Abstract

The development of digital technology, particularly Artificial Intelligence (AI), has significantly transformed various aspects of human life, including the legal system. The implementation of AI in the legal sector in Indonesia offers efficiency, accuracy, and accessibility of legal services but also poses complex legal, ethical, and regulatory challenges. This study employs a normative qualitative approach with a case study design to analyze AI utilization in legal practice, evaluating its impact, challenges, and implications for national regulation. The findings indicate that while AI can assist in legal data analysis, case prediction, and digital legal consultation, regulatory gaps exist concerning accountability, privacy risks, algorithmic bias, and limited human resource capacity. This study emphasizes the urgency of adaptive legal reform, the establishment of ethical AI guidelines, and enhancing digital literacy among legal practitioners to ensure responsible and equitable utilization of technology

Abstract

This study examines the implementation of Project-Based Learning (PjBL) and Discovery Learning models to enhance students’ understanding of physics concepts at SMAN 1 Rangsang Barat, located in Kepulauan Meranti Regency, Riau Province, Indonesia. Operating under the Merdeka Curriculum, which emphasizes student-centered learning, competency development, and character formation, the school faces a significant challenge: the absence of a physics laboratory and limited access to experiment kits. To overcome these constraints, the teacher designed low-cost, student-built experimental tools, including marble roller coaster models for kinetic and potential energy, renewable and non-renewable energy process mock-ups, measurement activities, and simple paper-circuit traffic lights for dynamic electricity lessons. A qualitative classroom action research design was used, involving observation, documentation, and assessment of learning outcomes. Results show improved student motivation, enhanced science process skills, and significant increases in physics learning outcomes, with most students achieving scores above the minimum competency criteria. The study concludes that PjBL and Discovery Learning are effective and adaptable even in low-resource environments. Recommendations for broader implementation and sustainable innovation are provided.

Abstract

Kemajuan teknologi menciptakan berbagai inovasi dalam pembangunan infrastruktur dan kebiasaan baru untuk mempercepat serta mempermudah seluruh aktivitas sehari-hari manusia. Salah satu inovasi teknologi adalah terbentuknya industri Fintech yang menggabungkan bidang keuangan dan teknologi sebagai percepatan akses layanan keuangan, serta kemudahan dalam bertransaksi keuangan yang dirasakan berbagai pihak. Tujuan penelitian ini ialah guna mengetahui kepuasan mahasiswa pengguna aplikasi DANA yang ada Jambi berdasarkan aspek kemudahan, kepercayaan dan keamanan yang dirasakan selama bertransaksi menggunakan aplikasi DANA. Sampel yang digunakan dalam studi ini memanfaatkan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menyebarluaskan kuisioner ke 100 responden yang diolah menggunakan skala likert dan aplikasi SPSS dengan jumlah 24 pertanyaan yang disebarkan ke platfrom digital dengan sasaran pengguna aplikasi dana dengan lama penggunaan kurang dari 6 bulan hingga lebih dari dua belas bulan dengan segmentasi mahasiswa berusia 17 hingga 27 tahun. Bersumber pada uji T (parsial) mengunjukkan variabel kemudahan, dan keamanan memengaruhi kepuasan dari pengguna aplikasi DANA secara positif dan signifikan, sedangkan variabel kepercayaan memiliki pengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap kepuasan dari pengguna aplikasi DANA. Hasil dari uji F (simultan) menunjukkan variabel independen yang diuji secara bersama-sama signifikan memengaruhi kepuasan pengguna aplikasi DANA. Dari nilai hasil uji koefisien determinasi menunjukkan nilai Adjusted R Square sebesar 71,5% yang mengartikan bahwa kepuasan pengguna aplikasi DANA dapat mewakili variabel kemudahan, kepercayaan, dan keamanan, sementara 28,5% sisanya dapat dipengaruhi dari variabel bebas lainnya di luar penelitian ini.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya hasil belajar peserta didik di SMK Negeri 1 Pulau Punjung. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah hasil belajar peserta didik dengan model Gamified Project Based Learning (G-PjBL) lebih baik dari pada model pembelajaran konvensional peserta didik di kelas XI SMK Negeri 1 Pulau Punjung serta untuk mengetahui bagaimana minat belajar peserta didik kelas XI di SMK Negeri 1 Pulau Punjung dengan model Gamified Project Based Learning (G-PjBL). Jenis penelitian ini adalah Quasi Eksperimental Design dengan desain Posttest Only Control Group Design. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh peserta didik kelas XI SMK Negeri 1 Pulau Punjung pada semester ganjil tahun ajaran 2025/2026. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan pertimbangan (Purposive Sampling), sehingga terpilih kelas XI Akuntasi 3 sebagai kelas eksperimen dan kelas XI Akuntansi 3 sebagai kelas kontrol. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berupa post-test berbentuk essay yang memuat indikator hasil belajar peserta didik dan angket minat belajar. Instrumen tes hasil belajar yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini memiliki reliabilitas sebesar 0,79 yang menunjukkan bahwa instrumen tersebut reliabel dan layak digunakan. Sementara itu, hasil angket menunjukkan bahwa minat belajar peserta didik mencapai 84,65% yang termasuk dalam kategori sangat baik, mencerminkan motivasi dan keterlibatan aktif peserta didik selama proses pembelajaran berlangsung. Teknik analisis data pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji t satu pihak kanan. Hasil uji hipotesis diperoleh thitung = 2,679  dengan ttabel = 1,667 pada taraf nyata α =0,05 sehingga hipotesis diterima. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa hasil belajar peserta didik dengan menerapkan model Gamified Project Based Learning (G-PjBL) lebih baik dari pada hasil belajar peserta didik dengan menerapkan model pembelajaran konvensional peserta didik di kelas XI SMK Negeri 1 Pulau Punjung Kabupaten Dharmasraya

Abstract

Domestic violence (KDRT) in Indonesia is manifestation of gender injustice structures normalized by patriarchal norms. This study aims to analyze the strategic role of Citizenship Education (PKn) in deconstructing patriarchal norms and preventing domestic violence through a qualitative approach with a literature review method. The result of the study show that KDRT is not merely an indivudal problem, but a result of unequal power relations legitimized culturally and structurally. Meanwhile, conventional PKn with a state-centric paradigm is considered to fail in critiquing these inequalities and even further reinforces gender bias. Therefore, a recontruction of PKn towards a human-centric paradifm is needed, focusing on human rights, substantive gender equality, and social justice. Its impelemntation requires operational strategies at the micro, meso and macro levels. Even when facing challenges such as cultural bias and weak inter-agency coordination, opportunities for success remain open through transformative education approaches, the utilization of community social capital, and the convergence of constitutional value with positive law within a holistic and sustainable framework.

Abstract

This thesis explores the issue of low brand awareness faced by Tomo Cafe Peneleh, a cafe located in Surabaya that rebranded from Tomokofi. This research aims to identify the level of brand awareness and uncover the unique selling points (USPs) of the cafe, as well as the effectiveness of Instagram as a promotional tool. Data was collected through interviews with both existing customers and potential target consumers. The interviews were conducted using a structured questionnaire that had been prepared in advance using Google Forms. To ensure the accuracy of the responses, the writer directly interview the respondent and help filling up the questionnaire. Results showed that most respondents were unaware of the cafe's existence. However, the cafe’s cozy atmosphere, strategic location, and delicious drinks were frequently mentioned as its strongest USPs. To address the problem, the writer created a sample Instagram Reel designed to highlight these USPs as a tool to help them.

Abstract

SMP Swasta Gajah Mada merupakan salah satu instansi pendidikan yang hingga saat ini sistem pembayarannya belum terkomputerisasi, penginputannya masih tercatat di dalam buku sebagai pengolahan data-data siswa yang sudah melunasi pembayaran siswa. Serta penyimpanan datanya masih dalam pengarsipan dibuku besar, sehingga Staf Tata Usaha harus mencatat satu persatu nama siswa secara keseluruhan yang sudah membayar administrasi yang dapat mengakibatkan kesalahan informasi mengenai pendataan pada nama siswa yang sudah membayar serta menyulitkan bagi staff Tata Usaha untuk mencari atau memberikan data yang diperlukan, maka diperlukannya sistem pembayaran siswa berbasis web. Tahapan pengembangan sistem dalam pembuatan sistem informasi ini menggunakan metode model Agile Development yang terdiri dari tahapan perencanaan, tahapan analisis, tahapan perancangan, dan tahapan penerapan. Menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dalam pembuatannya serta MySQL sebagai databasenya. Hasil dari penelitian adalah Pada sistem yang berjalan sebelumnya, belum memiliki penyimpanan data pembayaran siswa dalam bentuk database, yaitu masih dalam bentuk pembukuan sehingga proses penyimpanan data menjadi lebih sulit dalam pencarian, maka diusulkan perancangan dan pembuatan sistem informasi pembayaran siswa berbasis web pada SMP Swasta Gajah Mada. Dengan adanya sistem informasi Pembayaran siswa berbasis web diharapkan dapat mempermudah staf TU dalam proses pengolahan data pembayaran administrasi siswa secara terkomputerisasi .

Abstract

The Mappatabe tradition is a local wisdom of the Bugis people, embodying the values ​​of respect, courtesy, and ethics in social life. These values ​​align with the Second Principle of Pancasila, namely "Just and Civilized Humanity." However, developments marked by modernization and globalization have brought changes in the mindsets and behaviors of the younger generation, potentially leading to a shift in cultural values, including in the practice of the Mappatabe tradition. This study aims to analyze the shift in Mappatabe traditional values ​​among the younger generation in Pemusiran Village, Nipah Panjang District, East Tanjung Jabung Regency, and examine their relevance to the values ​​of the Second Principle of Pancasila. This study used a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Data collection techniques were conducted through observation, interviews, and documentation, involving traditional leaders, community members, and the younger generation. Data analysis was conducted through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results indicate a shift in values ​​within the Mappatabe tradition, characterized by a decline in the understanding and application of the values ​​of respect, courtesy, and social ethics among the younger generation. This shift is influenced by factors such as modernization, globalization, and the suboptimal process of cultural inheritance. Researchers are analyzing the impact of this shift in tradition.

Abstract

In the digital era, manual warehouse inventory management is still challenging for many business people, including Satria Wholesale Mart. The main problems also faced are irregularities in recording incoming and outgoing goods, low accuracy of stock data, delays in reporting, and difficulties in tracking stock in real time. This finding aims to design and build an efficient and effective web-based warehouse inventory system using the Waterfall method. The finding method used is applied findings with a descriptive qualitative approach, which also aims to describe in detail and systematically the phenomena that also occur in the field and how new systems can be developed to solve these problems. The findings show that applying the waterfall method in developing a web-based inventory information system at PT Herso Ticep Indonesia has also yielded satisfactory results. The system that has also been developed has succeeded in meeting the needs of companies in inventory management, improving operational efficiency, and optimizing inventory management. These findings imply that companies can improve their operational efficiency and optimize inventory management by implementing this information system. The findings could also guide other companies that want to develop similar systems.
