Abstract

The scarcity of subsidized fertilizers has become an annual issue that significantly affects the productivity of farmers in Indonesia, including those in Gudo Village, Gudo District, Jombang Regency. Dependence on chemical fertilizers worsens the situation when supplies are limited and prices soar. Organic fertilizer offers a more environmentally friendly alternative solution and can be processed from locally available materials. This community service activity aims to improve farmers’ understanding of the benefits of organic fertilizers and to encourage the adoption of sustainable agriculture practices.The outreach activity was conducted on April, 2025, at the farm area and was attended by 10 farmers. The materials presented covered the benefits of organic fertilizers, the use of agricultural waste, and the urgency of diversifying nutrient sources. Evaluation was conducted through observation and questionnaires. Results showed that 85% of participants were satisfied with the content and delivery. The activity built new awareness about the potential of organic fertilizers and opened opportunities for further training. This initiative marks an initial step in strengthening farmers' capacity toward a more independent and sustainable agricultural system.

Abstract

Angka kejadian permasalahan kesehatan gigi dan mulut di Indonesia mencapai 57,6%, dimana tergolong sangat tinggi, dengan 93% di antaranya dialami oleh anak-anak usia sekolah. Pengetahuan, sikap, dan perilaku individu memiliki peran yang penting dalam menjaga kesehatan gigi mulut. Lingkungan sekitar anak, terutama keluarga dan guru, memiliki peran yang krusial dalam membentuk sikap dan perilaku mereka. School Health Program (SHP) yang melibatkan pelatihan Training of Trainer (ToT) mengenai kesehatan gigi mulut bagi guru dan orang tua mencakup kegiatan menyikat gigi dua kali sehari selama 21 hari. Program ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pendidikan kepada anak dan orang tua beserta guru tentang perlunya menjaga oral hygiene yang baik serta mengajarkan teknik menggosok gigi dengan pasta gigi berfluoride. Inisiatif ini juga mendukung pencapaian target "Indonesia Bebas Karies 2030" dan dilaksanakan secara daring melalui aplikasi Zoom. Pemahaman peserta terkait kesehatan gigi dievaluasi melalui kuesioner sebelum dan sesudah diberikan pelatihan. Analisis statistik menggunakan uji t-sampel berpasangan untuk mengetahui dan membandingkan nilai rerata sebelum dan sesudah diberikan pelatihan menunjukkan nilai p<0,05, yang mengindikasikan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan yang signifikan mengenai pemeliharaan kesehatan gigi mulut pada guru serta orang tua siswa di SD Raden Paku melalui program ToT. Kegiatan ini terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan dan perilaku mengenai kesehatan gigi dan mulut setelah materi diberikan.

Abstract

This research examines the criminal liability of perpetrators granting lobster seed export permits, with a focus on the corruption case involving the former Minister of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries, Edhy Prabowo. The aim of the research is to analyze forms of abuse of authority and criminal liability that can be imposed on perpetrators. The research method used is normative juridical with a statutory and case approach. The results of the research show that Edhy Prabowo's actions were proven to violate Article 12 letter a of the Corruption Eradication Law jo. Article 55 paragraph (1) 1st jo. Article 65 paragraph (1) of the Criminal Code. The abuse of authority took the form of issuing permits to export lobster seeds unlawfully for personal and certain group interests. The criminal liability imposed includes imprisonment for 5 years, a fine of IDR 400 million subsidiary to 6 months in prison, revocation of political rights for 3 years after serving the principal sentence, and payment of compensation of IDR 9.6 billion and $77,000. There are aggravating reasons because corruption was carried out while serving as a public official and during the Covid-19 pandemic. This case shows the importance of strengthening the supervisory system in granting export permits as well as strict law enforcement to provide a deterrent effect. This research recommends increasing understanding of regulations for state officials and implementing appropriate punishments for perpetrators of corruption to ensure the sustainability of domestic fisheries and the Indonesian fisheries ecosystem.

Abstract

The objectives of this research are to examine the abuse of authority by customs officials that qualifies as a criminal act of corruption and the criminal liability of customs officials in the implementation of used clothing imports. The researcher uses the Normative Juridical research method and employs a statutory and conceptual approach, using primary and secondary legal materials obtained from literature studies. The actions of customs officials who have abused their authority by falsifying documents have been regulated in Law No. 20 of 2001 on occupational crimes Article 9, then regulated in Article 416 of the Criminal Code regarding officials or civil servants who falsify books or lists specifically for administrative examination. Members of the public who commit criminal acts of abuse of authority are regulated in Law No. 30 of 2014 on Government Administration (UUAP) which is then regulated in Article 17 of UUAP, but Article 17 of UUAP only states that Government Officials are prohibited from abusing authority.

Abstract

The reformulation of morality-based criminal offenses in the New Indonesian Criminal Code (KUHP), particularly regarding the criminalization of consensual adultery, raises questions about the limits of state intervention in the private sphere of citizens. In contrast, Islamic criminal law considers adultery (zina) as a jarimah with strong normative and theological foundations, accompanied by strict evidentiary requirements. This study compares the criminalization of adultery in the New KUHP, particularly Articles 411 and 412, with Islamic criminal law, while examining the influence of legal politics and moral value sources on both systems. The research employs a normative legal methodology with conceptual, statutory, and comparative approaches, and analyzes primary and secondary data qualitatively through systematic and contextual reading. The findings show that the New KUHP emphasizes social morality through a complaint-based offense mechanism, limiting state intervention in private matters, while still upholding moral norms. Islamic criminal law, on the other hand, treats adultery as a violation of divine and social order, but its strict evidentiary mechanisms and the principle of dar’ al-ḥudūd bi al-shubuhāt prevent arbitrary criminalization and protect individual rights. These findings highlight the importance of balancing collective moral values, respect for private space, and legal certainty in shaping criminal policy. This study is expected to serve as a reference for national criminal law reform and to broaden cross-system understanding of the relationship between morality, individual rights, and criminalization policy.

Abstract

Kesehatan gigi dan mulut anak usia sekolah menjadi hal yang mempengaruhi kualitas hidup dan tumbuh kembang mereka. Usia sekolah menjadi periode emas untuk menumbuhkan kebiasaan baik terutama untuk kebiasaan baik dalam menjaga dan merawat kesehatan mulut anak - anak secara mandiri. School Health programme (SHP) merupakan sarana promosi kesehatan yang diberikan kepada siswa MI Muhyiddin mengenai cara menjaga kesehatan gigi dan mulut secara mandiri. Tujuan kegiatan ini sebagai bentuk pengabdian kepada masyarakat disekitar sebagai upaya untuk meningkatkan Pengetahuan dalam menjaga kesehatan mulut dan gigi pada siswa MI Muhyidin. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan Pengetahuan pserta dengan kenaikan nilai-nilai rata-rata post-test dibandingkan pre-test, dengan hasil uji statistik menunjukaan hasil yang signifikan terhadapt intervensi yang diberikan (p : 0.02 ; P< 0.05)

Abstract

The problem of waste in the student environment is still a major issue due to low awareness and inconsistent waste management behavior. Students have a strategic role in building a clean campus environment through active and collaborative participation. This Community Service (PkM) activity aims to increase student awareness and participation in environmental management with an Asset Based Community Development (ABCD) approach. The activity was held on Friday, October 3, 2025 at the East Java Provincial Environment Agency (DLH) and the area around the Afvoer Kemamang waterway, Surabaya. The stages of activities include discovery, dream, design, define, and delivery to design and implement structured and sustainable environmental programs. The results of the activities show an increase in student awareness and involvement in environmental cleanup actions, social media-based waste management education, and the formation of environmental care groups at the faculty level. Students began to implement environmentally friendly behavior consistently. These findings confirm that strengthening asset-based social participation is effective in forming a culture of environmental care in the campus environment.
