Abstract

At RSU Assalam Gemolong, the implementation of the SOP has not been fully implemented by health workers. General objective of this study was to determine the effect of SOP and health workers competence on completing time of inpatient medical record documents at RSU Assalam Gemolong. This type of research is quantitative analytic, cross sectional approach. The population is 115 respondents, the sample is 30 respondents, the sampling technique is purposive sampling. Data collection techniques using interviews and questionnaires. Data processing by collecting, editing, classifying, tabulating, presenting data. The results of the SOP analysis of the completeness medical record documents for inpatient medical record documents sometimes returned to medical record installation more than 2x24 hours. The health workers characteristic based on respondents’ group are 5 doctors (17%), 16 nurses (53%) and 9 medical records officers (30%). Characteristics of male 10 respondents (33%), female 20 respondents (67%). The result is 0.035 < 0.05, then there is an influence between SPO on the time of completeness of medical record documents. The result is 0.975 > 0.05, therefore there is no influence between the health workers competence on completing time medical record documents at RSU Assalam Gemolong. The conclusion of this research is that there is an influence between SPO on completing time of medical record documents and there is no effect of the health workers competence on completing time of medical record documents.

Abstract

Introduction.Writing the main diagnosis on the exit summary sheet must be written based on medical terminology that is precise, clear, and complete, in order to assist coding officers in coding the diagnosis. Based on the initial survey, the inaccuracy of writing medical terminology for fracture diagnosis was 70%. This study aims to determine the accuracy of writing medical terminology on fracture diagnosis on the summary sheet for inpatient discharge. Method.This type of research is a descriptive study, with data collection methods using interviews and observations, as well as a retrospective approach. The sample of this study was 86 which were obtained from 669 populations. Sampling was done by simple random sampling. The research instruments were observation guide, interview guide, work table, ICD-10, medical dictionary, English dictionary, and medical terminology book. Data processing by editing, coding, data entry, tabulation, and data presentation. Data analysis was done descriptively. Results&Analysis.The accuracy of writing medical terminology for the main diagnosis is 22.09%, with 77.91% inaccuracy. The accuracy of writing medical terminology for secondary diagnosis is 66.67%, with inaccuracy as much as 33.33%. Discussion.The author suggests making SOPs related to writing medical terminology, updating guidelines, revising SOP coding and indexing.

Abstract

       Introduction. Hypertension is still a big challenge in Indonesia. Hypertension is a condition that is often found in health services. The urgency of this research is the large number of hypertension patients at the Ngoresan Health Center, Surakarta and has increased almost every year. The objective problem in this study is that the number of patients with hypertension increases from year to year, so research is needed on the relationship of knowledge, attitudes and family support with efforts to control hypertension. The importance of this research is as an effort to control hypertension which continues to increase from year to year by means of a questionnaire interviews and distribution of brochures/pamphlets with the aim of approaching the community. The purpose of this study was to analyze the factors that influence efforts to control hypertension in patients at the Ngoresan Health Center, Surakarta. Method. The stages of achievement in this study are for the approach used in this study, namely cross sectional. The sample in this study amounted to 86 respondents. Sampling technique with accidental sampling method based on inclusion and exclusion criteria. The statistical test used is Chi-Square with (α=0.05). Result and Analysis. The results of this study indicate that there is a relationship between knowledge and efforts to control hypertension in the elderly with a p-value = 0.003 (<α=0.05), there is a relationship between attitudes and efforts to control hypertension in the elderly with a p-value = 0.011 ( <α=0.05) and there is a relationship between family support and efforts to control hypertension in the elderly with a p-value = 0.034 (<α=0.05). Discussion. There is a relationship between knowledge, attitudes and family support with efforts to control hypertension.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of personal selling, customer response, and customer interest on customer decisions in activating the BRImo application. Research is a type of quantitative research. A sample of 100 respondents using GForm from a total population of 3100. by accidental random sampling. The method uses multiple linear regression with statistical tests and classical assumptions. Classic assumptions are not a problem. The results showed that customer responses and customer interest were significantly positive in influencing customer decisions in activating the BRImo application, while personal selling had a positive effect was not significant. The F test shows that the simultaneous influence of personal selling, customer response and customer interest in customer decisions is significant, which is 70.298 with a significant value of 0.00< 0.05. The coefficient of determination is 0.687. This shows that the customer's decision can be explained by 68.7% by personal selling, customer response, and customer interest. The remaining 0.313 or 3.13% is explained by other variables outside the model, such as customer knowledge and education. The most dominant variable in influencing customer decisions is the customer response, which is shown to be a regression coefficient of 0.354 with a t-count of 4.153.

Abstract

Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi kemajuan bangsa adalah kualitas sumber daya manusia dalam menguasai pengetahuan dan teknologi di era revolusi industri 4.0. Kualitas pendidikan semakin dituntut untuk meningkat agar dapat mengikuti perkembangan zaman yang berkembang dengan sangat pesat. Media pembelajaran juga merupakan dasar yang sangat diperlukan demi berhasilnya proses pembelajaran. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah (1) mengembangkan media pembelajaran berbasis adobe flash; (2) menganalisis perbedaan motivasi antara siswa yang menggunakan media adobe flash dan konvensional; (3) menganalisis perbedaan hasil belajar antara siswa yang menggunakan media adobe flash dan konvensional; (4) menganalisis perbedaan motivasi dan hasil belajar antara siswa yang belajar IPA menggunakan media adobe flash dan konvensional di SD N 06 dan 07 Ngringo, Karanganyar. Tahapan metode penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen dengan rancangan postest only control group design. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas V di SDN 06 dan 07 Ngringo, Karanganyar. Pengambilan kelas penelitian melalui teknik random sampling berdasarkan. Kegiatan dalam analisis data meliputi pengolahan data dan analisis statistik. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah secara umum model pembelajaran melalui media pembelajaran interaktif (video swf) dapat memotivasi siswa sehingga dapat meningkatkan prestasi belajar mahasiswa. Siswa memberikan respon positif terhadap implementasi model pembelajaran interaktif (video swf).

Abstract

Latar belakang penelitian ini bahwa faktor yang mempengaruhi kemajuan bangsa di antaranya adalah kualitas sumber daya manusia di dalam penguasaan pengetahuan dan teknologi pada era revolusi industri 4.0.. Penggunaan media interaktif dapat memberikan dampak positif yang luar biasa dalam memudahkan proses belajar. Media pembelajaran sebagai fondasi yang sangat diperlukan demi berhasilnya proses pembelajaran. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah (1) mengetahui hasil belajar siswa dengan menggunakan media interaktif (video interaktif) (2) menganalisis perbedaan hasil belajar antara siswa yang menggunakan media interaktif dan video interaktif. Tahapan metode penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen semu dengan rancangan pretest dan postest design. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas V di SD Djamiatul Ichwan dan SD Ta Mirul Islam. Pengambilan kelas penelitian melalui teknik random sampling berdasarkan penyesuaian materi pada kurikulum kelas. Kegiatan dalam analisis data meliputi kegiatan pengolahan data dan analisis statistik. Uji ini dilakukan terhadap data pre test dan postest, perubahan skor postest dari skor pre test terhadap kelompok eksperimen. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah model pembelajaran melalui media pembelajaran melalui video interaktif mampu memotivasi siswa sehingga dapat prestasi belajar meningkat. Abstract

The mother is the leader figure in a family who is responsible for managing the family's healthy food needs. Knowledge regarding hygienic food among PKK mothers in Papahan Village, Tasikmadu is still limited, because many of them come from underprivileged families and have less educational background, so basic knowledge from the family is not optimal (less attention is paid to it). This community service activity aims to provide understanding to PKK women about healthy and hygienic food, provide counseling to PKK women about the characteristics of healthy and hygienic food and provide awareness to the public not to buy food carelessly. The outreach method is carried out using the lecture method and explanations regarding healthy and hygienic food and contamination or bacterial contamination in siomai sauce from traveling sellers using posters and power points. The result of this community service activity is that PKK women understand about healthy and hygienic food as well as food that is contaminated or contaminated with bacteria, especially in the example of ten foods sold at the Solo Snack Center (Galabo). The conclusion of this community service activity is that PKK mothers can find out the benefits of healthy and hygienic food for the body and PKK mothers are aware to be more careful in buying food outside so that family health, especially school children, is more secure and mothers PKK mothers understand how to choose healthy and hygienic food for their families.

Abstract

Knowledge about mental illness for Bhnike Karya Karanganyar Vocational School students is still limited. Knowledge about waste disposal management is important to provide as an effort to equip oneself to maintain personal health (Radiani, 2019). If mental disorders are not treated properly, they will get worse and can ultimately burden families, society and the government. The method used in this paper is exploratory descriptive analysis, through literature reviews and secondary data studies. The research results show that a study of the 2018 Riskesdas data shows that the prevalence of serious mental disorders in the Indonesian population is 7% (per mile of population) and is mostly found in Bali, Yogyakarta, NTB and Aceh. It is hoped that similar activities can have an impact on increasing awareness of the Indonesian people, especially students and female students as the younger generation, to actively participate in maintaining mental health. On this occasion, the Community Service Implementer of the D3 Medical Records and Health Information Study Program, Faculty of Health Sciences, Duta Bangsa University, Surakarta will carry out P2M activities for Bhina ​​Karya Karanganyar Vocational School students regarding mental illness. On this occasion, the Community Service implementer expressed his thanks to the Head of the School and the Head of Public Relations at Bhina ​​Karya Karanganyar Vocational School for providing permission for a place to carry out Community Service activities. Hopefully this activity will be useful for increasing the knowledge of Bhina ​​Karya Karanganyar Vocational School students regarding mental illness in the hope that their knowledge will be aware of maintaining mental conditions for the sake of mental health itself.

Abstract

This article discusses a literature review on the benefits of probiotic-containing foods for health. Fermented foods are food products processed with the help of microorganisms or enzymes, producing components beneficial to human health. In Indonesia, fermented foods such as tempeh, tapai, green tea, pickled vegetables, and bekasam are known for their high health value and potential to gain international recognition. This literature study aims to analyze the benefits of probiotics in fermented foods, particularly regarding digestive health, immunity, and disease prevention. Probiotics such as Lactobacillus plantarum, Lactobacillus curvatus, and Lactobacillus GG, as well as indigenous yeasts like Saccharomyces cerevisiae and Candida tropicalis, play a crucial role in the fermentation of traditional Indonesian foods. These microorganisms help improve gut microbiota balance, inhibit the growth of pathogenic microbes, and produce beneficial bioactive compounds. Research indicates that probiotics can enhance immune responses, reduce inflammation, and improve glucose metabolism and lipid profiles. The findings of this study underscore the importance of fermented foods as a public health strategy, considering their contributions to supporting digestive function, strengthening immunity, and preventing various diseases. Traditional Indonesian fermented foods not only hold cultural value but also have significant potential as functional foods to improve quality of life.

Abstract

The background to this research is that effective integration of interpersonal communication, motivation and attitudes can strengthen the implementation of patient safety in the health service environment, especially in inpatient settings. The aim of this research is to analyze whether there is an influence of Interpersonal Communication, Motivation and Attitude on the implementation of Patient Safety. The stages of achievement in this research include several stages of observation, sample determination, using a cross sectional approach using a questionnaire and data processing using a data analysis method using multiple linear regression tests. This research method is collecting primary data by giving questionnaires to all nurses who are directly involved in efforts to provide services to all patients at Jati Husada Karanganyar General Hospital with a cross sectional design, the sample size is 69 nurses. The research data was then tested for linear regression at a significance level of 0.005. The results of this research are that the level of understanding and implementation of patient safety in the Jati Husada Karanganyar Hospital inpatient is good, which is 89.7% for the level of understanding (interpersonal communication, motivation and attitude), on the variables of Interpersonal Communication, Motivation and Attitude simultaneously. has a significant effect on the implementation of patient safety in the Jati Husada Karanganyar Hospital, which means that the higher the value of interpersonal communication, motivation and attitude, the more disciplined the nurses are in carrying out patient safety procedures, the variables Interpersonal Communication, motivation and attitude have a significant effect on the implementation of patient safety in Inpatient care at Jati Husada Karanganyar Hospital, where the influence is positive, which means that the better the nurse's attitude in implementing patient safety procedures, the higher the level of patient safety implementation.
