Abstract

English VersionThis study aims to determine and analyze the effect of motivation, work environment and work discipline on job satisfaction at Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan (Disperindag) Kabupaten Malang . To achieve this goal, this study uses quantitative methods using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that work motivation had no significant effect on employee performance, work environment had no significant effect on employee performance, and work discipline had a significant effect on employee performance. Simultaneously the variables of motivation, work environment and work discipline have a significant effect on employee performance at Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan (Di sperindag) malang regency . Versi Indonesia Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh motivasi, lingkungan kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja di Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan (Disperindag) Kabupaten Malang . Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut, penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, lingkungan kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan disiplin kerja memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan . S ecara simultan variabel motiv asi, lingkungan kerja dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan di Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan (Disperindag) Kabupaten Malang

English VersionThis study aims to determine the effect of product quality, price, and marketing strategy on customer satisfaction at the Strawberry Barn, Batu City, either partially or simultaneously. The approach used in this research is quantitative method. The sampling technique in this study uses non-probability sampling. The main data source in this study using a questionnaire. To answer the research objectives using multiple linear regression data analysis. The results obtained in this study prove that product quality, price, and marketing strategy have a positive and significant influence either partially or simultaneously on customer satisfaction at the Strawberry Barn, Batu City. For this reason, these conditions must be maintained and improved so that customer satisfaction is maintained so as to create loyalty to customers Indo Version Penelitian ini dilakukan dalam rangka menganalisis pengaruh dari kualitas produk, harga, dan strategi pemasaran terhadap kepuasan pelanggan di Lumbung Stroberi Kota Batu baik parsial maupun simultan. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan Non probability Sampling. Sumber data utama dalam penelitian ini dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Untuk menjawab tujuan penelitian menggunakan a nalisis data regresi linier berganda. Hasil yang diperol eh pada penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa kualitas produk, harga, dan Strategi Pemasaran mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan baik secara simultan maupun parsial terhadap kepuasan pelanggan di Lumbung Stroberi Kota Batu. Untuk itu kondisi tersebut haru s dipertahankan dan ditingkatkan agar kepuasan pelanggan tetap terjaga sehingga mampu menciptakan loyalitas terhadap pelanggan

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of leadership style and compensation on job satisfaction at the Employment of Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Sosial Ketenagakerjaan in Malang Raya. To achieve this goal, this study uses quantitative methods using multiple linear regression analysis. This study uses the dependent variable, namely Leadership Style and Compensation. While the independent variable is satisfaction. The sample used in this study is 44 which is the entire population. The results showed that leadership style and compensation did not have a significant effect either partially or simultaneously on job satisfaction at Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Sosial Ketenagakerjaan di Malang Raya in Malang Raya

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of price, product quality, and service quality on purchasing decisions at Santai Gondanglegi Café. The variables in this study are price, product quality, service quality, and purchasing decisions. The research method used in this study uses quantitative methods. In collecting data used questionnaires with a likert scale. The population used in this study are consumers who buy at least 2 times with a total of 100 respondents. The results of this study indicate that price has a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Product quality has a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Service quality has a significant effect on purchasing decisions. The influence of independent variables (price, product quality, and service quality) on purchasing decisions is 69.5%. Suggestions to Santai Gondanglegi Café business owners to add food and beverage variants so that consumers are interested in buying. Apart from that, pay attention to facilities such as bathrooms, prayer rooms, and a large vehicle parking area. So that it makes consumers feel comfortable when they come or buy at the Santai Gondanglegi Café.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the implementation of Occupational Health and Safety management (K3) on employee productivity at PG. Ngadirejo Kediri. To achieve this goal, this study uses quantitative research with a questionnaire as the main instrument in collecting data. To answer the hypothesis using multiple linear regression analysis. Based on tests conducted with multiple linear regression, it is evident that the variable level of occupational safety (X1) and the variable level of occupational health (X2) has a significant effect on employee productivity (Y) either partially or simultaneously. To reduce the risk of accidents such as fires, piles of mill residues containing flammable chemicals. That jam, PG. Ngadirejo Kediri should strive so that the remnants of the mill can be immediately utilized/sold.

Abstract

Indonesia is a pluralistic country with various races, ethnicities, and religions. Tolerance is one of the national glues within the framework of Bhinneka Tunggal Ika. Purwodadi Village is a village with unique religious moderation; there is only when 1 joint cemetery from various existing religions, and it does not recognize race, ethnicity, and religion. The results of interviews and observations show that the residents of Purwodadi Village are accustomed to carrying out social activities together so as to create a continous sense of security and the absence of social inequality. of course, this condition can be used as a role model for religious moderation in Indonesia for terms of social life.

Abstract

In this research activity, measurement of financial performance is carried out using ratio analysis including liquidity, solvency and profitability. Data was collected at the Kerto Mulyo Women's Group Cooperative from 2015 - 2019. The research approach used quantitative methods, data sources and research objects were obtained based on the annual report of the Kerto Mulyo Women's Group Cooperative. The results of the analysis that has been carried out are obtained by measuring the financial performance of Cooperatives for Liquidity Ratios through current ratios and cash ratios. Measurement through the current ratio gives financial performance results in a very healthy condition, while measurement through the cash ratio is in an unhealthy condition. Furthermore, for the results of the analysis that has been carried out, it is obtained a measure of the Cooperative's financial performance for the Solvability Ratio through Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) and Debt to Asset (DAR). Performance measurement through Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) results are obtained in a healthy condition, while measurements through Debt to Asset (DAR) are in a healthy condition. Furthermore, the financial performance of Cooperatives for Profitability Ratios is measured through Return on Equity (ROE) and Return on Assets (ROA). Measurements through Return on Equity (ROE) obtained healthy financial performance conditions, while measurements through Return on Assets (ROA) were in fairly healthy condition. Measurement through Net Profit Margin (NPM) is in very good condition.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to identify and analyze the influence of leadership and career development on employee performance, both directly and indirectly. The design of this study uses a quantitative approach with data collection methods using a questionnaire on employees of PT Pindad Enjiniring Indonesia with a sample of 56 employees. The analytical method in this study uses path analysis (Path Analisys). The results in this study indicate the influence of: (1) leadership has a significant direct effect on career development. (2) leadership is not directly significant to employee performance. (3) career development directly has a significant effect on employee performance. (4) Leadership indirectly has no significant effect on employee performance through career development. For this reason, if a leader wants to improve employee performance by paying attention to employee career development.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine and analyze the influence of performance appraisal and transformational leadership style on employee performance. This research design uses a quantitative approach with data collection methods using questionnaires on Malang Regency Transportation Service employees with a sample of 50 employees. The analytical method in this research uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results in this study show the influence of: (1) Performance appraisal directly has a significant effect on employee performance. (2)The transformational leadership style directly has a significant effect on employee performance. (3) Performance appraisal and transformational leadership style directly have a significant effect on employee performance. For this reason, if a leader wants to improve employee performance by paying attention to performance appraisals and leadership styles towards employees

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the characteristics of students in Malang in shopping both online and their influence on the movement of purchasing behavior of students in Malang to make purchases online. The research technique uses quantitative descriptive research. The sample amounted to 400 students. Data collection techniques through questionnaires. Regarding the analysis of test results with PLS support. The results showed that the purchase intention variable was influenced by the variables of trust, discount and promotion by the seller. In addition, the level of public trust in online shopping websites with a good reputation and having a variety of product variations is one of the things that attracts buyer interest. Based on the results of PLS analysis, it is known that online shopping behavior can reduce students' shopping movements, especially on food / beverage needs, children's needs and toys, cosmetics and skin care, and tertiary fashion.
