Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membandingkan hasil perhitungan daya dukung tanah berdasarkan data uji sondir (Cone Penetration Test) menggunakan dua metode empiris, yaitu Meyerhof dan Schmertmann. Data diperoleh dari pengujian di Lokasi X hingga kedalaman 5,6 meter dengan interval 0,2 meter. Nilai perlawanan konus (qc) digunakan untuk menghitungdaya dukung ultimit (q?????) dan daya dukung izin (q???). Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa daya dukung meningkat seiring kedalaman dan metode Meyerhof menghasilkan nilai yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan Schmertmann dengan selisih sekitar 25–35%. Perbedaan ini disebabkan oleh pendekatan analisis Meyerhof yang lebih sensitif terhadap nilai qc tinggi, sementaraSchmertmann mempertimbangkan deformasi tanah. Berdasarkan interpretasi grafik, lapisan tanah keras ditemukan pada kedalaman sekitar 3–3,5 meter yang direkomendasikan sebagai kedalaman pondasi optimal. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi acuan dalam menentukan daya dukung tanah secara empiris menggunakan data uji sondir. kolom.

Abstract

Dalam lingkungan bisnis yang semakin kompetitif, kepemimpinan yang berorientasi pada layanan menjadi faktor penting dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan, khususnya pada sektor jasa. Sektor jasa memiliki karakteristik interaksi langsung antara karyawan dan pelanggan, sehingga gaya kepemimpinan sangat menentukan kualitas layanan dan keberhasilan organisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara kepemimpinan yang berorientasi pada layanan (servant leadership) dan kinerja karyawan pada sektor jasa di Indonesia. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif melalui studi pustaka, dengan menganalisis 17 artikel jurnal ilmiah dan 3 buku yang relevan dengan topik kepemimpinan, sektor jasa, dan kinerja karyawan. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis konten untuk mengidentifikasi pola, konsep utama, dan temuan empiris terkait penerapan kepemimpinan melayani. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan yang berorientasi pada layanan berpengaruh positif terhadap motivasi, kepuasan kerja, loyalitas, dan produktivitas karyawan melalui penciptaan lingkungan kerja yang suportif, empatik, dan memberdayakan. Selain itu, kepemimpinan melayani juga berkontribusi dalam meningkatkan kualitas layanan, komitmen organisasi, dan daya saing perusahaan. Namun demikian, efektivitas penerapannya sangat bergantung pada keselarasan nilai kepemimpinan, budaya organisasi, serta struktur manajemen yang mendukung. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi referensi bagi pengembangan praktik kepemimpinan yang berorientasi pada layanan di sektor jasa Indonesia.

Abstract

Disrupsi digital telah membawa perubahan signifikan terhadap dinamika dunia kerja dan menuntut transformasi dalam pengelolaan sumber daya manusia. Perkembangan teknologi  tidak hanya memengaruhi struktur pekerjaan, tetapi juga membentuk ulang ekspektasi individu terhadap pengembangan karier dan keberlangsungan kerja. Kondisi ini mendorong organisasi untuk mengadopsi pendekatan pengelolaan SDM yang berorientasi jangka panjang melalui penerapan sustainable human resource management guna menjaga keberlanjutan talenta sekaligus memperkuat ketahanan karier tenaga kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji dan mensintesis perkembangan konsep talent sustainability dan career resilience dalam konteks sustainable HRM pada era disrupsi digital. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan literature review terhadap artikel ilmiah nasional dan internasional yang relevan, yang diperoleh dari basis data bereputasi dan dianalisis secara tematik naratif. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan sustainable HRM yang terintegrasi dengan digitalisasi, praktik ramah lingkungan, serta dukungan terhadap kesejahteraan dan pengembangan kompetensi berkontribusi positif terhadap keterlibatan, loyalitas, dan stabilitas tenaga kerja. Selain itu, career resilience muncul sebagai faktor penting yang memungkinkan individu beradaptasi dan berkembang di tengah perubahan lingkungan kerja. Studi ini menegaskan pentingnya pendekatan pengelolaan SDM yang holistik dan berkelanjutan sebagai strategi untuk memperkuat daya saing organisasi serta memastikan keberlangsungan karier individu di era digital

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of work motivation and work discipline on employee performance at Company X. The research employed a quantitative approach using a survey method. The population of the study consisted of all employees of Company X, with a total sample of 60 respondents selected through a saturated sampling technique. Data were collected through questionnaires developed based on the indicators of each research variable and measured using a five-point Likert scale. The collected data were analyzed using validity and reliability tests to ensure the quality of the research instrument, followed by multiple linear regression analysis with the assistance of statistical software. The results of the study indicate that work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This finding suggests that higher levels of work motivation lead to better employee performance. In addition, work discipline also has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, indicating that employees’ compliance with organizational rules and work standards plays an important role in improving work effectiveness and productivity. Simultaneously, work motivation and work discipline have a significant effect on employee performance at Company X. The findings imply that companies should continuously enhance employee motivation through rewards, career development opportunities, and a supportive work environment, as well as strengthen work discipline through consistent and fair enforcement of organizational rules. This study is expected to contribute both theoretically and practically to the development of human resource management.

Abstract

This study examines the role of digital technology in enhancing the operational effectiveness of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia. The research focuses on how the adoption of digital technology and management information systems contributes to improving operational efficiency, decision-making processes, and competitiveness in an increasingly competitive business environment. A descriptive qualitative approach is employed to gain an in-depth understanding of digital transformation practices within MSME operations. The findings reveal that digital technology facilitates business process automation, fosters innovation in products and services, expands market reach, and strengthens relationships with customers and business partners. Nevertheless, the adoption of digital technology among MSMEs has not yet reached its full potential due to challenges such as inadequate digital infrastructure, limited digital literacy and skills of human resources, and unequal access to technology. The study concludes that digital technology represents a strategic resource capable of enhancing MSME operational effectiveness and competitiveness when supported by adequate infrastructure and skilled human resources.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of transformational leadership and work motivation on employee performance. The research method used is a quantitative approach with a causal design. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to employees in a service sector organization. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results show that transformational leadership and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, both partially and simultaneously. This finding emphasizes the importance of the role of leaders in creating work motivation to improve organizational performance. This research is expected to provide theoretical and practical contributions in the field of human resource management.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of transformational leadership, organizational culture, and work motivation in improving employee performance at the Gunungsitoli Idanoi District Office. The novelty of this study lies in the qualitative approach that deeply explores the managerial dynamics in the public sector, which has different characteristics from the private sector. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation studies. Research informants were selected using a purposive sampling technique involving leaders and employees of the Gunungsitoli Idanoi District Office. The results of the study indicate that transformational leadership is able to encourage employee engagement, a strong organizational culture creates a conducive work environment, and work motivation plays an important role in improving employee performance. These findings provide practical implications for human resource management at the Gunungsitoli Idanoi District Office as well as theoretical contributions to the development of public sector management studies.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between the work environment and employee job satisfaction. A good work environment is believed to create a sense of comfort and security for employees, thus impacting their job satisfaction levels. This study used a quantitative approach with a correlational design. Data were obtained by distributing questionnaires to employees in an organization. Data analysis techniques used the Pearson correlation test and simple linear regression. The results of the study indicate that the work environment has a positive and significant relationship with employee job satisfaction. This finding indicates that improving the work environment, both physical and non-physical, can increase employee job satisfaction. This research is expected to provide management with a consideration in managing the work environment effectively.

Abstract

The agriculture and fisheries sectors are key pillars in supporting national food security, particularly in an agrarian and maritime country like Indonesia. However, both sectors still face various structural challenges, including limited land, environmental degradation, and low production efficiency. One innovative approach being developed to address these issues is the integrated farming and fisheries system, specifically through the minapadi (rice-fish farming) system. This research aims to analyze the contribution of the minapadi system to increased productivity, resource efficiency, and environmental sustainability. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive approach supported by quantitative data obtained through field observations, farmer interviews, and documentation studies.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of social capital and entrepreneurial orientation on pricing strategies among MSME actors. The research method employed is a quantitative approach using multiple linear regression analysis to test the relationships between variables. The results indicate that social capital plays a crucial role in determining price flexibility, while entrepreneurial orientation drives innovation in competitive pricing. In conclusion, the integration of strong social networks and risk-taking behavior is vital for business sustainability in dynamic markets. This abstract provides a general description without the use of citations or unfamiliar technical terms.
