Abstract

English VersionThis study aims to determine and analyze the effect of motivation, work environment and work discipline on job satisfaction at Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan (Disperindag) Kabupaten Malang . To achieve this goal, this study uses quantitative methods using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that work motivation had no significant effect on employee performance, work environment had no significant effect on employee performance, and work discipline had a significant effect on employee performance. Simultaneously the variables of motivation, work environment and work discipline have a significant effect on employee performance at Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan (Di sperindag) malang regency . Versi Indonesia Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh motivasi, lingkungan kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja di Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan (Disperindag) Kabupaten Malang . Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut, penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, lingkungan kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan disiplin kerja memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan . S ecara simultan variabel motiv asi, lingkungan kerja dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan di Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan (Disperindag) Kabupaten Malang

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kualitas produk, harga dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan handphone Oppo di Kepanjen. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan 113 orang responden dan kuesioner sebagai pengumpul data utama. Regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan SPSS 22 for windows sebagai alat analisis. Data yang diperoleh menunjukkan sudah valid dan reliabel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel kualitas produk dan harga tidak berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, hanya kualitas pelayanan yang berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Hal ini disebabkan nilai lebih besar dari taraf yang ditentukan. Saran bagi mitra penelitian Pegawai harus lebih ramah dalam memberi pelayanan terhadap pelanggan supaya pelanggan merasa nyaman dalam membeli di Konter Meteor Cell Kepanjen. Dan saran bagi Peneliti Selanjutnya agar dapat menambah atau menggunakan variabel lain yang dapat mempengaruhi kepuasan pelanggan yang tidak di teliti dalam penelitian ini dan dapat juga menambahkan sampel. Hal ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keakuratan data.

Abstract

Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah melakukan pendampingan terhadap penguatan BUMDes dengan melibatkan peran serta pengelola, BPD dan masyarakat dan di Desa Sumbersuko. Metode yang digunakan adalah kerjasama lintas program dengan pengelola, kerjasama lintas sektor dengan aparat desa dan masyarakat dengan pendekatan sosio karikatif dan pendekatan transformatif. Penguatan BUMDes Suko Jaya dilakukan dengan melaksanakan FGD dengan pengurus, perangkat desa dan pengelola usaha di Desa Sumbersuko. Langkah selanjutnya adalah mengadakan workshop penguatan baik dari segi keorganisasian maupun dari tata kelola keuangannya. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah: 1). Pemahaman pengurus terhadap fungsi dan tugas BUMDes semakin kuat sehingga kebutuhan akan Peraturan Desa dan AD ART menjadi penting. Hasilnya Perdes dan AD ART Bumdes sudah dibuat dan disahkan oleh Kepala Desa. 2). Sebagai bentuk awal, BUMDes “Suko Jaya” mengelola dua sumber air dan satu koperasi Syariah

Abstract

English VersionThis study aims to determine the effect of product quality, price, and marketing strategy on customer satisfaction at the Strawberry Barn, Batu City, either partially or simultaneously. The approach used in this research is quantitative method. The sampling technique in this study uses non-probability sampling. The main data source in this study using a questionnaire. To answer the research objectives using multiple linear regression data analysis. The results obtained in this study prove that product quality, price, and marketing strategy have a positive and significant influence either partially or simultaneously on customer satisfaction at the Strawberry Barn, Batu City. For this reason, these conditions must be maintained and improved so that customer satisfaction is maintained so as to create loyalty to customers Indo Version Penelitian ini dilakukan dalam rangka menganalisis pengaruh dari kualitas produk, harga, dan strategi pemasaran terhadap kepuasan pelanggan di Lumbung Stroberi Kota Batu baik parsial maupun simultan. Abstract

The influence of entrepreneurship education so far has been considered as one of the important factors for growing and developing entrepreneurial passion, spirit and behavior among the younger generation. Related to the influence of entrepreneurship education, it is necessary to have an understanding of how to develop and encourage the birth of potential young entrepreneurs while they are still in school. Several previous studies stated that students' entrepreneurial desires are a source for the birth of future entrepreneurs. This study aims to obtain empirical evidence regarding the influence of entrepreneurial motivation and mentality on the entrepreneurial spirit of STIE Canda Bhirawa Kediri students. To obtain the required sample, a census was carried out by way of direct interviews with students. After conducting a census of 30 STIE Canda Bhirawa Kediri students who were entrepreneurs. Because the population < 100 people. The data in this study were obtained by collecting primary data in the form of a questionnaire. then analyzed using quantitative research methods and qualitative research methods and tested with the z test and t test. From the test results it was concluded that the suitability of the resulting regression analysis model is suitable for knowing the influence of motivation and mental entrepreneurship on the entrepreneurial spirit of STIE Canda Bhirawa students. For this reason, it is necessary that the motives and mentality of entrepreneurship among students must be maintained and maybe even elaborated by managers (universities in particular) into the curriculum in providing students with provisions to enter the world of work after graduation. The weakness of this study is only on a sample of students at one tertiary institution. It is recommended for further research to use a larger sample with several tertiary institutions in order to make better generalizations, besides that it can make a distinction regarding the motivation and mentality of entrepreneurship between students and female students, where in this study it turned out that 67% of entrepreneurs are female students.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the implementation of Occupational Health and Safety management (K3) on employee productivity at PG. Ngadirejo Kediri. To achieve this goal, this study uses quantitative research with a questionnaire as the main instrument in collecting data. To answer the hypothesis using multiple linear regression analysis. Based on tests conducted with multiple linear regression, it is evident that the variable level of occupational safety (X1) and the variable level of occupational health (X2) has a significant effect on employee productivity (Y) either partially or simultaneously. To reduce the risk of accidents such as fires, piles of mill residues containing flammable chemicals. That jam, PG. Ngadirejo Kediri should strive so that the remnants of the mill can be immediately utilized/sold.

Abstract

The background of this research is because the traditional market and Toko Kita have decreased in the number of consumers, the longer the market is getting quieter so the authors want to know whether price, service quality and promotion affect purchasing decisions at traditional markets and Toko Kita in Pringu Village. Methods of data collection using questionnaires, interviews, observation and documentation. The population used are traders and visitors at traditional markets and at "Toko Kita" provided that they have shopped at the place at least once. Respondents in this study were 100 people with the provisions of simple random sampling. The data analysis technique uses validity, reliability, classical assumptions, multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination (R2), t test and F test using the help of SPSS version 24. The results of this study indicate that price and service quality affect purchasing decisions. while promotion has no effect on purchasing decisions at traditional markets and supermarkets "Toko Kita"

Abstract

Village Law Number 6 of 2014 as a strategic policy for village governments to improve the welfare of village communities. The purpose of this research is to describe and analyze the innovation process of the Village Financial System (Siskeudes) in Sempu Village, Ngebel sub-district, Ponorogo Regency. To achieve these objectives, this study uses a qualitative descriptive research method with data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study indicate that judging from the process of implementing Siskeudes in Sempu Village, Ngebel sub-district, Ponorogo Regency, it has fulfilled the innovation requirements based on Herbert A. Shepard's theory which consists of: finding ideas (problem identification, information gathering, interpretation, statements and attitudes). ), adoption (socialization and modification) and application (resource preparation, personnel placement, education and training, monitoring and evaluation) of Law Number 6 of 2014 concerning Villages.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze customer satisfaction at Mayang Collection, test and explain the effect of servqual dimension service quality (physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, confidence, and empathy) on customer satisfaction at Mayang Collection, and test and explain the effect of customer satisfaction on customer loyalty on Mayang Collection. The population in this study were customers of the Mayang Collection Kepanjen store who had a member card and made a repeat purchase. Population research or population study so that the number of samples in this study is a number of population, amounting to 93 respondents. The method used in this research is explanatory survey method, which is a method used to explain causal relationships between variables through hypothesis testing (Nazir, 2005). Based on the results of the static test all the indicators in this study are valid, and the variables are reliable. The results of the servqual analysis show that the difference or gap between customer expectations and employee performance has a total average which is at the moderate classification level (Parasuraman table, 1990) or service quality in Mayang Collection stores is quite good. This means that customer satisfaction in terms of quality of service provided at Mayang Collection is quite good. The path analysis test results (path analysis) show that there is no significant influence between servqual dimension service quality (physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, confidence, and empathy) to customer satisfaction. This proves that service quality has a long-lasting influence in shaping customer satisfaction. And customer satisfaction has a significant influence on customer loyalty. Mayang Collection stores are advised to pay more attention to and improve other factors besides service quality in increasing customer satisfaction, because with increasing customer satisfaction, customer loyalty will be formed easily.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of finding out how the implementation of the Women's Savings and Loans in the National Program for Empowerment of Rural Independent Communities (PNPM-MP) and the role of the Women's Savings and Loans in the National Program for Empowerment of Independent Rural Communities (PNPM-MP) in improving the welfare of the Payaman Village community. Data collection techniques carried out by interviews, field notes and observations. Data analysis method used in this research is qualitative description analysis, the data obtained are arranged systematically with the good result that can be concluded as clear conception. It also can be provided precise research data about the object of this research. The results showed that SPP in the National Program for Empowerment of Independent Rural Communities was carried out in accordance with the phases in PNPM's PTO (Technical Operational Guidelines). SPP PNPM Mandiri in Rural Areas play a very important role for the Payaman village community, among others, it also can increase business activities, expand employment opportunities and become sources of income especially for women. On the other hand, it also develop the economy of rural communities and become asset that is accessible easily and sustainable. The SPP program carried out in Payaman village has been running in accordance with every steps in the PTO, for this reason there should be guarantees, sanctions or fines applied in each group and it is expected that SPP beneficiaries can be applied to their respective groups so that they should continue to run according to the flow, so the funds can provide benefits in right way and on the target.
