Abstract

Internet of Things (IoT) mulai terkenal dimasyarakat ketika industri 4.0 mulai diterapkan, hal yang menjadi daya tarik IoT salah satu adalah efisiensi energi. Perusahaan PT. Dunia Berjaya Abadi adalah perusahaan yang menjual jasa transportasi. dengan IoT adalah saling terhubungnya cloud dengan Microcontroller Unit(MCU) sehingga dapat diakses langsung secara online. Praktik ini adalah untuk memberikan sentuhan teknologi dari masa ini supaya mempermudah pekerjaan dan efisiensi penggunaan energi melalui internet layaknya Smart Office. IoT didukung oleh teknologi komunikasi MQTT dan TLS untuk berkomunikasi dengan cloud. Praktik ini dimulai dari perencanaan dan diakhiri oleh penerapan Smart Office untuk PT. Dunia Berjaya Abadi.

Abstract

UI (User Interface) adalah desain antarmuka untuk mesin dan software, sedangkan UX (User Experience) adalah desain yang meningkatkan kepuasan pengguna dalam interaksi antar pengguna dan produk. Peneliti melakukan studi tinjauan literatur dengan metode observasi untuk mengetahui bagaimana UI/UX elements pada game tersebut berfungsi dan bagaimana UI/UX itu diterapkan dalam game tersebut. Hasil yang didapatkan dari penelitian ini adalah bagaimana UI/UX elements pada setiap game itu bisa meningkatkan bagaimana pemain berinteraksi dengan semua komponen dalam game tersebut, dan juga bagaimana UI/UX elements juga bisa mengurangi bagaimana pemain bisa menangkap berbagai macam informasi dalam game jika tidak diatur dengan baik. Rekomendasi yang peneliti bisa berikan untuk mengembangkan UI/UX pada video game adalah carilah sebuah cara untuk menampilkan informasi penting pada video game tersebut, tanpa mengambil banyak layar pada layar pemain

Abstract

Modern societies are prone to loneliness moreover in this pandemic situation. People are told to keep safe distance and spend more time at home. This create a situation that more and more young adults are getting lonely, which in turn leads to depression and other psychological disorders. This research aims to utilize interactive movie and website to help those who feel lonely. By utilizing ADDIE Methods, visual studio code and adobe premiere to develop the website and video, we manage to develop and host a website and interactive video that aims to assist lonely people. The following papers is describing our design and development process. Further research needs to be undertaken to understand its effects.

Abstract

Technology has been advantages in these recent years, they are easy to use and fast, especially when it comes for media like video games. Digital geography is now a major and very widespread interest. In human geography, there are two main theoretical approaches to video games. The first has considered the representational strategies and politics of video games: how video games depict the world, and the ethics of that depiction, the second is looking at the representational approach as a poor place to capture the contingencies of the digital world, and the embodied interactions between games and gamers. Based on discussion that has been discussed, we will design and develop a cinematic video, the design is that we will make a cinematic video using background music from a video game called "Legend of Zelda - Ocarina of Time", the applications used to make the video are Adobe Premiere Pro CC and Adobe After Effects CC, we will combine several gameplay clips from other games and then the writer will combine them with some of game soundtracks from "Legend of Zelda - Ocarina of Time" which will resulting a cinematic video, and we also added a Japanese poetry called haiku for the video storyline, and when it is finished, we will upload the video result to YouTube.

Abstract

Peminatan multimedia merupakan salah satu peminatan yang terdapat pada Prodi SI UIB. Peminatan ini memfokuskan pada bidang pembelajaran multimedia. Namun hingga saat ini, peminatan multimedia belum mempunyai media promosi yang dapat memberikan informasi dan mengenalkan peminatan ini kepada masyarakat luas maupun calon mahasiswa UIB. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan sebuah media promosi berupa video company profile yang dapat menampung informasi serta keunggulan dari peminatan multimedia dari Prodi SI UIB tersebut. Proses pengumpulan informasi pada penelitian ini menggunakan beberapa teknik diantaranya, wawancara kepada Kaprodi SI, observasi lapangan, dan studi pustaka. Hasil dari penelitian ini nantinya akan diimplementasikan pada media sosial UIB berupa youtube dan instagram dengan tujuan video company profile tersebut dapat terjangakau dan mudah untuk dicari oleh masyarakat dan mahasiswa.

Abstract

A Limited Liability Company (or abbreviated as Ltd.) is run by the company's organs, namely the General Meeting of Shareholders, Directors and Board of Commissioners jointly. Ltd. itself is a capital partnership. The problems obtained in this research; Batam Indonesia Gemilang Ltd. needs a company profile video to provide any information to all consumers. There’s a purpose for this research, which is to help the business of Batam Indonesia Gemilang Ltd. in conducting promotions and providing all informations to the public, which is all about Batam Indonesia Gemilang Ltd. The research method used is Data Collection Techniques, this method contains stages such as observation, interviews, and literature study. Abstract

Bengkulu is a city located on the island of Sumatra which has a variety of tribes, cultures and languages ​​in it. Bengkulu itself has a charm of beauty that spoils the eyes, especially in the field of tourism. There are many beautiful tourist destinations in the city of Bengkulu, but due to the lack of exploration of these destinations, the city of Bengkulu looks like a quiet city without any recreation areas for refreshing during the holidays. With these problems, there must be an innovation in the field of media and publications to help create a promotional media in the form of promotional videos about tourism in the city of Bengkulu. Which later will be implemented into a youtube platform. This study uses the ADDIE method (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). The results obtained after this promotional video was successfully designed, the author hopes to be a reference or encouragement to the tourism office and also the Bengkulu city government to introduce more tourism in the city of Bengkulu

PT. Dua Utama Jaya is a company that engaged in training and certification and located in Batam City. This company has been established since 2004 and focuses on providing internationally certified training to support industry, construction, oil, And gas. The problem experienced by the company is the lack of information about services and only through brochures, websites, and through individuals. Therefore, the company requires media information about the Company Profile to inform the public in introducing the company. The methodology applied in this research is the Applied research. To produce a good and quality company profile video-based media design, it is used for supporting applications such as Adobe Premiere CS6 and Filmora. Abstract

In this article, we will discuss the design and manufacture of graphic & motion graphic designs, in a medium, small, micro-business (MSME) in the city of Batam called coffee shop aftertaste. The purpose of this scientific project is to promote brand image through digital media because there is not enough promotion in coffee shop Aftertaste digital media so that it is still not well known among the wider community. Therefore, the author decided to make graphic & motion graphic designs in the form of videos, posters, character designs, and also coupon designs using the Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC) method. Abstract

In this article, we will discuss the design and manufacture of video company profile in the city of Batam called Vihara Dhrama Mulia Batam. The purpose of this society service is to promote the environment and activities of Vihara Dharma Mulia Batam through a platform called Youtube, because there is no promotion of Vihara Dharma Mulia Batam in the form of a company profile video, so it is still not very well known among the wider community. Therefore, the author decided to make video company profile using the Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC) method. Vihara Dharma Mulia Batam company profile video design using Adobe Premiere Pro 2020 and Adobe After Effects software, with a duration of four minutes and forty-two seconds, 1920x1080 resolution using a laptop with Intel® Core™ i7-7700HQ, GTX 950M, and 16GB RAM specifications The result of this scientific project is an increase in popularity and the introduction of Vihara Dharma Mulia Batam
