This study aims to analyze the internal and external factors of human resource performance to formulate a strategy to improve human resource performance at Balkondes in the Borobudur area to restore tourism in the new normal era. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Primary data were obtained based on interview data collection methods and participatory observation. SWOT analysis, IFAS, and EFAS were used as data analysis methods. The results showed that a change in strategy was necessary. Strategy formulations for improving human resource performance include increasing the intensity of human resource training and development programs and increasing the competence of human resources to create an integrated tour package according to the needs of tourists. Moreover, management needs to provide adequate health facilities for human resources, increase cooperation with other tourism actors, and create long-term human resource development planning.

The increasing development of the retail business in Indonesia has resulted in fierce competition among retail companies. With this, retail companies will increase their marketing activities, in particular, such as service quality and promotion. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of service quality and promotion on consumer purchasing decisions. This research uses quantitative research methods. The data collection was obtained through the distribution of questionnaires to visitors to the Kebumen Jadi Baru Department Store. The sample in this study collected 97 respondents with a sampling technique that is accidental sampling. Analysis of the data used in this study is multiple linear regression with IBM SPSS version 25. The results of this study state that service quality has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Promotion has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Moreover, service quality and promotion have a simultaneous effect on purchasing decisions.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of service quality, security, and mobile cash car facilities at PT BPR Bank Fathers 69 on the level of customer satisfaction. This research uses descriptive quantitative method. The population of the research is the customers of PT BPR Bank Fathers 69 who use the mobile case car facility, and the sample used is 100 respondents. The primary data that has been collected is then processed using SPSS 20. The results show that there is an influence of service quality, security, and mobile cash car facilities on customer satisfaction as much as 63.7% while the remaining 36.3% is influenced by other variables. In addition, the variables of service quality, security, and facilities have been shown to have a partial and simultaneous effect on customer satisfaction.

UMKM di Desa Ngargogondo merupakan UMKM yang sedang berkembang karena adanya dukungan pemerintah untuk pengembangan kesejahteraan masyarakat desa di kawasan wisata Candi Borobudur. UMKM di desa ini terdiri dari produk kerajinan dan juga makanan ringan. Permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh pelaku UMKM di desa ini yaitu pengelolaan usaha yang kurang professional, metode pemasaran yang masih konvensional serta pengelolaan keuangan yang kurang tertata dengan baik. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian ini yaitu untuk membantu para mitra dalam meningkatkan kemampuan dan pengetahuan dalam pengelolaan keuangan usaha, pemasaran usaha serta penggunaan teknologi digital dalam keuangan dan pemasaran. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini yaitu, metode ceramah, tutorial, diskusi dan metode pendampingan. Hasil yang diperoleh yaitu para mitra mendapatkan pemahaman tentang manajemen keuangan usaha yang baik, pemahaman tentang tata kelola usaha dan pemasaran, pemahaman tata cara pembukuan keuangan usaha dan kemampuan dalam praktik digitalisasi keuangan usaha dan pemasaran digital.

Competitive advantage is one of the success factors of businesses in managing their resources and capabilities. An organization must be able to outperform the competition through the creation of unique, rare, and valuable products. Business units can increase their competitiveness through strategic alliances. Theoretical studies related to the factors that a business unit can carry out in the formation of alliances are necessary for increased competitive advantage. The purpose of this study: first, to provide a review of the latest literature related to competitive advantages that can be achieved through alliances. Second, identify the upcoming research agenda. Third, it recommends a new research framework. This research used the systematic literature review method. The data used in this article comes from proposed future research agendas from 23 previous research articles published in the last 5 years (2018-2022). The output of this study is the recommendation of a theoretical framework.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh perceived ease of use (persepsi kemudahan), perceived usefulness (persepsi manfaat), perceived risk (persepsi risiko), dan brand image (citra merek) terhadap keputusan penggunaan. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif bersampel 100 responden melalui metode purposive sampling. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan keputusan penggunaan metode pembayaran Shopee PayLater dipengaruhi secara positif dan signifikan oleh variabel perceived usefulness (persepsi manfaat) dengan nilai (0.000 0.05) dan brand image (citra merek) dengan nilai (0.000 0.05). Variabel perceived ease of use (persepsi kemudahan) terbukti berpengaruh dengan arah pengaruh yang negatif dengan nilai (0.041 0.05) sedangkan perceived risk (persepsi risiko) tidak terbukti berpengaruh secara signifikan dengan nilai (0.053 0.05). Keputusan penggunaan pada metode pembayaran Shopee PayLater dapat dijelaskan sebesar 42,1 persen oleh variabel independen dalam penelitian ini yaitu variabel perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, perceived risk dan brand image. Sedangkan 57,9 persen variabel keputusan penggunaan dijelaskan oleh variabel-variabel diluar variabel independen dalam penelitian ini.

The company's environment often experiences changes both internally and externally. The purpose of this study is to find out how psychologically workers are during a pandemic by knowing how the influence of work conflict, workload and organizational climate on worker stress during a pandemic. The approach used in this study is a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis. The results of research conducted at Trio Plaza Magelang with a sample of 93 people found that the work conflict variable had a significant positive effect on work stress. The results of the multiple regression test obtained that the value of 0.261 is positive, indicating that the direction of the influence of work conflict on the level of work stress is positive. The sig value of 0.04 less than 0.05 indicates that there is a significant effect between work conflict and work stress. The regression results for the workload variable show that the workload has a positive but not significant effect. This is evidenced by the workload coefficient value of 0.304 indicating the direction of the influence of workload on work stress levels in a positive direction. A significant value of 0.156 indicates that there is no significant effect between workload and work stress. The regression results for the organizational climate variable show that organizational climate has an insignificant negative effect. The coefficient value obtained is -0.193, indicating that the organizational climate towards work stress has a negative direction. The significant value found is 0.332, indicating that the value is greater than 0.05, which means that the organizational climate on work stress is not significant.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor internal dan eksternal yang mempengaruhi kapasitas kelembagaan LKM-A Gapoktan di Kabupaten Magelang dan merumuskan strategi untuk mengembangkan lembaga tersebut. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif yang menggunakan analisis IFAS, EFAS dan SWOT sebagai metode analisis data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa LKM-A Gapoktan memiliki kekuatan (memiliki modal finansial dan peralatan yang cukup, struktur organisasi yang terstruktur dengan baik, memiliki koperasi, dan memiliki akses penjualan hasil bumi yang mudah), kelemahan (kualitas Sumber Daya Manusia), peluang (peluang pendampingan pelatihan dan permintaaan hasil pertanian yang stabil), ancaman (iklim yang tidak stabil, dan adanya serangan hama). Alternatif strategi berdasarkan hasil analisa SWOT yaitu 1) Meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam pengelolaan finansial melalui pelatihan-pelatihan serta mempertahankan kualitas hasil panen agar dapat memenuhi permintaan pasar. 2) Meningkatkan pengontrolan dalam pencegahan serangan hama dan peningkatan keahlian anggota sehingga dapat memahami upaya-upaya pencegahan serangan hama serta peramalan kondisi iklim untuk meningkatkan kualitas hasil pertanian. 3) Pengingkatan kapasitas SDM agar LKM-A lebih baik 4) Mengadakan program pendampingan dan penyuluhan secara rutin disertai dengan demonstrasi sehingga dapat meningkatkan kemampuan anggota LKM-A Gapoktan dan melakukan kegiatan pencegahan dari hama.

PRODUCT STANDARDIZATION AS AN ALTERNATIVE TO INCREASING MARKETING FOR MSMES IN NGARGOGONDO VILLAGE, BOROBUDUR. This program is motivated by the needs of partners for product marketing development. The purpose of this program is to increase partners' understanding and ability to standardize products, partners' understanding of the importance of PIRT and halal certification, and increase partners' understanding of PIRT licensing and halal certification for products. The program was implemented using the method of socialization, lectures, and tutorials for 20 MSME actors in Ngargogondo Village as program targets. The results of the program implementation show that there is an increase in partners' understanding of the importance of PIRT licensing and halal certification for products. Through the implementation of this program, it is hoped that consumer buying interest in MSME products in Ngargogondo Village will increase so that it has an impact on increasing sales volume and being a solution to partner problems.

This research aims to analyze the factors that affect welfare of tourism business owners, especially the role of social media. This research uses primary data and cluster sampling method. Data was analyzed use multiple linear regression. The results show that social media has positive effect toward income of tourism business, but not significant. Moreover, income from tourism business has positive significant effect toward household consumption. Development of tourism gives benefits for local communities such as increase tourism business and increase their income. Therefore, tourism business should improve the ability of using social media as promotional tools to increase their welfare.
