This study aims to: 1) To analyze the effect of performance appraisal on employee job satisfaction; 2). To analyze the effect of performance appraisal on employee performance, and 3). To analyze the effect of job satisfaction on the performance of structural employees receiving performance benefits at the Malang Regency Ministry of Religion. To achieve this goal, this research uses descriptive research type with quantitative approach and the questionnaire becomes the main instrument in data collection. The results of the study using path analysis showed that: 1). Performance appraisal variable has no significant effect on employee job satisfaction; 2). Performance appraisal variables affect employee performance, and 3). Job satisfaction variable has a significant effect on employee performance. For this reason, the Ministry of Religion is suggested to be able to implement a performance appraisal program well for employees so that employees can feel the benefits as feedback about various things such as abilities, strengths, weaknesses, and potential which in turn is beneficial for their performance. In addition, performance is something important that is influenced by satisfaction, for that employee job satisfaction is well guarded through an objective performance appraisal.

Indonesia's economic growth is significantly assisted by micro, small, and medium enterprises (UMKM). However, many UMKM in the Tirtoyudo sub-district area are not aware of the importance of product certification. To make business owners aware of the importance of product certification, extensive socialization is needed. As a country with a majority Muslim population, halal certification has a significant impact on consumer interest in a product. This is the motivation behind our devotional research, which aims to educate consumers on the importance of halal certification for food or cosmetics. In addition, so that business owners are aware and understand that managing halal certification is simple and only requires KUA to achieve sub-district level management. The product must be able to compete in the market and broaden its reach in order to generate more revenue.

ABSTRACTThis study aims to see and explain the influence of lifestyle and the maturity of online clothing purchase decisions on students with a sample of 183 people who are carried out by census. To obtain data, the study used questionnaires and interviews. As for data analysis using multiple regression analysis. Based on the results of the study, it shows that lifestyle and maturity have a significant effect on students' online clothing purchase decisions. A greater influence of lifestyle shows that online shopping for students who are already a lifestyle to adapt to social conditions in order to meet the need to unite and socialize with others, especially those related to self-image to reflect on their social status.Keywords: online purchase decisions; lifestyle; emotional maturity.ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menjelaskan pengaruh lifestyle dan kematangan emosional terhadap keputusan pembelian pakaian online pada mahasiswa dengan sampel sebanyak 183 orang yang dilakukan secara sensus. Untuk memperoleh data, penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner dan wawancara. Adapun untuk analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi berganda. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lifestyle dan kematangan emosional berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian pakaian online mahasiswa. Pengaruh lebih besar oleh lifestyle yang menunjukkan bahwa belanja online bagi mahasiswa sudah merupakan gaya hidup untuk beradaptasi dengan kondisi sosial dalam rangka memenuhi kebutuhan untuk menyatu dan bersosialisasi dengan orang lain khususnya yang berkaitan dengan citra diri untuk merefleksikan status sosialnya.Kata Kunci: keputusan pembelian online; gaya hidup; kematangan emosional.

Desa Palaan has natural and cultural wealth that is still preserved for agricultural areas and garden development, this service activity is expected to play a role and participate actively in the community. The purpose of its implementation is to establish, foster, and develop the potential that exists in the village, as community empowerment, through the use of local potential to lift the community from the poverty line. In general, the potential possessed by Desa Palaan is quite large, especially in terms of developing agriculture and plantations. With natural conditions and physical potential in agriculture, this village is a medium-land area that has very fertile soil conditions. By utilizing home yard land as an economic empowerment for the Desa Palaan community through pineapple cultivation, the future direction of Desa Palaan is to become a Pilot Inkubasi Inovasi Desa Pengembangan Ekonomi Lokal (PIID-PEL), to continue to innovate in an effort to improve the economy in the village through pineapple cultivation which some have pioneered by society

Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk mengkonsep kampung Jawa di Desa Ngawonggo yang berfokus pada penggunaan bahasa Jawa krama dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Kegiatan ini dilakukan melalui observasi dan wawancara, sosialisasi, pembangunan tempat edukasi hingga FGD pada gelaran ngangsu budaya. Hasil dari diskusi pada gelaran ngangsu budaya yang telah diselenggarakan sangat mendapat respon positif dari pihak pemerintah desa, pengelola situs petirtaan dan warga setempat. Dengan adanya diskusi terbuka yang dilakukan dengan ngaji budaya membuka akses kedepannya untuk pihak pemerintah desa untuk bekerjasama melestarikan dan mengembangkan situs petirtaan Ngawonggo. Ngangsu budaya dilakukan dengan gelaran : Festival dolanan, ngangsu banyu, diskusi budaya dengan mendatangkan Staff Ahli Kemendikbud. Kegiatan ini juga menambah wawasan pada warga betapa pentingnya menjaga peninggalan sejarah di desa mereka, serta mengetahui usaha-usaha apa saja yang dapat dilakukan untuk menjaga kekayaan sejarah di desa mereka

Koperasi Konsumen Setia Budi Wanita Malang Jatim yang merupakan koperasi wanita berbasis Retail dan Simpan Pinjam dengan system Tanggung Renteng, telah memantapkan dirinya untuk mengangkat derajat dan martabat kaum perempuan dengan bertujuan untuk mensejahterakan anggota nya dengan memberikan pendidikan, pelatihan, pengembangan potensi diri, bantuan permodalan sampai pada pemasaran sehingga diharapkan akan memberikan sebuah nilai tambah bagi anggota menjadi lebih baik. Kegiatan program psikoedukasi dengan pola system tanggung renteng diberikan kepada aparat koperasi yang terdiri dari Pembina Pendamping Lapangan dan karyawan sejumlah 30 oramg dilakukan antara lain dengan cara pengenalan tentang potensi diri sumberdaya manusia dalam struktur organisasi dan manajemen Koperasi, termasuk menggali potensi diri di tinjau dari kelebihan dan kelemahan masing-masing personel. Kemudian proses dilanjutkan dengan sharing studi kasus dan penyusunan rencana tindak lanjut pengembangan sumberdaya manusia. Kegiatan ini direspon peserta dengan baik dengan aktif bertanya dan diskusi bagaimana cara melakukan pengembangan potensi diri. Diskusi interaktif dan aktif memberikan tambahan wacana dan penyatuan persepsi terhadap sumber daya manusia di lingkungan koperasi untuk dapat mengembangkan potensi diri yang produktif sekaligus membangun etika organisasi secara massif

Forests are natural resources that provide many benefits, both directly and indirectly. Forest utilization and forest preservation are very important for the sustainability of life, therefore the use and conservation of forests must be balanced. In forest conservation, the government must be proactive and act as a driving force and as the main forest protector. In addition to the government, the community must also play an active role in preserving and reforesting forests (reforestation). The government has established a forestry service whose task is to maintain the sustainability and sustainability of the forest. Forestry extension workers and forest farmer groups must know the regulations related to forest areas and management. The existence of forestry extension workers and forest farmer groups will not be effective if the capacity and knowledge of human resource development on forestry are not fulfilled. Human resource development is a continuous effort to improve the quality of human resources in the broadest sense, through education, training, and coaching (Silalahi, 2000: 249). Thus, these efforts can be increased using the On-The-Job Training Method and the Employee Off-The-Job Training Method. Permasalahan kehidupan perekonomian yang sulit membuat masyarakat berinisiatif untuk membuka usaha sendiri. Banyak dari mereka yang membutuhkan dana untuk membuka dan memperlancar usahanya, maka disinilah peran Koperasi Kanindo Syariah Jawa Timur sebagai koperasi simpan pinjam yang berbasis Syariah dengan mengembangkan produknya, salah satunya yaitu adanya pembiayaan Murabahah. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif yang mana menggambarkan dan menguraikan data-data yang telah terkumpul, dimana data tersebut diperoleh dengan cara observasi, wawancara langsung kepada AO (Account Officer), dan nasabah Kanindo Syariah JATIM itu sendiri. Selain itu penelitian ini juga di tunjang dengan adanya data primer dan sekunder yang diperoleh dari beberapa literatur yang terkait dengan permasalahan yang ada. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat diperoleh bahwa ada beberapa faktor penyebab pembiayaan murabahah bermasalah yaitu dikarenakan keadaan ekonomi nasabah, usahanya yang tidak lancar, musibah bencana alam, kurang atau tidak adanya kejujuran dari anggota, karakter dari anggota itu sendiri, serta lemahnya analisa pembiayaan dari pihak Kanindo Syariah sendiri. Adapun cara yang dilakukan Koperasi Kanindo Syariah JATIM dalam menangani pembiayaan murabahah bermasalah menggunakan cara-cara yang lebih bersifat kekeluargaan, seperti melakukan silaturahmi, pembinaan, rescheduling, memberi surat peringatan, dan sita jaminan.

An organization can develop and continue to adapt to changes in the organizational environment, HR Capacity Building is something that absolutely must go well. In general, Capacity Building can be interpreted as a process of increasing the knowledge and skills, attitudes and behavior of human resources. Capacity Building and development is a process that is carried out at three levels, namely individuals, groups and institutions or organizations, and aims to ensure organizational continuity through achieving the goals and objectives of the organization concerned. In the outbound program given to employees of Kopmen Setia Budi Wanita Malang East Java, with the aim that human resources have a capacity that continues to grow, the process can be carried out starting from selection, providing an adequate work environment, as well as continuous training in important aspects, such as communication skills, self-motivation, problem solving skills, creativity, and leadership. This activity received a positive response from all employees. Everyone attended and participated in the activity. Employees really hope that activities like this can be carried out periodically or periodically to refresh energy and mindset in order to gain motivation and increase employee performance productivity so that it is in line with the targets that must be achieved by the Institution

The Psychological Testing Tools Workshop is really needed for students and practitioners who work in the field of psychology and are in the educational environment. By conducting this workshop, it will increase students' potential to understand the measurement process of psychological test tools. Apart from that, we will understand how to measure, calculate scoring and the results of personality analysis. In this process, you must be careful in carrying out personality analysis because it concerns the individual's psychological condition. This is because knowing someone's personality will be difficult, both during interviews and other observation activities. One way to find out individual competence and to solve individual problems, whether regarding personal, learning or social problems, can be done by means of a psychological test. Therefore, it is very important to understand and know the rules of the psychology code of ethics which contains performance guidelines in presenting psychological test results in a valid and authentic manner
