Abstract

This study aims to find out how the IDX's Current Ratio affects stock prices in manufacturing companies in various industrial sectors for three years, from 2018 to 2020. The company's financial statements and stock prices for the 2018-2020 period, use quantitative secondary data types. There are 11 business populations in this study. This study involves information on financial reports with a time series for the previous 3 years distributed from www.idx.co.id. sample for this study using purposive sampling. This study used a sample of 11 business actors from the previous three years, out of a total of 48 manufacturing business actors from various industries. Based on the findings of this study, stock prices are not significantly affected by the Current Ratio.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of competence on the performance of the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) during Work From Home (WFH) during the pandemic and the effect of communication on the performance of ASN during WFH during the pandemic and to analyze the factors inhibiting performance (ASN) in the Council Environment. Regional People's Representatives (DPRD) of North Sumatra Province (Provsu). This research uses ASN Competency Theory, ASN Performance and Communication. This research was conducted at the Provincial DPRD Office. The research method used in this research is correlational quantitative. The population in this study were civil servants at the provincial government DPRD office which accommodated 106 people. Sampling in this study using total sampling. The results of this study include: (1) There is an effect of ASN Competence on ASN Performance in the Provincial DPRD Environment during the pandemic period of 0.707. the second variable is positive and strong (2) There is an influence of ASN Communication on the performance of ASN in the DPRD Pemprovsu environment of 0.383. The level of correlation is low but definite between ASN communication variables and ASN performance during WFH in the DPRD Pemprovsu environment; (3) Factors that hinder performance are abilities that are motivated by differences in generations which are dominated by the Baby Boomer Generation over 45 years old, lack of motivation, ability to use technology, so that it has obstacles in production development.

Abstract

Studi ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh promosi dan saluran distribusi terhadap keputusan pembelian alat kedokteran gigi. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan melibatkan sebanyak 117 dokter gigi sebagai sampel penelitian. Adapun uji yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda. Sebelum dilakukan uji regresi, peneliti melakukan uji asumsi klasik seperti uji normalitas, uji multikolinieritas, dan uji heteroskedastisitas. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji R2, uji F, dan uji t. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa promosi dan saluran distribusi secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian alat-alat kedokteran gigi. Promosi dan saluran distribusi secara simultan berpengaruh positif terhadap keputusan pembelian alat-alat kedokteran gigi. Hasil uji koefisien determinasi menunjukkan 65,8% dari variabel dependen keputusan pembelian yang dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel independen promosi dan saluran distribusi sedangkan sisanya 34,2% dijelaskan oleh variabel lain.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to empower housewives through the production and sale of natural turmeric-based soap, which has the potential to increase family income. The activity method consists of several stages, including participant recruitment, training in turmeric soap making, and product marketing guidance. Data used included a survey of initial income, soap production levels, and additional income after sales. The results of the activity showed that participants were able to produce good quality soap and earn significant additional income. This activity had a positive impact on the household economy of participants, with an average increase in income of 30%. In addition, this activity also raised awareness of the importance of using natural, environmentally friendly products. These findings support the importance of empowering housewives through innovative products based on natural ingredients, which can serve as a model for economic empowerment programs in other regions

Abstract

Fore Coffee merupakan salah satu kafe yang beroperasi di Kota Medan dan dikenal berkat suasananya yang nyaman serta desain interior yang menarik secara visual. Namun, dalam beberapa waktu terakhir, kafe ini menghadapi hambatan dalam mempertahankan minat konsumen, yang disebabkan oleh meningkatnya tingkat persaingan di industri sejenis. Perbedaan antara harapan pelanggan dan realitas pengalaman yang diperoleh, terutama terkait aspek suasana toko, promosi, dan mutu produk, dinilai dapat memengaruhi penurunan keputusan pembelian. Lingkungan yang mulai terasa membosankan, promosi yang kurang tepat sasaran, serta penurunan kualitas makanan dan minuman dinilai menurunkan kepuasan dan kenyamanan konsumen, yang berdampak pada berkurangnya loyalitas serta keinginan untuk melakukan kunjungan ulang. Populasi penelitian mencakup seluruh konsumen yang pernah melakukan pembelian di Fore Coffee, dengan jumlah yang tidak dapat dipastikan secara pasti. Oleh karena itu, digunakan rumus Lemeshow sebagai pendekatan dalam menentukan ukuran sampel pada populasi yang tidak terdefinisi secara jelas. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah accidental sampling, yaitu pemilihan responden secara acak berdasarkan ketersediaan dan kesediaan mereka untuk berpartisipasi dalam penelitian. Sebanyak 96 responden berhasil diperoleh. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa variabel store atmosphere berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen Fore Coffee Medan. Selain itu, promosi dan kualitas produk juga terbukti memberikan pengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian. Ketiga variabel tersebut, jika diuji secara bersama-sama, memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen di Fore Coffee.

Abstract

This study aims to find out whether human resource competence has an indirect effect on employee performance through job satisfaction, to find out whether organizational culture has an indirect effect on employee performance through job satisfaction and to find out whether transformational leadership style has an indirect effect on employee performance through job satisfaction. . Descriptive statistics are statistics that function to describe or provide an overview of the object under study through sample data or the population as it is, without analyzing and making conclusions that apply to the public. The influence of human resource competence on job satisfaction through employee performance is 0.008, with a T statistic value of 0.439 (> 1.993) and a significance value (p-values) of 0.661 (< 0.05). Thus, the first hypothesis (H8) in the study this is rejected. The influence of Organizational Culture on job satisfaction through employee performance is 0.459, with a T statistic of 02.447 (< 1.993 and a significance value (p-values) of 0.015 (> 0.05). Thus, the second hypothesis (H9) in this study is accepted. The effect of transformational leadership style on job satisfaction through employee performance is 0.098, with a T statistic of 2.242 (>1.993 and a significance value (p-values) of 0.025 (<0.05) thus, the third hypothesis (H10) in this study is accepted.

Abstract

The rapid growth of the digital era demands higher education institutions to manage human resources effectively by integrating technoentrepreneurship values to enhance job satisfaction and employee performance. This study investigates the phenomenon at Universitas Adiwangsa Jambi, where differences in technology use, job satisfaction, and performance are still found. The research aims to analyze the influence of Human Resource Management and Technoentrepreneurship on Employee Performance with Job Satisfaction as an intervening variable. A quantitative survey was conducted on lecturers and staff, with samples selected using proportionate stratified random sampling based on the Slovin formula. Data were collected through a five-point Likert scale questionnaire and analyzed using Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with SmartPLS. Findings show that Human Resource Management and Technoentrepreneurship have positive and significant impacts on both Employee Performance and Job Satisfaction. Moreover, Job Satisfaction significantly improves Employee Performance and mediates the relationship between Human Resource Management, Technoentrepreneurship, and performance. Thus, effective HR management and technoentrepreneurship application enhance employee outcomes directly and indirectly.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh Harga, Promosi Penjualan, dan Kepercayaan Pelanggan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Pada Toko Kuwei Gunting Indonesia. Pendekatan penelitian ini berdasarkan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel penelitian adalah 97 responden dengan menggunakan purposiivei sampliing  sebagai teknik pengambilan sampel. Teknik pengumpulan data distribusi kuesioner. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian menunjukkan harga berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian, promosi penjualan berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian, kepercayaan pelanggan berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian. Kemudian secara simultan bahwa harga, promosi penjualan dan kepercayaan pelanggan berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian.
