Abstract

In Indonesia, the Covid-19 pandemic has transformed the learning process. Learning, which is generally performed offline (conventionally), must now be conducted online. This is performed to slow the spread of the Covid-19 virus. Sampit Vocational High School, one of the education providers in East Kotawaringin Regency, also offers online learning. The goal of this study was to obtain an overview of the effectiveness of online learning in history subjects at SMKN 2 Sampit. This study employs a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. Purposive sampling was used. There are a total of 12 subjects represented in the samples. In this study, data was gathered through an online survey created with Google Forms, as well as direct and online interviews conducted with the Zoom Cloud Meeting application. The Miles and Huberman model is used in the data analysis technique. The study's conclusion is that the implementation of online learning in history subjects is declared effective, and it is described in three aspects: (1) aspects of the facilities and infrastructure owned by teachers for online learning, (2) aspects of student and teacher responses regarding the effectiveness of online learning in history subjects, and (3) aspects of student and teacher responses regarding the effectiveness of online learning in history subjects. (3) The final aspect is the use of online learning for history subjects to break the Covid-19 chain.

Abstract

Osteoarthritis is a degenerative joint disease which is related with the damage of cartilage. X-Ray is one of the osteoarthritis radiological examinations but only to see the damage of bone not cartilage. One of an effective examination to visualize the damage of cartilage is Ultrasound. The objective of this study is to determine the relation between osteoarthritis grading scale with cartilage ultrasonographic in knee osteoarthritis patients. This was a Cross-sectional study on 32 knee osteoarthritis patients based on Total Sampling technique at RSU Al Fauzan period of 2016-2017. Statistical analysis was performed using Fisher test showed there was a correlation between osteoarthritis grading scale with cartilage ultrasonographic. The conclusion in this study, there is a significant correlation between osteoarthritis grading scale with cartilage ultrasonographic in knee osteoarthritis patients. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of understanding on taxation and e-filling on personal taxpayer compliance at Kpp Pratama North Makassar. This research method uses quantitative methods. The population of this research is the personal taxpayer of North Makassar Kpp Pratama. The sample selection was through random sampling where there were 70 samples that met the criteria as research samples. The analytical technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study prove that Tax Understanding and E-Filling have a positive and significant effect on Personal Taxpayer Compliance at North Makassar Kpp Pratama.

Abstract

In a nominee agreement on land ownership by foreigners in Indonesia, the objective requirement is a cause what is halal is not fulfilled, it will result in the agreement becomes null and void by law. It means from the beginning of an agreement and/or an agreement thought to have never been born/never existed. Article 1335 of the Civil Code states that a an agreement made under false pretenses or forbidden has no power. In this case, the agreement was deemed to have been void from the beginning because not all agreements made have binding force as law.

Abstract

Saat ini, mempekerjakan penyandang disabilitas semakin diakui sebagai bagian dari filosofi tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan (CSR) dan merupakan dimensi penting dari keberagaman tenaga kerja. Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk membahas mengenai peran CSR dalam melindungi hak yang dimiliki oleh tenaga kerja penyandang disabilitas. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian normatif.  Kesimpulan yang didapatkan dari penelitian ini adalah CSR meliputi pula hak asasi manusia yang mendasar yaitu hak mendapat pekerjaan, sehingga dengan adanya CSR para tenaga kerja penyandang disabilitas akan terlindungi haknya dan tidak akan mendapat diskriminasi di tempat kerja.

Abstract

Layanan bimbingan karir dengan media digital digunakan guru BK dalam upaya untuk memberikan informasi terkait karir. Guru BK/ Konselor sekolah harus mampu memanfaatkan teknologi untuk menunjang pemberian layanan BK, khususnya dalam pemberian layanan bimbingan karir dalam kurikulum merdeka belajar. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui inovasi penggunaan media digital pada layanan bimbingan karir dalam kerangka kurikulum merdeka belajar di era society 5.0. metode penelitian yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian survey. Desain penelitian survey dipilih untuk melihat tingkat penggunaan media digital pada layanan bimbingan karir dalam kerangka merdeka belajar dan inovasi yang digunakan guru BK dalam layanan bimbingan karir. Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa penggunaan media digital yang dilakukan guru BK se Kotawaringin Timur dalam pemberian layanan karir masih dalam kategori sedang dan perlu ditingkatkan serta disesuaikan dengan kurikulum merdeka pada era society 5.0. kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini adalah inovasi dalam penggunaan media digital yang dilakukan oleh guru BK beraneka ragam diantaranya seperti Whatsaap Google Classroom, Canva, Instagram, dll. Akan tetapi dalam proses nya perlu adanya sosialisasi terhadap guru BK terkait penggunaan media digital yang berfokus pada karir siswa.

Abstract

The development of national education began after Indonesia’s independence day, and then the government gradually expanded national education, so that education in Indonesia has entered 3 eras, there was modern education, post-modern education, and millennial education. The most recent curriculum launched by the Ministry of Education and Culture is the Independent Curriculum during the Covid-19 pandemic. Essentially, we are required to follow the development of the era, but we must not abandon the foundations of Indonesian culture. Multicultural education based on local wisdom is a requirement that must be implemented, particularly in the field of guidance and counseling. Local wisdom has been established to improve good conditions for students at all levels of education. Research objective: to explain and describe the study of implementing education in the areas of guidance and counseling throughout the Industrial Revolution. Method: literature review by applying 7 steps of literature review by using collection information tools that as scientific literature search software. Results: The 10 journals determined that multicultural education based on local wisdom can increase positive aspects such as resilience, self-awareness, interpersonal communication, self-confidence, self-control, and self-openers when used in guidance and counseling services. Conclusion: In the industrial revolution age, local wisdom is significant and useful in applying guidance and counseling 4.0.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the implementation of developmental guidance and counseling within the context of the Merdeka Curriculum at the Senior High School level in Central Kalimantan Province. A qualitative case study approach was employed, involving three guidance and counseling teachers from different schools. Data collection was conducted through in-depth interviews, and the data were analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model. The findings highlight two key themes: (1) the implementation of developmental guidance and counseling programs, which include assessments of students’ learning styles, interest-based subject mapping, and support for higher education pathways, and (2) the challenges and constraints, such as limited teacher readiness, students' adaptation difficulties, and inadequate facilities. The study underscores the role of developmental guidance and counseling in fostering students’ personal and academic growth within the independent learning framework. The implications emphasize the need for enhanced governmental support, stronger school-community collaboration, and more structured counseling hours within the curriculum. The novelty of this research lies in its focus on the practical application of developmental guidance and counseling within the Merdeka Curriculum, contributing insights into optimizing its implementation in Indonesian schools. Abstract

Hyperbilirubinemia is one of the most common clinical phenomena in newborns, where hyperbilirubinemia occurs in 60% of Neonatus >35 weeks and 80% of Neonatus <35 weeks. Many factors influence hyperbilirubinemia. Hyperbilirubinemia if not handled properly can have serious consequences such as: kernicterus, chore athetoid cerebral palsy, hearing and cognitive impairment. This study aims to analyze the factors associated with the occurrence of hyperbilirubinemia and determine the relationship between breastfeeding, type of childbirth, birth weight, gestational age and asphyxia in infants at RSUD dr.Gunawan Mangunkusumo. This research is an analytical research with a cross sectional design. The sampling technique used total sampling, with a total of 52 infans as the sample size. Univariate data analysis was conducted using frequency distribution and bivariate analysis was performed using the chi-square test. The results of the univariate analysis showed that 65.4% of the infants with breastfeeding were fulfilled, 61.5% of action childbirth, 57.7% of normal birth weight, 53.8% of term gestational and 59.6% of asphyxia. There was a relationship between breastfeeding with a ρ-value of 0.014, there was no relationship with the types of childbirth with a ρ-value of 0.628, there was a relationship between birth weight and a ρ-value of 0.038, there was a relationship between gestational age with a ρ-value of 0.016, there was no relationship between asphyxia and a ρ-value 0.226 with the occurrence of hyperbilirubinemia. It is hoped that health workers will be more proactive in providing motivation and education to postpartum mothers and their families about breastfeeding and signs of hyperbilirubinemia symptoms as an effort to prevent and early detect hyperbilirubinemia

Abstract

Persiapan fisik dan mental ibu hamil menghadapi persalinan dapat didapatkan melalui kegiatan kelas ibu hamil. Melalui kelas ibu hamil, ibu akan dibimbing untuk selalu berpikir optimis dalam menghadapi persalinan yang membuat efikasi diri ibu semakin bertambah dalam menghadapi persalinan. Edukasi antenatal yang diberikan seperti tanda persalinan, persiapan persalinan, hal-hal apa yang bisa ibu lakukan dalam fase persalinan untuk mengoptimalkan posisi janin melalui prenatal yoga, mempraktikkan cara mengatasi nyeri persalinan, latihan relaksasi serta mengolah emosi di masa persalinan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh kelas edukasi antenatal berbasis keterampilan terhadap efikasi diri ibu hamil. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan experimen semu (quasy experiment) dengan design one group pretest posttest. Perlakuan yang diberikan yaitu edukasi persiapan persalinan berbasis keterampilan sebanyak 1 kali setiap minggu dalam 4 minggu dengan durasi 60 menit setiap treatment. Hasil uji statistik dependen T-Test diperoleh p value = 0,001 artinya ada perbedaan efikasi diri ibu hamil sebelum dan sesudah mengikuti kelas edukasi antenatal berbasis keterampilan. Perbedaan efikasi diri ibu hamil ditunjukkan dengan rata-rata nilai efikasi diri ibu hamil sebelum perlakuan yaitu 118,50. Pengukuran rata-rata nilai posttest efikasi diri yaitu 136,75. Terdapat peningkatan nilai mean/rata-rata efikasi diri ibu hamil dalam menghadapi persalinan sebesar 18,25.Kata kunci:  kelas ibu hamil, efikasi diri ibu hamil, manajemen nyeri, optimalisasi posisi janin, relaksasi, ibu hamil trimester III
