Akibat dari pandemi COVID-19 yang berkepanjangan menyebabkan Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum (PDAM) Panca Mahottama Klungkung mengalami penurunan omzet. Selain itu kunjungan konsumen untuk membayar air turut menurun. Ditambah kurang aktifnya PDAM Tirta Mahottama Kabupaten Klungkung memberikan informasi terkait perbaikan kebocoran yang mengganggu pendistribusian air minum terhadap konsumen menjadi salah satu masalah yang mengganggu. Untuk itu diperlukan upaya untuk meningkatkan pelayanan terhadap publik dengan meningkatkan kemampuan pegawai bagian Tata Usaha dalam membuat laporan kinerja kepegawaian berbasis online, dilaksanakan dengan penyuluhan tentang pentingnya pelayanan informasi publik kepada konsumen serta melakukan pelatihan dan pendampingan pembuatan website dan media sosial dalam memberikan informasi mengenai pendisribusian air kepada konsumen. Setelah dilaksanakan perencanaan, persiapan, pendampingan dan evaluasi, program terealisasi 100% meliputi pengembangan sistem web,mempraktekan tata cara penggunaan web, dan memberikan pelatihan dan arahan mengenai penggunaan web. Adapun faktor pendukung tercapainya kegiatan ini adalah antusiasme dari masyarakat sasaran, konsumen, dan mitra baik dari sikap maupun keseriusan dalam menyimak hal-hal yang disampaikan. Kualitas pelayanan informasi publik di PDAM Tirta Mahottama Kabupaten Klungkung telah berhasil ditingkatkan dilihat dari selalu updatenya informasi-informasi yang menyangkut pendistribuasian air minum pada website maupun media sosial.

This research aims to analyze the effect of Reward, and Punishment against the performance of Employees on the Royal Tunjung Bali Spa Kuta Legian & Hotel. This research method using the census to determine the number of sampelnya, with all employees so that the number of samples of research is as much as 35 employees. The data collection method using observation, interview and questionnaire presented to employees Royal Tunjung Bali Spa Kuta Legian & Hotel. Data analysis technique used is a Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) version 17.0. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and questionnaires. Analytical techniques used was multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that test results obtained F, with F count of 73.737 with significant value 0.000 < 0.05 then Ho is rejected, this means a variable Reward and Punishment effect simultan against variable Employee Performance. and also Reward positive and significant influence on performance of employees can be seen from the results of the test T retrieved the value T calculate the significance value 2.229 of 0.033. While the value T calculate the Punishment of 2.196 means having a significant and positive influence on performance of employees. Reward is the dominant or most variables in influencing the performance of employees. The results of this research show that the better the Reward for employees, which is supported by the existence of Punishment in the form of awarding penalties to employees who make mistakes it is able to improve the performance of employees become better again, so need to do a repair and improvement by Splurge management Tunjung Bali Hotel & Spa.

The progress of the organization or company can not be separated from the existence of adequate human resources and able to compete. The company is expected to be able to improve the ability of every human resource well so that the company's goals can be achieved. One of them is through the implementation of reward and punishment. Royal Tunjung Bali Hotel & Spa is a business that is engaged in tourism services, realizing that to maximize employee performance, companies must implement a system of reward and punishment. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Reward and Punishment on Employee Performance. This study used a population of 35 employees at The Royal Tanjung Bali Hotel & Spa, so that the sample of this study was 35 respondents with census techniques. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results of this study indicate that there is an influence of reward and punishment on employee performance at the Royal Tunjung Bali Hotel & Spa. Suggestions recommended to company management so as to always give praise to employees for the achievement of the resulting performance, so as to improve employee performance, provide severe penalties after proven irregularities by employees without discriminating against the treatment of all employees, employees to be more effective and efficient completion of tasks and work so that the achievement of quantity and reliability of work increases.

Tumbak Bayuh Village is one of the 20 villages in the Mengwi District, Badung Regency. Handling of organic waste and inorganic waste, as well as education about the Waste Bank will be much better if applied early on, therefore it is important for elementary school students to be given socialization on how to process or recycle plastic waste into usable goods. Problems found for appointed as a program that is the low public awareness of waste management. low public awareness of the dangers of plastic waste, low community participation in waste bank activities, low level of student creativity in recycling organic and inorganic waste. Abstrak Desa Tumbak Bayuh merupakan salah satu desa dari 20 desa yang ada terdapat di wilayah Kecamatan Mengwi Kabupaten Badung. Penanganan sampah-organik, sampah-anoganik, dan edukasi tentang bank-sampah akan jauh lebih baik apabila diterapkan sejak dini sehingga penting bagi siswa-siswi SD untuk diberikan sosialisasi bagaimana cara mengolah atau mendaur ulang sampah plastik menjadi barang layak-guna. Masalah yang ditemukan untuk diangkat menjadi sebuah program yaitu rendahnya kesadaran masyarakat akan penanganan sampah, rendahnya kesadaran masyarakat akan bahayanya sampah plastik, rendahnya partisipasi masyarakat akan kegiatan bank sampah, dan rendahnya tingkat kreatifitas siswa dalam mendaur ulang sampah organic maupun anorganik.

This study to puposses the effect of service quality, tourism image and tourism promotion to satisfaction Hidden Canyon Beji Guwang’ visitor. The type of research used is eksplanatory research with sample technique using purposive sampling and accidental sampling. Data collection techniques used were questionnaires distributed to visitors of Hidden Canyon Beji Guwang. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. From the analysis, it is known that the quality of service does not affect the satisfaction, the image of tourism has a positive effect on the satisfaction and promotion of tourism has a positive effect on visitor satisfaction.

The progress of an institution is very much determined by the quality of the human resources in it. Humans are the most important resource in an organization in achieving success. All procedures and systems that are owned by an organization will be able to run if the HR is competent. The phenomenon that often occurs is the delay of employees in carrying out their duties. The purpose of this study was to obtain empirical evidence of the Effect of Democratic Leadership and Communication Style on Employee Performance at SMK Negeri 3 Bangli. The population in this study were 31 employees which is a total sampling. Research data collection was carried out by observation and questionnaire distribution. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the analysis and hypothesis testing Democratic Leadership Style has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance in State Vocational School 3 Bangli, Communication has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance in State Vocational School 3 Bangli.

Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh iklim organisasi dan stress kerja terhadap Kepuasan kerja Guru. Metode pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan metode survey sehingga jumlah responden dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh Guru yang mengajar di SMP Negeri 1 Kintamani,,Bangli yang berjumlah 69 Orang. Analisis data menggunakan data primer yang didapatkan dari penyebaran kuesioner.Teknik analisis data yang dipergunakan adalah teknik analisis regresi linear berganda, analisis Determinasi, Uji F dan Uji t. Hasil analisis diperoleh terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan iklim organisasi terhadap kepuasan kerja, sebaliknya terdapat pengaruh negatif stress kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja secara parsial. Hasil analisis korelasi diperoleh sebesar 0,729 (positif dan kuat), dan determinasi sebesar 53,2% dan 46,8% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lainnya yang tidak diteliti pada penelitian ini

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk 1) mengetahui pengaruh komitmen organisasi terhadap turnover intention, 2) mengetahui pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap turnover intention, 3) untuk mengetahui pengaruh komitmen organisasi dan kepuasan kerja terhadap turnover intention. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Jl Cokroaminoto, Kecamatan Denpasar Barat, Kota Denpasar, Bali yaitu PT. Koperasi Telekomunikasi Seluler. Jumlah responden pada penelitian ini sebanyak 30 orang. Pengumpulan data dengan penyebaran kuisioner yang menggunakan skala 5 poin untuk mengukur 12 indikator. Teknik analisis data adalah teknik analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil dari analisis linier berganda diperoleh persamaan Y= 34,190 – 1,005X1 – 0,33X2 dari persamaan garis regresi linier berganda yang membuktikan bahwa terdapat pengaruh negatif antara komitmen organisasi dan kepuasan kerja terhadap turnover intention karyawan PT. Koperasi Telekomunikasi Seluler Denpasar.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh dari iklim organisasi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai di Kantor Camat Payangan. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 40 orang pegawai. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah menggunakan metode sampel jenuh sehingga diperoleh jumlah sampel sebanyak 40 sampel. Teknik pengumpulan data adalah dengan menggunakan metode wawancara, kuisioner, dan dokumentasi. Jenis data adalah data kuantitatif dan data kualitatif sementara sumber data adalah data primer dan data sekuder. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil uji hipotesis menemukan bahwa secara parsial iklim organisasi dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Sementara secara simultan iklim organisasi dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja. Analisis determinasi menemukan bahwa iklim organisasi dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh sebesar 28% terhadap kepuasan kerja, sementara 72% dipengaruhi variabel lain yang berada diluar penelitian.

Organizational Citizenship Behavior or OCB is a profound contribution that exceeds the demands of a role in the workplace and earns awards from companies based on the tasks that have been carried out by Organizational Citizenship Behavior which can arise from various factors in the organization, including due to the organizational culture of employees and high organizational commitment. This study aims to test and obtain empirical evidence of the influence of Organizational Culture and Organizational Commitment on Organizational Citizenship Behavior of PT. BPR Siaga Dana Kuta. The study population was the company at PT BPR Siaga Dana Kuta 1992. The sample in this study was 34 people who were determined based on the simple random sampling method. The analytical tool used to test the hypothesis is the Statistical Package for Social Science. 20. The results showed that organizational culture, organizational commitment have a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Future research that will conduct similar research is expected to influence OCB both interests and talents, work passion, employee character and so on so that there are many factors. possibilities that can affect OCB in a company.
