Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan model bimbingan kelompok tekhnik games  untuk meningkatkan kepercayaan diri siswa. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimanakah pengembangan model bimbingan kelompok tekhnik games  untuk meningkatkan kepercayaan diri siswa kelas VI SD Negeri 2 Pringgajurang tahun ajaran 2022/2023. Kepercayaan diri siswa sangat penting bagi tumbuh kembang anak, hal ini perlu diupayakan sehingga anak tampil dengan kepercayaan diri dalam lingkungan pergaulan. Dengan banyaknya interaksi yang dilakukan individu dapat membantu peningkatan kepercayaan diri pada individu sehingga dalam penelitian ini bimbingan kelompok menjadi sarana yang dirasa tepat untuk dapat meningkatkan kepercayaan diri siswa mengingat dalam bimbingan kelompok terdapat interaksi yang intens antar peserta. Sedangkan tekhnik game digunakan untuk memancing semangat dan antusias siswa dalam sesi bimbingan kelompok yang diharapkan dapat memicu interaksi yang dinamis. Penelitian ini termasuk dalam jenis penelitian Research and Development (R&D), dengan pendekatan kuntitatif. Penelitian ini meneliti pengembangan model bimbingan kelompok tekhnik games  untuk meningkatkan kepercayaan diri siswa kemudian hasil penelitian ini nantinya akan dihubungkan dengan teori-teori yang ada pada tinjauan pustaka. Adapun yang dijadikan sebagai subyek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VI SD Negeri 2 Pringgajurang yang berjumlah 15  orang. Sementara variable atau bahan kajian dari penelitian ini adalah  bimbingan kelompok tekhnik games (variable X) dan kepercayaan diri siswa (variable Y). Model bimbingan kelompok teknik games yang dikembangkan dinilai efektif untuk meningkatkan kepercayaan diri siswa. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari nilai uji Z sebesar -2,814 dengan nilai signifikansi 0.005, maka nilai 0.005 > 0.05 yang berarti mendekati nilai 0 sehingga signifikan

Abstract

The community service aims to introduce the application of biosafety and biosecurity and provide the ability to recognize livestock diseases simply with the participatory rural appraisal (PRA) method in reducing the transmission of livestock diseases in East Lombok Regency. The implementation methods of the activities include a survey of the service location to identify problems, socialization of the program activity to the target community, education about biosecurity and biosafety, and an introduction to simple livestock disease detection based on community participation with PRA, then continued with training on applying simple biosecurity and biosafety and simple livestock disease detection methods with PRA proportional piling and matrix scoring methods.  The data of PRA proportional piling and matrix scoring based on disease symptom data will be mapped and ranked using descriptive analysis. The results of this community service were obtained from members of The Pade Angen II Livestock Group could use personal protective equipment (PPE) correctly by 80%. The detection of disease based on symptoms using the proportional piling and matrix scoring methods obtained repeat breeding events with symptoms of repeated mating of 21%, helminthiasis with symptoms of worms of 14%, itching of 4%, diarrhea of 4%, and scabies with symptoms of itching of 8%. Foot and mouth disease was also still found with symptoms of wounds on the feet and salivation of 11%, miscarriage of 4% and fever of 1%, coccidiosis with symptoms of bloody diarrhea of 10%, colibacillosis with symptoms of diarrhea of 6%, bloat with symptoms of bloating of 3% and fever of 1%.

Abstract

Ayam kampung super (Joper) merupakan ternak yang cukup mudah beradaptasi di daerah lahan yang kerimg dan lebih kuat terhadap penyakit dibandingkan ayam jenis lainnya. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penambahan tepung kulit udang dalam pakan komersil terhadap kandungan kolestrol dan trigliserida darah ayam joper fase finisher. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan 5 perlakuan dan 4 ulangan. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan tanggal 2-15 September 2023 di Desa Aimual, Kecamatan Praya, Kabupaten Lombok Tengah dan Uji Labolatorium lanjut di Klinik Hepatika Mataram. Perlakuan yang diberikan pada penelitian ini adalah ransum dengan kontrol P0 = 0%, P1 = 1%, P2 = 2%, P3 = 3% = P4 = 4% dengan 4 ulangan setiap perlakuan masing-masing terdiri dari 4 ekor ayam Joper umur 6-8 minggu. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa penambahan tepung kulit udang dengan campuran pakan komersil (BR2) pada ayam Joper fase finisher terhadap kandungan kolestrol berpengaruh nyata pada P1 dan P3 (P<0,05), akan tetapi tidak ada pebedaan yang nyata terhadap trigliserida dan secara signifikan menurunkan pada P1 (P<0,05).

Abstract

Tofu liquid waste with protein content is one of the wastes that has economic value, because the content of organic compounds and nutrients contained in it is still relatively high. Oyster mushroom is a type of wood mushroom that has a higher nutritional content than other types of wood mushrooms. Market demand for oyster mushrooms continues to increase. The need for oyster mushrooms is still relatively high and its fulfillment is still limited, therefore it is necessary to add nutrients from the outside, where tofu liquid waste can be used as an alternative growing medium for oyster mushrooms. This study aims to determine the extent to which tofu liquid waste has the potential as a substitute for mixing planting media in accelerating the growth of mycelium of oyster mushroom (Pleurotus ostreatus). This type of research is a pure experiment using a completely randomized design (CRD) using 4 treatments (0% concentration, 25%, 50%, 75% and 100%) and 5 replications. Parameters observed were the increase in length, thickness and color of the mycelium. Data were analyzed using 5% ANOVA (Analysis Of Variance) with the help of SPPS for windows program. The results of the value analysis based on the increase in length, thickness and color of the mycelium were 1.737 cm (t-count = 2.911 > t-table = 0.094); thick (t-count = 0.688 > t-table = 0.411) and white (t-count = 1.219 > t-table = 0.001).

Abstract

The results of preliminary observations on the Unus River in Mataram City show that the gastropods in each village which the river flows through have different characters according to the activities around the river and the level of river water pollution. Pollution and the high activity of residents who use the river as a residential area, indications of pollution in the Unus River can be seen from the condition of the river estuary which is quite dirty, so great ecological pressure is occurring in the river, it is necessary to conduct research on the community structure of macrozoobenthos, especially water snails as a bioindicator of water quality in the Unus River, Mataram City in an effort to develop an ecological module. The aims of this study were: 1) to find out how the pattern of distribution of gastropods in the Unus River, Mataram City; 2) identify the types of gastropods found in the Unus River, Mataram City; 3) reveal the population of Gastropod dominance that dominates the Unus River in Mataram City; 4) analyze the population density of Gastropods in the Unus River, Mataram City; 5) analyzing the diversity of gastropod species in the Unus River, Mataram City; and 6) developing research results on distribution patterns of gastropods as bioindicators of water pollution in the Unus River, Mataram City in an effort to develop an ecological module. This type of research is descriptive exploratory and developmental research for the development of ecological modules. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling technique and the length of the transect used was 30 m. Based on the results of the study, the highest morbidity index was the Thiara requenti species with a value of 0.253 which was in the regular category. Found 12 species from 5 families namely; Pomacea canaliculata, Mellanoides plicaria, Apella demisum, Mellanoides puncata, Taribea granifera, Goniobasis virginica, Fillopaludina javanica, Thiara scabra, Thiara sp, Thiara requenti, and Mellanoides tuberculata. The highest Gastropod dominance population was owned by the Mellanoides plicaria species with a total of 0.48. The highest population density is occupied by the species Thiara requenti with a value of 7.3. The highest level of Gastropod diversity is located at station 2 with a value of 1.82. Based on the results of the validation and readability test of the ecological module, an average value of 90 and 82.9 was obtained for the legibility test, so it can be concluded that the module is very feasible to use.
