Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Green Marketing Strategy, Product Quality, and their interaction on Consumer Loyalty in environmentally friendly products, with a focus on biodegradable detergents. This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method and questionnaires as data collection instruments, involving 100 respondents who are users of environmentally friendly products. The results showed that Green Marketing Strategy has a positive relationship with Consumer Loyalty, but not statistically significant (p> 0.05). Product Quality shows a negative relationship with Consumer Loyalty, which is also not significant (p> 0.05). The interaction between Green Marketing Strategy and Product Quality has a positive influence on Consumer Loyalty, but this influence is not significant (p > 0.05). The conclusion of this study is that Green Marketing Strategy and Product Quality, both individually and together, have not been able to significantly increase Consumer Loyalty. This indicates the need to strengthen marketing strategies, improve product quality, and educate consumers regarding the benefits of environmentally friendly products. Abstract

One of the most important ways to promote innovation and entrepreneurship in higher education is to incorporate business incubators. However, there are other legal considerations related to the development and administration of these incubators, including commercial law and educational legislation. The legal framework governing the creation of business incubators in higher education institutions is examined in this qualitative investigation. The study examines liability concerns, contractual agreements, intellectual property rights, and regulatory compliance through interviews and document analysis. The results shed light on the difficulties and possibilities present in academic business incubation programs, providing legislators, college administrators, attorneys, and other interested parties with useful information

Abstract

This study aims to examine the role of Pancasila as a legal pillar in ensuring the protection of human rights in Indonesia, especially after the amendment of the 1945 Constitution (UUD 1945) in 1999-2002. The main focus of this research is to identify how the values of Pancasila can be applied in the context of the rule of law to protect the basic rights of every individual and how Pancasila functions as the basis of the state in respecting human rights, as well as how the amendments to the 1945 Constitution strengthen the sovereignty of the people and the protection of these basic rights. This research uses normative legal research methods by analyzing constitutional texts, laws, and other scientific literature. The discussion covers the relationship between Pancasila, popular sovereignty, the rule of law, and human rights, as well as the implementation of Pancasila principles in Indonesian legal policy. The conclusion of this study shows that Pancasila still plays an important role as the main foundation in realizing a rule of law that focuses on the protection of human rights and people's sovereignty, as well as guidelines in the development of a fair and democratic legal system.

Abstract

Aston Inn adalah salah satu hotel di Kota Batu, dan karena banyaknya pilihan wisata yang ada di sana, persaingan perhotelan sangat sengit. Hotel Astonn Inn harus memiliki reputasi yang baik untuk menjadi penginapan yang disukai. Penelitian eksplanatory ini melibatkan 130 responden. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menentukan bagaimana persepsi merek di industri jasa dipengaruhi oleh promosi elektronik dan kualitas pelayanan yang luar biasa. Pelanggan yang pernah menginap di Hotel Aston Inn Batu adalah responden penelitian ini. Setelah data dikumpulkan melalui kuisioner online, analisis regresi berganda dilakukan menggunakan program IBM SPSS Statistic 24 For Windows. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh terhadap persepsi merek. Selain itu, electronic word of mouth juga berpengaruh terhadap persepsi merek

Abstract

Training in the division of inheritance or the science of faraidh according to the KHI is the most important because this science is very rare in Muslim societies. This is due to the fact that it has a high degree of difficulty, especially for ordinary people, and it also becomes undesirable to talk about for fear of offending others if they are grieving. As a result, many Muslims do not understand this. Their lack of understanding can lead to quarrels and commotion in the house. There may even be bloodshed just because of fighting for inheritance. Thus, this community service activity is carried out. This is done because the community, consisting of residents and regional administrators, needs assistance to understand Islam in general. There are several activities that have been carried out, including inheritance science training according to KHI, discussion and question and answer, and mentoring aimed at providing solutions to the problem of inheritance distribution. Service activities are carried out through gradual mentoring of the chosen strategy in this activity using a combination of direct training methods, which include lectures, information discussions, and direct practice of calculating the distribution of inheritance. Weak legal awareness is overcome through the process of socialization, coaching, and inheritance law education. Where people admit that they lack a positive understanding of inheritance law. Some indicators of legal awareness include knowledge of legal statutes, knowledge of the content of statutes, views on statutes, and patterns of legal action

Abstract

Dewasa ini bisnis ritel tumbuh luar biasa, seperti dapat kita lihat munculnya alfamart, indomart, alfamidi sampai ke pelosok-pelosok desa. Tatashop merupakan unit usaha bersama yang tergabung dalam UD Sumber Dagang Sejahtera dibidang Jasa, jual beli dan penyediaan barang kebutuhan pokok secara eceran dan grosir yang mafhum dikenal sebagai usaha ritel, dengan sumber daya yang terbatas, produk sampai pada pola pemasaran yang mereka hasilkan masih secara sederhana dan belum dilengkapi dengan kelengkapan administratif dan teknologi informasi yang dibutuhkan agar bisa menjangkau pasar secara luas. Untuk menyikapi persaingan usaha yang semakin kompetitif maka dipandang perlu untuk memberikan pendampingan agar unit usaha ritel dalam hal ini adalah pelaku usaha umkm dapat terus bersaing dan dapat membuka lapangan pekerjaan lebih luas dengan pendekatan hukum bisnis dan manajemen sumber daya manusia.

Abstract

This qualitative research delves into the dynamic intersection of legal education, community welfare, social justice, and human rights in rural areas of Central Java, Indonesia. Through in-depth interviews, focus group discussions, and thematic analysis using NVivo software, the study explores the perceptions, experiences, and practices of stakeholders involved in initiatives aimed at promoting social justice and human rights. Key themes that emerged include the importance of legal literacy in enhancing awareness of rights, challenges in accessing justice, the transformative impact of empowerment and participation, the need for holistic approaches that address intersecting social challenges, and the vital role of collaboration and networking among diverse stakeholders. The findings shed light on the complexities and opportunities inherent in promoting social justice and human rights in rural contexts, providing valuable insights for the development of inclusive and sustainable interventions.

Abstract

This research delves into the complex interplay of Fiqh and Maqasid al-Syariah in shaping Islamic legal policy in Indonesia, employing qualitative methods such as in-depth interviews, content analysis, and document analysis. The study reveals the explicit incorporation of Fiqh in legislation and its influence on judicial decisions, highlighting the enduring role of traditional Islamic jurisprudence. Simultaneously, Maqasid al-Syariah emerges as a guiding ethical framework, fostering adaptability and providing opportunities for aligning legal objectives with overarching Islamic principles. The research explores the harmonization efforts, tensions, and collaborative initiatives in navigating the intersection between Fiqh, Maqasid al-Syariah, and contemporary legal frameworks. The findings contribute to a nuanced understanding of the dynamic relationship between tradition and adaptation in Islamic legal policymaking in Indonesia

Abstract

Community service activities were carried out in Tumpang District, Malang Regency with partners, namely UMKM Jamu WR9 which is a representative of MSMEs in Wringinsongo Village, Tumpang District, Malang Regency. These business actors include the production and sales processes. Community service activities are carried out with the aim of providing understanding to business actors regarding the factors supporting business activities, namely legality and business management factors, in this case PIRT licensing so that business activities carried out are not only profit-oriented, but business activities can continue to develop in the future. by paying attention to and implementing supporting factors for business activities and by providing assistance with PIRT licensing. The activity implementation method consists of three stages. The first preparation stage includes pre-survey, team formation, proposal creation and submission, team and partner coordination as well as preparation of tools and materials to assist PIRT licensing. The second stage is the program implementation stage in the form of assistance which begins with discussion and preparation for PIRT management by providing a sealer machine and stove. The third stage is the evaluation and reporting stage. Evaluation is carried out by comparing the conditions of partners before and after program implementation using interview and observation methods. After that, a report is prepared for subsequent publication. With the implementation of this program, there will be an improvement in society's value order in the field of education, especially in the fields of economics and law. Keywords: PIRT permit, UMKM

Abstract

Sejarah bangsa ini penuh dengan kisah kekerasan dalam masyarakat, terutama dalam keluarga. Konsep budaya patriakhi, yang sekarang menjadi masalah global, telah menyebabkan kekerasan dalam rumah tangga menjadi masalah yang lama. Untuk mencegah dan menghentikan KDRT, ada UU No. 23 tahun 2004 tentang Penghapusan Kekerasan dalam Rumah Tangga. Namun, banyak anggota masyarakat yang belum memahami ketentuan-ketentuan dalam undang-undang tersebut. Salah satu cara untuk meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat terhadap kekerasan dalam rumah tangga adalah dengan memberikan pelatihan, sosialisasi, atau penyadaran hukum tentang cara menghentikan kekerasan dalam rumah tangga agar rumah tangga tetap harmonis dan sejahtera. Melihat banyaknya kasus KDRT yang terjadi di masyarakat tidak dapat dibiarkan begitu saja; perlu ada tindakan. Meskipun demikian, mencegah dan melindungi korban KDRT tidaklah sesederhana yang diucapkan. Karena berbicara tentang KDRT tidak selalu menjadi topik yang sensitif, mensosialisasikan dan menangani KDRT akhirnya menjadi masalah yang unik yang rumit dan kompleks. Para pengurus PPK pedusunan Seturan dan para peserta PPM menanggapi kegiatan sosialisasi pencegahan KDRT ini dengan positif dan antusias. Ini terbukti dengan banyaknya pertanyaan dan diskusi yang muncul setelah tim PPM menyampaikan ceramah.
