Local and global economic activities which are increasingly supported by the development of increasingly advanced information technology will certainly have a good impact on the development of a local economy that is with the livelihood and development of micro and small business activities in a region or country. Such conditions must be well anticipated by all small businesses to take advantage of these technological advancements for future business development. There are many critical factors for the success of a business actor in carrying out his business mission, but with technological advancements, the gap to utilize technology properly is the key to success in itself, bearing in mind that the world is now in an all-digital communication order. Increasingly being able to adopt advanced technology, will certainly bring its own success for business people. This research was conducted on a group of small businesses in Indonesia who began to pioneer their businesses by utilizing information technology in cooperating with business partners and customers in order to enter the global market.

This research was conducted in three cities that have the highest number of hybrid entrepreneurs in Indonesia. The approach in this research is to prioritize primary data by looking for facts in the field related to hybrid entrepreneurial activities. The total number of business owners is 73 people spread across Surabaya, Malang, and Denpasar. Where these entrepreneurs have managed to run their business well in a hybrid way for approximately six years. Based on the research we did, we found that there were four main factors supporting their success in running a hybrid entrepreneurship, that is digital promotion, product identity and legality, resource strength, market analysis capabilities. Based on associative analysis and testing, it is proven that these four variables have a significant influence on hybrid entrepreneurial activities. The limitation of our research is that it does not include a wider range of forms or types of variables. It only involves four variables whose strength has been recognized by entrepreneurs in the three cities. The implications of this research activity will be to be able to provide a clear picture of the development of hybrid business activities and what aspects should be considered for someone when they want to start a hybrid entrepreneur. There has never been and there are not many references to research activities that specifically discuss and examine hybrid entrepreneurial activities.

Determining the Timing of Investment in Mutual Fund Products using the Double Exponential Smoothing Model Achmad Muchayan; I Putu Artaya; Made Kamisutara

Purpose: As we know, COVID-19 affects the economy of most of the world, one of the investment media that continues to grow is mutual fund investment. This study aims to find the right time to invest by studying data in the previous period. Design/methodology/approach: In this study, we collect daily data on Net Asset Value (NAV) prices from January to September 2021, by analyzing calculations using the double exponential smoothing method to predict the time with the lowest price for investing. Findings: The results showed that this study was able to predict the right time to invest in mutual funds using the Holt Double Exponential Smoothing method using the actual smoothing data parameter of 0.9 (alpha) and the trend data smoothing parameter of 0.1 (beta) with produces a Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE) value of 0.85343. The right time to invest in this research is determined on November 2, 2021 with an estimated net asset value (NAV) of 2348.644032. Purpose: This study aims to determine the influence of project-based collaborative and participatory learning on student achievement and recognition, especially at the Faculty of Computer Science, University of Narotama (Unnar). Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan dengan tujuan melatih pelaku usaha mikro penghasil produk makanan agar mengerti arti penting pencantuman label dalam kemasan produk mereka, karena selama ini produk yang mereka jual ke pasar atau konsumen belum mencantumkan tentang informasi sedikitpun pada kemasan produk mereka, tujuannya memenuhi hak konsumen agar dapat mengetahui informasi penting terhadap produk yang mereka konsumsi, disisi lain juga untuk meningkatkan nilai tambah, daya saing produk tersebut. Kegiatan PKM ini dilaksanakan di dua kelurahan yaitu Ngampelsari dan Balongdowo, Sidoarjo. PKM dilaksanakan dengan cara kunjungan rumah berbentuk pendampingan dan tatap muka di balai desa kelurahan kepada 38 peserta dari Ngampelsari dan 58 peserta dari Balongdowo. Hasil pelatihan, semua setuju dengan informasi yang harus tercantum pada label kemasan, kecuali logo halal dan kode P-IRT banyak yang masih menunda karena memerlukan proses dan mekanisme khusus dalam proses pengajuannya, dan dilanjutkan pada kegiatan yang akan datang dengan narasumber yang ahli dibidangnya.

Sales strategies require the right managerial in marketing products with the development of technology and communication, the decision making in product sales supported by complete data and can be analyzed into intelligence business solutions. The research discussed and provided solutions about how to forecast future demand targets from a set of data history by making a predictive model of product demand in the real case. The research study was obtained from automobile sales, which the company probably set the strategy from the forecast result of automobile sales by the system in the future. The research used forecasting methods such as Least Square, Single Exponential Smoothing, and Double Exponential Smoothing to achieve a small percentage of prediction error. The dataset was collected from Mitsubishi Motors Corporation which obtained 60 samples of popular product types such as Pajero, FE and L300 from 2014 to 2018 over a period of months. The experimental results reported that Double Exponential Smoothing has given a better performance than other methods. The forecasting result of Pajero reached the MAPE of 3.26%, FE reached the MAPE of 3.24%, and L300 reached the MAPE of 3.37%. This study indicates that the selection of the forecasting method depends on the actual data pattern and the adjustment of the parameters in predicting future points.

Kegiatan pelatihan ini merupakan salah satu kegiatan diseminasi luaran Penelitian Strategis Nasional Indonesia (PSNI). Tujuan utama pelatihan adalah ikut membantu salah satu puskesmas di kabupaten Malang Jawa Timur dalam meningkatkan kapasitasnya memberikan pelayanan kesehatan bagi ibu hamil di pelosok daerah. Sehingga kegiatan monitoring, pelayanan, dan penanganan gangguan kesehatan pada ibu hamil dapat ditingkatkan. Aplikasi peringatan dini kesehatan ibu hamil merupakan berbasis sms-gateway dan dapat dioperasikan melaluiperangkat seluler secara mudah dan cepat. Sehingga sangat berguna bagi ibu hamil melakukan konsultasi, menerima informasi dan proses komunikasi dengan pihak puskesmas secara cepat dan efisien. Pelatihan ini masih terbatas pada satu puskesmas di wilayah kabupaten Malang dan dapat dijadikan sebagai contoh penerapan bagi puskesmas yang lain. Melalui pengukuran persentase indikator ketercapaian, proses pelatihan ini dapat dianggap mampu mencapai sasaran seperti yang direncanakan oleh tim PKM karena tingkat ketercapaian nilainya di atas 85%. Bagi puskesmas, kehadiran aplikasi ini dapat membantu dalam membuat perencanaan, analisis, diseminasi informasi dan mampu meningkatkan kemampuan puskesmas dalam mengambil tindakan bagi gangguan kesehatan ibu hamil secara tepat. Nilai tambah kegiatan pelatihan ini adalah proses penerapan aplikasi yang secara khusus diperuntukkan bagi penanganan kesehatan ibu hamil berbasis sms-gateway yang selama ini belum pernah dibuat dan diterapkan pihak lain di Indonesia.

A good level of health enables everyone to live socially and economically productive lives. The government has determined the acceleration of stunting reduction as the main project because the proportion of stunted children under five is a very important parameter for the development of human and national capital. Based on data, the Province of East Nusa Tenggara (NTT) is the area with the highest prevalence of stunting in Indonesia but the second lowest Information Technology Development Index in Indonesia. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to design and build applications for promotion and services for maternal and child health to overcome stunting in the province of NTT, so that improving the quality of health promotions and services, can have an impact on changes in public health services. The design and development of this application use a spiral model so that the application can later be adopted for use within the scope of the NTT Province and continue to be improved and developed in the future. This application is built using Code Igniter 4 framework and MySQL database. In this web-based application for promotion and maternal and child health services, it will be easier for people in NTT Province to get information about immunization schedules, location of health facilities, learning articles, and local government publications related to maternal and child health within the scope of NTT Province. Pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini berlokasi di desa Kalidawir dan desa Ketapang kecamatan Tanggulangin Sidoarjo. Jumlah pelaku industri rumah tangga pangan keseluruhan di dua desa tersebut sebanyak 34 pelaku usaha. Peserta kelompok pertama yang mengikuti kegiatan ini berjumlah enam pelaku usaha, yang produknya adalah produk pangan. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan di lakukan melalui daring dan tatap muka terbatas. Objek kegiatan adalah proses perubahan atau modernisasi kemasan produk beserta penambahan labelnya. Dari evaluasi kegiatan yang telah dilaksanakan, tingkat ketercapaian untuk proses pendampingan perubahan kemasan adalah 79,70% angka tersebut berada di atas angka 75% yang ditargetkan artinya kontribusi kegiatan perbaikan kemasan mampu merubah sikap pelaku usaha karena tampilan kemasan menjadi lebih baik sehingga nantinya mampu meningkatkan minat beli konsumen, sedangkan tingkat ketercapaian proses labelisasi kemasan angkanya adalah 81,25% yang artinya proses labelisasi memiliki kontribusi bagi peserta kegiatan keseluruhan, sehingga harapan peningkatan minat beli konsumen dengan adanya label di kemasan memiliki peluang untuk mampu meningkatkan nilai tambah dan daya tarik produk bagi kosumen.

Masalah utama yang tim PKM hadapi ketika melaksanakan kegiatan ini adalah masih banyak pelaku usaha rumahan yang menggunakan kemasan pada produknya secara apa adanya dan masih jauh dari layak. Atas dasar hal tersebut, tim PKM melakukan kegiatan abdimas dengan tujuan utama melaksanakan proses labelisasi produk usaha rumahan pada beberapa pelaku usaha yang produknya perlu mendapatkan perbaikan dengan fokus utama pada label di desa Ketapang Tanggulangin Sidoarjo. Total keseluruhan pelaku usaha rumahan adalah 52 orang dan kegiatan dibagi dalam beberapa tahapan. Dengan adanya penambahan label pada produk yang tergolong masih tradisional dan kurang layak maka produk pelaku usaha di desa tersebut akan tampil jauh lebih baik sesuai peraturan yang diharuskan pemerintah melalui Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten. Sehingga ke depan produk yang telah memiliki label akan lebih layak dipasarkan dan dikonsumsi oleh konsumen dan kegiatan ini merupakan salah satu tanggung jawab sosial pemilik usaha untuk menyempurnakan produk mereka. Dari hasil perhitungan indikator ketercapaian, diperoleh hasil 86,15% lebih besar dari 85% sebagai standar minimum indikator kegiatan sehingga dapat disipulkan bahwa kegiatan PKM ini mampu memenuhi keinginan dan harapan pelaku usaha rumahan untuk dapat memiliki produk yang lebih layak untuk dipasarkan kepada konsumen dan dianggap layak edar.
