Abstract

This motivation from research is several problems where there are still visitors who have difficulty getting information about Banto Royo, the majority of visitors have difficulty deciding to visit Banto Royo, and visitors are not satisfied after visiting Banto Royo. The research purposes conducted was to reveal the promotion impact on the decision to visit Banto Royo Park, Tilatang District. The research type used in this research is quantitative with a causal associative approach. The data type used is primary data. The research population are tourists who have visited and are currently visiting Banto Royo, Tilatang Kamang sub-district. The sample was 300 tourists using an unintentional screening strategy. The information collection strategy was carried out using a survey with a Likert scale which was tried to investigate speculation. Information from this research was handled using SPSS 26.00. The research results shownthat Promotion is in the sufficient category (75%). Likewise, the Decision to Visit is in the category was sufficient, namely (74%). There is a significant influence by Promotion on Visiting Decisions with an R square value of 0.30, with a significance of 0.000 < 0.05. This have means that there is 0.70 influenced by other factors

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of servicescape and menu variations on purchasing decisions at Aroma Resto and Coffee Padang. This type of research is a causal associative survey method with quantitative data. The population of this study was consumers who visited Aroma Resto and Coffee Padang with a sample of 110 people, using techniques purposive sampling. The research instrument used questionnaires (questionnaires) arranged according to Likert scale. The data was analyzed using SPSS version 23.00 and the results of the analysis were presented in tabular form. The result of the study was servicescape (X1) on Aroma Resto and Coffee Padang in a good category with a percentage of 64%. Menu variation (X1) in Aroma Resto and Coffee Padang in good category with a percentage of 57.3%. The purchase decision (Y) on Aroma Resto and Coffee Padang is in a good category with a percentage of 62.7%. Multiple linear regression tests with T tests on servicescape variables and menu variations affect purchasing decision variables at Aroma Resto and Coffee Padang. The F test value of servicescape variables (X1) and menu variations (X2) affect simultaneously purchasing decisions at Aroma Resto and Coffee Padang. The Adj. R square value of 0.512 means that servicescape variables and menu variations have an effect of 51.2% on purchasing decisions at Aroma Resto and Coffee Padang and 48.8% are influenced by other variables.

Abstract

This research is based on customer loyalty, which is an important factor in retaining guests or customers. Based on good customer experience and brand trust, of course, customer loyalty will increase in guest or customer satisfaction in a company or hotel. However, from this, there are findings in this research conducted on guests at Truntum Hotel Padang, namely that there are still some guests who are not loyal and provide unfavourable comments on their experience staying at Truntum Hotel Padang. Therefore, the goal of this study is to analyse the impact of customer experience and brand trust on guest customer loyalty at Truntum Hotel Padang. The sample size in this research is 365 people with the criteria that guests who have stayed more than twice and are more than 21 years old at Hotel Truntum Padang. Data analysis method used is logistic regression analyse with SPSS version 23.00. The research results indicate that customer experience and brand trust partially and significantly influence the customer loyalty of Truntum Padang Hotel guests.

Abstract

This research is motivated by problems found in the Public Relations Strategy at The Axana Hotel, measured from three indicators, namely Publications, Media Identity and Public Service Activities. Problems are still found related to publications on The Axana Hotel's social media which do not always receive high attention, Identity Media which is still under the shadow of the collapse of the Ambacang Hotel during the Padang earthquake in 2009, Public Service Activities implemented by The Axana Hotel also implemented in other hotels. The purpose of this research is to find the Public Relations Marketing Strategy at The Axana Hotel. This research is descriptive research with qualitative methods. Data collection techniques were carried out using observation, interviews and documentation methods. There were 3 informants in this study, using a purposive sampling method. This research uses the SWOT analysis technique through identifying Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats. The results of this research are strategies that can be used for Marketing Public Relations at The Axana Hotel which are reviewed based on 3 indicators including publications, identity media and public service activities.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of the work environment and motivation on employee work discipline at Hotel Balairung Jakarta. The method used in the research is a quantitative method with a causal associative approach. The respondents in the research population were all employees of Hotel Balairung Jakarta with a sample size of 62 respondents. Data collection is carried out by filling out questionnaires or questionnaires which have been prepared using a Likert scale. To test the hypothesis, multiple linear regression analysis was used. The research results show that work environment variables do not have a significant effect on work discipline, while motivation variables have a significant effect on work discipline. But together the work environment and motivation variables have a significant effect on work discipline.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the quality of service and menu variations on customer satisfaction in relation to visits and to know the influence of these three variables. This study used quantitative and causal approaches. This study used purposive sampling techniques of non-probability sampling type for sampling. This research instrument uses Google forms arranged based on Likert scales, first tested for validity and reliability. This data was analyzed using SPSS version 26.00. The survey results show that service quality is included in the fairly good category with the appropriate achievement level of 56.2%, menu variations with the appropriate achievement level of 59.8% are included in the fairly good category, and customer satisfaction. the level of achievement of respondents. 54% were in the appropriate category. The effect of service quality (X1) and menu selection (X2) on customer satisfaction (Y) was 28.2%, while the remaining 71.8% was influenced by other factors.

Abstract

The research purpose is to significantly analyze the workload of banquet employees at UNP Hotel & Convention. The research approach is descriptive qualitative. Interviews, observations and documentation were used for the process of data collection. There were 6 respondents from UNP Hotel & Convention banquet employees. Triangulation of data and methods by interview reduction were used to the data analyzed. The research results shown that the workload of banquet employees is not maximal. It shown from the working conditions and the use of working time that have not been fully implemented properly according to the established Standard Operating Procedures. Companies can consider increasing the availability of banquet employees to create good performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan berdasarkan beberapa fakta masalah tentang promosi melalui media sosial instagram dan juga tentang fakta masalah minat berkunjung yang terjadi pada followers akun instagram @jajak_kaki_solok, salingka_solok, explore_solokselatan, explore_solok. Jenis..penelitian..ini adalah..kuantitatif dengan..metode pendekatan..asosiatif kausal. Populasi..pada penelitian ini yaitu. followers keempat akun instagram tersebut. Sampel..untuk penelitian..ini 100 responden. Teknik..pengambilan..sampel..menggunakan probabilitywsampling. Jenis.data primer..yang digunakan diambil dari penyebaran..kuesioner dan..data..sekunder yang dari data..followers akun instagram tersebut. Penelitian ini didapatkan dengan cara memberikan angket yang berisi 25 pernyataan dimana telah di uji ke validitasannya dan reabilitasnya pada followers keempat akun instagram tersebut. Untuk data yang telah didapatkan dan dijelaskan dengan pengujian persyaratan analisis serta pengujian hipotesis dengan menggunakan teknik analisis regresi linear sederhana dan koefisien determinan dengan bantuan SPSS 20.00. Hasil..penelitian: (1)promosi melalui medial sosial instagram di kategori baik (95%), (2) minat berkujung followers di..kategorikan tinggi..(63%). Uji..regresi..linear..sederhana sebesar 9,289 dengan nilai..signifikan yang telah didapatkan 0,000<0,05. Nilai..R..square didapatkan sebesar 0,901. 9,01% promosi dapat mempengaruhi minat berkunjung dan 90,99% yang dapat mempengaruhi..minat berkunjung adalah faktor..lainnya. Nilai..t didapatkan adalah 2,244 dengan nilai..signifikan 0,000<0,05..sehingga diperoleh adanya..pengaruh..signifikan..antara kedua..variabel tersebut. Pengujian..koefisien..regresi dengan..nilai 3,05 serta nilai..signifikannya 0,000<0,05 dimana..pada setiap..satuan..promosi dapat..menaikkan 3,05 satuan minat berkunjung. Berdasarkan..pada hasil penelitian..di peroleh..disarankan..pada admin instagram agar..dapat..meningkatkan..promosi melalui media sosial instagram yang ditujukkan kepada followers agar dapat menarik minat berkunjung followers ke kota solok.

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan, penelitian metode kuantitatif dengan berbentuk hubungan kausal yang dilaksanakan di objek wisata Pulau Angso Duo di Kota Pariaman. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan untuk mengkaji pengaruh Fasilitas terhadap Minat Berkunjung wisatawan. Dalam penelitian yang dilakukan populasi yang di teliti yaitu pengunjung yang pernah dan sedang mengunjungi objek wisata pulau angso duo Pariaman. Sample yang peneliti ambil sebanyak 97 orang. Pengumpulan data yang dilakukan melalui penyabaran kusioner kepada 97 responden, dengan keseluruhan pernyataan berjumlah 69 pernyataan meliputi 53 pernyataan pada variable Fasilitas (X) dan 16 pernyataan untuk variable Minat Berkunjung (Y). Hasil data yang didapat pada penelitian melalui uji regresi linier sederhana menunjukan nilai 158.635 yang pada taraf signifikansinya 0,000 < 0,05 dapat mengartikan bahwa varible Fasilitas dengan variable Minat Berkunjung berpengaruh secara signifikan, sehingga dapat dihasilkan hipotesis pertamanya bahwa Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak. Selamjutnya diperoleh sebesar 12.595 dan sebesar 4.014 dengan taraf sg 0,000 artinya dapat disimpulkan bahwa >. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut dapat diartikan bahwa variable Fasilitas dengan signifikan dapat mempengaruhi Minat Berkunjung.

Abstract

This research began when the researchers offered traditional food product "Cassava leaf dendeng" to tourists, while introducing a new innovation from the creativity of the local community. "Cassava leaf dendeng" originates from South Solok. However, when offering the product, none of the tourists were interested in trying it because they couldn't imagine the taste of "Cassava leaf dendeng". Through this research, the researchers aimed to understand consumers' perceptions of the traditional food "Cassava leaf dendeng”. This research is of descriptive type. The sample in this research consists of ten individuals, selected with a distribution of three culinary teachers, four tourists from North Sumatra, and three local residents. Data collection was carried out using purposive sampling, and the data was collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this research indicate that "Cassava leaf dendeng" with a dark green color is more preferred, and the flattened shape results in a crunchier texture. A milder aroma of "Cassava leaf dendeng" is more appealing. The seasoning used in "Cassava leaf dendeng" is savory and sweet, but it would be even better when served with sambal.
