Abstract

This study aims to investigate the impact of professional training on work motivation and auditor performance, focusing on the role of motivation as a mediating factor. The research employed a quantitative approach, using a survey method to collect data from auditors in various organizations. The data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) to test the validity, reliability, and hypotheses. The findings indicate that professional training positively and significantly affects work motivation and auditor performance. Furthermore, work motivation significantly mediates between professional training and auditor performance. This study contributes to the literature by providing empirical evidence on the importance of professional training in enhancing work motivation and auditor performance. The results highlight the crucial role of motivation in achieving better performance outcomes

Abstract

This research was motivated by the lack of community political participation in Margahurip village. The method used in this research is a descriptive method with a qualitative approach and data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. Based on the research results, it shows that the Village Consultative Body (BPD) as a legislative institution at the village level plays an active role in socializing the importance of political participation to the community by holding various activities, such as citizen forums, open discussions and seminars, to increase community political awareness. The obstacles faced by the Village Consultative Body (BPD) in increasing community political participation ahead of the 2024 general election in Margahurip village are differences in educational and economic backgrounds, political apathy, lack of access to information, BPD's internal constraints, unsupportive government policies, and money practices. politics and difficulty determining the right time for socialization. The solution implemented by the Village Consultative Body (BPD) to overcome obstacles in increasing community political participation ahead of the 2024 general election in Margahurip village includes direct outreach in crowded places, the use of digital technology, and increasing communitybased activities. BPD also seeks to educate the public about the negative impacts of money politics and strengthen its supervisory function. Collaboration with other institutions is also a focus for BPD in overcoming obstacles to political participation.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the influence of political participation on novice voters ahead of the 2024 general election at Pasundan 1 Cimahi High School. The author is a quantitative researcher with a survey methodology. The instrument the author uses is a questionnaire of political participation and novice voters. The population in this study was Pasundan 1 Cimahi High School students who were 17 years old at the time of the general election, which was based on the General Election Law Chapter IV Article 198 Paragraph 1, as novice voters. The sample used amounted to 56 samples from a population of 129, with the sampling technique used being probability sampling with a simple random sampling type. Based on the results of research and discussion, it can be concluded that political participation has a significant influence on novice voters, as seen from the level of relationship between variable X, political participation, and variable Y, novice voters, which is declared "strong" because it is in the coefficient interval 0.645 - 0.799. The higher the level of political participation, the more likely novice voters are to participate in elections and make more informed political decisions.
