Abstract

Pemberian bantuan belum terstruktur masih berupa perkiraan hanya sebatas penilaian biasa tidak terlalu lengkap sehingga tidak tersalurkan dengan penerima yang tepat, proses secara manual yang dilakukan yaitu dengan cara Usaha kecil menengah yang ada di Kota Bengkulu mengajukan proposal permintaan bantuan pengembangan usaha kepada dinas Koperasi dan usaha kecil menengah, sehingga membutuhkan waktu yang lama dalam menyeleksi usaha kecil menengah tersebut dan manajem dalam pengelolaan bantuannya belum begitu bagus karena belum tersistem dengan baik dan kakurata datanya juga masih diragukan karena penilaiannya hanya berdasarkan info-info yang masih sedikit serta berdasarkan kebijakan pihak penerima. Solusi dari ketidak teraturan dan manajem pembagian bantuan yaitu dengan membuat sebuah sistem yang dapat memberikan penilaian yang real dan objektif, penilaian ini menggunakan perhitungan berdasarkan kriteria-kriteria calon penerima dengan sistem perengkingan dengan menggunakan model Metode Fuzzy C-Means adalah salah satu metode yang bisa membantu proses pengambilan keputusan yang optimal untuk menyelesaikan masalah keputusan secara praktis, konsepnya sederhana dan mudah dipahami dan Technique for Order Preference (Topsi) by Similarity to Ideal Solution karena metode ini dapat digunakan sebagai upaya untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan multi criteria decision making (MCDM) maka dengan kedua metode ini saling melengkapi sehingga di dapat keputusan yang terbaik dari proposal-proposal yang diajukan dan tepat sasaran. Hasil pengujian : Nilai tertinggi untuk kriteria omset Rp 1.000.000 – Rp. 5.000.000 dan jumlah tenaga kerja 2 orang dalah V3 yaitu UMKM Bedeng Bata, Kedua metode ini saling melengkapi sehingga di dapat keputusan yang terbaik dari proposal-proposal yang diajukan tepat sasaran, lelemahan metode FCM membutuhkan banyak suku serta matriks tim kelompoknya yang ditetapkan. memiliki masalah inkonsistensi dan Belum adanya penentuan bobot prioritas yang menjadi prioritas hitungan terhadap kriteria, yang berguna untuk meningkatkan validitas nilai bobot perhitungan kriteria.

Abstract

Saat ini sistem informasi berita yang diberikan oleh (KOMINFO) Kota Bengkulu seperti postingan artikel berita dan penyampaian informasi yang tersedia pada website https://kominfo.bengkulukota.go.id masih belum bias secara langsung memfilter artikel yang adapada website secara otomatis membuat produktifitas kerja menjadi lebih lambat dan harus mengeksploitasi sendiri untuk mempercepat mendapatkan informasi.. aplikasi kecerdasan sumber terbuka (OSINT) masyarakat dapat mengeksploitasi sendiri untuk mempercepat mendapatkan informasi atau bisa langsung menggunakan tools nya untuk kebutuhan information gathering, maka dari itu diperlukan sebuah website dengan tekologi open source intelligence (OSINT) untuk pencarian informasi secara cepat. Hasil pengujian website dengan Osint Command line juga dapat menampilkan data dari hasil gathering information dalam melakukan pencarian data data yang diinginkan dengan kata kunci pencarian lebih cepat dan kelemahannya adalah data pribadi yang ada di ranah publik baik secara daring atau luring bisa terkumpul dan disalah gunakan pada layanan sosial media, email, aplikasi pengiriman pesan, atau E-commerse dan masih banyak lagi biasanya mengumpulkan informasi pengguna.

Abstract

Quality of Service (QoS) analysis is crucial for ensuring high-quality network performance. This study, conducted at SMKN 2 Rejang Lebong, utilizes Wireshark version 2.0.4 to analyze QoS parameters such as throughput, delay, jitter, and packet loss. The research employs a quantitative methodology, collecting data through questionnaires and employing descriptive statistics using SPSS version 20. The findings reveal that the QoS index for the Office Building and Teachers' Room falls within the 'Satisfactory' category with values of 3.06 and 3.26, respectively. However, the LAB Room scores a lower QoS index of 2.45, categorized as 'Unsatisfactory.' Overall, the internet network quality at SMKN 2 Rejang Lebong aligns with TIPHON standards, classifying as 'Less Satisfactory' with an average score of 2.92.

Abstract

So far, the quota of recipients of aid for the deaf is determined directly by the Social Service where this has an ineffective impact, such as there are people who deserve this assistance but cannot get it due to the limited quota of recipients and this also raises community perceptions due to the possibility of being affected by subjectivity in in determining the beneficiaries of assistance, so that it is not uncommon for efforts to distribute this assistance to have the potential to be very large not on target. A decision support system or Decision Support System (DSS) is a system that can assist in making decisions in an organization or company by applying methods that are appropriate to the areas of decision taken. Making decisions manually without the help of a SPK will result in an assessment that is not objective and does not appropriate. The TOPSIS method is a multi-criteria decision-making method by applying a weighted value to each criterion. The conclusion is that the computation is more efficient, the computational calculation is faster, and the decision-making method is faster. haven't made a perfect decision yet.

Abstract

System security is the most important aspect in an information system, weak system security increases the risk of attacks that can cause system damage. One of the attacks that often occurs is an attack on a web server, this is because the web server is connected to the internet network and is accessed by many users widely, so the risk of attack increases. For example, the New Student Admission web site of Universitas Muhammadiyah Bengkulu, which manages data on prospective new students who have registered themselves. So that a web server security system is needed to avoid potential attacks and to increase data security. One method of securing a web server is by using the Secure Socket Layer (SSL). SSL is often used to secure communication between client and server. The stages carried out in this study are scanning web servers that have not used SSL and those that have used SSL. This research aims to determine the security of web servers and anticipate various potential attacks on web servers.

Abstract

As a globally advanced country, Japan attracts the interest of job seekers, especially from developing countries such as Indonesia. The primary motivation behind this interest is the opportunity to obtain better employment, higher income, and experience living in a culturally and linguistically different environment from their place of origin. One of the mandatory requirements for working in Japan is to have fluent Japanese language skills. However, challenges arise for prospective interns or job seekers who need to remain active in their current employment while awaiting their exam schedules or departure to Japan. To address this issue, a solution is needed that allows flexible Japanese language learning accessible anytime and anywhere, one of which is by creating an application that can be downloaded and installed on their smartphones. This application provides filtered Japanese vocabulary, eliminating the need for users to memorize all words like in conventional dictionaries, considering that some words may not be commonly used in daily situations. To enhance user convenience, the application is equipped with a word search function, facilitating the process of finding desired words. The search process in this application utilizes the Knuth-Morris-Pratt String Matching method, an efficient string matching algorithm for finding a specific pattern in a text. The application allows users to match inputted words with the available vocabulary database. This application is divided into two parts, namely the data input section and the output section used by users on their smartphone devices. The application provides various features to assist users in learning Japanese, such as vocabulary pages, conversations, and word searches. The use of the Knuth-Morris-Pratt (KMP) algorithm enables efficient and effective word searches in the vocabulary database. It is hoped that this application can help users in learning Japanese easily and effectively, both for academic and professional purposes.

Abstract

Sales information system provides information to manage the sale of products/services generated by the store. Sales service becomes crucial as competition between stores intensifies. Therefore, the development of sales information systems to facilitate consumer service continues to evolve. The development of web-based sales information systems provides convenience for stores in continuous online sales service. Web media also serves as a means for the store to achieve strategic goals. The advantage of web media lies in its broad and extensive reach. Additionally, the information presented can be detailed and up-to-date. Process analysis is based on a review of the sales system used by the store, utilizing the Colussi algorithm and depicted through IDEF, ERD, and URLs to illustrate the relationships between entities in the sales information system. The physical design of this sales information system is outlined using PHP programming language and MYSQL database. Based on the input-output design, this study provides an overview of a web-based sales information system capable of meeting store requirements

Abstract

The harvest of fresh fruit bunches (FFB) from palm fruit is done with fruit that is of good quality, namely fruit that is dark red in color or has lots of knots, so that the quality of the palm oil produced increases. Low quality produced will of course further weaken competitiveness. Determining the quality classification of palm oil can be done through image processing techniques. Classification is the process of declaring a data object to one of the previously defined categories. Categorization of data sets can involve grouping them into similar types of classification or identifying similar characteristics across a number of observations. Classification is supported by the concept of pattern recognition, classifying the quality of palm oil products as categories produced. Efforts to achieve the expected quality standards by using quality control. This classification of palm oil is divided into quality classes, namely good and not good. Knowing the quality of palm oil is done by making an application for palm oil quality using image processing. There are quite a lot of methods used in image processing technology. One of them is the Gray Level Co-Occurrence Matrix (GLCM) method. Gray Level Co-Occurrence Matrix (GLCM) is a method used for texture analysis/feature extraction, feature acquisition is obtained from matrix pixel values, which have certain values ​​and form an angle pattern. It is hoped that this application can help determine the quality of palm fruit more easily and efficiently.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the extent to which the KNN algorithm is able to classify pineapple fruit based on color features with high accuracy and determine the best k value in the KNN algorithm to achieve optimal accuracy in the classification of pineapple maturity levels. In the process of classifying pineapple fruit manually by using the human eye is a very difficult thing to do. This is evidenced by the inconsistency and subjective nature that causes a low level of accuracy. Therefore, to increase the level of accuracy and reduce the subjectivity of the human eye, this research proposes an algorithm that can be used to classify the maturity level of pineapple fruit, namely with K-Nearest Neighbor based on the color of the skin on the fruit. The k value used in this research is 1, 3, 5, 7, and 9 to test the Euclidean distance search on images with a size of 300x300 pixels. The research conducted proves that with Euclidean distance k = 5 and k = 9 has a percentage value of 73%. Based on the level of accuracy, color features k = 5 and k = 9 show the best k value on the classification of pineapple ripeness level.

Abstract

Information technology-based sales applications have emerged as essential solutions for optimizing sales processes, tracking inventory, and understanding customer purchasing patterns. Fokus Computer Store offers a range of products, including computer components, laptops, as well as accessories such as mice, mouse pads, keyboards, USB drives, and other computer components. However, challenges arise in sales efficiency, where certain items tend to accumulate without being sold over extended periods, impacting the store's cash flow. Therefore, an application capable of providing product recommendations based on previous sales data becomes crucial in assisting the store in effective inventory management and maintaining a smooth cash flow. The Apriori method is one form of association rule in the field of data mining. Alongside Apriori, there are other methods within this category, such as Generalized Rule Induction and Hash-Based Algorithms. The Apriori method, being a proven effective algorithm for association analysis, will be employed to uncover potential hidden purchasing patterns within the store's transactional data. By analyzing customer purchase data, this application can identify relationships between frequently co-purchased products. The results of this analysis can be utilized to formulate product recommendations for customers, enhance cross-product sales opportunities, and support inventory management decisions. This application can serve as a point-of-sale system at Fokus Computer Store, with the ability to display the outcomes of the Apriori algorithm calculations based on the input sales data. Despite the application developed by the author having certain limitations, particularly in terms of user interface and data, the author anticipates receiving constructive criticism and suggestions to aid in refining the application for the betterment of its future iterations
