Abstract

Adolescence is a period marked by the search for self-identity. Self-identity is a concept of self, an opportunity to achieve agreeable goals, values, and beliefs starting in adolescence. When adolescents experience problems in their search for identity - or when adolescents have limited opportunities - they are at risk of displaying behaviors with negative consequences. Adolescents with poor impulse control are more likely to display aggressive behavior and not think about their future. Aggression is defined as a physical or verbal behavior that hurts, threatens, or endangers other targeted individuals or objects. Bibliotherapy is an intervention that reduces the level of aggression in children and adolescents, therefore this study aims to determine the effectiveness of bibliotherapy in reducing the level of aggressive behavior among adolescents in X LPKA. Research and group intervention using bibliotherapy involved six participants. All participants are adolescents with a tendency towards aggression and were inmates at X LPKA. This study uses one group pre-test post-test design. The intervention process was conducted throughout 6 sessions and each session lasted between 60-90 minutes. The results of the intervention shows that bibliotherapy is effective to reduce the level of aggressive behavior in adolescents in LPKA X. This can be seen from the results of the evaluation of interventions and pre-test and post-test comparison. In addition to changes in the level of aggressive behavior, changes are also seen in the proactivity of participants in the group. Masa remaja merupakan masa pencarian identitas diri. Identitas diri merupakan konsep mengenai diri, kesempatan mencapai tujuan, nilai, dan kepercayaan yang ingin disepakati mulai pada masa remaja. Ketika remaja mengalami masalah saat pencarian identitasnya – atau ketika remaja hanya memiliki kesempatan yang terbatas – remaja beresiko menampilkan perilaku dengan konsekuensi negatif. Remaja yang masih cenderung memiliki kontrol dorongan yang buruk dapat menyebabkan remaja tersebut kemungkinan besar untuk menampilkan perilaku agresi dan tidak memikirkan masa depannya. Agresi didefinisikan sebagai suatu perilaku yang dilakukan untuk menyakiti, mengancam, atau membahayakan individu lain atau objek-objek yang menjadi sasaran perilaku tersebut secara fisik atau verbal. Bibliotherapy merupakan salah satu jenis intervensi untuk menurunkan tingkat agresi pada anak dan remaja, sehingga penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui efektifitas penerapan bibliotherapy untuk menurunkan tingkat perilaku agresi pada remaja di LPKA X. Penelitian dan intervensi kelompok dengan bibliotherapy ini melibatkan enam partisipan. Seluruh partisipan merupakan remaja dengan kecenderungan perilaku agresi dan berstatus sebagai anak didik lapas (andikpas) di LPKA X. Penelitian ini menggunakan one group pre-test post-test design. Proses intervensi dilaksanakan dalam 6 sesi dan setiap sesinya berlangsung antara 60-90 menit. Hasil intervensi dapat menunjukkan bahwa bibliotherapy efektif digunakan untuk menurunkan tingkat perilaku agresi pada remaja di LPKA X. Efektivitas bibliotherapy untuk menurunkan tingkat perilaku agresi pada remaja dapat dilihat dari hasil evaluasi intervensi dan perbandingan pre-test dan post-test. Selain perubahan pada tingkat perilaku agresinya, perubahan juga terlihat pada keaktifan partisipan dalam kelompok.

Abstract

The number of children diagnosed with Attention-Deficit / Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) keeps increasing, therefore it is important to highlight the problems experienced by children with ADHD. The problem that persists as children with ADHD grow older is attention problem. Attention problem can impair learning, performance, academic achievement and social functioning. Attention problem among ADHD children is closely related to the condition of retained primitive reflex. This attention problem must be solved to minimize the ensuing impact, especially among children with ADHD. There are several therapies to help children with ADHD overcome attention problem, one of them being Rhythmic Movement Training. Rhythmic Movements Training (RMT) integrates retained primitive reflexes through movements that can stimulate the development of nerve cells in the brain, which results in increased attention. The purpose of this study is to determine the application of Rhythmic Movement Training (RMT) in increasing attention of children with ADHD. This study uses one group pre-test post-test design using Structured Observation of Academic and Play Settings (SOAPS) to measure the attention of participants before and after Rhythmic Movement Training (RMT) is given. The results show that Rhythmic Movement Training (RMT) can increase the attention of participants, who are children with ADHD. Jumlah anak dengan Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) semakin bertambah, sedangkan terdapat beberapa permasalahan yang dialami oleh anak dengan ADHD. Permasalahan yang menetap seiring dengan perkembangan usia pada anak dengan ADHD adalah permasalahan atensi. Permasalahan atensi dapat menyebabkan permasalahan dalam pembelajaran, performa anak, prestasi akademik dan fungsi sosial. Permasalahan atensi pada anak ADHD erat kaitannya dengan kondisi retained primitive reflex. Permasalahan atensi ini perlu diatasi untuk meminimalisir dampak yang terjadi, khususnya pada anak dengan ADHD. Terdapat beberapa terapi untuk mengatasi permasalahan atensi pada anak dengan ADHD, salah satunya dengan Rhythmic Movement Training. Rhythmic Movements Training (RMT) dapat mengintegrasikan retained primitive reflex melalui gerakan yang dapat menstimulasi perkembangan sel saraf pada otak, yang dapat berdampak pada meningkatnya atensi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui penerapan Rhythmic Movement Training (RMT) dalam meningkatkan atensi pada anak ADHD. Penelitian ini menggunakan one group pre-test post-test design dengan menggunakan Structured Observation of Academic and Play Settings (SOAPS), untuk mengukur atensi para partisipan sebelum dan sesudah diberikannya Rhythmic Movement Training (RMT). Hasil menunjukkan bahwa Rhythmic Movement Training (RMT) dapat meningkatkan atensi para partisipan yang merupakan anak dengan ADHD.

Abstract

Vocational High School (SMK) is a school that prepares students to be ready to work after graduating from vocational education. Entering the world of work with all its challenges, can become a stressor for adolescents. Adolescence is a time of transition to adulthood where psychosocial and emotionally, they are in the stage of searching for identity. Included in the process of finding self-identity is being able to recognize emotions and have future planning. As vocational students who have the possibility to immediately work after graduation, they need to prepare carefully their internal conditions before entering the workforce. For most teenagers, the concept of the world of work before and after entering the workforce might not necessarily be the same. Adolescents who fail to adjust to the world of work can experience many problems. To prevent this, teenagers, especially vocational students, need to be equipped with an activity that helps recognize their emotional state and help open their knowledge in preparation for entering the workforce. Psychoeduaction in the form of this seminar was given to students of 10th-12th grade SMKN 03 Yogyakarta, totaling 485 teenagers with an age range of 15-19 years. The result of this PKM was the successful implementation of the seminar activities and the emotional intelligence questionnaire given after the seminar activities shows that the overall emotional intelligence of the students participating in the seminar was acceptableABSTRAK: Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) merupakan salah satu sekolah yang mempersiapkan siswanya untuk siap bekerja setelah lulus menempuh pendidikan di SMK. Memasuki dunia kerja dengan segala tantangannya, dapat menjadi suatu stressor yang berpotensi menimbulkan stres pada remaja. Seperti diketahui masa remaja merupakan masa transisi menuju dewasa yang secara psikososial emosi mereka sedang berada dalam tahap pencarian identitas diri. Termasuk di dalam proses pencarian identitas diri adalah mampu mengenali emosi dan memiliki perencanaan masa depan. Sebagai siswa SMK yang memiliki kemungkinan untuk langsung bekerja setelah lulus perlu utnuk mempersiapkan secara matang kondsi internal sebelum memasuki dunia kerja. Pada sebagian besar remaja diketahui konsep dunia kerja sebelum dan sesudah masuk ke dunia kerja belum tentu sama. Pada remaja yang tidak dapat menyesuaikan diri di dunia kerja dapat mengalami banyak permasalahan. Untuk mencegah hal tersebut maka para remaja khususnya siswa SMK perlu untuk dibekali sebuah kegiatan yang membantu mengenali kondisi emosi mereka dan membantu membuka wawasan mereka sebagai persiapan memasuki dunia kerja. Psikoeduaksi berupa seminar ini diberikan pada siswa kelas X-XII SMKN 03 Yogyakarta yang berjumlah 485 remaja dengan rentang usia 15-19 tahun. Hasil dari PKM ini adalah terselenggaranya kegiatan seminar dengan baik dan dari kuesioner kecerdasan emosi yang diberikan setelah kegiatan seminar didapatkan hasil kecerdasan emosi para siswa peserta seminar tergolong baik.

Abstract

Integrity is a quality, character, or condition that an individual possesses to determine what is considered right and wrong in his/her life, and how much it can be shown in his/her everyday actions. Various phenomena in fact indicates the occurrence of various academic integrity violations among students and university students. This study aims to describe the academic integrity of freshmen, especially at University X. Participants amounted to 343 respondents who were freshmen of University X. The study was conducted in November 2019. Data analysis was conducted using a descriptive analysis method. The results showed that the freshmen of X University possess high academic integrity in each dimension of the academic integrity variable (with mean greater than 3.67). However, this study also found that the students of a certain faculty at University X show generally lower scores compared to students of other faculties at University X. Integritas merupakan suatu mutu, sifat, atau keadaan yang dimiliki individu untuk menentukan apa yang dianggap benar dan salah dalam hidup, serta seberapa besar hal tersebut dapat ditunjukan dalam tindakan sehari-harinya. Berbagai fenomena justru menunjukan terjadinya berbagai pelanggaran integritas akademik di kalangan pelajar dan mahasiswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran integritas akademik pada mahasiswa baru terutama di Universitas X., Partisipan terdiri atas 343 responden yang merupakan mahasiswa baru Universitas X. Penelitian dilakukan pada bulan November 2019. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa mahasiswa baru Universitas X, memiliki integritas akademik yang tinggi pada setiap dimensi variabel integritas akademik (rata-rata lebih besar dari 3,67). Namun, dalam penelitian ini juga ditemukan bahwa, mahasiswa dalam sebuah Fakultas di Universitas X, cenderung memiliki lebih banyak yang memiliki skor rendah dibandingkan mahasiswa di Fakultas lain di Universitas X.

Abstract

This study explores subjective well-being's influence on employee performance at PT X, a company in the building chemical industry sector in Jakarta. This research is based on the importance of employee well-being in achieving optimal performance and how subjective well-being can be a determining factor, as supported by several studies that show a positive influence between subjective well-being and performance. Initial observations showed high employee performance results, with most employees able to complete work quickly and precisely, as well as a work atmosphere full of happiness and positive emotions based on the results of an initial survey of 30 employees. This study used a quantitative approach with data collected through an online questionnaire distributed to 165 employees of PT X. The instruments used included the Satisfaction With Life Scale (SWLS) and Scale of Positive and Negative Experience (SPANE) to measure subjective well-being, as well as the Individual Work Performance Questionnaire (IWPQ) to measure employee performance. Using a simple regression test, the analysis results obtained an R square value of 9.7% and a significance level of p < 0.05, indicating that subjective well-being significantly affects the employee performance of PT X in Jakarta.

Abstract

PT X is one of the companies engaged in Fast Moving Customer Goods (FMCG) in Indonesia, located in Jakarta. The achievement of PT X certainly must maintain the role of qualified employees so that the company can increase its productivity, efficiency, and competitiveness to excel in competition in the era of globalization. The intense competition in the FMCG industry encourages PT X's Foods unit employees to withstand pressure and rise from failure to continue to grow. To encourage employee performance, PT X applies several values to support the effectiveness of employee performance in achieving targets, one of which is a growth mindset. Some previous research results show ambiguity in the relationship between a growth mindset and employee resilience. Therefore, this study aims to determine the effect of a growth mindset on employee resilience in the PT X Foods unit. Research data were obtained through the distribution of Google Forms to 87 employees who met the criteria for research characteristics. The results of this study's data analysis indicate an effect of a growth mindset on employee resilience in the Foods unit of PT X with a Sig value. 0,000 < 0,05. In addition, the coefficient of determination shows that the effect of growth mindset on employee resilience is 15%, while other variables influence the remaining 85%.

Abstract

PT X is one of the largest companies in Indonesia engaged in manufacturing and is located in Tangerang. The development of PT X does not escape the role of its human resources in being able to continue to compete with other similar companies. For this reason, human resources are an asset for the Company and play an important role because they will affect the development and productivity of the organization. At PT X, some employees show that they enjoy their work, and some of them feel very proud and attached, but others look less excited when working. Work engagement is one of the things that influence it. Work engagement is defined as the extent to which employees psychologically feel bound and connected to their work. Work engagement is characterized by vigor, dedication, and absorption. This study uses quantitative methods to look at work engagement in employees at PT X. Participant data was obtained through the Utrecht Work Engagement Scales questionnaire consisting of 17 items (UWES-17). Participants in this study amounted to 106 employees at PT X aged 21-55 years. The results showed that PT X employees were classified as high (M = 4.83) and had high scores in each dimension, with the highest scores in the dimensions of dedication (M = 5.21), vigor (M = 4.84), and absorption (M = 4.43). These results show that some PT X employees have high work engagement. Thus, it can have a positive impact on the success of the Company.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the relationship between the adversity quotient and work stress among PT production employees. X in Bogor. Method: This research uses quantitative research with regression analysis techniques in the SPSS Statistics 25 application. The sample for this research is 72 production employees. The first measuring instrument used was an adaptation of the new job stress scale. The adaptation was carried out to translate the items on the original measuring instrument so that they could be understood by production employees. The second measuring tool used is a modification of the adversity quotient scale. Results: normality test using the Kolmogorov-Smirnov test showed that work stress data was not normally distributed, p value 0.038<0.05 and the adversity quotient was normally distributed p value 0.097>0.05. The output results were 11 in production employees who experienced low work stress or 15.3%, there were 49 production employees who experienced moderate stress or 68.1% and 12 production employees who experienced high stress or 16.7%. The output results showed that there were 10 employees who had low AQ or 13.9%, there were 49 production employees who had medium AQ or 68.1% and 13 production employees who had high AQ or 18.1%. Based on the results of the Spearman's rho statistical test on work stress, a correlation coefficient value of 1,000 was obtained with a significant value of 0.000 (0.000<0.05). The adversity quotient results obtained a correlation coefficient value of 0.688 with a significant value of 0.000 (0.000<0.05). Statistical test results show that there is a relationship between the two variables, namely a positive relationship. Positive correlation is the relationship between two variables that move in the same direction. Therefore, one variable increases if the other variable also increases. Aspects that can support this positive relationship are control, origin-owner, reach and endurance. ABSTRAKTujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan adversity quotient dengan stres kerja dengan karyawan produksi PT. X di bogor. Metode: penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis regresi pada aplikasi SPSS Statistics 25. Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 72 orang karyawan produksi. Alat ukur pertama yang digunakan adalah adaptasi dari the new job stress scale, adaptasi dilakukan untuk menerjemahkan butir-butir alat ukur asli sehingga dapat dipahami oleh karyawan produksi. Alat ukur kedua yang digunakan adalah modifikasi dari Skala adversity quotient. Hasil: uji normalitas dengan kolmogorov-smirnov test didapatkan data stress kerja tidak berdistribusi normal p value 0,038<0,05 dan adversity quotient berdistribusi normal p value 0,097>0,05. Hasil output 11 pada karyawan produksi yang mengalami stres kerja rendah atau 15.3%, terdapat 49 karyawan produksi yang mengalami stres sedang atau 68.1% dan 12 karyawan produksi yang mengalami stres tinggi atau 16.7%. Hasil output terdapat 10 karyawan yang memiliki AQ rendah atau 13.9%, terdapat 49 karyawan produksi yang memiliki AQ sedang atau 68.1% dan 13 karyawan produksi yang memiliki AQ tinggi atau 18.1%. Berdasarkan hasil uji statistic Spearman’s rho pada stress kerja diperoleh nilai correlation coefficient 1.000 dengan nilai signifikan 0,000 (0,000<0,05). Hasil adversity quotient diperoleh nilai correlation coefficient 0,688 dengan nilai signifikan 0,000 (0,000<0,05). Hasil uji Statistic menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara kedua variabel yaitu hubungan positif. Korelasi positif adalah hubungan antara dua variabel itu bergerak dalam arah yang sama. Oleh karenanya, satu variabel meningkat jika variabel lainnya juga meningkat. Aspek yang dapat mendukung terjadinya hubungan positif ini adalah control, origin-owner, reach dan endurance.

Abstract

Perceraian di Indonesia mengalami peningkatan yang terus menerus dan mayoritas perceraian terjadi saat individu masih pada masa kecil (BPS, 2023). Jika perceraian terjadi lebih dini dalam kehidupan seorang anak, hal tersebut dapat mempengaruhi kehidupan pada masa dewasa muda. Perceraian orang tua dapat menghambat tugas perkembangan dewasa muda yang dapat mempengaruhi Subjective Well-Being (SWB). SWB adalah istilah untuk menggambarkan tingkat kesejahteraan yang dialami individu menurut evaluasi subjektif mengenai kepuasan kehidupan dan kebahagiaan mereka (Diener & Ryan, 2009). Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk melihat gambaran detail mengenai SWB dewasa muda yang mengalami perceraian orang tua pada masa kanak-kanak. Partisipan penelitian adalah 5 wanita dewasa muda yang berusia 20-25 tahun. Penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif, proses pengambilan data dilakukan melalui wawancara in-depth interview. Dalam penelitian ini, teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling.Penelitian menganalisis data dengan pendekatan Interpretative Phenomenological Analysis (IPA). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hanya dua partisipan yang memiliki SWB tinggi, sedangkan tiga partisipan memiliki SWB rendah. Partisipan dengan SWB tinggi mengalami kepuasan hidup, afek positif tinggi, dan afek negatif rendah. SWB yang tinggi dikaitkan dengan kedekatan hubungan spiritual, pandangan positif dalam hidup, tujuan karir, dan hubungan baik dengan teman dan sosok ayah setelah perceraian. Perceraian orang tua juga menghambat perkembangan masa dewasa muda sehingga menyebabkan rendahnya SWB.

Abstract

High productivity is expected to produce efficient and effective work. High productivity is needed for companies whose focus is producing goods, PT X is one of the companies whose focus is producing SIM Card and vouchers. In measuring success, human resources are the main factor that ensures the sustainability of the organization. One of the most important issues related to human resources is performance, performance is a reference for every company or organization to evaluate the continuity in achieving the goals of the company or organization. So that the easier it is for the company to achieve its goals, the better the performance of the employees there and vice versa. Work-life balance is one of the factors that can affect employee performance. This research approach uses quantitative methods as a research method with participants totaling 205 employees. The Work-life Balance Scale and Individual Work Performance Questionnaire (IPWQ) measuring instruments were used in this study.
