Abstract

The rejection on ratification of the revision of Indonesian Code Law or known as RKUHP and Corruption Law raises several opinions from various perspectives in social media. Twitter as one of many platforms affected, has more than 19.5 million users in Indonesia. Twitter is one of many social media in Indonesia where people can share their views, arguments, information, and opinions from all points of view. Since Twitter has a great diversity of users, it needs a system which is designed to determine the opinion tendency towards the problems or objects. The purpose of this study is to analyze the sentiment of Twitter users' tweets to reject the revision of the Law whether they have positive or negative sentiments using the Agglomerative Hierarchical Clustering method. The data that being used in this study were obtained from the results of crawling tweets based on hashtag (#) (#ReformasiDikorupsi). The next stage is pre-processing which consists of case folding, tokenizing, cleansing, sanitizing, and stemming. The extraction features Lexicon Based and Term Frequency (TF) which performs the process automatically. In the clustering stage, two clusters use three approaches; single linkage, complete linkage and average linkage. In the accuracy calculation phase, the writer uses the error ratio, confusion matrix, and silhouette coefficient. Therefore, the results are quite good. From 2408 tweets, the highest accuracy results are 61.6%.

Abstract

The process of the development of the world of digital technology has affected many areas. One of the central areas experiences penetration of digitization technology is in the area of health. One of the influences that add to the health field is medium with a large number of emerging health applications that can be easily accessed via a smartphone or tablet device. For example, in developed countries currently, examination process health the ear or hearing children have can be done using your smartphone. Through this tool, the doctor can diagnose the infection and prepare the proper treatment for patients. Growing number of mobile applications in the health field will certainly ease the course of patient care. There are currently a lot of digital health applications. For that we researchers designed a program shaped application that can be run over the web and sms gateway, to monitor the health conditions of babies from a variety of disorders. The information disseminated through the web and sms gateway can be accessed easily by the mothers who are nurturing her baby, so that a mother will get the right information on how to care for a baby with healthy and avoid distractions endanger the health of infants. this application may be applied in health centers, posyandu, or hospital.

Abstract

Sistem rekomendasi saat ini sedang menjadi tren. Kebiasaan masyarakat yang saat ini lebih mengandalkan transaksi secara online dengan berbagai alasan pribadi. Sistem rekomendasi menawarkan cara yang lebih mudah dan cepat sehingga pengguna tidak perlu meluangkan waktu terlalu banyak untuk menemukan barang yang diinginkan. Persaingan antar pelaku bisnis pun berubah sehingga harus mengubah pendekatan agar bisa menjangkau calon pelanggan. Oleh karena itu dibutuhkan sebuah sistem yang dapat menunjang hal tersebut. Maka dalam penelitian ini, penulis membangun sistem rekomendasi produk menggunakan metode Content-Based Filtering dan Term Frequency Inverse Document Frequency (TF-IDF) dari model Information Retrieval (IR). Untuk memperoleh hasil yang efisien dan sesuai dengan kebutuhan solusi dalam meningkatkan Customer Relationship Management (CRM). Sistem rekomendasi dibangun dan diterapkan sebagai solusi agar dapat meningkatkan brand awareness pelanggan dan meminimalisir terjadinya gagal transaksi di karenakan kurang nya informasi yang dapat disampaikan secara langsung atau offline. Data yang digunakan terdiri dari 258 kode produk produk yang yang masing-masing memiliki delapan kategori dan 33 kata kunci pembentuk sesuai dengan product knowledge perusahaan. Hasil perhitungan TF-IDF menunjukkan nilai bobot 13,854 saat menampilkan rekomendasi produk terbaik pertama, dan memiliki keakuratan sebesar 96,5% dalam memberikan rekomendasi pena.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini berisi tentang perubahan kemasan dan label produk bagi usaha rumahan di Desa Gelam, Kecamatan Candi, Kabupaten Sidoarjo Jawa Timur. Program ini bertujuan membantu memperbaiki bentuk kemasan dan bentuk label sehingga usaha rumahan mampu meningkatkan daya saing usaha mereka. Dengan adanya perubahan kemasan dan label yang lebih baik, maka pelaku usaha mampu meningkatkan nilai jual produknya karena produk mereka akan lebih mampu diterima oleh semua kalangan konsumen. Dengan menggunakan kemasan model baru berupa kontainer plastik atau microwave save, produk menjadi lebih higienis, meningkatkan daya tarik, lebih memiliki estetika, kemasan tidak mudah rusak dan lebih praktis sehingga konsumen merasa lebih suka, yang pada akhirnya pelaku usaha rumahan dalam jangka panjang lebih mampu mengembangkan usaha dan meningkatkan daya saing produknya. Untuk memenuhi indikator ketercapaian, maka desain label ke depan harus mencatumkan legalitas produk, untuk menciptakan keamanan bagi kepentingan konsumen.

Abstract

Kegiatan pelatihan dan pendampingan ini dilakukan khususnya ingin membantu masalah yang dihadapi kelompok pelaku usaha batik di desa Burneh, Tunjung, Bangkalan Madura. Sasaran utama adalah melatih, dan pendampingan mengenai konten digital marketing kepada kelompok usaha tersebut. Dalam upaya menjalankan usaha secara online menggunakan aplikasi instagram. Dalam kegiatan pelatihan dan pendampingan ini, baru 27 pelaku usaha yang terlayani oleh tim PKM, dimana hasil indikator ketercapaian kegiatan adalah 83,5% yang artinya kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini mampu memberikan sesuatu yang dibutuhkan oleh pemilik usaha kelompok batik Belva dengan baik. Dalam upaya melakukan pendampingan jangka panjang maka tim PKM melakukan monitoring kepada kelompok pelaku usaha tersebut agar mereka lebih mampu mandiri dalam mengembangkan usahanya. Dipilihnya aplikasi instagram karena model digital marketing yang satu ini sedang banyak digemari oleh pelaku usaha dalam upaya meningkatkan pengenalan produk, kegiatan promosi dan peningkatan penjualan mereka secara online. Mengingat saat ini dengan kemajuan teknologi dan informasi, tentu mengembangkan usaha jauh relatif mudah bagi pelaku usaha yang ditandai dengan penguasaan metode penjualan online secara lebih baik. Ini merupakan dampak globalisasi dan penerapan revolusi industri 4.0 dan menuntut kesiapan pelaku usaha untuk mengadopsi metode penjualan yang lebih baik berbasis teknologi.

Abstract

Perkembangan fotografi di masyarakat sangat berkembang pesat baik di perkotaan maupun di daerah. Seiring dengan perkembangan fotografi tersebut diikuti pula oleh produksi kamera yang bermacam-macam, sesuai dengan kebutuhan. Permasalahan yang mucul adalah, masyarakat sering bingung memilih kamera yang sesuai dan tepat untuk kebutuhannya, untuk itu penelitian ini ingin mengupas dan membuat suatu system pendukung keputusan untuk memilih kamera. Metodologi yang akan digunakan dengan menggunakan adative software development dan metode perengkingan dengan weihtied product. Bahasa pemrograman yang akan digunakan berbasis web, sehingga bisa dipergunakan oleh masyarakat baik di perkotaan maupun daerah-daerah. Abstract

Pencak Silat is one of the traditional martial arts that originated from Indonesia. The parent of Pencak Silat organization in Indonesia is INDONESIAN PENCAK SILAT ASSOCIATION (IPSI). Pencak Silat is one of the most reliable sports branches at the International-scale Olympics. Proven at the ASEAN GAMES 2018 Olympics and then the Pencak Silat Sports Branch is one of the sports branch of the most gold medal with a total of 14 medals. With the increasingly tight competition of Pencak Silat Sports, the trainer desperately needs athletes who fit certain criteria in order to be reliable in a tournament. In this study aims to assist the trainer in selecting athletes that correspond to the criteria. Therefore, a decision support system is required to assist the trainer in selecting qualified athletes. In this research, using the Technique for Other Preference by Similarity To Ideal Solution method is used to advise athletes who are eligible to be contested according to the calculation result. Result system of decision support system with Topsis method of this research has been tested by Pencak Silat Trainer and produce the results of the selection that is expected by the trainer. Abstract

As an administrative area under the Sub-District, Kelurahan Dampit does not yet have an information system and information technology that supports its activities, such as technical administration for all activities inside Kelurahan Dampit, reporting and monitoring of monitoring of community activities, administration of correspondence, population registration, inventory of problems related to community services, manufacturing report on the implementation of duties and filing. Therefore, it is necessary to plan an enterprise architecture to increase the effectiveness of work in public services, reporting, monitoring and managing the internal functions of the Kelurahan. This study discusses the planning of enterprise architecture in Kelurahan Dampit using the TOGAF (The Open Group Architecture Framework) framework with the ADM (Architecture Development Method) method as a method used for guidance or tools to plan, design, develop and implement information system architecture. This enterprise architecture planning will produce a business architecture blueprint that describes business processes, an application architecture that describes application design and interactions with other related applications, a data architecture that describes data storage, management and access, a technology architecture that describes the supporting hardware and software application infrastructure as well as the roadmap for implementing the application for Kelurahan Dampit.

Abstract

Pandemi yang berlangsung pada tahun 2020 akibat covid-19 membuat kemampuan finansial masyarakat dan tingkat kesejahteraannya menurun drastis. Kondisi tersebut juga berdampak pada mahasiswa dan perguruan tinggi. Untuk membantu kondisi tersebut Kemendikbud membuat penyesuaian dan kebijakan terkait ketentuan pembiayaan dan mengalokasikan program Bantuan UKT/SPP mahasiswa melalui Program KIP Kuliah untuk dapat dimanfaatkan oleh mahasiswa dan perguruan tinggi. Bantuan ini diharapkan dapat membantu mahasiswa yang mengalamai kendala finansial tidak dapat membayar UKT/SPP karena terdampak pandemi covid-19 sehingga mahasiswa dapat terus melanjutkan kuliah dan menyelesaikan studinya. Dalam menentukan calon penerima bantuan UKT/SPP mahasiswa maka dalam pengolahannya dibutuhkan sebuah sistem pendukung keputusan yang tepat dan akurat. Analitical Hierarcy Process (AHP) merupakan salah satu metode yang dapat digunakan dalam pengambil keputusan. Metode ini akan mencari setiap calon kandidat penerima bantuan UKT/SPP yang sudah disesuaikan pada kriteria-kriteria yang telah ditentukan. Proses selanjutnya adalah dilakukan pemeringkatan pada calon penerima bantuan untuk menentukan dan menetapkan mahasiswa penerima Bantuan UKT/SPP pada perguruan tinggi.

Abstract

This research was conducted in Sidoarjo Regency which has a lot of potential to grow and develop small businesses in three regions that is Krembung, Jabon, and Tulangan. The problem is one of the potential growth and development of small business activities in these three districts which has been supported by increased speed in business licensing, adequate infrastructure and the availability of renewable energy sources (gas) for smooth running and assistance for small businesses in the regions. To prove this, this research requires an increase in licensing, provision and improvement of infrastructure, and energy resources that can support its development activities for small business growth in the new normal 4.0. Of the three regions that were the object of research, at random there were 173 small business owners who were subjected to data collection in the field. As a basis for making decisions in an effort to overcome the above problems, the method used in this study is Crosstabs analysis, to test and determine whether there is a linearity between the potential for small business development with the availability of licensing management facilities, infrastructure provision, and supply of energy resources. the main pillar of the smooth running of small businesses in developing business activities, distribution and marketing of their products. From the test results, it turns out that the three facilities mentioned above, all have a linear relationship with the growth of small businesses in the three districts.
