Abstract

This research in order to identify the development of marketing strategic take place in the kyai langgeng park in approach with marketing mix. This development will analyze using SWOT analysis. SWOT analysis is used to known the internal factor based on mix marketing and the external factor based on the circumstance factor, economic factor, socio-cultural factor, political factor, and technology. The result of the SWOT analysis shown the Kyai Langgeng park ha e several strong sector and another weak sector and another threat based on the analysis and have to take the action immediatelly. Based on the SWOT analysis Kyai Langgeng park needs to do something special especiallay the newest rebarnd or transform the whole system and organization. There are three transformation need to do by Kyai langgeng park the first one is business model transmation, brand image transformation, and financially transformation.

Abstract

In light of the fact that unproductive workplace behavior can have a significant negative effect on an organization, it is essential to do research on the factors that play a role in the emergence of unproductive workplace behavior in an organization. The work locus of control, organizational limits, and organizational equality have all been suggested as important factors in the development of counterproductive work behavior by a few previous studies and results based on observations made in the workplace. As a result, this line of research directs us to investigate the influence of those three characteristics on counterproductive behavior in the workplace. This goal will be accomplished by the use of multiple regression investigations, which will be used in the research. The results of a survey using a Likert scale have been analyzed here as part of this study. The key information was collected from 200 individuals who were representatives of the Directorate General of Taxation and came from a variety of work roles, locations, and organizational units. This was calculated by using a non probability sampling combined with the purposive technique. The findings of the hypotheses test have revealed that work locus of control, organizational limits, and organizational justice have a significant impact on counterproductive work behavior both partially and simultaneously. The measurement expressive also shows that the Directorate General of Taxes has a direct inner locus of control, lower organizational constraint discernment, and better organizational justice discernment. It is suggested that Directorate General of Taxes should further improve its internal control in order to complement the employees' self-discipline, maintain its organizational limitations, and ensure that organizational equality is maintained at an appropriate level.

Abstract

Pemerintah Daerah khususnya tingkat desa memiliki tanggungjawab untuk memenuhi kebutuhan masyarakat didesa. Dalam pemenuhan tanggungjawabnya pemerintah harus dapat memberikan pelayanan masyarakat sebaik mungkin agara masyarakat merasa puas terhadap kinerja pemerintahan. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh yang diberikan dari kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan dari masyarakat. Metode dari penelitian ini menggunakan regresi linear berganda dengan sampel sebanyak 50 orang. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukan bahwa variabel Kualitas Pelayanan memiliki pengaruh terhadap variabel Kepuasan Masyarakat (Y) sebesar 68,6%. Kualitas pelayanan di desa Kebonrejo lebih ditekankan pada aspek sevrqual untuk meningkatkan kepuasan masyarakat

Abstract

The performance of sharia banking in Indonesia has decreased during the Covid-19 pandemic. Moreover, the Covid-19 pandemic situation can increase mental and emotional pressure on employees at the office, as well as in Sharia banking. Therefore, it is necessary to increase leadership that is based on principles Islamic ethics in the context of Sharia banking to improve employee performance. This research aims to analyze banking performance Sharia in Indonesia through the development of spiritual leadership based on principles Islam, and also to examine the mediating role of quality of work life (QWL) and employee satisfaction. Research that examines the influence of spiritual leadership on employee performance, especially using the four pillars of Islamic principles, such as: Truthfulness (Al-Sidq); Trust (Trust); Communication (Tabligh); Knowledge (Fathonah) is still limited in the Shariah Bank context. A quantitative approach with a survey design was used to collect data from 1.131 Shariah Bank employees. The data analysis technique used structural equation modeling with partial least squares (SEM-PLS). Spiritual leadership has a significant effect on the quality of work life (QWL), job satisfaction and employee performance. In addition, QWL and job satisfaction mediate the effect of spiritual leadership on employee performance. Sharia banking can implement spiritual leadership to improve employee performance, especially in Indonesia after the Covid-19 pandemic. This research fills the literature gap by explaining the relationship between spiritual leadership, creativity, quality of work life, job satisfaction, and employee performance in the context of Shariah Banking in Indonesia.

Abstract

Coffee is a plantation commodity that has high economic value. Indonesian coffee consumption continues to increase due to the shifting trend of drinking coffee in society. Magelang Regency as a coffee producer has the potential to be developed. By considering the area of coffee plantations and the condition of Magelang Regency as a super-priority tourist destination, a strategy is needed to develop the potential of coffee as a good economically viable product. Thus, this study aims to analyze the coffee plantation development strategy in Magelang Regency through the Strength, Weakness, Opportunities, and Threats (SWOT) matrix. The results showed that the condition of coffee plantations in Magelang Regency experienced a decrease in land area from year to year. Strategy analysis in an effort to develop the potential of coffee plantations in Magelang Regency through SWOT analysis is in quadrant III. The strategy that can be implemented is a turn-around strategy through efforts to increase knowledge of cultivation, postharvest, and technology for coffee farmers, and rejuvenating coffee plants that are entering an unproductive period.

Abstract

This research aims to test a model for improving alliance performance and competitive advantage in MSMEs in the Borobudur area. This research uses a survey-based quantitative approach to collect primary data. The sample in this research was 44 MSMEs located in the Borobudur area and already had alliances or partners. The sampling method uses snowball sampling. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression by SPSS. The results show that the partner selection process and relational capital can improve alliance performance of MSMEs. Furthermore, alliance performance has an influence on the competitive advantage of MSMEs. These results support the resource-based view theory and resource-dependent theory. The results provide practical implications for MSME managers in the Borobudur area to be selective in choosing suitable partners and improve the quality of relationships with partners in order to improve alliance performance, thus it can increase the competitive advantage of MSMEs.

Abstract

Platform jual beli online di Indonesia terus mengalami perkembangan dengan angka konsumen digital yang tinggi. Hal ini menuntut adanya inovasi dan strategi pemasaran yang baik, terutama pada aspek harga maupun promosi. Riset ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji ulang terkait pengaruh dari variabel harga dan promosi terhadap purchase intention di salah satu platform digital (TikTok Shop). Metode kuantitatif digunakan dalam penelitian ini dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 195 responden. Data yang terkumpul kemudian dianalisis melalui analisis regresi linier berganda menggunakan tools SPSS 26. Riset ini membuktikan secara parsial harga ataupun promosi live selling secara signifikan berpengaruh terhadap purchase intention. Oleh karena itu, para penjual atau pelaku usaha online di TikTok Shop perlu memperhatikan strategi harga dan promosi dengan baik agar purchase intention serta angka penjualan dapat meningkat.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel digital marketing berdasarkan indikator website, search engine marketing, e-mail marketing, dan social media marketing terhadap minat beli konsumen pada marketplace Tokopedia. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Jumlah responden dalam penelitian ini adalah 40 responden berdasarkan teknik pengambilan sampel purposive sampling. Data primer diperoleh melalui kuesioner dengan skala pengukuran menggunakan skala likert. Teknis analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linear sederhana. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa variabel digital marketing memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli konsumen pada marketplace Tokopedia. Minat beli konsumen dalam penelitian ini dipengaruhi oleh digital marketing sebesar 39,4%, dengan website sebagai indikator yang paling berpengaruh dalam meningkatkan minat beli konsumen. Penelitian ini memberikan implikasi teoretis sebagai referensi bagi penelitian selanjutnya yang berkaitan dengan digital marketing dan minat beli konsumen, khususnya pada marketplace. Implikasi manajerial berupa saran bagi manajemen Tokopedia maupun marketplace lainnya agar meningkatkan kualitas website dan media sosial yang digunakan dalam memasarkan produk sehingga meningkatkan minat beli konsumen. Abstract

Livestock contributes to fulfilling the protein needs of the Indonesian people, but meat self-sufficiency is still far from being expected in Indonesia. Substitute products are needed to accompany beef in order to achieve meat self-sufficiency in Indonesia. The potential of buffalo as livestock needs to be optimized to support the achievement of meat self-sufficiency in Indonesia. It takes a strategy in planning the development of a comprehensive, effective, and efficient buffalo farm. This study aims to determine the population of buffalo and other ruminants in Magelang Regency and to analyze the strategy of developing buffalo farming in Magelang Regency. The research used the descriptive qualitative method. Data were analyzed using Location Quotients (LQ) modeling and the Strength, Weakness, Opportunities, and Threats (SWOT) matrix. The results show that the areas that have the potential as locations for buffalo development in Magelang Regency based on the highest LQ index are Bandongan District, Secang District, Mungkid District, Dukun District, and Muntilan District. The results of the strategy analysis in an effort to develop the potential of buffalo in Magelang Regency through a SWOT analysis are in quadrant I.Keywords: strategy, buffalo livestock, location quotient, SWOT

Abstract

Employee performance is one of the key factor in determining the success of an organization or company. Employee performance is influenced by several aspects, including work motivation, workload, and human resource management (HRM) audits. This study aims to determine the influence of work motivation, workload, and HRM audits on the performance of nurses at Harapan Hospital Magelang. This study employs a quantitative method with a causal associative approach. Data analysis conducted using descriptive statistical analysis, validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis with a significance level of 0.05, hypothesis testing, and model feasibility testing using SPSS version 26. The results of this study demonstrate that the variable of work motivation has a positive and significant effect on nurse performance, with a ?????? value of 5.144, which is greater than the ?????? value of 1.983 and a significance value of 0.000, which is less than 0.05. Additionally, the study proves that the workload variable also has a positive and significant effect on nurse performance, with ?????? of 5.438 greater than thecritical ?????? value of 1.983 and a significance value of 0.000, which is less than 0.05. However, in this study, the HRM audit variable does not have influence on nurse performance, with the ?????? value-1.968, which is greater than the ?????? value -1.983 and a significance value of 0.052, which is greater than 0.05.
