Abstract

PT Kargo Transkontinental, as a company engaged in the field of freight forwarding with a high transaction volume, faces significant operational challenges due to its reliance on manual financial recording processes. This dependence leads to delays in the preparation of financial reports, which can take up to two working days, and carries a potential error rate of up to 10% in cost recording. Such conditions pose a major obstacle to conducting accurate and timely profitability analysis. This study aims to design and develop a web-based financial application using the Laravel Filament framework to overcome these inefficiencies. To ensure a systematic development process, the research adopts the waterfall development method, which consists of the stages of requirements analysis, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. System requirements were gathered through direct interviews with the company's finance division. The study produced a functional web application that successfully integrates modules for employee income, expenses, and loans, further enhanced with an innovative digital receipt feature to bolster accountability. The application features role-based access control for superadmins and staff and offers centralized reporting capabilities. In conclusion, the developed application streamlines the job costing process, elevates data accuracy, and accelerates financial reporting, thereby supporting more effective decision-making.

Abstract

As cross-border trading develops, there is an increasing need for an effective dispute resolution system to solve disputes on business transactions. Mediation is a well-established method of efficient alternative dispute resolution that was recently internationally recognized under a specific treaty. The United Nations General Assembly took a resolution to adopt the United Nations Convention on International Settlement Resulting from Mediation (“Singapore Convention”). The Indonesian government has tried to boost foreign investment, but such efforts have been delayed due to a legal enforcement issue, which requires a legal reform to provide certainty for investors by providing a seamless and internationally recognized dispute resolution system. Using a descriptive method on the Singapore Convention and the presence of mediation in Indonesia, this paper will analyze how Indonesia currently recognizes foreign dispute resolution decision under an arbitration system and not any other mechanisms, including mediation, as one of the primary options of an alternative dispute resolution. Therefore, there is an urgency for Indonesia to ratify the Singapore Convention.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengajukan solusi atas kendala operasional dalam manajemen kos konvensional melalui perancangan sebuah aplikasi web terintegrasi yang memusatkan fungsi pembayaran dan penanganan keluhan. Proses pengembangan mengadopsi metodologi Scrum dengan tumpukan teknologi modern: framework Laravel sebagai fondasi, toolkit Filament untuk akselerasi pembangunan antarmuka, dan library Filament Shield untuk implementasi kontrol akses berbasis peran. Hasil akhir penelitian adalah platform fungsional dengan arsitektur dua peran: peran Admin difasilitasi dengan dasbor analitik dan kontrol manajerial penuh, sementara peran User Kos memperoleh antarmuka yang terfokus untuk menyederhanakan interaksi pembayaran dan keluhan melalui widget informatif. Secara konklusif, sistem yang dikembangkan ini mampu meningkatkan transparansi manajerial dan kenyamanan penghuni, sekaligus memvalidasi kombinasi metodologi dan teknologi yang dipilih sebagai model implementasi yang praktis untuk mendukung digitalisasi sektor properti skala kecil.

Abstract

Meningkatnya laju teknologi serta bertambahnya jumlah pebisnis menyebabkan dinamika persaingan usaha di Indonesia semakin kompleks. Salah satu industri yang berkembang pesat di tengah tren ini adalah sektor air minum dalam kemasan (AMDK), yang didorong oleh kebutuhan masyarakat akan kepraktisan serta kesadaran akan pentingnya menjaga kecukupan cairan tubuh. Situasi tersebut membuka ruang strategis bagi Le Minerale untuk memperkuat posisinya di pasar melewati pembaruan inovatif, peningkatan mutu produk, serta pendekatan pemasaran yang terarah. Kajian ini dikerjakan untuk mengevaluasi seberapa besar pengaruh kualitas produk, persepsi terhadap harga, dan citra merek terhadap keputusan konsumen dalam membeli Le Minerale di wilayah Bandar Lampung, baik dilihat secara terpisah maupun bersamaan. Pendekatan yang dikerjakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode eksplanatori. Pemilihan responden dikerjakan secara purposive, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 orang yang dihitung memanfaatkan rumus Cochran. Pengumpulan data dikerjakan secara daring melewati kuesioner, kemudian dipengkajian memanfaatkan perangkat lunak SPSS versi 26. Berdasarkan hasil pengkajian, ketiga variabel bebas kualitas produk, persepsi harga, dan citra merek terbukti memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan dan positif terhadap keputusan konsumen dalam memilih produk Le Minerale.

Abstract

Fitness is a crucial component of the human body, especially for children. During this period, children experience rapid growth and development, both physically, mentally, and socially. Physical fitness is influenced by physical activity and sports training that a person does, so the better the level of physical fitness. Physical activities carried out routinely will have a positive impact on physical fitness. One effective way to improve physical fitness is swimming. Swimming is a situation where the swimmer must float on the water. This study aims to determine the effect of swimming training on children's physical fitness in Tampang Village. This study uses a quantitative approach with a data collection technique in the form of a questionnaire. The sample in this study was 15 children. The research instrument has been tested for validity and reliability and meets the requirements of normal distribution. This study produces a conclusion, namely that there is a significant influence between swimming training and children's physical fitness. This is evidenced by a simple linear regression analysis showing that swimming training has a significant effect on children's physical fitness. The significance value of 0.000 <0.05 and t count of 5.356> t table 2.160, and the coefficient of determination (R Square) value of 0.688 indicates that swimming training has an effect of 68.8% on children's physical fitness.

Abstract

The development of information and communication technology (ICT) in the era of the Industrial Revolution 4.0 and Society 5.0 has brought significant changes to the governance of higher education, including among educational staff. This study aims to analyze the utilization of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and work innovation in enhancing the work effectiveness of educational staff at Universitas Islam Indragiri (UNISI). The method used is a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) with a PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses) approach, through a search of scientific articles in the Scopus and Google Scholar databases using the keywords “Artificial Intelligence,” “Work Innovation,” “Education Staff,” and “Higher Education.” From 273 articles identified, 114 met the inclusion criteria and were analyzed using content analysis techniques. The results show that the implementation of AI plays a crucial role in administrative automation, work efficiency, and data-driven decision-making, while work innovation functions as a reinforcing factor that promotes creativity, adaptability, and collaboration among educational staff in responding to digital transformation. The integration between AI and work innovation creates a synergy that enhances operational effectiveness, professionalism, and service transparency within the university environment. This study emphasizes that the success of AI implementation depends on human resource readiness, organizational culture, and institutional policy support, and provides both conceptual and practical contributions for Universitas Islam Indragiri in realizing its transformation toward a smart university.
