Abstract

Heart failure are heart inability to maintain both systemic and pulmonary circulation. In congestive heart failure circulatory failure occures, characterized by jugular venous congestion in the cervical area. Circulatory failure causes changes in the body's metabolism and energy formation resulting in chronic fatigue. The purpose of the study was to describe fatigue in patients with congestive heart failure at Garut District Government Hospital. The research design is descriptive. The sampling technique using concecutive sampling as much as 30 respondents. Instrument for measuring fatigue using Fatigue Assessment for Chronic Illness Therapy (FACIT) Fatigue Scale. The results showed that fatigue level of patients who experience congestive heart failure mostly in the category of mild fatigue as 7 people (26%) and as 23 people (76%) are in the category of severe fatigue. The conclusion of this study is the level of fatigue of respondents mostly in the severe category.

Abstract

ISPA (Upper Respiratory Tract Infection) is a health problem that often occurs in the community especially in infants, toddlers and children, this is a reflection for all of us that to realize a high degree of health is not easy. Infection of the acute respiratory tract. Knowledge is the result of knowing and this happens after someone has sensed a certain object. Sensing occurs through the five human senses, namely the senses of sight, smell, taste, touch, and taste. Most human knowledge is obtained through the eyes and ears. Objective To find out "Overview of Knowledge of Mothers Who Have Toddlers about ISPA Based on the Characteristics at the Siliwangi Health Center in Garut. Sample Population A total of 20 respondents from those who visited the Puskesmas for three days. The results show that the age of respondents who have good knowledge is the young age with the average level of education in senior high school and those who get information from electronic media. The conclusion is that the younger the age and the more diligent search for information can increase public knowledge.

Abstract

Anxiety is a problem that found in patients with heart disease. Anxiety will increase when the patient has to undergo the cardiac surgery procedure. Anxiety management must be conducted to prevent postoperative hemodynamic instability and neurohormonal deterioration. Thus it becomes important to formulate the anxiety management to improving the recovery process after surgery and patients quality of life of. The purpose of this literature review is to identify anxiety management on cardiac surgery patient. The search method uses Google Scholar databases using inclusion criteria proposed in consideration management that support heart surgery procedures, the year of publication between 2010-2020, containing the full article, in bahasa and english. Search results found 62 articles, 27 met the criteria of the year and 13 represented the complete article. And finally found as many as 6 articles that match the focus of the search. There are to type anxiety management e.g educational supportive and relaxation technique. Relaxation and supportive educative technique interventions can be used to manage anxiety to improve the post-surgical recovery process and quality of life.

Abstract

Covid-19 is an airborne disease. Thus, minimizing physical contact is an option in preventing the spread and transmission of Covid-19. contact from physical contact in leukemia patients is a delay in health services with the consideration that patients with leukemia experience a decrease in the immune system which can be comorbid when infected with covid 19. Efforts are made for leukemia patients to organize virtual tele health services to minimize physical contact between leukemia patients with COVID-19 patients in health facilities. The research method used is narrative review using Google Scholar and pubmed as the article database. The criteria for the inclusion of the article are that it was published during the COVID-19 pandemic, in Indonesian and in English, and the full text is available. The keywords used are virtual care, tele-nursing, leukemia and covid-19. The search results showed 374 articles, but only 5 (five) articles that matched the criteria and focus that had been set. It was found that virtual health services have the potential to be carried out in order to meet patient needs and prevent the spread and transmission of covid 19 in patients with leukemia. The search results are expected to be information related to alternative health services for leukemia patients during the pandemic in order to improve health status and quality of life.
