Abstract

stated in Article 1 sub 15 of the Criminal Procedure Code, that the defendant is a suspect who is charged, examined and tried in court. The principle of the defendant's presence in a criminal case is based on the defendant's human rights as a human being who has the right to defend himself and defend his rights to freedom, property or honor. In absentia justice, there are two mutually contradictory interests, namely the interests of society or the state and the interests of the suspect/accused on the other hand, so that the issue of in absentia justice is a difficult and complex problem, as well as an actual problem to be discussed. The government and legal practitioners in general should pay more serious attention to efforts to develop a method or system that can bring these two conflicting interests into a situation where the interests of both are truly taken into account. According to the Criminal Procedure Code, when examining criminal cases, the District Court must hear the defendant's own statement in order to give the defendant an opportunity to defend himself. In certain criminal offenses, there is the possibility of being tried outside the presence of the defendant (in absentia) provided that he has been summoned twice in a row to legally fail to appear at the court hearing, the court has the authority to try him outside the presence of the defendant. Abstract

This study aims to develop valid and practical interactive video learning media for informatics subjects using the Powtoon and H5P applications. This research uses Research and Development (RD) research with the ADDIE development model which consists of 5 stages, namely: (1) Analysis (2) Design (3) Development (4) Implementation (5) Evaluation. The collection technique in the research was using a questionnaire. The results showed that interactive video learning media using the Powtoon and H5P applications based on the results of media validation by media experts obtained an average value of 0.82 in the "Valid" category, while the results of material validation by material experts obtained an average value of 0.88 with “Valid” category. The results of practicality by the teacher obtained an average value of 91.74% in the "Very Practical" category, while for student practical results an average value of 89.19% was obtained in the "Very Practical" category, so it can be concluded that interactive video learning media The informatics lesson developed was declared valid and practical as a learning medium.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of the Group Investigation learning method, determine student learning motivation, and the influence of the Group Investigation learning method and learning motivation on learning outcomes in the Basics of Visual Communication Design Subject Class X DKV at SMKN 4 Padang. To achieve this goal, researchers used a quantitative approach method with a Quasi Experimental research type. The total population of this study was 75 students, with details of 39 students in the control class and 36 in the experimental class. The results of the research conducted by the researcher are as follows: The average learning outcome of control class students was 62.36 and the average learning outcome of experimental class students was 86.39, which means the average learning outcome in the experimental class was higher than the control class. Based on the results of the analysis test, the results of the Group Investigation learning method showed that the learning outcomes had a sig. 0.014 0.05, which means there is an influence between the Group Investigation learning method on learning outcomes. Then the results of learning motivation on learning outcomes show a sig value. 0.029 0.05, which means there is an influence between learning motivation and learning outcomes. Finally, the results of the Group Investigation learning method and learning motivation on learning outcomes have a sig value. 0.002 0.05, which means there is an influence between the Group Investigation learning method and learning motivation on learning outcomes.

Abstract

There are obstacles experienced in the learning process, such as a shortage of teaching materials in the form of textbooks and limited use of computer media to convey material, and the development of learning resources such as modules has not been carried out. To create a learning atmosphere that is not boring, it is necessary to carry out the latest innovations, namely the development of E-Module learning media. The type of research used is Research and Development (RD) by adopting the ADDIE model which consists of 5 stages namely (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). Data collection methods are taken from observation, questionnaires and documentation. This study aims to determine the practicality and validity of the product being developed. The average percentage (%) of the validity of the E-Module using the Canva application is 92.89% with a very valid category. This can be confirmed from all aspects that have been assessed by the validator. While the practicality of the percentage of E-Module Development using the Canva application is 88.67% in the very practical category. In other words, E-Module development using the Canva application is very practical in learning Printing Graphic Design.

Abstract

Pada mata pelajaran Dasar-Dasar DKV terdapat dua metode yang dilakukan yaitu praktik dan teori dimana praktik pembelajaran memerlukan penggunaan komputer, dan teori di kelas dengan guru tetap menyampaikan materi dengan menyediakan buku digital melalui smartphone sebagai sumber dalam pembelajaran. digunakan dalam penelitian dan pengembangan menggunakan penelitian dan pengembangan (RD) dengan model pengembangan ADDIE. 7469 pada kelas valid dan rata-rata ahli dokumen sebesar 0,9259 pada kelas valid. Oleh karena itu, dari hasil konfirmasi ahli materi dan komunikasi dapat disimpulkan bahwa media edukasi interaktif dinyatakan valid.

Abstract

Penegakan hukum pajak di Indonesia menghadapi tantangan serius akibat dualisme antara sanksi administratif dan sanksi pidana yang masih diterapkan secara terpisah. Pemisahan tersebut kerap menimbulkan tumpang tindih kewenangan, ketidakpastian hukum, serta potensi pelanggaran asas ne bis in idem, sehingga berdampak pada efektivitas dan keadilan penegakan hukum pajak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis secara normatif hubungan antara sanksi administratif dan sanksi pidana dalam penanggulangan kejahatan perpajakan di Indonesia serta menawarkan konsep konvergensi sebagai model penegakan hukum yang lebih proporsional. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian hukum normatif dengan pendekatan perundang-undangan, konseptual, dan perbandingan, melalui studi kepustakaan terhadap peraturan perundang-undangan, doktrin hukum, serta praktik penegakan hukum pajak di negara-negara anggota OECD. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem penegakan hukum pajak Indonesia masih bersifat dualistik dan fragmentaris, sehingga memerlukan penyelarasan antara sanksi administratif dan pidana. Konsep konvergensi sanksi menempatkan sanksi administratif sebagai instrumen utama dan sanksi pidana sebagai ultimum remedium, yang diterapkan secara selektif berdasarkan tingkat kesalahan dan dampak pelanggaran. Penerapan model konvergensi diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kepastian hukum, efektivitas fiskal, dan perlindungan hak wajib pajak.

Abstract

The study aims to determine student acceptance of the Computer Based Test application at SMK Negeri 1 Sitiung. The type of research used is quantitative with the type of survey research. The method used in this research is the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) method. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis and prerequisite test analysis. Based on the partial research results, the perceived ease of use (PEOU) variable obtained from the tcount value of 3.706> 1.677 with a significant value of 0.001 <0.05 means that H0 is rejected Ha is accepted. The perceived usefulness variable (PU) obtained from the tcount value of 1.841 < 1.677 with a significant value of 0.072> 0.05 means that H0 is accepted Ha is rejected. The attitude towards use (ATU) variable obtained from the tcount value of 6.244> 1.677 with a significant value of 0.001 <0.05 means that H0 is rejected Ha is accepted. Based on simultaneous research, the tcount value is 68,100> 2.80 and the sig value. 0.001 <0.05 this means H0 is rejected Ha is accepted. As for the effect of learning outcomes after using the application, previously students were less active in using the internet or computers since the use of the Computer Based Test application for the learning outcomes themselves, students are more active, especially playing an active role in using the internet.

Abstract

This research aims to explore the relationship between interest in learning and use of laboratory infrastructure on the learning outcomes of class X students in informatics subjects at SMK Negeri 1 Ampek Angkek. This research is a type of survey research with quantitative methods. The sampling technique used was cluster random sampling, the number of samples in the study was taken randomly, totaling 47 students. Based on partial research results, interest in learning was obtained by t-count of 3,418>t-table of 1,678, meaning there was a significant relationship between interest in learning and learning outcomes, utilization of laboratory infrastructure was obtained by t-count of 3,148>t-table of 1,678, meaning there was a significant relationship between laboratory infrastructure and student learning outcomes. Meanwhile, simultaneously interest in learning and laboratory infrastructure shows that the calculated f value is 24,156>f-table 3.21 and the significant value is 0.000<0.05, meaning there is a significant relationship between interest in learning and the use of laboratory infrastructure on student learning outcomes. It can be concluded that interest in learning and utilization of laboratory infrastructure have a significant relationship to the learning outcomes of class.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan media ajar berupa Lembar Kerja Peserta Didik Elektronik Berbasis Problem Solving Berbantuan Liveworksheet pada Materi Bangun Ruang Sisi Datar, serta mengukur kevalidan, kepraktisan, dan keefektifannya. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Research & Development dengan model pengembangan ADDIE yang mencakup tahapan: Analysis, Desain, Development, Implementation, dan Evaluation. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dan tes dengan instrumen berupa lembar wawancara, angket validasi ahli (media, materi, dan bahasa), angket kepraktisan guru dan siswa, serta tes hasil belajar. Analisis data menggunakan skala likert. Hasil validasi menunjukkan nilai kevalidan sebesar 90,8% (ahli materi), 95% (ahli bahasa), dan 89% (ahli media) dengan kategori “Sangat Valid”. Kepraktisan berdasarkan angket guru mencapai 90% dan peserta didik 89,9% dengan kategori “Sangat Praktis”. Efektivitas E-LKPD ditunjukkan dari hasil tes, di mana 85% peserta didik mencapai ketuntasan belajar. Berdasarkan hasil dari pengembangan yang didapatkan oleh peneliti, maka disimpulkan bahwa E-LKPD yang dikembangkan dapat digunakan.
