Abstract

The preamble to the 1945 Constitution reflects the great enthusiasm of the Indonesian people in fighting to achieve independence and build a sovereign state. Historical analysis of the formulation of the preamble to the 1945 Constitution is important to understand the historical flow and values contained in the process of formulating the preamble to the 1945 Constitution and the figures who played an important role in it. The purpose of this research is to remind readers that the opening of the 1945 Constitution was not born out of thin air, but was motivated by worrying social and political conditions in the past, where the Indonesian people were still colonized and not yet independent. This research uses a historical analysis approach to reveal the historical flow of the formulation of the preamble to the 1945 Constitution until its completion. Data was obtained from primary sources, namely the BPUPKI Session Minutes book, as well as relevant secondary sources. The process of formulating the preamble to the 1945 Constitution began on April 29 1945 with the formation of BPUPKI and ended with the reading and ratification on August 18 1945 by the Indonesian Independence Preparatory Committee (PPKI). The results of this research provide in-depth insight into the historical flow of the formulation of the preamble to the 1945 Constitution as well as the values contained in it and the figures who played an important role in it. This article provides implications in strengthening understanding of the history of Indonesia's struggle for independence and the values contained in the Preamble to the 1945 Constitution. However, it has limitations in its limited focus on historical analysis, lack of inclusion of contemporary perspectives, and limited historical sources available for research.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the concept of unity in diversity in the context of national integration according to Gus Mus's view. The approach used is a qualitative approach, namely a form of research approach that uses data in the form of narratives, story details, expressions and construction results from informants. The research method used is a literature review of books about Gus Mus' works or Gus Mus' lectures. The data validation technique uses source triangulation. The results of the analysis show that Gus Mus emphasizes the importance of understanding unity as an inclusive concept, which respects and strengthens diversity as a source of national wealth. Gus Mus's thoughts illustrate that sustainable national integration requires dialogue between various elements of society and the application of the principles of justice and togetherness. Through this literature study approach, this research presents an in-depth understanding of the concept of unity in diversity based on Gus Mus's thinking, as well as its implications for efforts to build strong and inclusive national integration in Indonesia.

Abstract

Indonesia, characterized by its rich religious diversity, inevitably experiences variations in religious principles. Engaging in religious practices can sometimes lead to excessive fanaticism, resulting in conflicts and divisions within religious communities. To mitigate such challenges, fostering religious tolerance becomes crucial for promoting harmony. This qualitative research employs a library research method, analyzing secondary data sources to explore the concept of tolerance as interpreted by Muhammad Abduh, an Islamic theologian and reformist, in his work “Tafsir al-Manar.” Abduh’s interpretation aligns with Surah Al-Baqarah verse 256 from the Qur’an, emphasizing the importance of mutual respect and the freedom of belief without coercion. Given Indonesia’s context, where Islam is known for its openness, inclusivity, and problem-solving capabilities, studying and embracing the concept of tolerance from “Tafsir al-Manar” is highly relevant. The study concludes that Abduh’s perspectives on religious tolerance can significantly contribute to national harmony and the advancement of humanitarian values in Indonesia.

Abstract

Constructivist theory is a learning theory that emphasizes the active role of students in constructing their own knowledge. This theory continues to be the dominant research program in producing new research and findings. With the development of technology, this theory has also begun to be integrated into digital technology, this integration prompted us to conduct research on this integration. This integration is also applied in Islamic education, so we examine the integration of constructivist theory with digital technology in Islamic education. This study aims to analyze the integration of constructivist learning theory in digital technology Islamic education. This study using library research produces research data regarding the challenges, strategies, benefits and impacts of integrating constructivist learning theory in digital technology Islamic education. This study has implications for increasing literature on Islamic education, a development to incorporate learning theory into technological advances on digital Technology, so that it can add to the body of knowledge in the field of education regarding this integration, especially in Islamic education.

Abstract

Al-Qur’an menjadi sumber pedoman hidup bagi umat muslim yang mengimani Allah Swt. Penelitian ini menggali makna ayat 19 Surat Az-Zariyat dalam pembangunan sosial, politik, dan ekonomi kontemporer melalui kacamata ajaran Al-Qur’an. Dengan menggunakan analisis tekstual, tinjauan literatur, konsultasi dengan ulama Islam, dan studi kasus, penelitian ini mengeksplorasi implikasi praktis prinsip-prinsip Al-Qur’an terhadap upaya pembangunan modern. Tema-tema utama seperti keadilan, tanggung jawab sosial, dan solidaritas komunal dikaji, menyoroti relevansinya dengan pembangunan berkelanjutan. Dengan menjelaskan contoh-contoh konkrit, penelitian ini menunjukkan bagaimana prinsip-prinsip Al-Qur’an dapat memandu kebijakan dan praktik yang mendorong keadilan sosial, keadilan politik, dan kemakmuran ekonomi. Temuan ini menggaris bawahi pentingnya ajaran Al-Qur’an dalam mengatasi tantangan pembangunan saat ini dan menekankan perlunya mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai Islam ke dalam strategi pembangunan. Tujuan dibuatnya artikel ini adalah sebagai bentuk penelitian dalam meneliti hubungan surat Az-Zariyat ayat 19 yang ada di Al-Qur’an dengan hak dan kewajiban bernegara. Karena hal-hal yang bersumber dari Al-Qur’an dapat menjadi sebuah acuan untuk membatasi dan menjadi petunjuk dalam permasalahan sosial serta perkembangan sosial. Metode dalam penelitian ini akan menggunakan metode kualitatif yang dapat menghasilkan suatu kajian mendalam dengan cara meneliti lebih dalam sumber-sumber yang berkaitan dengan tema penelitian ini. Oleh karena itu, tema penelitian ini diangkat dalam sebuah artikel untuk mengulas hak-hak dan kewajiban bernegara dalam perspektif Islam yakni yang ada pada surat Az-Zariyat ayat 19 tersebut.

Abstract

The independent learning (Merdeka Belajar) curriculum requires teachers to be able to innovate and be creative in carrying out the learning process, so a special platform for teachers was created, namely the Platform Merdeka Mengajar (PMM) as a forum for developing teachers’ teaching potential in implementing the Merdeka Belajar Curriculum. This research aimed to describe the use of the PMM as a learning innovation solution. This research used a qualitative method with descriptive analysis through a library research approach. The findings in this research showed the PMM is an important breakthrough so that teachers can adjust to the demands of the Merdeka Belajar Curriculum. Some of the features provided in the PMM include teaching tools, student assessments, independent training, community, proof of work, and inspirational videos. With this research, it is hoped that teachers can optimally utilize the features of the platform to support innovative learning in the independent curriculum.

Abstract

Religious moderation is an approach that prioritizes tolerance, discussion, and respect for the diversity of religious beliefs. It is important in Indonesia, as the country has many different cultures and religions. The goal of religious moderation is to maintain stability, create a strong and inclusive national identity, and prevent religious conflict. This study investigates how religious moderation helps strengthen Indonesia's national identity. The method used is a literature study by analyzing various related literature. The results show that religious moderation promotes justice, tolerance, and openness, which helps create social harmony. By accepting religious diversity and strengthening national commitment, religious moderation strengthens national identity. Implementing religious moderation is expected to create an atmosphere of inter-religious harmony in Indonesia and improve the overall quality of life of the community. Research on the religious moderation movement and its relationship with national identity needs to be conducted further to gain more information.

Abstract

Kemajuan bidang pendidikan dapat dilihat dari ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologinya, dengan memperkenalkan gagasan baru bernama e-learning. Salah satunya berasal dari filsafat konstruktivisme yang melihat peserta didik sebagai factor keberhasilan utama dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan belajar. Tujuan dilaksanakannya penelitian ini adalah untuk melaksanakan analisis pembelajaran e-learning berdasarkan sudut pandang aliran filsafat konstruktivisme. Penelitian ini memakai metode literature review melalui pencarian tentang pembelajaran e-learning dan filsafat konstruktivisme. Temuan hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa aliran konstruktivisme sangat tepat apabila dikaitkan dengan pembelajaran e-learning dikarenakan dapat meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran dan pengalaman belajar peserta didik. Jika dilihat dari pendekatan konstruktivisme dalam pembelajaran e-learning menciptakan pondasi yang kuat untuk menciptakan sebuah pengalaman belajar yang memiliki kebermaknaan, interaktif, dan sesuai dengan karakteristik peserta didik.

Abstract

The 21st century's digital revolution has had a significant effect on education as well. Media and instructional techniques also evolve to meet the demands of the moment. The implementation of the ASSURE model is one of the many learning models being explored to improve the efficacy of learning. The usefulness of the ASSURE learning paradigm and its implementation procedures for incorporating video content into Islamic religious education (PAI) are covered in this article. The author used a qualitative method with a literature study strategy in this investigation. Our main sources of information are books and articles about the ASSURE method's use and the efficacy of PAI learning. The article conclusion is that improving student interest and learning effectiveness can be achieved by combining the ASSURE learning model with instructional video materials. The ASSURE model's steps analyzing student characteristics, defining learning objectives, choosing instructional strategies and media, utilizing teaching materials, getting students actively involved in the learning process, and evaluating and revising help produce meaningful learning experiences and raise the standard of instruction overall. At the conclusion of the learning process, evaluation is crucial to determine how well the lessons were learned and to offer insightful criticism for future developments. As a result, issues with student engagement and learning ennui in religious education can be effectively resolved by utilizing the ASSURE learning model and learning resources like videos.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the strengthening of tolerance values through peace camp activities. The method used in this research is qualitative with an analytic descriptive approach. Data collection techniques were conducted through literature study and interviews with participants of the peace camp held in Salatiga city in March 2024. This study found that there are five values of religious tolerance contained in this activity, including respect for differences, the existence of open interfaith dialog, the emergence of cooperation in diversity, the existence of empathy and concern between religious communities, and peace education. These values can create an inclusive environment where religious people can practice their beliefs freely, but social harmony is maintained.
