Abstract

Abstrak. SMK Negeri 4 Surabaya merupakan salah satu SMKN yang ada di Kota Surabaya dimana sistem administrasi pelaksanaan Praktik Kerja Lapangan di sekolah saat ini masih menggunakan dokumen berupa kertas sehingga berpotensi besar untuk arsip yang telah disimpan hilang dan berantakan. Dengan pemanfaatan teknologi informasi berperan membantu pengelolaan dokumen secara digital. Maka dari itu, perlu dilakukan perancangan UI/UX Sistem Informasi PKL menggunakan metode design thinking untuk menghasilkan solusi yang lebih optimal. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah prototype sistem informasi Praktik Kerja Lapangan di SMKN 4 Surabaya berbasis desktop. Pengujian yang dilakukan pada penelitian menggunakan System Usability Scale (SUS) yang menghasilkan skor sebesar 84 yaitu mencapai tingkat usability yang baik. Saran yang bisa dilakukan adalah mengimplementasikan pada Sistem Informasi Praktik Kerja Lapangan di SMKN 4 Surabaya dalam bentuk aplikasi desktop maupun website sehingga dalam pengeloaan arsip, pendokumentasian, pengadministrasian pelaksanaan kegiatan Praktik Kerja Lapangan dapat menjadi lebih efektif dan efisien.

Abstract

In today's digital era, a website is one of the essential tools an institution must have. It serves as a platform for publication, interaction, and communication with various stakeholders. A website is not only essential for online branding but also serves as an effective medium for interacting with various stakeholders, such as prospective new students, accreditation assessors, and so on. With the primary role of a website as the face of an online institution, it is crucial to understand proper website content management. Akademi Gizi Karya Husada which is located at Jl. Soekarno Hatta No. 07, Pare, Kediri, has a website with minimal content and relatively low frequency of data updates. Most of the website operators involved do not fully understand the use and management of a website because it is not in line with their area of expertise. With community service activities through training and mentoring for website content management at the Akademi Gizi Karya Husada Kediri, it is expected that the website operators involved can carry out their duties optimally, properly, and correctly, and the frequency of website content updates will increase.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to assist micro-entrepreneurs in eight cities: Sidoarjo, Gresik, Tuban, Mojokerto, Pasuruan, Lumajang, Jember, and Situbondo. The main objective is to support their business development to make them more competitive and expand their market. Five variables were used for the business development process: meeting expectations, improving and changing, creating strengths, business feasibility, and technological mastery. The research location was a micro-enterprise center in East Java, a long-established micro-enterprise center that sells various types of products. The population and sample size were the same, i.e. 84 entrepreneurs, and were classified as saturated samples. The data collection method used research instruments distributed using Microsoft Forms via WhatsApp. The analysis method used multiple linear regression analysis, with the aim of estimating the regression equation. Hypothesis testing prioritized partial hypothesis testing of the five variables used. The test results showed that three variables had a significant influence: meeting expectations, improving and changing, creating strengths, and two independent variables, i.e. business feasibility, and technological mastery, turned out to be insignificant. Based on the test results, business actors must focus on two areas, i.e. business feasibility and technology implementation. Insignificant means that these two variables are not optimal and have not provided satisfactory results for these micro business actors.

Abstract

The development process of digital technology has affected many fields. One of them is health field. Number of health application appears. They can be accessed easily by smartphone or tablet device. For instance, in developed countries, doctors examine and diagnose children's ears using smartphone. He provides the appropriate treatment for their patients through the device. The growing number of mobile applications in health will certainly facilitate patient care. There are currently about 13,000 digital health applications. Nowadays, patients have gradually followed this trend. Rock Health, as a provider of digital health ecosystem services, explains the power of mobile health care as well as the health effects of technology. The digital health care industry has a significant impact on healthcare providers. In this research, the researchers design tools or web-based applications and or sms gate way. The main objective is to monitor early health for expectant mothers and infants who are less likely to receive direct medical care.

Abstract

Proses rekrutmen karyawan yang efisien dan efektif merupakan faktor krusial bagi keberhasilan suatu perusahaan, terutama dalam menghadapi persaingan global yang semakin ketat. Tahap awal penyaringan Curriculum Vitae (CV), seringkali menjadi hambatan signifikan, khususnya ketika berhadapan dengan volume lamaran yang tinggi. Metode penyaringan manual yang konvensional, selain memakan waktu dan sumber daya yang berharga, juga rentan terhadap bias subjektif dan kesalahan manusia, sehingga berpotensi menghilangkan kandidat-kandidat potensial yang berkualitas. Untuk mengatasi tantangan ini, penelitian ini berfokus pada perancangan dan pembangunan sebuah aplikasi engine reviewer CV berbasis Android yang mengintegrasikan teknologi Artificial Intelligence (AI), khususnya Google AI Gemini API. Aplikasi ini, yang dikembangkan menggunakan framework Flutter, didesain untuk mengotomatiskan dan meningkatkan objektivitas proses penyaringan CV. Aplikasi ini bekerja dengan cara mengekstrak informasi kunci dari CV pelamar, menganalisis kesesuaiannya dengan kriteria lowongan pekerjaan yang telah ditentukan oleh HRD, dan memberikan skor relevansi serta saran yang komprehensif untuk pertimbangan HRD. Pengujian kinerja aplikasi dilakukan menggunakan 4 CV dan 3 lowongan pekerjaan dengan kriteria yang beragam. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi ini mampu merekomendasikan kandidat yang sesuai dengan kriteria lowongan pekerjaan dengan ketepatan rata-rata 88.47% berdasarkan metrik F1-score. Kecepatan pemrosesan CV juga meningkat secara signifikan, dengan rata-rata waktu pemrosesan 5.5 detik per CV. Dengan demikian, aplikasi engine reviewer CV ini terbukti berpotensi untuk mengoptimalkan proses rekrutmen, menghemat waktu dan sumber daya, serta membantu HRD dalam mengidentifikasi kandidat-kandidat potensial secara lebih cepat, akurat, dan objektif.

Abstract

Distributed Denial-of-Service (DDoS) attacks are a serious threat to network infrastructure that can cripple services by flooding systems with malicious traffic. This study implements the attributes of the Border Gateway Protocol (BGP) Community together with Remote Triggered Black Hole (RTBH) as an effective mitigation strategy for the Communication and Information Service of East Java Province. The developed solution leverages BGP routing capabilities to quickly identify and discard attack traffic at the network edge through coordinated route marking. Implementation includes the use of BGP Community tags (300:222) to flag dangerous traffic routes, automatic blackhole routing setup through coordination with upstream service providers, and validation of the framework through real-time simulations using GNS3. The results show this solution can mitigate volumetric attacks in seconds, with a 100% blocking rate for marked prefixes while maintaining normal operation for unaffected routes. This approach offers significant improvements in response speed and scalability for government networks facing advanced DDoS threats. The findings of the study provide practical implementation guidance and empirical evidence supporting BGP-based DDoS mitigation, particularly for the Indonesian government's digital infrastructure.

Abstract

Sustainable growth is both a challenge and a strategic goal for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) amid technological disruption and global market dynamics. This study aims to analyze the influence of information technology literacy, business communities, business incubation, product creativity and innovation, and access to capital on the sustainable growth of MSMEs, with Digitalization of Processes as an intervening variable. The conceptual model used integrates the internal and external resource approaches of MSMEs within the framework of digital transformation. This study employs an explanatory quantitative approach using Structural Equation Modeling based on Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) analysis techniques. The research sample consists of 125 MSMEs in Tambaksari District, Surabaya, selected through purposive sampling. Data was collected via a Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed using SmartPLS 4.0 software. The results indicate that process digitalization significantly influences the sustainable growth of SMEs. Information technology literacy and involvement in business communities indirectly influence growth through digitalization. Conversely, business incubation, product innovation, and access to capital do not show significant direct influences on growth. The model has an R² value of 71.5% for sustainable SME growth and 61.6% for process digitalization. These findings emphasize that efforts to strengthen SMEs should focus on enhancing the digital capabilities of business actors and developing a collaborative ecosystem through business communities. Digitalization is not merely a tool but the primary driver of SME sustainability in the digital transformation era. Abstract

Saat ini, data mining semakin dikenal sebagai alat manajemen data yang penting seiring dengan bertambahnya jumlah data. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengelompokkan atau mengklasifikasikan jumlah penumpang pesawat di bandara Juanda dan bandara Ngurah Rai selama lima tahun terkahir yaitu tahun 2018 sampai dengan tahun 2022. Dari banyaknya data jumlah penumpang pesawat yang mengalami kenaikan dan penurunan di lima tahun terakhir, maka dari itu jumlah data yang banyak ini peneliti ingin menambang data untuk mendapat pengetahuan atau informasi baru dari data tersebut. Data mining atau menambangan data merupakan proses yang memanfaat teknik-teknik statistik, matematika dan kecerdasan buatan untuk mengekstrak dan mengidentifikasi informasi dan wawasan selanjut (atau pola) dari kumpulan data yang sangat besar. Salah satu teknik dari data mining yaitu clustering, yang digunakan untuk mendapatkan kelompok objek dengan sifat umum dalam data yang cukup besar. Dalam clustering terdapat metode algoritma K-Means dengan menentukan jumlah cluster yang diinginkan yaitu dua cluster, tiga cluster dan seterusnya. Setelah melakukan proses klasterisasi dilanjutkan dengan melakukan pengodingan menggunakan bahasa pemograman Python untuk menampilkan visual agar mudah dipahami. Dimana penelitian ini menghasilkan 3 klaster, setiap klaster memiliki nilai atau postensi pesawat di bandara juanda dan bandara Ngurah Rai.
