficient operational guidelines, and constraints in funding and external supervision. These factors affect the consistency and depth of character development outcomes, particularly in higher-order skills such as critical reasoning. The study contributes to the literature on educational innovation by highlighting the importance of integrative management practices in maximizing the potential of project-based learning for character education. The findings suggest that inclusive planning, clear standard operating procedures, stakeholder involvement, and continuous evaluation are essential to enhance the effectiveness and sustainability of project-based learning initiatives. These insights offer practical implications for school leaders, educators, and policymakers seeking to promote holistic student development through innovative instructional approaches in diverse educational settings.

Abstract

This study analyzes the effect of Thin Capitalization, Transfer Pricing Aggressiveness, and accounting conservatism on tax avoidance, with Financial Constraints as a moderating variable in mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2020–2022 period. The research sample was 23 companies from 63 populations, with a purposive sampling method and multiple linear regression analysis and Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) using SPSS 25. The results show that Thin Capitalization and accounting conservatism have no effect on tax avoidance, while Transfer Pricing Aggressiveness has a significant effect. The moderation test proves that Financial Constraints do not strengthen the relationship between the three independent variables and tax avoidance. This finding confirms that transfer pricing policies are more dominant in influencing tax avoidance practices. Therefore, supervision of affiliated transactions and transfer pricing policies needs to be tightened to suppress the potential for tax avoidance

Abstract

Technological innovation continues to develop, but many remote areas in Indonesia still experience limited internet access. This digital divide has an impact on economic development, especially for local entrepreneurs who rely on technology to grow their businesses. This article examines the potential of offline internet as an innovative solution that enables entrepreneurs in remote areas to overcome internet access constraints, create new opportunities, and drive local economic growth. By utilizing local networks, such as mesh networks and peer-to-peer communication, the offline internet allows entrepreneurs to stay connected, exchange information, and carry out business transactions without having to be directly connected to the internet. This technology provides space for the development of micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in remote areas, allowing them to expand markets, accelerate business growth, and increase productivity. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method by conducting a literature review of research articles and books. The results show that offline internet innovation is able to reduce dependence on conventional internet infrastructure, while opening up access to information and markets for entrepreneurs in remote areas. On the other hand, there are still challenges in terms of technology education and the development of adequate local infrastructure to support the adoption of this technology. This article emphasizes the importance of government and private sector support in encouraging the spread of offline internet technology, especially in 3T (Disadvantaged, Frontier, and Outermost) areas. This innovation, if supported by the right policies, has the potential to become a driving force for digital entrepreneurship in remote areas, as well as bridge the digital divide that has been the main obstacle in local economic development.
