This research instrument uses guidelines interviews and observations. Data processing by collecting, editing, and data presentation. The result of this research is based on record numbering system medical uses UNS (Unit Numbering System) with Family Numbering, for alignment using SNF (Straight Numerical Filling) and storage using centralization with personal folders. Factor the cause of the missfile is the inaccuracy of the clerk in returning the document medical records to the filing rack, the impact of the missfile is service delays and duplication of medical records efforts made namely socialization with color coding. The author suggests that a tracer should always be used when retrieval of medical record documents, so that they are stored again medical record documents faster, and avoid missfiles. Universities have a role in shaping students' specialization in entrepreneurship. The small interest of university alumni needs to be carried out in various studies. Factors that if they are influential need to be studied. The purpose of this study is to determine the direct and indirect influence of self-efficacy, entrepreneurial knowledge on entrepreneurial interest with motivation as an intervening variable.  The number of samples filled out were students of Duta Bangsa University Surakarta in the 3rd semester of the Faculty of Law and Business Management Study Program with 44 respondents, the Faculty of Health Sciences S1 ARS Study Program with 8 respondents and the RMIK Study Program with 53 respondents through google form so that the number of samples was 105. Data analysis through path analysis, data quality test/survival test and statistical test.  The results showed that self-efficacy and entrepreneurial knowledge had a significant positive effect on motivation. Self-efficacy and entrepreneurial knowledge have a significant positive effect on entrepreneurial interest. Motivation has a positive but not significant effect on entrepreneurial interest. Abstract

Food safety remains a major public health concern due to the risk of contamination by pathogenic microorganisms. Street food, which is widely consumed, has a high potential for microbiological contamination due to inadequate hygiene and sanitation practices. This study aimed to detect and estimate the presence of presumptive Staphylococcus aureus and presumptive Salmonella spp. in street food samples. A quantitative descriptive laboratory approach was employed using the spread plate method on selective media, namely Mannitol Salt Agar (MSA) and Sorbitol MacConkey Agar (SMAC). Ten types of street food samples were analyzed using serial dilutions (10⁻¹, 10⁻², and 10⁻³) with duplicate treatments. The results showed that most samples exhibited high levels of microbial contamination, with Total Plate Count (TPC) values ranging from 0 to 2.16 × 10⁶ CFU/g. Several samples exceeded the maximum microbial contamination limit of 10⁴ CFU/g established by the Food and Drug Supervisory Agency (BPOM). The presence of colonies morphologically identified as presumptive Staphylococcus aureus and presumptive Salmonella spp. indicates potential contamination by pathogenic bacteria. These findings suggest that street food may pose a risk to public health if hygiene and sanitation practices are not properly maintained. Therefore, improved food handling practices and monitoring are necessary to ensure food safety.
