Abstract

This study aims to determine women's views on verbal sexual harassment in terms of cognitive, affective, and conative factors. This is due to the increasing number of acts of sexual harassment that occur against women, one of which is in the public sphere. Forms of verbal sexual harassment that occurred in the form of whistling, negative speech, seduction, comments, sharp stares at body parts, or physical abuse The research method used is a qualitative method. Abstract

Abstract

(One of the traditions carried out by the Madurese people, especially the Blumbungan people, is the pelet lahir or seven-month ceremony for pregnant women for their first child. They consider this ritual to be a religious event that must be carried out so that the child they are carrying can be born into the world in a perfect condition and without any shortcomings. This raises the question, why do the Madurese people really like to carry out this tradition? Is there a philosophical meaning contained in this custom? This study was conducted using field research accompanied by efforts to explore the meaning contained in this custom based on interviews and others).

Abstract

ABSTRACT Integrating technology in the digital 5.0 society, including artificial intelligence, cloud computing, and financial services, is creating a new business model: digital finance (FinTech). Indonesia's focus on economic logistics systems, FinTech development, and economic integration has positively impacted the real economy. However, digital financial innovation also brings risks, such as market uncertainty. After the pandemic, digital financial inclusion empowers women to reduce the gender gap. The history of women's economic role, such as in early Islam, highlights their success in this sector. Government measures, such as inclusive programs, show efforts to encourage women's role in the digital economy but improved financial literacy and structural support are still needed. This study aims to analyze the determinants of socio-economic conditions and the role of the Indonesian Deposit Insurance Corporation (LPS RI) in women's economic empowerment through digital banking services. This study chose a quantitative approach by conducting an online survey of 306 Indonesian womenpreneurs. The respondents' data was further analyzed using the SEM PLS analysis technique to test the proposed hypotheses. The results showed that digital banking is significant for womenpreneur empowerment in Indonesia. Financial literacy is strong, infrastructure is solid, and government support is in its favor. LPS RI protects digital banking services. recommendations including literacy campaigns, training, technology infrastructure, fiscal incentives, and government-LPS cooperation to advance womenpreneurs with financial technology.

The rise of innovation and technological development has triggered a revolution in the financial sector with a new 'non-centralized' system. The purpose of this study is to comprehend the idea of decentralized finance and pinpoint its advantages. Using literature sources, this study employs a qualitative descriptive methodology. Books, periodicals, and other publications are examples of secondary data. According to the study's findings, DeFi has five maslahah: 1) Maintain religion (hifzu al-din); 2) Preserve the soul (hifzu an-nafs); 3) Preserve offspring (hifzu al-nasl); 4) Preserve the intellect (hifzu al-'aql); and 5) Preserve property (hifzu al-maal). These principles align with technology and the development aspects of the era of Society 5.0. Consequently, it is advised that the government implement a regulation utilizing blockchain technology in the banking industry.
