Abstract

This research was conducted based on the different focus of discussion on selfleadership, teamwork and communication on employee performance. In addition, there is also a research problem regarding the decline in employee performance at Bali Management Villa Seminyak. This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of self- leadership, teamwork and communication on employee performance. This research wasconducted at Bali Management Villa Seminyak with a population and sample of 90 people. All data obtained from the questionnaire distribution is suitable for use, then analyzed using SPSS 25.0.The results of the study indicate that (1) self-leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. (2) teamwork has a positive and significant effect on employee performance and (3) communication has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The implication of this research is that self-leadership can be improved by paying attention to the positive indicators of patterns so that employee performance willincrease. Teamwork for mobilizing capabilities so that employee performance willincrease. Communication can be improved by paying attention to openness indicatorsso that employee performance can increase. Finally, employee performance can be increased by paying attention to indicators of quality, quantity, timeliness, effectiveness and independence.

Abstract

Human resources are an important factor in an organization or company. Self efficacy is a belief in one's ability to perform tasks or actions needed to achieve certain things, while job motivation is a condition that creates encouragement, moves, activates and channels behavior so that it can work optimally. With the existence of self efficacy and high job motivation in the company, it is hoped that it can increase the job satisfaction of these employees. Job satisfaction is the perception felt by the individual whether it is pleasant or unpleasant for the individual to feel the work being done. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of self efficacy and job motivation on job satisfaction of Pie Susu Chandra employees. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires and carried out on 45 employees of Pie Susu Chandra. Data analysis in this study used SPSS version 17.0. The sample was determined by the population method or census method and the data testing techniques used included validity testing with a correlation coefficient (r)> 0,30, reliability testing with Cronbach Alpha. Classic assumption test and multiple linear regression analysis, to test and prove the research hypothesis. The results of this study indicate that the self efficacy variable has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction as indicated by a significance value of 0,023. Job motivation variable has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction as indicated by a significance value of 0,000.

Abstract

Multiple roles conflict is a conflict that arises from pressures from work and family and is a potential source of work stress. One of the pressures from work arises from the non-physical work environment. Relationships around the workplace, both relationships with superiors, subordinates, and relationships with colleagues that cannot be ignored. Research in this case wanted to know the effect of multiple role conflicts, work environment, and work stress on the performance of female medical personnel and paramedics. The population in this study were all married female medical and paramedical personnel at the Rendang Karangasem Health Center, totaling 47 people. The sample size was determined using the simple random sampling technique where all members of the population were sampled, namely as many as 47 married women medical and paramedical personnel. The results of this study indicate that Multiple Role Conflict, Work Environment, and Work Stress have a negative and significant effect on the decline in the performance of female medical personnel and paramedics. Further research can develop this research by using other variables which theoretically have an influence on the performance of female medical personnel and paramedics.

Abstract

Business competition is getting tougher every day, this is very much felt in the retail sector business. This is indicated by the increasing number of competitors that have emerged and also a decrease in the percentage of company sales, as well as the emergence of other problems, especially in the human resource factor. This study aims to determine and analyze empirically the effect of emotional intelligence and work stress on employee productivity at PT. Matahari Duta Plaza Denpasar.This study uses quantitative and qualitative data, and uses primary and secondary data sources. Determination of the sample using stratified random sampling technique of 62 employees as respondents and data collection methods using a questionnaire. The method of analysis uses multiple linear regression analysis and tested using the IBM SPSS Statistic 20 software. Based on the test results, it is stated that emotional intelligence has a positive and significant effect on employee productivity at PT Matahari Duta Plaza Denpasar, while job stress has a negative and significant effect on employee productivity at PT Matahari Duta Plaza Denpasar.

Abstract

Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) has an important role in increasing the effectiveness, efficiency and profit for the organization. This study aims to determine the effect of job satisfaction, organizational climate, organizational commitment, and organizational support on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) among employees of PT. Kindo Ritel Prima. This research was conducted at PT. Kindo Ritel Prima using a sample of 85 employees. The sampling technique used was the census method. Data collection was carried out through interviews and questionnaires, with the data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis processed using SPSS version 23 software. Based on the results of the analysis, this study shows that job satisfaction, organizational climate and organizational commitment have a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship. behavior (OCB) to employees of PT. Abstract

Employee performance at PT. Gapura Angkasa Denpasar has an important role in achieving company goals. Employee performance level at PT. Gapura Angkasa Denpasar in the operational unit is suspected of experiencing stagnation, because the level of employee career development is still lacking which is also influenced by the factor of leadership. This research aims to determine and analyze the effect of career development on employee performance at PT. Gapura Angkasa Denpasar with transformational leadership as moderator. The study population was part of the employees at PT. Gapura Angkasa Denpasar Operational Unit with a sample of 56 employees who were determined based on the Slovin method. The analytical tool used is SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) with the application of the Partial Least Square (PLS) program. The results showed that career development has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Singapore Angkasa Denpasar, transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on the relationship between career development and employee performance.

Abstract

Performance is the work result in quality and quantity achieved by an employee in carrying out his duties according to the responsibilities assigned to him. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of emotional intelligence, extrinsic motivation, and organizational support on employee performance at Perumda Tirta Amertha Buana, Tabanan Regency. This research was conducted at Perumda Tirta Amertha Buana Tabanan Regency using 45 employees. The technique of determining the sample in this study is the census method. Data collection was carried out through interviews and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis processed using SPSS software. Based on the results of the analysis, this study shows that emotional intelligence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Extrinsic motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Organizational support has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Emotional intelligence, extrinsic motivation, and organizational support simultaneously influence employee performance

Abstract

Kinerja merupakan hasil kerja yang dicapai karyawan dalam melakukan suatu pekerjaan sesuai dengan tugas dan tanggung jawab yang diberikan. Kinerja dapat dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor yaitu kompetensi dan lingkungan kerja, seperti kompetensi yang sesuai dengan bidang pekerjaannya dan kondisi lingkungan kerja yang kondusif yang akan mendukung dalam mencapai kinerja yang maksimal. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kompetensi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada J4 Hotel Legian. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode sampel jenuh, maka sampel yang digunakan adalah seluruh populasi yang berjumlah 57 karyawan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa (1) kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada J4 Hotel Legian dan (2) lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada J4 Hotel Legian. Untuk penelitian selanjutnya diharapkan dapat menggunakan atau menambahkan variabel lain yang dapat mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

Sumber daya manusia merupakan salah satu faktor yang sangat penting dalam suatu perusahaan. Oleh karena itu, sumber daya manusia harus dapat dikelola dengan baik agar mampu menunjang pencapaian tujuan-tujuan perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh komunikasi, motivasi dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Rumah Sakit Umum Bhakti Rahayu Denpasar. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan tetap RSU Bhakti Rahayu Denpasar sebanyak 234 karyawan. Sampel yang diambil pada penelitian ini berjumlah 139 karyawan berdasarkan tabel penentuan jumlah sampel Isaac dan Michael. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu analisis regresi linear berganda dengan program SPSS 25. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) komunikasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, (2) motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan (3) kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Diharapkan penelitian selanjutnya dapat mengembangkan penelitian ini dengan menggunakan variabel lain yang secara teori mempunyai pengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

Mempertahankan eksistensi Bank adalah salah satunya adanya dukungan Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) yang memiliki kompetensi dalam dunia perbankan. Sumber daya manusia merupakan modal utama sebagai faktor penentu kemajuan dari suatu perusahaan. Keberhasilan suatu perusahaan dipengaruhi oleh kinerja (job performance) dari karyawan. Kinerja adalah tingkatan pencapaian hasil atas pelaksanaan tugas tertentu yang dicapai seseorang dalam melaksanakan tanggung jawab dan pekerjaan yang diberikan (Noviawati, 2016). Kinerja menurut Palgunanto, dkk. (Balbed dan Sintaasih, 2019) juga diartikan hasil kerja karyawan baik dilihat dari kualitas maupun kuantitas berdasarkan standar kerja yang telah ditentukan. Penelitian mengambil objek pada Kantor Perwakilan Bank Indonesia Provinsi Bali. Teknik penentuan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh atau sensus yaitu seluruh karyawan pada Kantor Perwakilan Bank Indonesia Provinsi Bali sejumlah 67 responden. Dan metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yakni menggunakan teknik analisis regresi linier berganda, uji koefisien determinasi, dan uji statistik t. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan maka dapat diambil kesimpulan sebagai berikut : Kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Dan stres kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Perwakilan Bank Indonesia Provinsi Bali.
