Abstract

This study explores the implementation of training and development programs at the Mutiara Bawen Vocational Training Center (LPK) and their impact on participants' competencies. The study focuses on the application of Competency-Based Training (CBT) to enhance both technical and non-technical skills, as well as the factors that support or hinder training effectiveness. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and document reviews, then analyzed qualitatively using the interactive model of Miles and Huberman. The results indicate that the training was systematically conducted through four stages: needs analysis, curriculum design, theory-practice implementation (30%–70%), and learning outcome evaluation (Kirkpatrick Levels 1–3). The program successfully increased technical skills by 36.6% and non-technical skills by 25%, with 65% of participants securing employment at partner companies within six months. Training effectiveness was influenced by training facilities, instructor-to-participant ratio, instructor quality, participant motivation, and industry involvement. The findings underscore the importance of synergy among training institutions, industry, and government to develop a training ecosystem that is adaptive to the demands of Industry 4.0.

Abstract

This article aims to analyze financial management and its impact on tenant satisfaction at Kost Ungu Bawen. The study focuses on how financial management is implemented, the extent to which it influences tenant satisfaction, and which financial factors are most dominant in improving comfort and perceived value. To address these issues, the study applies cost efficiency theory, micro financial management, and customer satisfaction concepts. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with the owner and tenants, participatory observations of facilities and operational management, and documentation of financial reports and maintenance records, then analyzed qualitatively using a thematic approach. The study concludes that systematic financial management, including cash flow recording, allocation of funds for facility maintenance, cleanliness, and prompt response to complaints, significantly enhances tenant satisfaction. Transparency in fund usage fosters trust and tenant loyalty. The most dominant factors are fund allocation for maintenance and cleanliness, followed by transparency and responsiveness. The findings emphasize that efficient financial management practices can serve both as an operational strategy and a service strategy to improve tenant satisfaction and the competitiveness of medium-scale boarding houses.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh lingkungan kerja dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja guru yang dimediasi oleh motivasi kerja pada SMK Bakti Nusantara Salatiga. Permasalahan penelitian berfokus pada bagaimana lingkungan kerja dan kepuasan kerja memengaruhi motivasi serta kinerja guru, dan apakah motivasi berperan sebagai variabel mediasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Data dikumpulkan dari 76 guru menggunakan kuesioner terstruktur dan dianalisis dengan regresi berganda serta analisis jalur (path analysis). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan kerja dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja. Demikian pula, motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru. Namun, motivasi kerja tidak memediasi hubungan antara lingkungan kerja dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja, yang berarti kedua variabel independen tersebut berpengaruh langsung terhadap kinerja guru. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa lingkungan kerja yang kondusif, hubungan harmonis antar rekan kerja, serta pemenuhan hak dan kewajiban guru merupakan faktor penting dalam meningkatkan kinerja. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi teoritis terhadap pengembangan ilmu manajemen sumber daya manusia, serta kontribusi praktis bagi lembaga pendidikan dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru melalui perbaikan lingkungan kerja, peningkatan kepuasan, dan penguatan motivasi kerja

Abstract

This article aims to analyze the role of working capital management in supporting the sustainability of Bu Ani Food Stall. The study focuses on how capital management practices, including cash management, inventory control, accounts receivable, and short-term liabilities scheduling, affect operational continuity, profitability, and customer satisfaction. The study employs the theoretical framework of working capital and business sustainability in culinary SMEs. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with owners, employees, suppliers, and customers, direct observation, and daily financial documentation, and then analyzed qualitatively using thematic analysis. The study concludes that capital management plays a central role in sustaining the stall's operations. The owner acts as the main controller of capital, supported by employees and suppliers to ensure the availability of raw materials and smooth cash flow. Key challenges include demand fluctuations, limited reserve capital, and complex inventory management. Overall, effective capital management practices enable the stall to maintain operations, adapt to market dynamics, and serve as a model for other culinary SMEs

Abstract

This article aims to analyze the role of digital technology in improving the financial performance of the UMKM Rosendi Cake and Bakery located in Klepu Village, Bergas District, Semarang Regency. The study focuses on how the utilization of digital technology contributes to increasing business revenue, marketing cost efficiency, and improvements in the financial management of UMKM. To address this issue, theoretical references related to digital marketing, business financial performance, and UMKM financial management are employed. This study adopts a descriptive qualitative approach with a case study design. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, direct observation, and documentation, and were analyzed qualitatively through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results indicate that the use of digital technology through social media, marketplaces, and business communication applications expands market reach and increases sales intensity, which in turn leads to revenue growth. Furthermore, digital technology utilization helps reduce marketing costs and improves the regularity of financial record-keeping. This study concludes that digital technology not only functions as a promotional tool but also serves as a strategic instrument in enhancing the financial performance, competitiveness, and sustainability of UMKM in the digital era.

Abstract

This article aims to analyze and understand the role of digital credibility and digital reputation in improving the financial performance of Hotel Bagus Jaya Ambarawa. The problem focuses on how the management of credible digital information and online reputation formed through customer reviews contributes to revenue growth, occupancy rates, and cash flow stability in small-scale hotels. To address this issue, this study adopts the theoretical perspectives of intangible assets and signaling theory, which view reputation and trust as sources of long-term economic value. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation involving internal hotel informants, including the owner or manager, finance or operational staff, front office staff, and digital media administrators, and were analyzed qualitatively using a thematic approach. The findings indicate that digital credibility, reflected in the accuracy and consistency of hotel information, is able to build consumer trust and encourage increased bookings. A positive digital reputation plays a role in attracting new guests, maintaining revenue stability, and providing flexibility in room pricing strategies. This study concludes that digital credibility and digital reputation are strategic assets that play an important role in supporting the financial performance and business sustainability of small-scale hotels.
