Abstract

Kesiapsiagaan masyarakat terhadap kondisi gawat darurat rumah tangga merupakan aspek penting dalam mencegah kecacatan dan kematian dini. Program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan warga RW 003 Kalideres dalam penanganan kondisi gawat darurat berbasis komunitas. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi ceramah interaktif, demonstrasi, praktik langsung, simulasi kasus, serta pemanfaatan grup WhatsApp resmi sebagai media komunikasi berkelanjutan. Sebanyak 30 peserta terdiri dari anggota Karang Taruna dan Dasa Wisma mengikuti empat sesi pelatihan mulai akhir Juli hingga awal September 2025. Materi mencakup pertolongan pertama (first Aid) untuk kondisi henti nafas dan henti jantung, penganan tersedak, teknik evakuasi di area sempit, penggunaan alat kesehatan dasar,  cara melakukan panggilan gawat darurat ke 112/119 dan penerapan Early Warning System (EWS). Evaluasi keberhasilan dilakukan melalui pre-test dan post-test menggunakan uji Wilcoxon, serta observasi keterampilan praktik oleh fasilitator. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pengetahuan peserta (p < 0,05) dengan seluruh peserta mengalami kenaikan skor setelah pelatihan. Peserta juga menunjukkan kemampuan praktik yang lebih baik pada simulasi lapangan. Program ini berhasil meningkatkan kesiapsiagaan komunitas dan memperkuat jejaring komunikasi warga. Dengan pelatihan berkelanjutan dan dukungan sistem sederhana, RW 003 memiliki model kesiapsiagaan darurat berbasis komunitas yang dapat direplikasi di wilayah lain.

Abstract

Attendance is a very important function for the employee payroll process. Calculating attendance according to the number of working days means that the listing of attendance and subsequent filing must be controlled. The Central Depot of Supplies and Transport of the Army or GUPSBEKANGAD is the central bank institution of the Indonesian armed forces headquarters, whose main mission is to provide combat logistics services and military transportation. GUPSBEKANGAD's personnel handling system is still manual, namely using attendance books and signatures. This of course affects the efficiency of data collection, data recovery and calculation of time-consuming attendance reports, so the risk of errors that lead to the loss of attendance data is getting higher. Thus, there is a requirement for an application capable of capturing attendance data and overseeing attendance reports. This research will use a prototype development methodology. It is hoped that this Army Personnel Attendance Web Application will provide convenience in the attendance process, data collection, and attendance tracking, and reduce the risk of loss and errors in listing attendance data at GPUSBEKANGAD.

Abstract

BO'Coffee is a business in the culinary sector where every day there are buying and selling transactions which of course record all types of sales transactions. The operational system used still uses manual methods which are considered vulnerable to errors in ordering and payment. This research uses the Laravel framework based on the prototype method. The aim is to increase operational efficiency through digitizing transaction processes and stock management. The prototype method was chosen because of its ability to develop iteratively and be responsive to user needs. The designed application offers convenience in managing transactions, monitoring inventory and real-time financial reporting. Test results show significant improvements in transaction time efficiency and data accuracy, supporting more effective decision making, the application functions well in all aspects tested, and all expected features can operate in accordance with the design and specifications that have been determined.

Abstract

Abstract: Implementing an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system is a strategic solution for improving business process efficiency in the garment industry, which has a complex, order-based production flow. This study aims to examine the implementation of an Odoo-based ERP system to improve production process efficiency in the garment industry. The research method used was a descriptive qualitative approach through observation, interviews, and documentation studies of the company's business processes. System analysis was conducted using process modeling using Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN) and Data Flow Diagrams (DFDs) to illustrate conditions before and after system implementation. The Odoo ERP implementation included the integration of Sales, Inventory, Manufacturing, Purchase, Accounting, Payroll, CRM, Employee, and Measurement Data modules. The results showed that the Odoo ERP implementation was able to centrally integrate all business processes, reduce manual record-keeping, accelerate production workflows, and improve the accuracy of inventory and payroll data. The system also supported managerial decision-making by providing more accurate and real-time information. Thus, the Odoo ERP implementation has been proven to positively contribute to improving production process efficiency in the garment industry. Studi ini bertujuan untuk meneliti implementasi sistem ERP berbasis Odoo untuk meningkatkan efisiensi proses produksi di industri garmen. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif melalui observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi proses bisnis perusahaan. Analisis sistem dilakukan menggunakan pemodelan proses dengan menggunakan Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN) dan Data Flow Diagrams (DFD) untuk menggambarkan kondisi sebelum dan sesudah implementasi sistem. Implementasi ERP Odoo mencakup integrasi modul Penjualan, Inventaris, Manufaktur, Pembelian, Akuntansi, Penggajian, CRM, Karyawan, dan Data Pengukuran. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi ERP Odoo mampu mengintegrasikan semua proses bisnis secara terpusat, mengurangi pencatatan manual, mempercepat alur kerja produksi, dan meningkatkan akurasi data inventaris dan penggajian. Sistem ini juga mendukung pengambilan keputusan manajerial dengan menyediakan informasi yang lebih akurat dan real-time. Dengan demikian, implementasi Odoo ERP telah terbukti memberikan kontribusi positif dalam meningkatkan efisiensi proses produksi di industri garmen. Abstract

Abstract: IT Governance has an important role in improving service quality and achieving IT-based organizational goals. The application of IT is inseparable from problems and incidents that can disrupt the company's operations. Handling of service requests and IT incidents needs to be managed in order to have a good impact, provide optimal service and in the future be able to provide profits or profits for the company in accordance with company objectives, so it is necessary to assess the capability level to measure the company's capabilities in handling service requests and incidents IT is happening. INews television station is a company engaged in the field of television electronic media that applies IT to its activities. To assess the capability level of service requests and IT incidents, the COBIT 5 sub domain DSS02 (Manage Service Request and Incident) sub-domain was used. Based on the capability level assessment carried out, the DSS02 process capability on iNews is at level 1 (performed) with the most achieved rating and the target capability level is level 2 (managed). To achieve the capability level target, improvements are made consisting of completing documentation, the implementation process that is in accordance with the process settings and work products must be determined, controlled, and monitored appropriately.   Keywords: IT Governance; DSS02; COBIT 5   Abstrak: Tatakelola Teknologi Informasi memiliki peranan penting dalam meningkatkan kualitas layanan dan mencapai tujuan organisasi yang berbasiskan TI. penerapan TI tidak terlepas dari masalah dan insiden yang dapat mengganggu operasional perusahaan. Penanganan permintaan layanan dan insiden TI perlu dikelola agar memiliki dampak yang baik, memberikan layanan yang optimal dan di masa depan dapat memberikan keuntungan atau laba untuk perusahaan sesuai dengan tujuan perusahaan, sehingga perlu dilakukan penilaian tingkat kapabilitas untuk menilai kemampuan perusahaan dalam menangani permintaan dan insiden layanan yang sedang terjadi. Stasiun televisi iNews adalah perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang media elektronik yang menerapkan TI untuk kegiatannya. Penilaian kapabilitas permintaan layanan dan insiden TI menggunakan framework COBIT 5 sub-domain DSS02 (Manage Service Request and Incident). Hasil dari Penelitian ini ditemukan level kapabilitas proses DSS02 di iNews berada level 1 (performed) dengan hampir semua atribut proses tercapai dan target level yang diingin dicapai adalah level 2 (managed). Rekomendasi perbaikan untuk mencapai target level kapabilitas yang diberikan berupa pelengkapan dokumentasi, pengimplementasian proses sesuai pengaturan proses dan work products harus ditetapkan, dikontrol, dan dimonitor secara tepat.   Kata Kunci: Tatakelola Teknologi Informasi; DSS02; COBIT 5

Abstract

The rapid growth of the skincare industry has made consumer reviews a crucial factor in purchasing decisions. However, the massive volume of reviews on platforms like Sephora makes efficient manual analysis difficult. This study aims to develop and evaluate an automated sentiment analysis system to classify Sephora skincare product reviews into positive, negative, and neutral categories using the Bidirectional Encoder Representations from Transformers (BERT) algorithm. The research methodology applies a modified CRISP-DM framework. A dataset of 4,687 reviews was collected through crawling from the X (Twitter) platform for the period of January 2025 to January 2026. The data was cleaned into 4,683 tweets, pre-labeled using the VADER lexicon, and split with an 80:20 ratio for training and testing data. The modeling process was conducted through fine-tuning the bert-base-uncased model for 3 epochs. Experimental results demonstrate that the BERT algorithm achieved the highest performance with an accuracy of 91%, precision of 90%, recall of 89%, and an F1-score of 90%. This performance significantly outperforms baseline methods such as VADER (72% accuracy) and Naive Bayes (78% accuracy). The sentiment analysis successfully extracted consumer perception patterns; positive sentiment was dominated by service recommendation reviews, while negative sentiment focused on price complaints and product side effects. The BERT prediction results showed 2,756 tweets (58.9%) of positive sentiment, 975 tweets (20.8%) of negative sentiment, and 952 tweets (20.3%) of neutral sentiment. This pattern is consistent with the initial VADER label distribution. This research provides practical recommendations for consumers, Sephora, and manufacturers in understanding market preferences and optimizing business strategies.

Abstract

Transformasi digital menjadi kebutuhan strategis bagi usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah (UMKM) untuk memperluas jangkauan pasar, meningkatkan efisiensi pemasaran, serta memperkuat tata kelola usaha. UMKM Roopa Roopa Kue di Marunda, Jakarta Utara, masih menghadapi sejumlah kendala, antara lain pemasaran yang didominasi metode konvensional, belum tersedianya website e-commerce, serta pengelolaan usaha yang belum terstruktur pada aspek perencanaan bisnis, pembagian sumber daya manusia, pencatatan keuangan, dan pengelolaan pelanggan. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan meningkatkan kapasitas digital dan manajerial mitra melalui penerapan e-commerce berbasis website yang terintegrasi dengan penguatan manajemen usaha. Program dilaksanakan pada 20 Juni dan 3 Agustus 2026 dengan menggunakan pendekatan partisipatif dan transfer teknologi melalui lima tahapan, yaitu sosialisasi, pelatihan, penerapan teknologi, pendampingan, dan evaluasi. Kegiatan melibatkan tim dosen, mahasiswa, dan anggota mitra. Hasil program berupa pengembangan website e-commerce roepacake.com yang terintegrasi dengan media sosial, peningkatan kemampuan mitra dalam mengelola katalog produk, transaksi digital, dan pemasaran daring, serta tersusunnya blueprint usaha, struktur organisasi, sistem pencatatan keuangan sederhana, analisis SWOT, dan basis pengelolaan pelanggan. Hasil evaluasi juga menunjukkan bahwa mitra mampu melakukan simulasi pengelolaan website dan aktivitas pemasaran digital secara lebih mandiri. Program ini berkontribusi terhadap peningkatan kesiapan digital dan penguatan tata kelola usaha Roopa Roopa Kue. Keberlanjutan program memerlukan konsistensi pembaruan konten, peningkatan literasi digital, pemanfaatan data pelanggan, dan pendampingan berkala agar transformasi digital dapat memberikan dampak yang lebih berkelanjutan terhadap pengembangan usaha.

Abstract

Abstrak: Perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi (TIK) telah memberikan dampak yang signifikan terhadap  berbagai sektor, termasuk sektor kesehatan. Salah satu bentuk pemanfaatan teknologi tersebut adalah melalui penerapan sistem rekam medis elektronik (RME). Isu privasi dan keamanan data dalam RME menjadi semakin penting, mengingat bahwa banyaknya data rahasia yang dikelola dan potensi risiko yang dihadapi jika data tersebut tidak dilindungi dengan baik. Bagian SIMRS RSUD Budhi Asih mengatakan bahwa untuk sistem keamanan disana belum terkelola secara maksimal sebab masih berkoordinasi dengan Dinkes dan Diskominfotik mengenai metode serta tata kelola yang terstandarisasi baik dalam menjalankan sistem keamanan  data dan informasi termaksud Rekam medis elektronik disana, maka diperlukan implementasi keamanan yang baik untuk menjaga data informasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi keamanan data dan informasi rekam medis elektronik (RME) di RSUD Budhi Asih dengan menerapkan model keamanan CIA Triad. Penelitian dilakukan di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Budhi Asih. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode atau pendekatan studi kasus. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan wawancara mendalam serta observasi. Teknis analisis data menggunakan Thematic Analysis. Hasil penelitian menjelaskan bahwa RSUD Budhi Asih telah menerapkan 3 prinsip  dari model CIA yaitu confidentiality dengan adanya sistem login menggunakan username dan password masing-masing, Integrity dengan menerapkan perubahan data apabila ada kesalahan input yang perubahan data tersebut juga membutuhkan persetujuan akses dari pihak IT serta adanya juga tanda tangan elektronik, Availability diterapkan dengan adanya website E-laporan yang berisikan data-data yang dibutuhkan manajemen RS untuk memudahkan ketika ada permintaan data, serta adanya sistem backup data menggunakan server khusus backup.

Abstract

The rapid development of health services currently requires every health service provider to be able to immediately meet the desires of its customers. The use of information technology requires a comprehensive security system. One of these security is physical security. In addition to physical security, the need to store and use data quickly needs to be a must for organizations. This type of research is qualitative research with a case study approach. The results of this study, to measure server performance using the JMeter tool. Testing was carried out on the web from the Nutanix server with 3 tests. So there is a difference in the number of requests where in test 3 the number of requests increased much more with a lower number of samples than the number of requests and the number of samples from the previous 2 tests. While to measure server security using OWAS ZAP with very good results, there is only 1 with a high risk level, namely a vulnerability with a high impact.

Abstract

Price fluctuations in strategic horticultural food commodities can affect food and economic stability. This study aims to predict the prices of shallots, garlic, red chilies, and bird’s eye chilies in Central Java Province using Random Forest Regression based on historical prices and climate variables, and to interpret climate variable contributions using Shapley Additive Explanations (SHAP). Price data were obtained from the National Strategic Food Price Information Center (PIHPS), while climate data were collected from four BMKG stations during 2018–2025. The model used 16 features, including historical prices, average temperature (TAVG), average humidity (RH_AVG), rainfall (RR), rolling features, and calendar variables. Evaluation was conducted using MAE, RMSE, and MAPE at H+1, H+7, and H+30 forecasting horizons. The results show that the best performance was achieved for garlic price prediction at H+1, with a MAPE of 1.69%, while the highest error occurred for red chili at H+30, with a MAPE of 26.72%. SHAP analysis shows that TAVG was dominant in chili commodities, while RR and RH_AVG had greater influence on shallots and garlic. These findings indicate that Random Forest and SHAP can support short-term price prediction with interpretable climate variable contributions.
