Abstract

Pendahuluan: Pandemi virus corona menjadi masalah kesehatan masyarakat saat ini. Sekitar 10,2 juta kasus di dunia per 29 Juni 2020 di 215 negara, Di Indonesia sendiri, hingga 29 Juni 2020 terdapat 54.010 kasus Covid 19. Di Provinsi Lampung per 16 Maret 2021 terkonfirmasi sebanyak 13.347 kasus, Kabupaten Lampung Utara per 16 Maret 2021 terdapat 1.083 kasusdi Kecamatan Abung Tengah 10 kasus covid19 perMaret 2020 sd Februari 2021. Tujuan: Diketahui pengaruh promosi kesehatan pencegahan wabah Covid19 meliputi 5M terhadap pengetahuan pada Masyarakat diKelurahanSubik kecamatan Abung Tengah. Metode: Jenis penelitian menggunakan kuantitatif, rancangan penelitian menggunakan eksperimen, dengan pendekatan one group pretes postes design.Populasi yang digunakan di penelitian ini sebanyak 249 orang pada tahun 2021, pengambilan sampel menggunakan simple random sampling sebanyak 30 orang.analisa data menggunakan univariat dan bivariat, menggunakan uji statistik uji-t tes dependen Hasil: Rata-rata pengetahuan sesudah diberi penyuluhan pencegahan wabah Covid19 meliputi 5M dengan mean 7,47.Hasil analisa data bivariat menggunakan uji t-tes didapat nilai p-value 0,000<0,05 ditarik kesimpulan terdapat pengaruh penyuluhan pencegahan wabah Covid19 meliputi 5M terhadap pengetahuan pada masyarakat di Kelurahan Subik. Kesimpulan: Diharapkan petugas kesehatan setempat memberikan penyuluhan rutin untuk masyarakat agar mematuhi protokol kesehatan 5M saat masa pandemi. Around 10.2 million cases in the world as of June 29, 2020 in 215 countries, In Indonesia alone, as of June 29, 2020 there were 54,010 cases of Covid 19. In Lampung Province as of March 16, 2021 there were 13,347 confirmed cases, North Lampung Regency as of March 16, 2021 there were 1,083 cases in Abung Tengah District 10 cases of covid19 as of March 2020 to February 2021. Purpose: to know the effect of health promotion on the prevention of the Covid-19 outbreak including 5M on knowledge in the community in Subik Sub-district, Abung Tengah sub-district. Methods: This type of research uses quantitative, experimental research design, with a one group pretest posttest design approach. The population used in this study was 249 people in 2021, sampling using simple random sampling was 30 people. data analysis using univariate and bivariate, using t-test statistical test dependent test. Results: The average knowledge after being given counseling on preventing the Covid-19 outbreak included 5M with a mean of 7.47. The results of the bivariate data analysis using the t-test obtained a p-value of 0.000 <0.05, it was concluded that there was an effect of counseling on preventing the Covid-19 outbreak including 5M on knowledge in the community in Subik Village. Conclusion: It is expected that local health workers will provide regular counseling for the community to comply with the 5M health protocol during the pandemic.
