Abstract

Salah satu pengaruh besar teknologi dalam bidang pendidikan adalah munculnya terobosan-terobosan baru yaitu mulai memanfaatkan jaringan komputer dan internet dalam proses pembelajaran yang sering disebut dengan e-learning atau pembelajaran elektronik. E-learning merupakan pembelajaran yang dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan media atau layanan dengan menggunakan perangkat elektronik baik berupa perangkat audio, video, komputer atau kombinasi ketiganya. Fokus terpenting dalam elearning adalah proses pembelajaran itu sendiri, bukan pada “e” (elektronik), karena elektronik hanya sekedar alat. Salah satu cara untuk menunjang keberhasilan siswa adalah dengan penggunaan media pembelajaran berbasis interaktif. Penggunaan media pembelajaran interaktif dinilai dapat meningkatkan minat belajar siswa sehingga dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar. Peneliti memilih menggunakan media proprofs untuk menunjang pembelajaran yang sebelumnya hanya berbasis konvensional. Oleh karena itu, dilakukan penelitian yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan media proprofs terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen/quasi eksperimen dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Pelaksanaan penelitian ini diawali dengan pemberian pretest kepada kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol. Selanjutnya diberikan perlakuan pada kelas eksperimen dengan menggunakan media proprofs, sedangkan kelas kontrol menggunakan metode konvensional. Setelah diberikan treatment, diberikan posttest pada kedua kelas. Subyek penelitian ini adalah kelas VII dengan kelas VII A sebagai kelas eksperimen dan kelas VII B sebagai kelas kontrol yang sampelnya diambil dengan menggunakan teknik random sampling.

Abstract

This study aims to improve the learning outcomes of seventh grade students of MTs Darul Mukhlashin in mathematics, especially lines and angles, through the application of the Scientific Learning Model. By involving 16 female students in a qualitative approach and Classroom Action Research (PTK) method, data were collected through interviews, documentation, and tests. The results of the analysis showed that the Scientific Learning Model was very effective; in the pre-cycle, only 4 students achieved the KKM score, but in cycle II, all students managed to meet the KKM. The application of this model makes a positive contribution to the low interest and learning outcomes of students, creating more interesting math learning and understanding the concept of lines and angles. In conclusion, the scientific approach is effective in increasing students' learning ability and improving their perception of mathematics.

Abstract

Abstract. This study aimed to describe the process and to develop analytical thinking ability instruments referring to the Thiagarajan Model known as the Four-D Model (Model 4-D). The Thiagarajan Model consists of four stages: define, planning, design, and disseminate stages. Data analysis consisted of instrument validation analysis, instrument reliability, practicality and effectiveness of instruments and analysis of teacher response data on the results of instrument development. Based on the results of the analysis, the instrument developed reached high level of instrument validation by experts with a validity coefficient of 0.748 and high level of instrument reliability with a reliability coefficient of 0.78. In addition, the degree of practicality was in the high category with a degree of coefficient (IP) = 4. It also reached high degree of effectiveness with a degree of coefficient (IE) = 4.6. The teacher's response to the development of the instrument was very good with a teacher response of 90%. Keywords: Analytical thinking skills, problem solving questions

Abstract

Abstract. Islamic University of Jember is a private university that organizes education in the Jember city. The implementation of the student exam at Islamic University of Jember, especially Mathematics education, is held 2 (two) times at years, that are the exam in old semester and the exam in even semester. Each exam will be guarded by 1 (one) lecturer, while 1 lecturer can be a examiner for several semester exam in one day, so that in the preparation of the thesis examination schedule must consider the time availability of each lecturer who will test. The preparation of the semester examination schedule at the Islamic University of Jember in mathematics education is manually, so that the overlapping semester exam schedule is still found. The overlapping exam schedule resulted in the implementation of the exam not being maximal, so that a technique was needed in the preparation of the thesis examination schedule. One technique that can be used to form a schedule is vertex coloring graph. The results of this study show that vertex coloring can be applied in making the semester examination schedule by giving better scheduling results than the previous method. The resulting semester exam schedule no longer shows an overlapping exam schedule so that the implementation of the semester exam runs better. Keyword : Scheduling, Vertex Coloring, Exams.

Abstract

Many Small and Medium Enterprise (UMKM) actors nowadays are constantly popping up. But the digital world demands that people can continue to innovate and compete. As an entry sign to the revolutionary age industry 4.0 digital technology has taken a toll on UMKM's marketing of products on social media or e-commerce. With that in mind, This was the goal of a KKN group's work program in the Kebonsari district of Jember. The role of the initiative isa digitalized marketing tool for UMKM perpetrators in Kebonsari as a form of student outreach to society using data collection methods of coordination, socialization, and counseling. Students will assist in creating a social media and e-commerce account to market their products.

Abstract

Pada era digital ini pola hidup dan budaya manusia sangat dipengaruhi percepatan teknologi internet. Penggunaan teknologi internet banyak digunakan dalam berbagai hal terutama komunikasi. Pelatihan E-marketing ini bertujuan memperkenalkan salah satu platform E-Marketing, pengenalan sistem pemasaran dalam E-Marketing, serta manfaat dari kegiatan E-Marketing. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah pemaparan materi dengan ceramah, diskusi serta praktik sehingga peserta dapat mengimplementasikan e-marketing  secara  langsung.  Hasil   pelatihan  E-Marketing  digunakan  untuk  menambah  skill dalam mewujudkan santripreneur yang kreatif dan inovatif dari  santri mahasiswa Universitas KH Mukhtar Syafa’at Blokagung Banyuwangi. Hal ini terlihat  dari antusiasme dan ketepatan dalam menjawab pertanyaan yang diberikan pada saat pelatihan serta analisis dari soal pretest postest pada aplikasi quiziz yang diberikan. Dari hasil analisis tersebut terlihat peningkatan pengetahuan mahasiswa dari jawaban soal pretest 60% jawaban benar menjadi 80%.

Abstract

Learning is the main process of education. The researcher did an observation at VII B Class of MtsS Manbaul Hikam which showed that low students' comprehension affects the learning outcome. This research goal is to increase the student's comprehension of algebra learning with the Realistic Mathematic Education (RME) method. The research type being used is Classroom Action Assessment (CAR), with the cycle method as the research procedure, the percentage of research of student learning results from Cycle 1 reached 60% and from Cycle 2 reached 85%. It showed that student's comprehension levels increased with the implementation of the Realistic Mathematic Education (RME) method, this method is used for the learning process that can give a good illustration as well as an example as the basic illustration.

Abstract

This research has a purpose to improve student learning outcomes in studying integers using the application of the Problem Possing learning model. The type of research used is Classroom Action Assessment (PTK), with research procedures using a cycle model, from the results of the study the percentage of student learning outcomes in cycle I reached 60% and cycle II was 90%. This proves that the level of understanding of students increases with the application of the Problem Possing learning model, so that learning can provide an overview with examples of basic illustrations.

Abstract

This research had a purpose to improve student activity and student learning outcomes by applying the Auditory Intelectually Repetition (AIR) learning model. This study uses Classroom Action Research. The subject of this research were class VIIIA MTs Darul Mukhlashin as recipients of the action and the researcher himself became the giver of it. For collecting datas, this study uses some methods like interviews, observations, tests, and documentation. The result of this research can be seen from the indicators of success. In cycle I, it can be seen that student learning activities gain 76% then in cycle II get 86%. While in cycle I, it can be seen that students learning outcomes was and cycle II was 100%. From these indicators of success, it is concluded that the application of the Auditory Intelectually Repetition learning model to student learning activities and outcomes has increased.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi miskonsepsi yang dialami oleh siswa kelas VII di SMP Negeri 8 Jember pada materi bilangan bulat dengan menggunakan metode CRI (Certainty Response Index). Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu tes diagnostik dalam bentuk pilihan ganda yang dilengkapi dengan skala CRI dan wawancara. Berdasarkan data penelitian ditemukan sebanyak 32% siswa mengalami miskonsepsi. Jenis-jenis miskonsepsi yang teridentifikasi adalah (1) miskonsepsi terjemahan dialami oleh S14 yaitu tidak mampu memahami permasalahan, (2) miskonsepsi tanda dialami oleh S25 yaitu tidak mampu mengkorelasikan simbol, (3) miskonsepsi hitung dialami oleh S27 yaitu melakukan kesalahan perhitungan, (4) miskonsepsi sistematis dialami oleh S27 yaitu tidak mampu mengarahkan langkah-langkah penyelesaian secara logis, (5) miskonsepsi konsep dialami oleh S11 yaitu tidak mampu menghubungkan konsep materi, (6) miskonsepsi strategi dialami oleh S26 yaitu tidak dapat menghubungkan permasalahan dengan rumus. Faktor-faktor yang menyebabkan siswa mengalami miskonsepsi yaitu guru hanya memberikan tugas dan siswa jarang berlatih soal pada saat pembelajaran dalam jaringan.
