Abstract

This research is motivated by the phenomenon of the high tendency of aggressive behavior among students and their peers, especially among students at the junior high school level. This study aims to determine the effect of group guidance services using the Indonesian folklore psychodrama technique to reduce students' aggressive behavior as an effort to facilitate students to express their reactions to their pressure without using aggressive behavior. This research is a quantitative research with the One Group Pretest-Posttest experimental method. The implementation of this research was carried out at MTsN 1 Pekanbaru with a sample of 12 people from a total population of 440 seventh grade students. The results of the data obtained in this study were then calculated using descriptive statistical analysis techniques and tested for their influence using the Wilcoxon test formula and the N-Gain test. The result of the Gain Score calculation is 0.68 which can be interpreted that the magnitude of the influence of group guidance services using the Indonesian folklore psychodrama technique on students' aggressive behavior is in the moderate category. Based on this, it can be said that group guidance services using the Indonesian folklore psychodrama technique have an effect in reducing students' aggressive behavior.

Abstract

Background: Classroom Action Research is a research conducted in the classroom by teachers to determine the effect of the actions applied to a research subject in the classroom. CAR allows teachers to actively involve themselves in the development of learning, broadcast the teaching methods used, and find appropriate solutions to improve the effectiveness of student learning. However, in its implementation, many teachers still have low abilities in conducting classroom action research. Method: The research method used in several stages, namely FGD, training and mentoring and evaluation of training carried out at SD Negeri 147 Pekanbaru. Results: The results of the implementation of community service showed a significant increase in the ability of CARK teachers, with an N-gain of 0.71 in the high category. With this community service, it can be concluded that there was an increase in the skills carried out by Elementary School CARK teachers in Pekanbaru City. Conclusion: This activity successfully improved the PTK practical skills of elementary school teachers in Pekanbaru City, which ultimately had an impact on improving the quality of classroom learning and teacher professionalism.

Abstract

Kemampuan regulasi emosi merupakan salah satu aspek penting yang perlu dimiliki peserta didik SMA untuk mendukung perkembangan pribadi, sosial, dan akademik. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan media layanan yang mampu membantu peserta didik memahami emosi secara lebih mandiri dan menarik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan buku saku digital berbantuan FlippingBook tentang regulasi emosi untuk peserta didik SMA serta menguji tingkat validitas dan kepraktisannya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Research and Development dengan model ADDIE yang dilaksanakan hingga tahap implementasi terbatas. Validasi dilakukan oleh dua ahli media dan dua ahli materi. Hasil validasi ahli media menunjukkan rata-rata tingkat kevalidan berada pada kategori sangat valid, sedangkan validasi ahli materi juga berada kategori sangat valid. Uji praktikalitas yang melibatkan uji kelompok kecil dan kelompok terbatas menunjukkan bahwa media berada dalam kategori sangat praktis. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa buku saku digital regulasi emosi yang dikembangkan layak, praktis, serta dapat digunakan sebagai media pegangan peserta didik untuk membantu peserta didik memahami emosi secara mandiri.

Abstract

Kedisiplinan siswa merupakan salah satu aspek penting dalam proses pembelajaran, namun masih banyak siswa yang menunjukkan perilaku tidak disiplin sehingga menghambat perkembangan akademiknya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengurangi perilaku tidak disiplin siswa melalui layanan konseling individual dengan teknik behavior contract. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus, melibatkan satu orang siswa sebagai subjek penelitian. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis data Miles dan Huberman yang meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan behavior contract mampu menurunkan perilaku tidak disiplin siswa, yang ditandai dengan meningkatnya ketepatan waktu hadir, berkurangnya kebiasaan membolos, serta meningkatnya kepatuhan terhadap aturan sekolah.

Abstract

Perundungan (bullying) di lingkungan sekolah, terutama di sekolah berasrama merupakan bentuk kekerasan interpersonal yang dapat berdampak pada kesejahteraan psikologis peserta didik. Studi kasus ini mendeskripsikan pengalaman perundungan yang dialami seorang siswa di SMA Babussalam dan mengevaluasi dinamika intervensi layanan BK: konseling individual, bimbingan kelompok, dan bimbingan klasikal. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan dokumentasi layanan. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa korban mengalami bullying berulang (verbal, relasional, perusakan barang). Layanan BK terbukti membantu pemrosesan emosional korban, membangun dukungan sosial, dan meningkatkan kesadaran kelas terhadap pencegahan bullying. Temuan menggarisbawahi pentingnya strategi layanan BK yang holistik dalam menangani kasus bullying di sekolah berasrama.

Abstract

Low learning motivation among students from broken homes forms the background of this study. This study aims to explain changes in students’ learning motivation after receiving individual counseling services using positive reinforcement techniques. This research employed a qualitative approach with a case study design, as the focus was directed at a single eighth-grade student exhibiting symptoms of low learning motivation. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The findings indicate that low learning motivation was influenced by family disharmony, economic pressure, early-age responsibilities, and negative labeling from the school environment. The intervention consisted of five individual counseling sessions applying positive reinforcement, including verbal reinforcement, point-based reinforcement, and meaningful rewards. The results demonstrated improvements in students’ learning behaviors, including increased focus, greater responsibility for school assignments, improved politeness, active participation in classroom activities, and more regular school attendance. These findings confirm that positive reinforcement is an effective strategy for school counselors in supporting students from broken homes who experience decreased learning motivation.

Abstract

This activity aims to improve the professional competence of elementary school teachers in implementing Classroom Action Research (CAR) as an effort to strengthen teachers' reflective and innovative capacity in the learning process. The training was conducted at SD Negeri 147 Pekanbaru, involving 60 teachers from various elementary schools in Pekanbaru City. The activity implementation method used a participatory approach through several stages, namely initial observation, focus group discussion (FGD), training, mentoring, and evaluation. The results of the activity showed that the CAR training had a significant impact on improving teachers' understanding, motivation, and skills in preparing proposals and implementing CAR. Teachers gained direct experience in designing, implementing, and reporting research results relevant to learning problems in the classroom. This activity also fostered a collaborative culture among teachers and strengthened reflective abilities in continuously improving learning practices. Thus, CAR training and mentoring activities have proven effective as a strategy for developing teacher professionalism in realizing quality learning in elementary schools.
