Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah (1) Untuk mengetahui apakah hasil belajar matematika siswa yang mengikuti pembelajaran matematika model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Think-Pair-Share (TPS) berbantuan metode Drill lebih baik daripada hasil belajar matematika siswa yang mengikuti pembelajaran hanya menggunakan metode Drill pada pokok bahasan kubus dan balok. (2) Untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh antara keaktifan belajar matematika siswa terhadap hasil belajar matematika siswa pada pokok bahasan kubus dan balok. (3) Untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat interaksi antara pemakaian model pembelajaran dan keaktifan belajar matematika siswa terhadap hasil belajar matematika siswa pada pokok bahasan kubus dan balok. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen semu. Penelitian dilaksanakan di SMP YAPIA Ciputat dengan subjek penelitian ini adalah kelas VIII A untuk kelas eksperimen satu dengan jumlah 32 siswa dan kelas VIII C untuk kelas eksperimen dua dengan jumlah 37 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah metode dokumentasi yang berupa foto kegiatan pembelajaran, metode angket konstruk untuk data keaktifan belajar matematika siswa, metode tes untuk data hasil belajar matematika siswa pada pokok bahasan kubus dan balok, dan lembar observasi. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis variansi dua jalan dengan sel tak sama. Sebagai persyaratan analisis yaitu populasi berdistribusi normal menggunakan uji Lilliefors dan populasi bervariansi sama (homogen) menggunakan uji Fisher. Dari penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa: (1) hasil belajar matematika siswa yang mengikuti pembelajaran matematika dengan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Think-Pair-Share (TPS) berbantuan metode Drill lebih baik daripada hasil belajar matematika siswa yang mengikuti pembelajaran hanya menggunakan metode Drill pada pokok bahasan kubus dan balok (Fa = 49,19 > 4,00 = F tabel pada taraf signifikansi 0.05). (2) keaktifan belajar siswa memberikan pengaruh terhadap hasil belajar matematika siswa pokok bahasan kubus dan balok (Fb = 9,85 > 3.15 = F tabel pada taraf signifikansi 0.05). (3) Terdapat interaksi antara model pembelajaran dengan keaktifan belajar matematika terhadap hasil belajar matematika pada pokok bahasan kubus dan balok (Fab = 18,59> 3.15 = Ftabel pada taraf signifikansi 0.05).

Abstract

The background behind this research is the low level of science literacy of Indonesian students, as shown by the PISA 2022 results. Environmental pollution is a socio-scientific phenomenon that often occurs and has not been resolved. Socio-scientific issue-based learning about environmental pollution can help students understand the environment and find scientific solutions to overcome these challenges. Creating a socio-scientific issues-based module on environmental pollution is one of the efforts to improve science literacy. The purpose of this research is to develop a socio-scientific issues-based module that can improve students' science literacy. The research method used was the research and development (R&D) method with the ADDIE development model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). A total of 34 Olympic X-class students were selected as research subjects through the application of the purposive sampling technique. The data collection instruments used were expert validation sheets, student response questionnaires, and science literacy tests (pre-test and post-test). Likert scale and n-gain analysis were used as data analysis techniques. Material and media experts assessed the feasibility of the module and gave an assessment of 83.21% and 86%, respectively, with a very valid category. The student response score of 82.63% was included in the very good category. The results of the trial use of the module on students give an n-gain value of 0.44 with a moderate improvement category. Thus, the socio-scientific issues-based module developed can improve students' science literacy.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the effectiveness of video media in providing information that can influence learners' career decisions, which in turn can improve their understanding of the world of work and guide them toward more appropriate and realistic career choices. The study was conducted at SMP Negeri 34 Semarang in 2023. This research used a quasi-experimental design with a nonequivalent control group design model. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire of students' career choices, and data analysis was done using descriptive statistics. The analysis showed that the F-count value was 5.333 with a significance level of 0.036 <0.05, so information services with video media affected the career selection of third-grade students at SMP Negeri 34 Semarang. The study's conclusion reveals that information services with video media affect the career selection of third-grade students at SMP Negeri 34 Semarang. The research contributes to the field of guidance and counseling, especially regarding the use of video media as an effective information tool in helping students understand career choices.

Abstract

Rendahnya minat siswa pada layanan bimbingan dan konseling terlihat dari minimnya siswa yang datang keruang BK untuk memanfaatkan layanan bimbingan dan konseling di sekolah. Permasalahan yang dikaji dalam penulisan ini adalah, Bagaiman layanan informasi dengan teknik modelling dapat menarik terhadap minat siswa pada layanan bimbingan dan konseling di sekolah khususnya bimbingan dan konseling islami. Tujuan yang hendak dicapai dalam penulisan ini adalah untuk memberi masukan kepada guru BK di sekolah supaya siswa-siswinya tertarik atau berminat berkunjung di ruang BK, menggunakan cara layanan informasi dengan teknik modelling terhadap minat siswa pada layanan bimbingan dan konseling siswa di sekolah khususnya bimbingan dan konseling islami. Pada kajian ini dapat dianalisis bahwa: layanan informasi dengan teknik modelling, diharapkan dapat berdampak positif terhadap minat siswa berkunjung ke ruang BK, sehingga guru BK dapat memberi layanan bimbingan konseling khusunya bimbingan dan konseling islami dengan kesadaran siswa tanpa pemaksaan.

Abstract

Abstract. Bullying behavior does not only occur at the secondary school level but also often occurs among students in elementary schools. This bullying behavior has a negative impact on students, such as decreased learning achievement, depression, low self-image, high dependence on adults), somatic disorders, low school attendance and even suicide. Bullying occurs partly because children imitate the behavior of their friends. This is because children have a high conformity attitude. This research is to see whether a child's level of conformity influences bullying behavior. The research method used is correlational research using bullying and conformity questionnaires. The research population was 112 students in grades V and VI. The sampling technique used population sampling. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and simple linear regression. The research results show that conformity does not influence bullying behavior even though the level of conformity is in the high category.Key words: bullying behavior; level of conformity;Abstrak. Perilaku bullying tidak hanya terjadi di tingkat sekolah menengah tetapi juga masih sering terjadi pada siswa di sekolah dasar. Perilaku bullying tersebut memberikan dampat negatif pada siswa seperti prestasi belajar menurun, depresi, rendahnya gambaran diri, tingginnya ketergantungan terhadap orang dewasa), gangguan somatik, rendah kehadiran di sekolah bahkan sampai pada bunuh diri. Bullying terjadi salah satunya karena anak meniru perilaku dari teman-teman. Hal ini karena anak memiliki sikap konformitas yang tinggi. Penelitian ini untuk melihat apakah tingkat konformitas anak mempengaruhi perilaku bullying. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian korelasional dengan menggunakan instumen angket bullying dan konformitas. Populasi penelitian adalah siswa kelas V dan VI jumlah siswa 112. Teknik sampling menggunakan population sampling. Data dianalisis dengan statistik deskriptif dan regresi linier sederhana. Hasil penelitian bahwa konformitas tidak mempengaruhi perilaku bullying meskipun tingkat konformitas termasuk kategori tinggi.Kata kunci: perilaku bullying; tingkat konformitas;

Abstract

Adolescent dating behavior is a social phenomenon influenced by various factors, one of which is the role of the family. This study aims to analyze the forms of adolescent dating behavior among those whose parents have migrated for work, the factors influencing such behavior, and the role of family, particularly migrant parents, in providing guidance and supervision. This research employs a qualitative approach using a case study method. Data were collected through interviews with adolescents whose parents have migrated, grandparents who serve as primary caregivers, and the parents themselves. The findings reveal that adolescents with migrant parents tend to have greater freedom in dating due to the lack of direct parental supervision and weak oversight from grandparents. The observed dating behaviors range from socially acceptable interactions to risky behaviors, such as physical contact that exceeds appropriate boundaries. The primary factors influencing adolescent dating behavior include internal drives, the influence of social media, and weak family control. Migrant parents often struggle with effective communication with their children, making it difficult to fully understand their dating patterns. Additionally, grandparents as primary caregivers tend to adopt a permissive parenting style, failing to enforce strict boundaries on adolescent dating behavior. This study contributes to the field of guidance and counseling by offering intervention strategies that can be implemented by counselors to address risky dating behavior among adolescents with migrant parents. Furthermore, it provides valuable insights for school counselors in designing effective intervention programs to support the social and emotional development of adolescents within the context of parental migration. and fostering better communication between adolescents, parents, and primary caregivers

Abstract

Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui manfaat penggunaan aplikasi GeoGebra dalam pembelajaran matematika bagi guru Sekolah Dasar di Labschool FIP UMJ. Kegiatan pelatihan dilaksanakan di Sekolah Labschool FIP UMJ dengan melibatkan 33 guru sebagai peserta. Metode yang digunakan berupa pelatihan berbentuk workshop yang fokus pada penggunaan dan pemanfaatan aplikasi GeoGebra dalam materi Bangun Ruang. Tahapan kegiatan terdiri dari persiapan, perencanaan, pelaksanaan, evaluasi, dan refleksi. Pelatihan ini mendapat respon positif dari peserta, dengan manfaat berupa meningkatnya minat guru dalam menggunakan GeoGebra sebagai alat bantu pembelajaran, bertambahnya wawasan guru untuk menciptakan media pembelajaran berbasis ICT yang lebih menarik, serta kemampuan menghasilkan ilustrasi benda tiga dimensi yang mampu memperjelas konsep matematika abstrak menjadi lebih konkret. Selain itu, GeoGebra mempermudah guru dalam pembuatan soal Bangun Ruang dan menyampaikan materi pembelajaran dengan cara yang lebih efektif. Hasil pelatihan ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran matematika di tingkat Sekolah Dasar. Luaran kegiatan meliputi prosiding nasional, poster, dan materi pelatihan. Oleh karena itu, penting untuk mengintegrasikan teknologi seperti GeoGebra dalam pembelajaran guna mendukung transformasi pendidikan yang lebih inovatif.

Abstract

The number of deaths due to diphtheria is counts data and there is a considerable presence of zeros (excess zeros). Besides, data on the spread of disease are generally geographically oriented or observed in each particular region, which is a type of spatial data. Geographically Weighted Zero Inflated Poisson Regression (GWZIPR), as the development of Geographically Weighted Regression (GWR) and Zero Inflated Poisson (ZIP) models will be used as a model in processing provincial diphtheria data in Indonesia in 2018, with the independent variable percentage of diphtheria cases (X1), percentage of vaccinated numbers (X2) and percentage of the population (X3) in each province in Indonesia. Estimating model parameters uses the method of maximum likelihood estimation. While the weighting function used is fixed bisquare kernel. Data is processed using software R packages lctools. The results were obtained if the model involved all three independent variables, the effect of the three independent variables on the number of deaths due to diphtheria was not significant. This is because there is a strong and significant relationship between independent variables, so that if the model does not involve a variable percentage of the population (population density), the percentage of vaccinated people affects the number of deaths caused by diphtheria significantly in an area. So that the provision of immunization vaccines can reduce the number of deaths caused by diphtheria

Abstract

In this study, Gardner's theory of multiple intelligences was used to conduct experimental research on several elementary school students at TPQ Al-Ikhwan Meruya Jakarta, Indonesia. The initial stage of this study was to classify the types of student intelligence using multiple intelligence instruments adopted from Shearer in 1997. Furthermore, learning strategies are applied to students according to the kind of intelligence. This study observed the differences in mathematics learning outcomes of students who have musical intelligence before and after the application of interactive learning media in the form of music containing a song with the title "Aku Bangun Datar" and the lyrics are examples of a two-dimensional figure with natural objects. The research method used was a quantitative quasi-experimental type with a pre-test-post-test design. Research data analysis using a statistical t-test for the difference in the mean of the two populations. The results of data analysis obtained a t value of -8,000, while the t table is -2.0686. The comparison between the t value and the t table is known that t is more significant than the t table, so the hypothesis is rejected. It means that there is a significant difference in students' knowledge about shapes before and after using music media.
