Abstract

Gula semut dibuat dari nira pohon aren dan merupakan gula merah versi bubuk yang akrab disebut gula merah kristal. Disebut gula semut karena bentuknya mirip rumah semut yang bersarang di tanah. Pohon ini termasuk dalam jenis tumbuhan palmae (Palm Sugar atau Palm Zuiker). Gula semut menjadi makin popular di dunia, terutama negara-negara maju seperti Eropa dan Jepang. Pengolahan usaha rumah tangga gula aren sudah lama dilaksanakan di Kecamatan Rantau Kabupaten Aceh Tamiang. Motode pengabdian kepada masyarakat (PKM) ini dilakukan melalui beberapa tahapan meliputi: 1) Survey persiapan, 2) Pelaksanaan pelatihan (sosialisasi, demontrasi dan pemberian alat kepada mitra), 3) Monitoring dan evaluasi untuk mengetahui keberlanjutan program. Tujuan PKM yang akan dilaksanakan adalah melatih pengrajin gula aren memproduksi alternatif produk gula aren tidak hanya dalam bentuk gula merah tetapi juga menjadi gula semut (remah). Terdapat fenomena pengunjung kafe dan warung kopi terutama penikmat minuman kopi di Aceh, sudah mulai bergeser dari pemanis gula pasir tebu menjadi gula aren. Peluang pasar terbuka lebar disebabkan gula semut yang diproduksi dengan kualitas baik dalam kemasan sachet serta botolan. Kegiatan PKM ini dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan pengrajin sehingga dapat memproduksi gula semut dengan kualitas baik, pengemasan yang modern hingga kepemasaran yang efisien serta memperoleh keuntungan yang layak

Abstract

There are three issues studied in this final project, namely (1) knowing which services are available through immobile ibanking, (2) customer perceptions of the imobile ibanking application, (3) constraints in operating the immobile ibanking service. The purpose of this research is to build quality services in customer satisfaction. The author uses this type of field research (Field Research) with qualitative descriptive research methods, namely research conducted directly in the field, from the results of this study that customers are satisfied with the mobile banking application, making it easier for customers to make transactions in the mobile banking application, the data is collected in the mobile banking application. This research comes from primary and secondary data sources in the form of interviews and documentation related to mobile banking services. It is hoped that a stable inetwork i will be given to users of the imobile ibanking application so that they are able to enjoy the features of the imobile ibanking application service in any circumstances. which is made easy for iBRI iSyariah customers to share with the imobile banking application, which is in the form of various interesting features that can be utilized by BRI iSyariah customers. This can increase the number of ibank BRI Syariah customers. From the results of this study, it can be concluded that the imobile ibanking service for customers of iBRI isyariah iBengkulu, can download the download ID of the iplay application store isstore so that customers can use the features that are available i service imobile ibanking application Perception or it is very responsive to customer service ibanking, and iyang easy services. By overcoming the less unstable inetwork, the customer has a strong i-network operator, by updating the application on imobile banking.

Abstract

The study aims to analyze three aspects. (1) Formulation of biochar from wood refinery sawmill waste at pyrolysis temperatures of 450°C and 550°C with pyrolysis times of 2 and 4 hours. (2) The best wood refinery sawing waste biochar dosage to improve the chemical quality of acidic sulfate soil through improving soil pH, Al-dd, N, P, and K of the soil. (3) Growth and production of paddy on acidic sulfate soils by application of ameliorant biochar of waste sawmill wood mill. The research was conducted in acidic sulfate soil in a screen house in the Experimental Garden of the Faculty of Agriculture, Syiah Kuala University. Soil samples and biochar were analyzed at the Soil and Plant Research Laboratory of the Faculty of Agriculture. The study was an experiment using a factorial complete randomized design with two factors: the temperature and pyrolysis time and the dose of biochar. The results showed that the application of biochar waste from sawmill wood refineries had a very significant and significant effect on improving the quality of acidic sulfate soil and the growth and production of rice fields. The formulation of biochar at a pyrolysis temperature of 550°C for 2-hour pyrolysis with 20 tons/ha is the best improvement in acid sulfate soil quality, growth, and rice field production. Abstract

This study aims to determine the mental level of North Sumatra tennis athletes competing in the XXI Aceh – North Sumatra 2024 PON and athletes participating in the PON selection, through the aspects of self-confidence, emotional regulation, concentration, and the influence of coaches during the competition. This study used a descriptive research method with a purposive sampling technique. The sample in this study consisted of 19 respondents. Data collection techniques used questionnaires via Google Forms and interviews. Data analysis was conducted by examining all data obtained from the respondents' questionnaire answers and interview results using a linker scale and converted into percentages. The results of the percentage analysis of the athletes' mental level of competition through each indicator show that the mental level of competition among North Sumatra tennis athletes at PON XXI Aceh – North Sumatra 2024 and Non-PON athletes showed a higher level of self-confidence, namely 80.75%, followed by concentration at 73.05%, and finally emotional regulation at 71.72%. This shows that North Sumatra tennis athletes at PON XXI Aceh – North Sumatra 2024 have problems controlling or managing their emotions, which is reinforced by the results of interviews conducted on the influence of coaches during matches, where athletes admit that when they are under pressure or in critical situations during matches, coaches who are able to read the game and provide the right solutions can help athletes overcome pressure and make better decisions. Understanding the mental aspect of competition will have a positive impact on the match
