Abstract

Di era digital, data menjadi aset penting bagi pengambilan keputusan strategis, namun data yang kompleks sering sulit dipahami tanpa alat visualisasi yang tepat. Microsoft Excel, yang banyak digunakan di berbagai industri, tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai alat pengolah angka, tetapi juga memiliki kemampuan canggih untuk membuat dashboard visualisasi data. Meski fitur ini sudah ada, banyak pengguna belum memahami potensi Excel sepenuhnya. Oleh karena itu, pelatihan pengenalan dashboard visualisasi data menggunakan Excel menjadi penting untuk membantu pengguna memanfaatkan fitur-fitur ini secara optimal. Dengan penguasaan teknik visualisasi data, peserta dapat menyajikan data secara lebih efisien dan menarik, mendukung analisis yang lebih baik, serta mempercepat pengambilan keputusan di lingkungan kerja. Kegiatan dilaksanakan di laboratorium komputer SMK Negeri 2 Demak, dengan jumlah 24 peserta siswa jurusan Teknik komputer dan Jaringan. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian ini memberikan dampak positif dengan rata-rata total kenaikan skor dari hasil pre ke post test adalah 95,23%.

Abstract

PT Kargo Transkontinental, as a company engaged in the field of freight forwarding with a high transaction volume, faces significant operational challenges due to its reliance on manual financial recording processes. This dependence leads to delays in the preparation of financial reports, which can take up to two working days, and carries a potential error rate of up to 10% in cost recording. Such conditions pose a major obstacle to conducting accurate and timely profitability analysis. This study aims to design and develop a web-based financial application using the Laravel Filament framework to overcome these inefficiencies. To ensure a systematic development process, the research adopts the waterfall development method, which consists of the stages of requirements analysis, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. System requirements were gathered through direct interviews with the company's finance division. The study produced a functional web application that successfully integrates modules for employee income, expenses, and loans, further enhanced with an innovative digital receipt feature to bolster accountability. The application features role-based access control for superadmins and staff and offers centralized reporting capabilities. In conclusion, the developed application streamlines the job costing process, elevates data accuracy, and accelerates financial reporting, thereby supporting more effective decision-making.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi pemanfaatan sastra digital dalam meningkatkan kreativitas menulis mahasiswa di perguruan tinggi. Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah rendahnya minat dan kemampuan menulis kreatif mahasiswa, yang seringkali terbatas pada format akademik formal. Sastra digital menawarkan peluang baru dengan mengintegrasikan media daring, platform interaktif, dan karya sastra kontemporer dalam bentuk digital. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan studi kasus pada mahasiswa program studi pendidikan bahasa dan sastra. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan analisis teks digital yang dihasilkan mahasiswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemanfaatan sastra digital meningkatkan motivasi, memperluas wawasan literasi, dan memfasilitasi eksplorasi gaya menulis kreatif mahasiswa. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan integrasi sastra digital dalam kurikulum menulis kreatif untuk meningkatkan daya inovasi dan apresiasi mahasiswa terhadap karya sastra modern.

Abstract

As cross-border trading develops, there is an increasing need for an effective dispute resolution system to solve disputes on business transactions. Mediation is a well-established method of efficient alternative dispute resolution that was recently internationally recognized under a specific treaty. The United Nations General Assembly took a resolution to adopt the United Nations Convention on International Settlement Resulting from Mediation (“Singapore Convention”). The Indonesian government has tried to boost foreign investment, but such efforts have been delayed due to a legal enforcement issue, which requires a legal reform to provide certainty for investors by providing a seamless and internationally recognized dispute resolution system. Using a descriptive method on the Singapore Convention and the presence of mediation in Indonesia, this paper will analyze how Indonesia currently recognizes foreign dispute resolution decision under an arbitration system and not any other mechanisms, including mediation, as one of the primary options of an alternative dispute resolution. Therefore, there is an urgency for Indonesia to ratify the Singapore Convention.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengajukan solusi atas kendala operasional dalam manajemen kos konvensional melalui perancangan sebuah aplikasi web terintegrasi yang memusatkan fungsi pembayaran dan penanganan keluhan. Proses pengembangan mengadopsi metodologi Scrum dengan tumpukan teknologi modern: framework Laravel sebagai fondasi, toolkit Filament untuk akselerasi pembangunan antarmuka, dan library Filament Shield untuk implementasi kontrol akses berbasis peran. Hasil akhir penelitian adalah platform fungsional dengan arsitektur dua peran: peran Admin difasilitasi dengan dasbor analitik dan kontrol manajerial penuh, sementara peran User Kos memperoleh antarmuka yang terfokus untuk menyederhanakan interaksi pembayaran dan keluhan melalui widget informatif. Secara konklusif, sistem yang dikembangkan ini mampu meningkatkan transparansi manajerial dan kenyamanan penghuni, sekaligus memvalidasi kombinasi metodologi dan teknologi yang dipilih sebagai model implementasi yang praktis untuk mendukung digitalisasi sektor properti skala kecil.

Abstract

This study aims to reveal the representation of Tzvetan Todorov’s structuralism in the short story Memanggil Roh Singa (“Summoning the Lion’s Spirit”), which contains elements of magical realism. Todorov’s structuralist approach is employed to examine the relationship among the intrinsic elements, particularly the narrative facts, theme, and literary devices. The short story is analyzed using a qualitative descriptive method through close reading of the text and identification of its narrative structure based on Todorov’s framework, as well as an analysis of the characteristics of magical realism using Wendy B. Faris’s theory to validate its magical aspects. The results indicate that Memanggil Roh Singa represents Todorov’s distinctive structural pattern, consisting of 21 narrative sequences dominated by flashbacks. The setting portrays magical elements with a ritual theme of “kammala”, narrated from a first-person point of view. The narration is dominated by metaphorical and personifying language, enriched with mystical symbols. This research demonstrates that Todorov’s structuralism is effective in uncovering the layers of meaning within a short story characterized by magical realism, as it reveals the coherence between the narrative structure and its embedded mystical dimensions.
