Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the implementation of the micro teaching program for the 2021–2022 academic year for students of the Mathematics Education Study Program, Faculty of Teaching and Education, Garaha Nusantara University. Descriptive research was conducted using a survey study research design. This study used 30 students as the sample. Based on data analysis, 62.92% of students who answered a questionnaire about the level of preparation for micro teaching activities were categorized as having done so. This conclusion is further supported by survey data on aspects of the supervisor's responsibilities in the implementation of micro teaching, in particular the 43.33% classification of which is classified as moderate/sufficient in terms of student guidance. Based on the survey results, it was found that 50.84% of students were quite capable of carrying out micro teaching practices in the microteaching laboratory. Based on the percentage of data, it is stated that in terms of the implementation of micro teaching, it has not achieved success because it has not achieved a 100% score from all aspects of the assessment which strongly supports the implementation of micro teaching practices.

Abstract

The problem identified in class X-2 of SMA Negeri 1 Angkola Timur was the low learning interest of students in mathematics. To address this issue, a research and development study was conducted by creating an animation-based video learning medium using the Doratoon application. The aim of this study was to enhance students’ learning interest through more engaging media. The research employed the ADDIE development model developed by Dick and Carey. Prior to implementation, the learning media was validated by media experts and material experts, resulting in scores of 79% and 89% respectively. According to the eligibility criteria, the product was declared valid. Furthermore, a trial was conducted with 24 students of class X-2, yielding a score of 81%. Thus, the animation-based video learning medium was proven to be feasible for use in mathematics learning, to facilitate material delivery, and to effectively increase students’ learning interest.

Abstract

Desa Batu Godang, Kecamatan Angkola Sangkunur, Kabupaten Tapanuli Selatan merupakan wilayah rawan bencana dengan mayoritas penduduk berprofesi sebagai petani. Bencana hidrometeorologi pada November 2025 mengakibatkan kerusakan lahan pertanian, gagal panen, dan penurunan ketahanan pangan rumah tangga. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan ketahanan pangan dan resiliensi sosial masyarakat pascabencana melalui penerapan teknologi tepat guna. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi sosialisasi, pendekatan partisipatif, penerapan teknologi hidroponik dan aquaponik knock-down, pendampingan, serta evaluasi. Mitra sasaran adalah Kelompok Tani Amanah dan Kelompok Tani Aek Siala dengan total 40 orang anggota. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pengetahuan petani sebesar 75%, peningkatan keterampilan teknis 70%, diversifikasi produk pertanian 60%, dan penguatan kapasitas kelembagaan kelompok tani sebesar 65%. Kegiatan ini berhasil memperkuat gotong royong dan solidaritas antarwarga sebagai wujud resiliensi sosial masyarakat.
