Abstract

Kinerja merupakan hasil kerja secara kualitas dan kuantitas yang dicapai oleh seorang karyawan dalam melaksanakan tugas sesuai dengan tanggung jawab. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengembangan karir dan komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. Delta Satria Dewata. Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT. Delta Satria Dewata dengan total sampel sebanyak 55 orang karyawan. Metode penentuan sampel pada penelitian ini adalah metode sampling jenuh. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui dokumentasi, wawancara dan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah anĂ¡lisis regresi linier berganda melalui program SPSS versi 23. Bedasarkan hasil analisis, penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa pengembangan karir berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Delta Satria Dewata. Semakin baik pengembangan karir yang ada pada PT. Delta Satria Dewata maka semakin baik pula kinerja karyawan. Komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Delta Satria Dewata. Semakin meningkat komitmen organisasi yang ada di PT. Delta Satria Dewata maka kinerja karyawan akan semakin meningkat.

Abstract

Kinerja adalah hasil kerja secara kualitas dan kuantitas yang dicapai oleh seorang pegawai dalam melaksanakan tugasnya sesuai dengan tanggung jawab yang diberikan kepadanya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui karakteristik individu, karakteristik pekerjaan dan lingkungan kerja fisik terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Garuda Indonesia Denpasar. Populasi dan sampel yang diambil adalah 35 karyawan, dengan metode penentuan sampel menggunakan teknik sensus atau sampling jenuh. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, angket dan wawancara. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda, analisis determinasi uji F, dan uji t. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa karakteristik individu, karakteristik pekerjaan dan lingkungan kerja fisik berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Garuda Indonesia Denpasar. Penelitian selanjutnya dapat mengembangkan penelitian ini dengan menggunakan variabel lain yang secara teori memiliki pengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

Sumber daya manusia merupakan penggerak utama perusahaan. Maka dari itu, sumber daya manusia perlu meningkatkan kinerjanya seiring dengan perkembangan era globalisasi agar dapat bersaing dalam industri ekonomi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan memperoleh bukti empiris pengaruh transformational leadership, pelatihan, dan reward terhadap kinerja karyawan pada The Samaya Seminyak Bali. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan tetap pada The Samaya Seminyak Bali. Sampel pada penelitian ini berjumlah 62 orang yang diambil dengan metode sensus. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda, dengan program SPSS 25. Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan: (1) Transformational leadership berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. (2) Pelatihan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. (3) Reward berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Semakin baik Transformational leadership, Pelatihan, dan Reward yang diberikan maka kinerja karyawan semakin meningkat. Diharapkan penelitian selanjutnya dapat mengembangkan dan menyempurnakan keterbatasan yang ada pada penelitian ini.

Abstract

Keberhasilan suatu perusahaan dapat dilihat dari kinerja karyawan. Kinerja karyawan merupakan tingkat pencapaian atau hasil kerja seseorang dari sasaran yang harus dicapai atau tugas yang harus dicapai atau tugas yang harus dilaksanakan sesuai dengan tanggung jawab masing-masing dalam kurun waktu tertentu. Ada beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan yaitu motivasi dan stres kerja Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi dan stres kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Bali Cukup Mandiri. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu semua karyawan PT. Bali Cukup Mandiri yang berjumlah 43 orang karyawan. Teknik sampel yang digunakan adalah teknik sampling jenuh merupakan teknik penentuan sampel bila semua anggota populasi digunakan sebagai sampel yaitu 43 orang karyawan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda yang didukung dengan uji instrumen (uji validitas dan reliabilitas), uji asumsi klasik (uji normalitas, multikolinieritas dan heterokedastisitas) dan uji kelayakan model (uji koefisien determinasi, uji F dan uji t). Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan sedangkan stres kerja berpengaruh negatif terhadap kinerja karyawan. Disarankan PT. Bali Cukup Mandiri dapat meningkatkan keamanan dan keselamatan dalam bekerja sehingga karyawan merasa nyaman dalam bekerja serta memberikan pengarahan dalam menyelesaikan pekerjaan yang dimiliki masing-masing karyawan.

Abstract

Achievement is the result of work in quality and quantity achieved by a person in carrying out his duties, in accordance with the responsibilities given to him. Work performance is a formal procedure carried out within the organization to evaluate employees and contributions and interests of employees. This study aims to examine and obtain empirical evidence of the effect of organizational commitment, extrinsic motivation, and individual characteristics on employee performance at Bank BPD Bali Renon branch office. This research was conducted at Bank BPD Bali Renon branch using a sample of 90 employees. The sampling technique used in this research is the census method. Data was collected through interviews and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used in this study was multiple linear regression which was processed using the Statistical Package Social Science (SPSS) version 23. The results of this study indicate that organizational commitment, extrinsic motivation, and individual characteristics have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Bank BPD Bali Renon branch office. Things that must be improved are good relations between employees and employees and it is hoped that the company will be able to increase the sense of belonging of an employee so that employees can contribute to the company. Future research is expected not to stick to the factors in this study, namely Organizational Commitment, Extrinsic Motivation and Individual Characteristics in researching, but can add other factors that may affect Employee Performance.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and obtain empirical evidence of the effect of achievement motivation, job satisfaction, and transformational leadership on employee performance at PT. Tirta Investama in Mambal. The population in this study was all employees at PT. Tirta Investama in Mambal as many as 45 employees. The sampling technique used a saturated sample, so that 45 people were used as samples by taking random sampling. The analytical tool used is multiple linear analysis. The results of this study indicate that achievement motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Tirta Investama in Mambal. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Tirta Investama in Mambal. Transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Tirta Investama in Mambal. It is recommended to the leadership of PT. Tirta Investama in Mambal to give awards to employees who excel so that the employee's sense of pride increases and is more responsible for their work.

Abstract

Human resources are the most important factor in every company activity because however sophisticated the technology used without being supported by humans as the executor of operational activities will not be able to produce output that is in accordance with the expected level of efficiency. The role of human resources in organizations actually existed when the organization was recognized as a forum for joint efforts to achieve a goal. The sample in this study were all active employees of CV. Tri Tunggal Sejahtera as many as 38 people. The sampling technique used is the saturated sampling method. Data collection techniques used in this study were observation, interviews and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques include validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, linear regression analysis multiple, correlation analysis, determination analysis (R2), f test and t test. The results of the study indicate that competence, workload and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, so the leadership should be able to provide training to each employee, balance the workload with commensurate results and build good communication with employees, for example starting from the leader himself so that can improve employee performance on CV. Prosperous Tri Tunggal.

Abstract

Employees are human resources (HR) which is an important asset that controls the success or failure of acompany. Every organization wants and strives to get quality human resources to be able to achieve and realize the goals of the organization. This study aims to determine the effect of discipline, work conflict, and workload onemployee performance at PT. Bali Art Supplies Denpasar with a total sample of 45 employees. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling method. Data collection methods used are observation, interviews,documentation and questionnaires. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis through the SPSS version 25 program. Based on the results of the analysis, this study shows that work discipline has a positiveand significant effect on employee performance at PT. Bali Art Supplies Denpasar. The better the work discipline that exists at PT. Bali Art Supplies Denpasar, the better the employee performance. Work conflict has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Bali Art Supplies Denpasar. Increasing work conflict in companies will raise employee morale to be better than other employees and be able to improve employee performance. Workload has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Bali Art Supplies Denpasar. The existence of a balanced loading intensity between the existing work and the workforce will be able to improve employee performance.

Abstract

The existence of a bank is urgently needed, one way to maintain the existence of a bank is to have competent human resources (HR) in the banking world. Human resources are the main capital as a determining factor for the progress of a company. People or humans who work in organizations with the capabilities they have are called human resources. This study aims to determine the effect of servant leadership, organizational commitment and organizational climate on employee performance at PT. BPR Santi Pala Badung with a total sample of 32 employees. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling method. Data collection methods used were observation, questionnaires, library research and interviews. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis through the SPSS version 25 program. Based on the results of the analysis, this study shows that servant leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. BPR Santi Pala Badung. The better the servant leadership at PT. BPR Santi Pala Badung, the better the employee performance. Organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. BPR Santi Pala Badung. The better the organizational commitment in PT. BPR Santi Pala Badung, employee performance will increase. Organizational climate has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. BPR Santi Pala Badung. The better the organizational climate in PT. BPR Santi Pala Badung, the better the employee performance.

Abstract

Human resources are one of the most important factors in an organization. Human resources must be managed properly in order to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the organization so that it is able to support the achievement of organizational goals. Organizations in an effective and efficient institution have various dimensions to support operational performance, including their human resources. This human resource factor is the main thing in the organization of an institution. The sample in this study were all employees at the Ubung Kaja village government office as many as 36 people. The sampling technique used is the saturated sampling method.Data collection techniques used in this study were observation, interviews and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques include validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, correlation analysis, analysis of determination (R2), f test and t test.The results show that intrinsic motivation, individual characteristics, and job characteristics have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, so it is better for leaders to provide better job skills training in order to increase the ability of each individual employee, provide a comfortable work environment and give appreciation to outstanding employees to spur the improvement of other employees' work, so as to improve employee performance at the Ubung Kaja Village Government Office.
