Abstract

Tujuan dari pelatihan ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan kemahiran peserta dalam berbagai bidang pengelolaan informasi kesehatan dan pelayanan birokrasi, hukum dan operasional firma hukum, selain advokasi. Selain itu, pelatihan juga mencakup topik-topik seperti etika hukum bagi para profesional, hukum perdata dan pidana, hukum administrasi publik, dan hukum kesehatan. Tujuan lainnya adalah meningkatkan profesionalisme anggota Divisi Hukum di Rumah Sakit Nacional Guido Valadares (HNGV) dalam menjalankan tanggung jawabnya dan meningkatkan standar layanan hukum yang diberikan di HNGV. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat dilakukan melalui ceramah, penyampaian informasi, fasilitasi diskusi, dan menjawab pertanyaan. Kepemimpinan administratif yang efektif sangat penting dalam mengatasi penurunan standar pelayanan publik. Oleh karena itu, sangat penting melayani masyarakat dan menjadikan kebutuhan masyarakat sebagai fokus utama visi misi RS HNGV. Kolaborasi antara pemerintah Timor Leste, Rumah Sakit HNGV, dan masyarakat sangat penting untuk mencapai hasil yang efektif. Peraturan daerah yang ketat mengenai standar pelayanan masyarakat di rumah sakit HNGV dan hukuman yang dapat ditegakkan perlu diterapkan, serta sistem pengawasan sosial yang dapat diandalkan. Kepemimpinan yang efektif di Rumah Sakit HNGV sangat penting untuk menjalankan dedikasi dalam melayani masyarakat, khususnya pasien, dan mewujudkan reformasi dalam administrasi publik. Keberhasilan administrasi Rumah Sakit HNGV memerlukan manajemen yang kompeten dalam memberikan layanan berkualitas tinggi, dan juga mematuhi peraturan perundang-undangan yang relevan.

Abstract

Volleyball is a game sport played by two opposing groups. Each group has six players. The principle of playing volleyball is to play the ball with divolley (hit with the limbs) and try to drop the ball into the opponent's field by crossing the ball over the net and keeping the ball from falling on its own field. Even though volleyball is a team game, mastering basic techniques individually is absolutely necessary. This means that in coaching in the early stages it is necessary to emphasize mastering the basic techniques of the game, one of which is the basic passing technique. To achieve high performance, it is necessary to have a good and regular physical training program to improve the bottom passing skills. Forms of physical exercise that can be applied include lifting barbells and push-ups, which aim to increase the strength of the arm and abdominal muscles of a player/student, thereby influencing the results of the match. The main problem in this research is; Is there an increase in lower passing skills in volleyball games through barbell lifting and push-up exercises for male students of class VI SD Negeri 01 Sukadana 2022/2023? Abstract

This study pertains to stunting in children in Indonesian with z-scores of less than -2 Standard Deviation (SD) and less than -3 SD. The preliminary study results showed the highest prevalence of stunting to be 22.6%, at the Temon II Primary Health Care in Kulon Progo District. The study aimed to assess the determinants of stunting children aged 24–59 months. This study was conducted from September 2018–May 2019. The design of this study was analytical observational with study design case-control. The sample was 60 children aged 24–59 months. The method utilized proportional sampling, whereas the data analysis applied chi-square and logistic regression.The analysis of statistical tests showed a significant correlation between the stunting children and energy intake factor (p-value = 0.030; α = 0.05; CI = 95%). Risk factors were energy intake, protein intake, suffering from acute respiratory tract infections, and suffering diarrhea. A non-risk factor was immunization status. Protective factors were access to clean water and the history of exclusive breastfeeding. The most influential factor for stunting children aged 24–59 months was energy intake.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi layanan di Hospital Nacional Guido Valadares (HNGV) Timor Leste dalam upaya meningkatkan kepuasan pasien. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan metode studi literatur, penelitian ini menganalisis sumber referensi dari jurnal internasional, laporan WHO, dan dokumen kebijakan pemerintah periode 2014-2024. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi layanan di HNGV memiliki variasi dalam kinerja dimensi kualitas layanan WHO, dengan dimensi akses dan keamanan mendapat penilaian baik, sementara dimensi ketepatan waktu dan efektivitas masih memerlukan peningkatan. Faktor utama yang mempengaruhi kepuasan pasien meliputi kompetensi tenaga kesehatan, efektivitas sistem manajemen, dan kualitas infrastruktur. Tantangan utama mencakup keterbatasan sumber daya, masalah koordinasi antar departemen, dan hambatan bahasa. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi dalam pengembangan strategi peningkatan layanan kesehatan yang kontekstual untuk negara berkembang, khususnya Timor Leste, dengan menekankan pentingnya pendekatan holistik yang mempertimbangkan aspek teknis, kultural, dan manajerial.

Abstract

Keberhasilan atau keberlanjutan suatu usaha pembuatan tahu atau tempe dapat dipengaruhi oleh sejumlah faktor yang kompleks. Ada beberapa faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi keberhasilan atau keberlanjutan usaha produksi tahu dan tempe, diantaranya adalah kualitas kedelai atau bahan baku memiliki dampak langsung terhadap hasil akhir tempe atau dan tahu. Ketidakmampuan bersaing dengan harga, kualitas, atau inovasi dapat membuat usaha sulit bertahan di pasar yang kompetitif. Tujuan penelitian ini: 1). Mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keberhasilan dan keberlanjutan usaha tahu tempe dan, 2). Merumuskan strategi dan solusi untuk meningkatkan keberhasilan dan keberlanjutan usaha tahu tempe. Penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode studi kasus dengan tekhnik analisa datanya menggunakan metode interaktif dimana merupakan pengumpulan data terus menerus dan berlanjut. Metode ini akan memungkinkan peneliti untuk memahami secara mendalam pengalaman para perajin tahu tempe di Primkopti Salatiga, Jawa Tengah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa industri pengrajin tempe dan tahu di Jawa Tengah memiliki keberlanjutan yang cukup baik dalam menjaga tradisi dan kelangsungan usaha. Meskipun dihadapkan pada beberapa tantangan, seperti fluktuasi harga bahan baku dan adopsi teknologi baru, namun industri ini tetap mampu bertahan dan berkembang dengan strategi yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan pasar dan lingkungan sekitar

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research aims to analyze and explain the influence of organizational culture and additional income allowances on employees' performance in the Education Department in Salatiga, with work motivation as a mediating variable. The research approach uses a quantitative method. The census technique was used to collect data from the respondents. The number of employees appointed as samples is 85 subjects, while the data collection technique used questionnaire techniques with 5 option Likert scale measurements. The data were analyzed using multiple regression and path analysis to determine the independent variable's direct and indirect influence on the dependent variable. The study obtained the following results: there is a positive influence of organizational culture and additional income allowance on employees' performance, and work motivation does not mediate the relationship between organizational culture and additional benefits on employees' performance in the Education Department in Salatiga.ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan menjelaskan pengaruh budaya organisasi dan tunjangan tambahan penghasilan terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Pendidikan Kota Salatiga dengan motivasi kerja sebagai variabel mediasi. Pendekatan penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Teknik sensus digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data dari responden. Jumlah pegawai yang dijadikan sampel sebanyak 85 subjek, sedangkan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik angket dengan 5 pilihan pengukuran skala likert. Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi berganda dan analisis jalur digunakan untuk mengetahui pengaruh langsung dan tidak langsung variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen. Penelitian ini memperoleh hasil sebagai berikut: terdapat pengaruh positif budaya organisasi dan tunjangan tambahan penghasilan terhadap kinerja pegawai, dan motivasi kerja tidak memediasi hubungan budaya organisasi dan tunjangan tambahan penghasilan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Pendidikan Salatiga.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze and explain the effect of work discipline, work motivation, education and training on performance. analyze and explain whether education and training mediate work discipline and motivation on the performance of Salatiga City Education Office employees. The approach in the research here is a quantitative inferential type approach. The sampling technique used was the census technique, meaning that all members of the population were taken as samples, while the total sample was taken as many as 89 subjects, while the data collection technique used a questionnaire technique with a Likert scale of 5 options, while data analysis was carried out using multiple regression analysis, as well as testing mediation/path analysis is used to determine the direct or indirect effect of the independent variables on the dependent variable. The research results obtained the following results: 1. There is a positive and significant influence of work discipline on education and training. 2. There is a positive and significant influence of work motivation on education and training. 3. There is a positive and significant influence of work discipline on employee performance, 4. There is a positive and significant influence of work motivation on employee performance 5. There is a positive and significant influence of education and training on employee performance. 6. Education and training do not mediate work discipline on employee performance. 7. Education and training do not mediate work motivation on employee performance.

Abstract

This article aims to analyze the management of bank loans at Superman Gold Store and its impact on the financial performance of the business. This study focuses on how the use of bank loans can improve the operational capacity and profitability of the store amidst the challenges of gold price fluctuations and interest expenses. This study is based on the theory of financial management and operational strategy. The research methods used include interviews with store managers and analysis of financial statements, which are analyzed qualitatively to evaluate the impact of loans on key financial indicators. The results of the study indicate that bank loans contribute positively to an increase in net income by 40% and net profit by 50%. In addition, the store's liquidity ratio increased from 1.2 to 1.8, although the solvency ratio also increased from 0.4 to 0.6. The main obstacles in managing loans are gold price fluctuations and high interest expenses. To overcome these challenges, the store implemented mitigation strategies such as strict cash flow management, installment payment priorities, and active monitoring of market prices. However, the effectiveness of these strategies still requires further evaluation. This study has limitations in terms of time coverage and external factors that can affect the results. These findings provide insight for similar business actors in optimizing the use of bank loans to support business growth and financial stability.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of funding sources in supporting the sustainability of angkringan MSME businesses in Bawen, Semarang Regency. Using a qualitative approach with a descriptive research type, this study focuses on the access to funding received by angkringan MSMEs as well as the challenges and impacts on business development. The subjects of the study consisted of four Angkringan MSME owners who actively received funding and one representative from a financial institution providing micro-business credit. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, field observations, and document analysis related to funding policies. The results of the study indicate that funding, especially from Micro Business Credit (KUM), plays a significant role in increasing business capacity, product quality, and infrastructure development. As many as 80% of respondents reported an increase in turnover and competitiveness after receiving funding. However, there are still obstacles in the complex application procedures and limited loan flexibility. Therefore, closer collaboration is needed between financial institutions and business actors to create a more accessible and sustainable funding scheme.
