Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis nilai-nilai pendidikan karakter yang terkandung dalam serial Web "Bidadari Bermata Bening" karya Habiburrahman El Shirazy dari perspektif ilmu pendidikan Islam. Melalui pendekatan kualitatif, penelitian yang dilakukan mengidentifikasi nilai-nilai moral dan spiritual yang disampaikan dalam serial tersebut, serta menggali implikasi dan relevansinya dalam konteks pendidikan Islam. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah analisis isi, yang melibatkan pengumpulan data dari berbagai episode serial untuk kemudian dianalisis secara mendalam, akurat dan menyeluruh. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa serial tersebut mengandung berbagai nilai-nilai pendidikan karakter seperti kejujuran, kesabaran, dan tanggung jawab, yang sesuai dengan prinsip-prinsip dalam pendidikan Islam. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah pentingnya memanfaatkan media kontemporer seperti serial web bidadari bermata bening sebagai sarana efektif untuk memperkuat pendidikan karakter dalam masyarakat, terutama dalam konteks pendidikan Islam.

Abstract

Desa Cidatar merupakan salah satu Desa yang terletak di Kecamatan Cisurupan Kabupaten Garut. Mayoritas masyarakat desanya terdapat pada sektor pertanian. Salah satu Kampung yang masyarakatnya bermata pencaharian sebagai petani adalah Desa Sukasenang, yaitu mayoritas petani wortel. Tujuan pengabdian ini untuk meningkatkan perekonomian keluarga di Kampung Sukasenang, Desa Cidatar, Kabupaten Garut dengan cara memberdayakan perempuan melalui kediatan pengolahan permen jelly dan keripik yang terbuat dari wortel agar petani di sana tidak terjerat oleh Bank Emok (Rentenir) yang semakin merajalela di daerah perkampungan. Berdasarkan hasil observasi dari kegiatan pengabdian ini masyarakat atau petani di Kampung Sukasenang merasa senang dan cukup puas dengan adanya pengabdian yang dilaksanakan oleh Dosen dan Mahasiswanya. Petani di sana dirasa mendapatkan ilmu baru tentang pemanfaatan tanaman wortel. Wortel tidak hanya dijadikan sebagai makanan hewan ternak saja, namun dapat diolah menjadi makanan yang bermanfaat dan dapat dijadikan sebagai peluang dalam berkegiatan wirausaha dengan mengolahnya menjadi permen jelly dan keripik wortel. Berdasarkan analisa, dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa masyarakat merasa teredukasi dan memiliki peluang bisnis yang bagus untuk ke depannya.

Abstract

This research was conducted to ascertain and analyze the effect of managerial ownership and gender diversity on directors on tax avoidance with audit quality as moderation. This study also adds two control variables, namely profitability and firm size. The samples in this study used mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2019-2021 period and were sorted using the purposive sampling method so that 75 samples were obtained. By using multiple linear regression tests, the results of managerial ownership and gender diversity in directors have no effect on tax avoidance. Then audit quality strengthens the effect of managerial ownership on tax avoidance, and audit quality weakens the effect of gender diversity on directors on tax avoidance.

Abstract

The focus of this service is to build teachers' critical thinking in the era of industrial revolution 4.0 by strengthening the implementation of digital literacy at Asshiddiqiyah Middle School. The aim of the service is to find out the implementation, obstacles and solutions to the use of digital literacy by teachers in developing critical thinking in the era of revolution. The service method uses the following steps: (1) Preparation stage for literacy studies (field studies to find out the current conditions of Islamic boarding schools that have implemented modernization. Service team; (2) Implementation stage. There is assistance in implementing the digitalization of Islamic boarding schools by the service team by involving learning technology experts/experts.; (3) Evaluation Stage: In this stage, a final assessment is carried out in the evaluation and improvement of the mentoring that has been prepared. The population in this service is all 40 Asshiddiqiyah Middle School teachers, while the sampling used is the census technique, namely examining the research subjects thoroughly. The researcher did not carry out sampling, because the entire teacher population was used as respondents. The results of this service. The implementation of digital literacy at Asshiddiqiyah Middle School focuses on developing teachers' digital literacy skills, including wise use of the internet, information evaluation and online security. Teachers are encouraged to understand how to work with software, the internet and social media wisely, being able to evaluate the reliability of information found online. Become intelligent, critical and responsible users in facing an increasingly complex digital world.

Abstract

The objective of this study is to analyze the entrenchment effect of controlling shareholder on tax avoidance, as well as looking at the role of family ownership, commissioner effectiveness, audit committee effectiveness and external audit quality. This research is a quantitative research using fixed effects model. Sample of this research is 70 firms with an observation period of 2010 until 2013. This study finds that the entrenchment effect of controlling shareholder has negative effect on tax avoidance. Other test results show that when a family is the controlling shareholder, entrenchment effect of controlling shareholder do not affect on tax avoidance. Board of commissioner and committee effectiveness proved to weaken the relationship between entrenchment effect of controlling shareholder and tax avoidance. However, the role of external quality audit does not prove to weaken the relationship between the entrenchment effect of controlling shareholder and tax avoidance.

Abstract

This study identifies and analyzes the problem of unequal access to technology at MI Al-Amin in Garut Regency. It was found that some students had full access to YouTube, while others had limited or no access. Variations in levels of technology access create disparities that impact the quality of learning and academic development of students. In addition, unequal access to technology also impacts the development of students' visual-spatial intelligence because students with limited access may not have the same opportunities to obtain the necessary visual and interactive experiences. To overcome this problem, it is recommended to take steps such as investing in adequate technological infrastructure, increasing digital literacy training programs, inclusive approaches in designing curriculum and learning, and collaboration between various parties. It is hoped that by taking these steps, the problem of technology accessibility at MI Al-Amin and other rural schools can be overcome so that all students have the same opportunity to develop their visual-spatial intelligence through the use of YouTube as a learning resource. It is hoped that these measures will not only increase the accessibility of technology but will also strengthen the quality of learning and support students' overall development.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi dengan adanya permasalahan pada tingginya tingkat stres dan kecemasan siswa, serta perlunya peningkatan kesejahteraan psikologis di kelas XII MA Pondok Pesantren Cipari Garut. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis dampak pendekatan mindfulness terhadap kesejahteraan psikologis siswa, serta mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang mendukung dan menghambat penerapannya. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif, melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan mindfulness efektif dalam meningkatkan fokus, mengurangi stres, dan memperbaiki kesehatan mental siswa. Meskipun manfaat yang diperoleh cukup signifikan, namun efeknya cenderung bersifat sementara. Penelitian ini juga mengungkapkan bahwa dukungan dari pihak sekolah, fasilitas yang memadai, modul ajar, media dan metode pembelajaran serta adanya kebijakan baru deep learning dari Menteri Pendidikan Dasar dan Menengah (Mendikdasmen) sangat berperan penting, sedangkan kurangnya motivasi belajar siswa, kecemasan, gangguan mood dan kurangnya dukungan sosial menjadi faktor penghambatnya. Dengan demikian, pendekatan mindfulness memiliki potensi yang besar untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan psikologis (psycological well being) siswa, namun diperlukan adanya upaya berkelanjutan untuk mempertahankan manfaatnya.This research is motivated by the high levels of stress and anxiety experienced by students, along with the urgent need to enhance psychological well-being among 12th-grade students at MA Pondok Pesantren Cipari Garut. The aim of this study is to analyze the impact of the mindfulness approach on students' psychological well-being and to identify the supporting and inhibiting factors in its implementation. This study employs a qualitative method with a descriptive approach, utilizing observation, interviews, and documentation as data collection techniques. The findings indicate that the mindfulness approach is effective in improving students' focus, reducing stress, and enhancing mental health. Although the benefits are considerable, they tend to be temporary. The study also reveals that support from the school, adequate facilities, structured teaching modules, appropriate learning media and methods, as well as the recent deep learning policy initiated by the Ministry of Primary and Secondary Education, play a crucial role in supporting the implementation. On the other hand, lack of student motivation, anxiety, mood disorders, and insufficient social support act as major obstacles. In conclusion, the mindfulness approach holds significant potential to improve students' psychological well-being. However, sustained efforts are necessary to maintain and optimize its long-term benefits

Abstract

The problem of poorness is not a new problem in Indonesia. The government has tried various ways to solve this problem, one of which is by establishing cooperatives. There are various types of cooperatives in Indonesia, ranging from consumer cooperatives, producer cooperatives, service cooperatives, multi-business cooperatives, and savings and loan cooperatives. Berkat Artha Sentosa Saving and Loan Coorporative is one of the cooperatives that provides savings and loan services. This cooperative aims to help improve the economic welfare of its members by making savings and providing loans or credits. The purpose of this research is to find out the procedure for granting credit and find out the right solution in dealing with non-performing loans. Every activity carried out by cooperatives, of course, has a Standard Operating Procedure in order to harmonize and achieve the goals to be achieved. Likewise with lending activities. The procedure includes the stages of applying for credit, receiving loan documents, issuing loan approval memos, disbursing loans, and paying off loans. Even though the cooperative already has a well structured procedure, it does not make the cooperative far from default, such as bad credit. In overcoming these problems, the cooperative has a solution by providing relief by increasing the payment period and offering restructuring.Kata Kunci: Procedure, Saving and Loan Cooperative, Non-Performing Loan AbstrakAdapun tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini guna untuk mengetahui prosedur pemberian kredit dan mengetahui solusi yang tepat dalam menghadapi kredit bermasalah. Setiap kegiatan yang dilakukan oleh koperasi, tentunya memiliki Standar Operasional Prosedur guna selarasnya dan tercapainya tujuan yang ingin dicapai. Begitu pula dengan kegiatan pemberian kredit. Dalam prosedurnya, mencakup tahapan permohonan pemberian kredit, penerimaan dokumen pinjaman, penerbitan memo persetujuan pinjaman, pencairan pinjaman, dan pelunasan pinjaman. Walaupun koperasi sudah mempunyai prosedur yang tersusun dengan baik, tidak membuat koperasi jauh dari wanprestasi, seperti kredit macet. Dalam mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, koperasi mempunyai solusi dengan pemberian keringanan dengan menambahkan jangka waktu pembayaran serta menawarkan restrukturisasi. Keywords: Prosedur, Koperasi Simpan Pinjam, Kredit Bermasalah

Abstract

This research is a quantitative study that aims to find out about the condition of financial performance of oil, gas, and coal companies in Indonesia that listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange and do some comparation between before the conflict of Russia-Ukraine and after the conflict. This research is using three variables such as, return on asset, debt to equity ratio, and earning per share. There are 19 companies in total on this research that can be used as research sample after applying the purposive sample method. Hypotesis testing was carried out using STATA with Wilcoxon-rank test with level of significance by 5%. The results of the test obtained, 1) there are significant difference between return on asset before the conflict and after the conflict, 2) there are no significant difference between debt to equity ratio before the conflict and after the conflict, and 3) there are significant difference between earning per share before the conflict and after the conflict. Keywords: Russia-Ukraine conflict, return on asset, debt to equity ratio, and earning per share   Abstrak Penelitian ini merupakan studi kuantitatif yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui tentang kondisi kinerja keuangan perusahaan minyak, gas, dan batubara di Indonesia yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia dan melakukan beberapa perbandingan antara sebelum konflik Rusia- Ukraina dan setelah atau pada saat terjadinya konflik Rusia-Ukraina. Penelitian ini menggunakan tiga variabel yaitu, return on asset, debt to equity ratio, dan earning per share. Total ada 19 perusahaan pada penelitian ini yang dapat dijadikan sampel penelitian setelah menerapkan metode purposive sample. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan menggunakan aplikasi statistic STATA dengan uji wilcoxon-rank test dengan tingkat signifikansi sebesar 5%. Hasil pengujian yang diperoleh, 1) terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara return on asset sebelum konflik dengan setelah konflik, 2) tidak terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara debt to equity ratio sebelum konflik dengan setelah konflik, dan 3) terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara earning per share sebelum konflik dengan setelah konflik. Abstract

This research examines the leadership strategy of the madrasah principal in improving learning effectiveness at Madrasah Aliyah Al-Inayah Depok, Pakenjeng District, Garut Regency. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data was collected through in-depth interviews with the principal, vice principals, teachers, administrative staff, students, and parents, as well as participatory observation and documentation studies. The findings reveal that the principal's leadership strategy encompasses five dimensions: (1) vision and strategic direction, formulated participatively; (2) multilevel transformational communication through formal meetings, daily WhatsApp motivational messages, and direct classroom visits; (3) responsive and adaptive human resource development through a peer mentoring system and academic supervision with substantive feedback; (4) data-based adaptive innovation, including the Pesantren Kilat program, tightening entry hours, constructing a new gate, and utilizing teachers during vacant class periods; and (5) tiered evaluation and continuous improvement through a three-level PDCA cycle. These strategies synergistically improve the four dimensions of learning effectiveness according to Slavin's QAIT model: quality, appropriate level, incentive, and time. The model is grounded in Islamic Educational Science as grand theory and Islamic Educational Management as middle-range theory, making values-based Islamic leadership the fundamental differentiator of this model.
