Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh latihan single leg bound dan split jump terhadap kecepatan tendangan lurus siswa putra perguruan pencak silat PSHT jalan nangka Kota Bengkulu. Jenis penelitian ini adalah quasi eksperimen. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa putra perguruan pencak silat PSHT Jalan Nangka Kota Bengkulu yang berjumlah 50 orang. Sampel diambil menggunakan teknik total sampling dengan sampel berjumlah 50 orang. Instrumen dan teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitan berbentuk tes tendangan lurus selama 10 detik, dimana diperoleh thitung 7.2 > ttabel 2.069 pada ?=0.05 untuk latihan single leg bound dan perhitungan statistik  uji t dimana thitung 6,17 > ttabel 2,069 pada ?=0,05 untuk latihan split jump. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa terdapat perbedaan hasil latihan, dimana latihan single leg bound dapat meningkatkan kecepatan tendangan lurus dengan kontribusi sebesar 25% sedangkan latihan split jump dapat meningkatkan kecepatan tendangan lurus dengan kontribusi sebesar 20%.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Persepsi Guru Pendidikan Jasmani Olahraga Dan Kesehatan Terhadap Medeka Belajar Di SMA Negeri Se- Kota Bengkulu. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode survei. Subjek penelitian 20 guru SMA Negeri Pendidikan Jasmani Se-Kota Bengkulu dengan Purposive sampling. Menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data kuesioner, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah reduksi data, display data, kesimpulan/verifikasi. Hasil dari kuesioner terhadap 20 responden mendapatkan nilai rata rata 74% berada dalam kategori baik dan dari hasil wawancara mendapatkan nilai rata rata 62% sehingga persepsi guru terhadap Merdeka belajar di sma negeri se-kota Bengkulu berada di kategori baik. Kata Kunci: Persepsi Guru PJOK, Merdeka belajar ABSTRACT This research aims to determine the perceptions of Physical Education, Sports, and Health teachers towards learning media in state high schools throughout the city of Bengkulu. This type of research is descriptive research with a qualitative approach using survey methods. The research subjects were 20 Public High School Physical Education teachers in Bengkulu City using purposive sampling. Using questionnaires, interviews, and documentation data collection techniques. Data analysis used in this research is data reduction, data display, and conclusions/verification. The results of the questionnaire for 20 respondents got an average score of 74% in the good category and from the results of the interviews, they got an average score of 62% so that teachers' perceptions of Merdeka learning in public high schools throughout the city of Bengkulu were in the good category. Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah dengan menggunakan alat bantu berupa media dinding dapat meningkatkan keterampilan passing peserta didik di kelas XI IPA 1. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). Subjek  pada  penelitian ini ialah 25 peserta didik dari kelas XI IPA 1 di SMA Negeri 1 Bengkulu Selatan. Teknik pengumpulan data dikumpulkan melalui instrumen penelitian yang bersumber dari peserta didik dan juga guru. Penelitian ini dilakukan  sebanyak 2 siklus yang dimana setiap siklus memiliki 4 tahap yaitu : perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan, dan refleksi. Adapun hasil observasi terhadap proses belajar mengajar dengan menggunakan alat bantu berupa media dinding pada pembelajaran PJOK, kegiatan awal yaitu pra siklus memperoleh rata-rata 56% (Kurang), sedangkan siklus 1 memperoleh rata-rata 68% (Kurang), dan siklus 2 memperoleh rata-rata 80% (Baik). Berdasarkan dari hasil yang telah didapat tersebut maka dapat disimpulkan bahwasannya dengan menggunakan alat bantu berupa media dinding pada pembelajaran PJOK dapat meningkatkan keterampilan passing futsal peserta didik. Kata Kunci : Dinding, Futsal, Media, Proses Abstract This study aims to find out whether using tools in the form of wall media can improve the passing skills of students in grade XI Science 1. This study used the Classroom Action Research (PTK) method. The subjects in this study were 25 students from class XI Science 1 at SMA Negeri 1 South Bengkulu. Data collection techniques were collected through research instruments sourced from students and teachers. This research was conducted as many as 2 cycles where each cycle has 4 stages, namely: planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. As for the results of observations on the teaching and learning process using tools in the form of wall media in PJOK learning, the initial activity, namely pre-cycle obtained an average of 56% (Less), while cycle 1 obtained an average 68% (Less), and cycle 2 obtained an average 80% (Good). Based on the results that have been obtained, it can be concluded that using tools in the form of wall media in PJOK learning can improve students' futsal passing skills. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah dengan menggunakan metode Variasi Pembelajaran dalam pembelajaran PJOK dapat meningkatkan gerak dasar passing atas siswa kelas X.A. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan metode Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). Subjek dalam penelitin ini adalah 30 siswa dan siswi kelas X.A di Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 01 Rejang Lebong. Penelitian ini dilakukan dalam 2 siklus, dimana pada setiap siklus memiliki 4 tahapan yaitu : (1) perencanaan, (2) pelaksanaan, (3) pengamatan, (4) refleksi. Adapun hasil pengamatan terhadap proses belajar mengajar dengan menggunakan metode variasi pembelajaran dalam pembelajaran PJOK pada kegiatan awal yaitu pra siklus memperoleh rata-rata 42%, sedangkan siklus I memperoleh rata-rata 64%, dan siklus II memperoleh rata-rata 84%. Berdasarkan hasil dari penelitian tersebut, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwasannya dengan menggunakan metode variasi pembelajaran dalam pembelajaran PJOK dapat meningkatkan gerak dasar passing atas peserta didik. In this research the researcher used the Classroom Action Research (PTK) method. The subjects inthis research were 30 students in class X.A at MAN 01 Curup City. This research was carried out in 2 cycles, where each cycle had 4stages, namely: (1) planning, (2) implementation, (3) observation, (4) reflection. The results of observations on the teaching and learning process using the learning variation method in PJOK learning in the initial activities, namely the pre-cycle obtained an average of 42%, while the first cycle obtained an average of 64%, and the second cycle obtained an average of 84%. Based on theresults of this research, it can be concluded that using varied learning methods in PJOK learning can improve students' basic passing movements.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat kebugaran fisik siswa di SMA Negeri 7 Bengkulu Selatan. Penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif adalah proses pencarian pengetahuan dengan data. Penelitian ini mencakup semua siswa di SMA Negeri 7 Bengkulu Selatan, yang berjumlah 805 siswa. Dalam penelitian ini, jumlah sampel adalah 20 orang, 10 laki-laki dan 10 perempuan, karena metode sampel rekomendasi digunakan. Penelitian ini menggunakan instrumen TKJI, yang terdiri dari lari 60 meter, angkat tubuh (60 detik pa), baring duduk 60 detik, loncat tegak, dan tes jarak jauh (1.200 m pa dan 1.000 m pi). Hasil tes kebugaran jasmani dari lima item di SMA Negeri 7 Bengkulu Selatan, yaitu keterampilan lari 60 meter, diklasifikasikan sebagai berikut: pada laki-laki, kurang 10% (1 peserta didik), sedang 30% (3 peserta didik), dan baik 60 (6 peserta didik). Pada perempuan, kurang 20% (2 peserta didik), sedang 60% (6 peserta didik), dan baik 20% (2 peserta didik). Tes Loncat Tegak pada laki-laki kurang dari 10% (1 peserta didik), kurang dari 40% (4 peserta didik), dan kurang dari 50% (5 peserta didik). Tes Lari 1.200 Meter pada laki-laki kurang dari 30% (3 peserta didik), kurang dari 40% (4 peserta didik), dan kurang dari 50% (5 peserta didik). Pada perempuan kurang dari 40% (4 peserta didik). tes TKJI yang mencakup lima item menunjukkan bahwa dua belas siswa dan siswi, atau 60%, lebih kebugaran jasmani setelah melakukannya. Abstract This study is to find out the level of physical fitness of students at SMA Negeri 7 South Bengkulu. Quantitative descriptiveresearch is the process of searching for knowledge with data. This study included all students at SMA Negeri 7 South Bengkulu,which totaled 805 students. In this study, the number of samples was 20 people, 10 men and 10 women, because the recommendedsample method was used. This study uses TKJI instruments, which consist of running 60 meters, lifting (60 seconds pa), lyingdown for 60 seconds, jumping upright, and long-distance tests (1,200 m pa and 1,000 m pi). The results of the physical fitness testof five items at SMA Negeri 7 South Bengkulu, namely the 60-meter running skill, are classified as follows: in men, less than 10%(1 student), medium 30% (3 students), and good 60 (6 students). In women, less than 20% (2 students), medium 60% (6 students),and good 20% (2 students). The Upright Jump Test in males was less than 10% (1 student), less than 40% (4 students), and lessthan 50% (5 students). The 1,200 Meter Running Test in males was less than 30% (3 students), less than 40% (4 students), and lessthan 50% (5 students). In women, less than 40% (4 students). The five-item TKJI test showed that twelve students, or 60%, weremore physically fit after doing so.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi kurikulum Merdeka belajar pada pelaksanaan pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani adaptif di SLB N Kota Bengkulu, kendala dan Solusi yang dilakukan untuk mengatasi kendala implementasi kurikulum Merdeka belajar pada pelaksanaan pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani adaptif di SLB N Kota Bengkulu. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif menyesuaikan pendapat antara peneliti dan informan. subjek penelitian ini adalah guru pendidikan jasmani adaptif SLB N Kota Bengkulu. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah observasi, penyebaran angket dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan data yang diperoleh implementasi kurikulum Merdeka belajar pada pelaksanaan pembelajaran pendidikan jasamnai adaptif di SLB N Kota Bengkulu dikatagorikan tinggi dengan presentase 75%, 69% dan 75% dari 3 sekolah telah dinyatakan telah melaksanakan perencanaan kurikulum merdeka belajar, 70%, 66% dan 71% pada pelaksanaan pembelajaran dari 3 sekolah SLB. Pada evaluasi pembelajaran dengan presentase 68%, 68% dan 66% dari 3 sekolah SLB. Jadi dapat di simpulkan bahwa implementasi kurikulum merdeka belajar pada pelaksanaan pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani adaptif di SLB N Kota Bengkulu di katagorikan tinggi. Abstract This study aims to determine the implementation of Merdeka Belajar curriculum in the implementation of adaptive physical education learning in SLB N Bengkulu City, obstacles and solutions taken to overcome obstacles to the implementation of Merdeka Belajar curriculum in the implementation of adaptive physical education learning in SLB N Bengkulu City. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method to adjust the opinions between researchers and informants. the subject of this research is the adaptive physical education teacher of SLB N Bengkulu City. The instruments used are observation, questionnaire distribution and documentation. Based on the data obtained, the implementation of the Merdeka Belajar curriculum in the implementation of adaptive physical education learning in SLB N Bengkulu City is categorized as high with a percentage of 75%, 69% and 75% of 3 schools have stated that they have implemented independent learning curriculum planning, 70%, 66% and 71% in the implementation of learning from 3 SLB schools. On learning evaluation with a percentage of 68%, 68% and 66% of 3 SLB schools. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan kondisi fisik atlet pelajar kelas olahraga SMP N 2 Kota Bengkulu dan SMP N 18 Kota Bengkulu. Kondisi fisik dibatasi pada otot lengan, otot perut, otot kaki, daya tahan, kecepatan, power, kelentukan, dan kelincahan. Jenis penelitin ini yaitu deskriptif komparatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah atlet pelajar kelas olahraga SMP N 2 Kota Bengkulu dan SMP N 18 Kota Bengkulu. Instrument dalam penelitian ini yaitu (Push Up), (Sit Up), (Standing Board Jump), (MFT), (Sprint 30 m), (Vertical Jump), (Sit & Reach), dan (Illinois Run Test) sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 120 siswa maka teknik sampling yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah total sampling. Analisis data menggunakan uji t taraf signifikansi 5%. dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa ada perbedaan yang signifikan kondisi fisik atlet pelajar kelas olahraga SMP N 2 Kota Bengkulu dan SMP N 18 Kota Bengkulu” diterima. Selisih kondisi fisik atlet pelajar kelas olahraga SMP N 2 Kota Bengkulu dan SMP N 2 Kota Bengkulu sebesar 0,88. Artinya bahwa kondisi fisik atlet pelajar kelas olahraga SMP N 2 Kota Bengkulu lebih baik dari pada kondisi fisik atlet pelajar kelas olahraga SMP N 18 Kota Bengkulu. Abstract This research aims to determine the differences in the physical condition of sports class student athletes at SMP N 2 Bengkulu City and SMP N 18 Bengkulu City. Physical conditions are limited to arm muscles, abdominal muscles, leg muscles, endurance, speed, power, flexibility and agility. This type of research is comparative descriptive. The population in this study were student athletes in sports classes at SMP N 2 Bengkulu City and SMP N 18 Bengkulu City. The instruments in this research are (Push Up), (Sit Up), (Standing Board Jump), (MFT), (30 m Sprint), (Vertical Jump), (Sit & Reach), and (Illinois Run Test) samples in This research consisted of 120 students, so the sampling technique used in this research was total sampling. Data analysis used a t test with a significance level of 5%. "It can be concluded that there is a significant difference in the physical condition of student athletes in the sports class at SMP N 2 Bengkulu City and SMP N 18 Bengkulu City." The difference in the physical condition of sports class student athletes at SMP N 2 Bengkulu City and SMP N 2 Bengkulu City is 0.88. This means that the physical condition of student athletes in the sports class at SMP N 2 Bengkulu City is better than the physical condition of student athletes in the sports class at SMP N 18 Bengkulu City.

Abstract

The Class II Bengkulu Juvenile Correctional Facility is the only rehabilitation center in Bengkulu Province that provides guidance and development for children and adolescents who have committed criminal offenses. The institution focuses on character building and equipping its residents with skills that can be utilized after their release. Therefore, this community service activity aims to develop English literacy among the children at this facility. As an international language, English literacy is considered essential for these children, as it provides them with the opportunity to acquire foreign language skills—specifically English—which they may have missed or been unable to complete during their formal education. Consequently, the children are expected to gain foreign language competence and the ability to communicate in English. Moreover, English proficiency can open up future job opportunities once they have completed their rehabilitation period. The implementation of this community service activity involved several strategies, including structured classes, interactive learning, and the introduction of digital literacy. The program was attended by 20 resident children. The learning materials provided were still at a very basic level, such as the English alphabet, self-introduction, and identification of everyday objects and daily activities. Overall, this community service activity showed significant results, as indicated by improvements in participants’ English competence based on post-test scores. Thus, it can be concluded that the activity has made a positive contribution and provided tangible benefits for the children at the Class II Bengkulu Juvenile Correctional Facility.

Abstract

This research aims to develop a forehand drive training model in table tennis, specifically designed for juvenile inmates at the Bengkulu Special Penitentiary for Children. This research uses a Research and Development (R&D) approach, using the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). The method used is the descriptive qualitative method. The study population consisted of juvenile inmates in correctional institutions, with a simple random sampling technique. Research instruments include observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. The validation results from experts showed a high level of approval: material experts at 94%, language experts at 90%, and media experts at 92%. The small group trial involving 10 juvenile inmates resulted in an average approval rating of 86%, while the large group trial with 30 participants resulted in an average approval rating of 90%. Based on these findings, it can be concluded that the Table Tennis Forehand Drive Training Model developed for juvenile inmates at the Bengkulu Special Penitentiary for Children is "Highly Feasible" to be implemented as a new training model at the institution.

Abstract

Highlighting the importance of fundamental motor skills encompassing balance, locomotor, and manipulative abilities in the physical development of elementary school children. This study aims to ascertain and provide a better understanding of holistic fundamental motor skills, aiding in identifying children needing continuous intervention. This quantitative descriptive study employs a cross-sectional approach involving 310 respondents of elementary school students aged 7 to 9 years old. The research instrument comprises an assessment rubric with performance observations encompassing eleven types of fundamental motor skills. Ideal mean formula and ideal standard deviation are utilized to analyze data regarding the proficiency levels of each motor skill category. Additionally, an Independent Sample t-test is employed to ascertain the data differences among elementary school students based on gender. The research findings indicate that the elementary school students' fundamental motor skills have an average performance assessment mean of 32.14 (36.12%), with the majority falling into the "good" category. The average performance score of male students is higher than that of female students, with a mean of 30.32 and a standard deviation of 3.590, while the average performance score of female students is 28.48, with a standard deviation of 3.208. They explain the variation in motor skills among elementary school students aged 7 to 9. Most students exhibit proficient skills, although some fall into the unsatisfactory motor skill category. On average, male students demonstrate higher motor skills compared to female students.
