Abstract

Permasalahan Penelitian ini adalah rendahnya keterampilan psikomotorik siswa SD. Dalam rangka pemecahan masalah diperlukan yang sesuai dengan tujuan meningkatkan keterampilan psikomotorik siswa khususnya keterampilan kinerja selama  dalam proses pembelajaran. Tujuan utama penelitian untuk mengetahui Efektivitas Modul Ajar Bigbook Etnosains Panganan Pulut Khas Sumatera Utara terhadap Keterampilan Psikomotorik Siswa SD di  Kampung Bharu Kuala Lumpur Malaysia. Penelitian ini menerapkan pendekatan kuantitatif dan menerapkan metode eksperimen, pengumpulan data penelitian ini ialah performance test. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel jenuh. Sampel penelitian yaitu 8 siswa kelas VI Sanggar Bimbingan Kampung Bharu. Sementara teknik analisis data adalah uji expert judgement dan uji hipotesis. Data yang diperoleh menggunakan uji hipotesis untuk memberikan efektivitas yang akan diterapkan. Diketahui akibat uji statistik menyatakan bahwa nilai sig (2-tailed) 0,000 yang lebih kecil  dari 0,05. Fakta ini telah diterima dan juga tidak diterima. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan  Modul Ajar Bigbook Etnosains Panganan Pulut Khas Sumatera Utara mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Keterampilan Psikomotorik Siswa SD di Sanggar Bimbingan Kampung Bharu Kuala Lumpur Malaysia. The problem of this research is the low psychomotor skills of elementary school students. In order to solve the problem, it is necessary to be in accordance with the aim of improving students' psychomotor skills, especially performance skills during the learning process. The main objective of the study was to determine the effectiveness of the Teaching Module of the Ethnoscience Bigbook Pulut Food Typical of North Sumatra on the Psychomotor Skills of Elementary Students in Kampung Bharu Kuala Lumpur Malaysia. This research applies a quantitative approach and applies experimental methods, this research data collection is performance test. This study used a saturated sample. The research sample was 8 grade VI students of the Kampung Bharu Guidance Studio. While the data analysis technique is expert judgment test and hypothesis testing. The data obtained using hypothesis testing to provide the effectiveness to be applied. It is known that the result of the statistical test states that the sig (2-tailed) value is 0.000 which is smaller than 0.05. This fact has been accepted and also not accepted. Thus, it can be concluded that the Teaching Module of Ethnoscience Bigbook Panganan Pulut Typical of North Sumatra has a significant influence on the Psychomotor Skills of Elementary Students in Guidance Studio Kampung Bharu Kuala Lumpur Malaysia

Abstract

This study aims to design and develop a comic-based mathematics learning media that integrates Melayu culture (KOMADAYU) into plane geometry learning for third-grade students at SDN 104230 Batang Kuis. The ADDIE development model, which comprises the phases of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation, is the methodology employed in the Research and Development (R&D) technique. Observations, interviews, expert validation surveys, and teacher and student trials were used to gather data. The research results indicate that the KOMADAYU media received excellent ratings from experts, categorized as "highly feasible" for use in the learning process. Additionally, based on teachers' and students' responses, this media was proven to be practical and effective, as it enhanced students' enthusiasm and motivation in learning mathematics. Therefore, it can be concluded that KOMADAYU effectively improves students' understanding of plane geometry concepts while integrating them with elements of local culture.

Abstract

This study aims to find out efforts to increase the sense of nationalism through the comic media Cermat Bhineka at the 'Aisyiyah Pandan Guidance Studio, Malaysia. Nationalism is an important value in the formation of national identity that must be instilled in the younger generation, especially in a multicultural context. Cermat Bhineka's comic media was chosen as a tool to convey national messages in a more interesting and easy-to-understand way for children. This study uses a qualitative approach with the classroom action research method, which involves planning, implementation, observation, and reflection activities in certain cycles. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation during the learning process at the 'Aisyiyah Pandan Guidance Center. With the subject, namely 22 students. The results of the study showed that there was a significant increase in students' sense of nationalism after the implementation of Cermat Bhineka's comic media. At the pre-action stage, most of the students were in the low category, with a percentage of 41.4%. However, after the application of the Cermat Bhineka comic in Cycle I, there was an increase with a better average score of 60.8%. Further improvements were recorded in Cycle II, where all students were in the high category with an average excellent score of 85.3%. In addition, the assessment of the practicality of Cermat Bhineka's comic media showed that the use of this media was very practical in improving student understanding, with the percentage of practicality reaching 90.75%. The use of Cermat Bhineka comics can increase students' understanding and sense of nationalism, which is reflected in increased participation, discussion, and appreciation of cultural diversity and national values. Based on these findings, it is recommended that comic media continue to be developed and used as one of the learning methods to arouse the spirit of nationalism in the younger generation, especially in a multicultural environment such as Malaysia.

Abstract

This study aims to improve students’ learning outcomes in the basic football dribbling technique through the implementation of augmented reality (AR) as an interactive learning aid. An experimental method was employed, using pre-tests and post-tests to measure students’ learning gains. The analysis revealed a significant improvement in student performance following the use of AR technology. The average post-test score (69.32) was notably higher than the pre-test score (65.13), with the difference indicating that AR implementation effectively enhanced students’ understanding and skills in dribbling. Homogeneity and normality tests confirmed that the data were normally distributed and homogeneous, thus supporting the validity of the study. Moreover, AR media was shown to foster student motivation and enhance learning interactivity, making it a compelling alternative to increase students’ interest and academic performance, particularly in physical education. Overall, AR technology not only improved learning outcomes but also fostered a more engaging and interactive classroom environment, thereby holding potential to elevate educational quality at the primary level.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the influence of the 21st Century learning model 4Cs in improving the students’ question making skill in PGSD FKIP UMSU. In addition this study also aims to determine the increase the students’ question making skillfor high thinking question by 21st century model 4Cs in groups and personal. The population were all students of PGSD FKIP UMSU in the first semester of 2019/2020, 302 people. Sampling taken by cluster random sampling class it was obtained samples in the control class amount 43 students and the 44 people in experiment class. The results of this study indicate that the significance obtained from the control class and experimental post test is 0,000, p <0.05, which indicates that there is a significant influence on the control class posttest with the experimental class. In the control class the average obtained was 70.47 while in the experimental class the average obtained was 86.64. This shows that the application of 21st Century learning 4Cs in groups is better than personal.

Abstract

Penelitian Ini Berjudul “Pengaruh Media Lokal Wisdom Indonesia Dengan Thailand Berbasis Canva Terhadap Berpikir Kritis Siswa Di Kelas 4 Sd Thammislam Fondation School”. Penelitian Ini Bertujuan Untuk Memperoleh Gambaran Mengenai Kemampuan Berpikir Siswa Pada Lokal Wisdom. Penelitian Ini Dilakukan SD Thammislam Foundation School Tahun Ajaran 2023. Peneltian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode eksperimen dengan menggunakan desain penelitian pre-test post-test control group design dengan dua kelompok yaitu kelompok eksperimen yang diajarkan menggunakan Media Lokal Wisdom Indonesia berbasis canva dan kelompok kontrol yang diajarkan menggunakan Media Lokal Wisdom Thailand. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah tes dalam bentuk soal uraian. Analisis data menggunakan analisis statistik deskriptif dengan uji-t digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 94% siswa yang mencetak nilai tertinggi merasa puas dengan metode pembelajaran media lokal wisdom indonesia dan thailand serta guru lebih mudah mengintegrasikan teknik ini ke dalam kurikulum belajar, meskipun waktu yang dihabiskan untuk pembelajaran kurang dari 85%. Mayoritas siswa memberikan respons positif sebesar 92%, yang menunjukkan bahwa teknik ini efektif dalam meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa guru dan lembaga pendidikan harus memfokuskan upaya mereka untuk meningkatkan pembelajaran media lokal wisdom indonesia dan thailand berbasis canva jika ingin meningkatkan keberhasilan dalam mengimplementasikan kemampuan berpikir kritis.

Abstract

This training program aimed to improve the physical fitness of disabled athletes under the National Paralympic Committee (NPC) of North Sumatra Province through the application of Indonesian rhythmic gymnastics for children. The training method was adaptive and inclusive, tailored to the type and degree of each athlete’s disability. Conducted over several weeks, the program focused on enhancing muscular strength, flexibility, motor coordination, and athlete confidence. The results showed significant improvements in physical fitness indicators, marked by increased stamina, body flexibility, and enthusiasm in training. The program also boosted the athletes’ motivation and readiness to compete in the 17th National Paralympic Week (PEPARNAS) in 2024, held in Solo, Central Java. This training has proven that a culturally rooted approach such as Indonesian rhythmic gymnastics can serve as an effective alternative in coaching programs for athletes with disabilities. It is expected that this model can be replicated in other regions as part of the broader development of disability sports in Indonesia

Abstract

Pembelajaran selama pandemi menuntut guru dapat beradaptasi dengan teknologi untuk menyajikan pembelajaran yang bermakna. Namun kurangnya kemampuan teknologi terkhusus dalam bidang desain grafis menjadi permasalah untuk menghadirkan bahan ajar yang menarik dan efektif bagi siswa. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah untuk membuat bahan ajar berbasis komik menggunakan adobe illustrator. Kegiatan ini menggunakan metode fenomenologi yaitu metode untuk memahami makna yang tersembunyi dan hakiki dari suatu pengalaman. Kegiatan ini melibatkan 19 guru SMP Muhammadiyah 47 Sunggal. Tahapan kegiatan PKM ini meliputi tahap persiapan, perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi. Pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi lapangan, wawancara selama kegiatan berlangsung, dan dokumentasi. Data yang diperoleh oleh tim PKM selanjutnya akan di analisis secara deskriptif. Berdasarkan hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan membuat bahan ajar berbasis komik dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor, yaitu:  teknologi yang digunakan, kesulitan dalam desain dan motivasi guru. Kegiatan PKM ini memberikan pemaparan yang jelas dalam pemanfaatan aplikasi adobe illusutrator (AI) dalam proses pembuatan bahan ajar berbasis komik.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of the culturally responsive teaching (CRT) approach on the critical thinking ability of fourth grade students in theme 8, subtheme 2, lesson 3 at MIS YMPI Tanjung Balai for the 2022/2023 academic year. This research uses a quasi experimental method, divided into an experimental group and a control group. The population and sample consist of 44 students with class IV A as the experimental class (21 students) and clas IV B as the control class (23 students). The data collection technique used is a critical thinking skills test, adapted to the students cognitive level according to Bloom’s Taxonomy (C4-C6). The data analysis technique employed is the independent sample t-test to determine whether there is an effect of using the culturally responsive teaching (CRT) approach on students critical thinking ability. Based on the research results, the average score for the experimental class was 81,13 while the control class average 65,40 as evidenced by the students post test results. Hypothesis testing showed a Sig. (2-tailed) result of 0.000 < 0.05, indicating that Ha is accepted, and H0 is rejected. This means that there is a significant influence of culturally responsive teaching (CRT) on the critical thinking ability of fourth grade students at MIS YMPI Tanjung Balai.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of implementing the Cooperative Learning model of the Student Teams Achievement Division (STAD) type in improving students' mathematics learning outcomes at Sanggar Bimbingan ‘Aisyiyah Pandan, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The method used in this research is classroom action research (CAR) conducted in two cycles. Each cycle consists of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The subjects of this study were 20 eighth-grade students participating in a tutoring program. The instruments used included observation sheets, learning outcome tests, and documentation. The results showed an improvement in students’ learning outcomes from cycle I to cycle II. The average student scores increased significantly, and students’ learning activities also showed positive changes. Thus, the STAD learning model is effectively applied to improve mathematics learning outcomes in tutoring settings, especially for students with diverse educational backgrounds.
