Abstract

Pengolahan citra digital merupakan salah satu cabang ilmu komputer yang banyak digunakan untuk mengolah dan menganalisis gambar (images) yang berkaitan dengan persepsi visual. Masalah pengukuran suatu benda secara langsung tidak dapat diselesaikan jika benda tersebut bergerak, berubah bentuk atau tidak ada lagi seiring berjalannya waktu. ukuran adalah objek yang tidak diketahui. Tujuan Penelitian: Mengimplementasikan algoritma Open Morphology untuk mengukur tinggi benda manusia dari citra digital dengan tingkat kesalahan terkecil mendekati hasil pengukuran sebenarnya. Morfologi opening dapat menghasilkan gambar dengan struktur bentuk, kondisi penghalusan kontur dan tepi objek relatif lebih baik dibandingkan gambar sama yang belum diolah, dan dapat dilihat hasilnya hasil pengukuran jarak jauh dengan tingkat kesalahan terkecil dan pengukuran mendekati sempurna hasil. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mencari tingkat kesalahan terkecil dan hasil pengukuran paling mendekati sempurna pada jarak bayangan 2, 4 dan 6 meter, ukuran objek pada gambar digital akan diukur menggunakan aplikasi Matlab R2020a dengan melakukan pengukuran objek pada citra menggunakan operasi Aperture Morphology dari hasil pengujian terhadap 10 orang dengan jarak citra 2, 4 dan 6, maka dapat dicapai tingkat error terendah yaitu pada jarak sekitar 2 meter dengan rate sebesar 0,2108%. dan tingkat akurasinya sebesar 99,7892%.

Abstract

Customer satisfaction is a form of feeling happy or disappointed someone who comes from a comparison between his impression of the performance of a service or goods against his expectations. PT PLN (Persero) Bengkulu City in the implementation of the implementation of the provision of electricity services certainly does not escape the existence of problems. The problems that arise are regarding customer complaints about the services provided by the problematic company. Seeing from these problems the solutions that can be given to overcome their complaints, it is very suitable to make an e-questionnaire system and chat customer complaints process using a website-based chatbot. This system will apply the Likert scale calculation method as a method to measure the level of customer satisfaction which will make it easier to get the results of filling out the questionnaire. In addition, this system will later create a complaint chat using a chatbot, which is a robotic chat service with artificial intelligence or AI (Artificial Intelligent) that imitates human conversations through messages that will answer customer questions regarding service problems provided by the company. This will certainly make it much easier for the company to get results from filling out questionnaires and make it easier for customers to make complaints regarding problems with the services provided. The results of this study have created an E-Questionnaire system for Customer Satisfaction and a website-based Complaint Chatbot.

Abstract

This research presents the study of application design of Bisindo dictionary with Android-based by using Boyer Moore algorithm. In this reseach, researcher developed it by using Boyer Moore algorithm. This reseach uses the UCD method, which conducts interview toward users of reseach sites, as well as tests on applications or sign language dictionaries, it is BISINDO. From the result of reseach that has been carried out, the Bisindo dictionary (sign language dictionary) can help the learning system for students, teachers, and general people. As the needs feasibility of Indonesia sign language dictionary obtained average scored with excellent information.

Abstract

Fakultas Teknik Universitas Muhammadiyah Bengkulu saat ini telah memiliki laboratorim komputer yang digunakan untuk menunjang kegiatan perkuliahan di Fakultas Teknik Universitas Muhammadiyah Bengkulu seperti pada mata kuliah Bahasa pemrograman dan mata kuliah lainnya yang menggunakan laboratoium komputer. Jaringan Local Area Network Fakultas Universitas Muhammadiyah Bengkulu sudah terhubung pada internet, dimana semua komputer yang ada pada Local Area Network  terhubung langsung ke modem melalui swith hub, sehingga ketika ada mahasiswa/i yang mendownload akan menganggu mahasiswa/i yang lainnya. Dari permasalah ini maka di bangun Local Area Network berbasis mikrotik pada Fakultas Teknik Universitas Muhammadiyah Bengkulu agar dapat melakukan manajamen jaringan seperti satu username hanya dapat digunakan pada satu perangkat, pembagian bandwith berdasarkan akun, transper data dalam jaringan dan pengaturan lainnya yang diperlukan untuk kelancaran jaringan komputer Fakultas Teknik Universitas Muhammadiyah Bengkulu. Dengan menerapakan sistem manajemen jaringan menggunakan metode simple queue pada jaringan komputer Fakultas Teknik Universitas Muhammadiyah Bengkulu menjadi lebih baik.

Abstract

The Local Area Network network at Muhammadiyah University of Bengkulu is equipped with good facilities, but there is not yet a communication system that makes it easy for lecturers and staff to exchange information, especially in the Faculty of Engineering. To use telephone services certainly requires quite a lot of money and also requires the use of quite a lot of telephone sets, especially since postpaid telephone services must be paid for every month. When planning a VoIP network, you must have a server that functions as an IP PBX. In other conditions, such as at the Faculty of Engineering, Muhammadiyah University of Bengkulu, this tool will be useful for lecturers and staff as a long-distance communication tool by utilizing LAN or WIFI networks so that they can be connected to each other so that work processes are coordinated. started implementing wireless technology or what is usually called Wireless Fidelity (WiFi0). Mobile phones which were originally used as communication tools, now have more than their basic functions, various features have been embedded, such as image and video processing, document processing and so on. , this cannot be separated from the use of the Operating System on Android Mobile. The Android Operating System has the main goal of advancing innovation in mobile telephone devices so that users are able to explore capabilities and add more experience compared to other mobile platforms. From the results, testing the Wifi-Call Application for Calls on Local Area Network Based on Android, can be concluded as follows: The Wifi-Call application created can be used over a distance of less than 10M. The trial of 3 Smartphones was successful with different OS versions, it is possible that other brands of Smartphones can also be successful. Under the circumstances The connection is off and on. This application can still be run because this system only uses the network. The voice response produced by the system that the author created experienced a delay of more than 1 second. This Wifi-Call application has been successfully tested in two different locations, namely campus and 1 and 2 Muhammadiyah Bengkulu Universities.

Abstract

Searching for important agencies in the city of Argamakmur is an important thing for people from outside the area to do in moving either non-permanent (temporary) or permanent (permanent) in an area, thus the difficulty in accessing distance and time is one of the factors. which needs to be considered in order to obtain information on where the positions of the agencies are precisely and accurately. When searching, the Greedy Algorithm works by looking for the smallest weight point by calculating the route passed and the Greedy Algorithm calculates the weight depending on the weight of the stage that has been passed and the weight of the stage itself. Based on the results of testing the system created: Local Government travel time is 10 minutes on the shortest route to Gunung Alam, Capil travel time is 10 minutes on the shortest route to Karang Suci, Porles travel time is 8 minutes on the shortest route on a roundabout, Fire Department travel time is 10 minutes on the shortest route on the square, PLN on time The shortest route takes 10 minutes to the main square, the Regional General Hospital (RSUD) takes 6 minutes to the shortest route to Rama Agung. The shortest route may take longer because of crowds and population density. To run this system, an adequate internet network is needed

Abstract

Data security is very important in maintaining the confidentiality of the information itself, especially if the information is only known to certain parties. Sending data or information without security will be at risk of eavesdropping. So that the information contained in it can easily be known by unauthorized parties, and something like that is very detrimental. Until now, cryptography is one solution to guarantee the security of information. Zero Knowledge Proof (ZKP) is a cryptographic protocol that can be used by someone to prove one's ownership (prover) of confidential information to another person (verifier), without the need to reveal the information or provide a way for other people to know the secret. The test result is that Zero Knowledge Proof divides a data stream into small blocks. Each of these blocks is encrypted separately. In a zero knowledge proof implementation, the key to encrypt will only be with the user, and with that, he will be able to encrypt and decrypt information. The zero knowledge proof algorithm is a unique method by which a user can prove to other users that he knows additional information.

Abstract

In the PVJ Restaurant/Cafe business in Bengkulu City, the practice of ordering food and drinks still uses the manual method, where the waiter approaches the visitor and records the order on a piece of paper which is then handed over to the kitchen and cashier. This seems ineffective and allows writing errors to occur which result in inappropriate orders, repeated orders (redundancies), dull pencils, pens or paper orders running out which cuts down on a lot of time to replace them. In addition, with a manual ordering process like this, errors often occur in the ordering sequence due to a backlog of order receipts, this has a negative impact on customer satisfaction. Therefore, a strategy is needed that can simplify the ordering process. Searching is a job that is often done in everyday life. The place to search for data is by tracing the data, the place to search for data can be an array in memory (internal search). The test results are that this application cannot communicate or chat between the user and the Paris Van Java restaurant/cafe in Bengkulu City. The advantage of the Binary Search Algorithm is that it is efficient and faster when searching for a value in a large amount of data, because the data has been sorted first. first and the complexity of the algorithm is smaller, the first disadvantage of Binary Search is that the data must be sorted first so that the search process can run well and is more complicated

Abstract

Dalam kesehariannya para pegawai di kantor kecamatan masih banyak yang sering datang terlambat, oleh karena itu pimpinan dikantor camat Muara Sahung menginginkan para pegawainya hadir tepat waktu, Sehingga dibutuhkan suatu fasilitas atau sarana untuk membantu melaksanakan pengolahan data yang tepat yang disebut dengan sistem absensi berbasis Web dengan menerapkan QR Code dan pengelolahan data pegawai dengan algoritma sequential search . pembuatan absensi dengan QR Code untuk meningkatkan kinerja pegawai dan penilaian instansi dari pimpinan pusat agar kantor kecamatan di Muara Sahung dinilai baik dan memudahkan dalam pencarian data pegawai. Hasil pengujian Menghasilkan sistem absensi berbasis web dengan menerapkan QR Qode sebagai media absensi pegawai kantor camat Muare Sahung, Pencarian data menggunakan algoritma sequential search baik dan waktu pencarian rata-rata 1 detik

Abstract

Quality of Service (QoS) analysis is crucial for ensuring high-quality network performance. This study, conducted at SMKN 2 Rejang Lebong, utilizes Wireshark version 2.0.4 to analyze QoS parameters such as throughput, delay, jitter, and packet loss. The research employs a quantitative methodology, collecting data through questionnaires and employing descriptive statistics using SPSS version 20. The findings reveal that the QoS index for the Office Building and Teachers' Room falls within the 'Satisfactory' category with values of 3.06 and 3.26, respectively. However, the LAB Room scores a lower QoS index of 2.45, categorized as 'Unsatisfactory.' Overall, the internet network quality at SMKN 2 Rejang Lebong aligns with TIPHON standards, classifying as 'Less Satisfactory' with an average score of 2.92.
