Abstract

Permasalahan yang dihadapi mitra tingginya harga pakan ikan dari pabrik, hal ini menyebabkan keuntungan dari usahannya sangat rendah. Pengadaan benih lele masih membeli dari daerah lain dan tidak selalu memenuhi jumlah yang dipesan. Hal ini menyebabkan kolam tidak semua terisi, sehingga pendapatannya tidak kontinyu. Selain itu para pembudidaya ikan belum kebanyakan tdak dapat membenihkan sendiri. Untuk itu perlu adanya upaya melalui program kemitraan masyarakat agar para pembudidaya ikan lele Sudi Lestari Dusun Kampung Baru, Desa Bandaran, Kec.Winongan, Kab. Pasuruan mampu membenihkan ikan sendiri untuk memenuhi kebutuhan benih yang selama ini membeli dari luar desa. Penyelesaian permasalahan mitra diatasi dengan beberapa cara : Pertama melalui program pelatihan dan pendampingan tentang teknologi tepat guna laserpunktur untuk mempercepat induk lele matang gonad. Kedua melalui pelatihan dan pendampingan tentang pembuatan pakan formula probiotik untuk mempersiapkan induk lele matang gonad siap dipijahkan guna mempercepat pengadaan benih. Hasil pelatihan dan pendampingan ini pengetahuan masyarakat pembudidaya ikan lele meningkat karena yang dilatihkan ini merupakan teknologi baru dan pembudidaya merasakan puas karena dapat mempersiakan induk lele matang gonad siap dipijahkan untuk menghasilkan benih yang berkualitas dan benih lele tersedia setiap saat serta hemat pakan. Abstract

Produk mikroalga mengalami peningkatan dari waktu ke waktu karena berpotensi menghasilkan beragam bahan kimia dan senyawa aktif biologis seperti vitamin, pigmen karotenoid, protein, lipid dan polisakarida. Selain itu produk mikroalga ini diminati karena memberikan nilai manfaat ekonomi terkait dengan eksploitasi kultur mikroalga secara massal. Namun didalam pelaksanaanya masih banyak ditemukan kendala untuk memproduksi mikroalga ini karena ada beberapa cara budidaya untuk menghasilkan produk mikroalaga yang optimal. Untuk memecahkan masalah ini diperlukan pelatihan dan pendampingan. Tujuan kegiatan pelatihan untuk memberikan informasi dan pengetahuan tentang cara kultivasi spirulina dengan harapan merangsang peserta pelatihan untuk menekuni usaha berbasis spirulina sehingga dapat menggerakkan ekonomi berbasis spirulina. Hasil pelatihan kultivasi spirulina ini bagi peserta didik diperoleh informasi baru mengenai potensi dan manfaat ekonomi dari budidaya spirulina sebagai sumber pakan, sumber pangan dan energi alternatif yang terjangkau dengan teknologi sederhana yang dapat digunakan untuk mewujudkan kemandirian.

Abstract

The desire of the Sumber Rejeki catfish farmer group to do their own hatchery, but often failures, this causes low income and is not continuous. In addition, the groups of farmers also want to increase their knowledge and skills related to the procedures for spawning catfish naturally and semi-naturally until catfish seeds are ready for sale. The aim of training and mentoring is to find a breakthrough solution for easy-to-use technology to spur gonad maturation, accelerate spawning and mass production of seeds in a continuous and continuous manner with laserpuncture induction technology. Measuring the success of training and mentoring participants can operate the laserpuncture unit correctly, can determine the location of the reproductive acupoint correctly and can induce male and female catfish parents with laserpuncture technology correctly and the catfish parent induced by laserpuncture can mature gonads, quickly spawning and producing catfish seeds in bulk and continuously that are ready for sale.

Abstract

Pakan merupakan salah satu faktor menentukan keberhasilan usaha budidaya ikan. Pada umumnya pembudidaya memberikan pakan komersial yang dapat menghabiskan sekitar 60-70% dari total biaya produksinya. Sehingga hal ini merupakan hambatan dalam proses budidaya. Oleh karena itu diperlukan probiotik yang ditambahkan pada pakan komersial agar efisien menurunkan jumlah pakan yang diberikan. Probiotik yang ditambahkan dalam pakan komersial ini mengandung sejumlah bakteri yang dapat memberi kuntungkan karena dapat memperbaiki keseimbangan mikroflora intestinal dan daya cernanya. Sedangkan induksi laserpunktur berperan merangsang pelepasan hormon reproduksi dan pemijahan ikan lele, sehingga apabila dipadukan maka percepatan pengadaan induk lele matang gonad akan segera diperoleh. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberian probiotik dalam pakan komersial dan induk lele diinduksi laserpunktur sebelum dipijahkan terbukti berpengaruh signifikan (P<0.05) terhadap waktu pematangan gonad induk lele betina maupun jantan. Hasil penelitian ini selanjutnya disosialisasikan pada pembudidaya ikan lele di desa Winongan Lor Kabupaten Pasuruan guna mempercepat pengadaan induk lele matang gonad dan siap dipijahkan untuk memproduksi benih. Respon dari para pembudidaya ikan lele setelah mendapatkan pelatihan dan pendampingan ini positif karena memperoleh pengetahuan baru berupa teknologi tepat guna dalam mempercepat induk lele matang gonad siap dipijahkan. Kata kunci: Pakan, probiotik, laserpunktur, matang gonad, produksi benih Abstract The feed is one of the factors determining the success of a fish farming business. In general, farmers provide a commercial feed that can consume about 60-70% of the total cost of production. So this is an obstacle in the cultivation process. Therefore probiotics must be added to commercial feed to efficiently lower the amount of feed given. Probiotics added to this commercial feed contain several bacteria that can benefit because it can improve the balance of the intestinal microflora and its digestive power. While the induction of laserpuncture plays a role in stimulating the release of reproductive hormones and spawning catfish, so that when combined then the acceleration of the procurement of mature catfish brood gonad will be obtained immediately. The results showed that the administration of probiotics in commercial feed and catfish induced by laserpuncture before being colonized proved to have a significant effect (P<0.05) on the maturation of gonads of both female and male catfish. The results of this study were further disseminated to catfish farmers in the Winongan Lor village Pasuruan regency to accelerate the procurement of mature catfish brood gonad and ready to be spawned to produce seeds. The response from catfish farmers after getting training and mentoring is positive because it obtains new knowledge in the form of appropriate technology in accelerating the mother catfish mature gonad ready to be spawned. Abstract

Mud crab was one of the fisheries commodities that havea high economic prospect and good market opportunity, local and export. Soft Laser technology could be achieved using He-Ne and Diode as biostirnulator for fattening, egg maturation stage and duration of mud crab. This research was application experimental that used to Factorial Complete Random Design with treatment laser with wavelength differences (632,8 nm and 635 nm) and Factor II: Control or no treatment, shooted in theeyestalk point (M) and shooted in reproduction point (R) with l O replication. The result of this study indicated that utilization soft laser influence growth and egg maturation stage and duration of mud crab. Treatment shooted laser He-Ne (LI) to produce growth and egg maturation stage and duration of mud crab was betterthan not shooted laser. Treatment shooted soft laser He-Ne (LI) at the eyestalk point to produce better growth as 1,8393 gram and egg maturation stage and duration of mud crab was highest, to produce 2 egg maturation stage of full stage as 4 crabs of9 crabs reached stadia two (LI) with duration of egg maturation means 9,88 ± 2, 15 days and control (1,2233 to growth and egg maruration stage reached 3 crabs to 2 full stage of 7 crabs with duration means 17,33±4,42days).

Abstract

The aim of this research was to increase growth rapid, maturity, and shorthening catfish reproduction cycle in order to produce catfish’s broodstock continously, specially in Boyolali regency. Research was carried out at Janti, Klaten from July to November 2007. The research was an experimental research which tested two groups. One group is control group that used catfish without any treantment, and the other is a group of catfish which is treated by laser. Parameters used in this research are the growth of catfish, Gonad Maturity Index, Gonad Maturity Level, time of maturity and reproduction cycle. Data was analyzed by descriptive analysis and t test. The results show that soft laser shooting on the governoer vessel of catfish would give influence in catfish’s growth, Gonad Maturity Index, Gonad Maturity Level, time of maturity and reproduction cycle. The use of laser shooting not depend on season.

Abstract

The seedling unit of  Mulyorejo  is  one  breeder  catfish  has  implemented  the way of a good and true fish hatchery  system and  quality  of  seeds produced and certified so that many invaded by consumers of catfish enlargement  group. But the problem  is  that  the  UPR  has  not  been  able  to  needs  of  consumers  seed. UPR  is  targeting production of 12 million of seeds during the rainy season, but in reality only able to supply seeds of catfish in the market about 5 million fries so that there is a shortage of 7 million fries. Therefore, it  is  necessary  that  the  appropriate   technology  breakthroughs  Laserpuncture  technology  to accelerate  the provision of gonads mature  broodstock catfish and catfish seed supplies in bulk and  continuously  to  support  the  success,  sustainability  and  development  of  catfish  farming through  socialization.  The  method  is  applied  to  training  programs  for  the  dissemination  of technology laserpuncture as an  effort to accelerate  the broodstock catfish  mature  gonads  and seed production a mass scale in the group breeder catfish "Mulyorejo" in the village of Maguan, followed by giving dempond, operating  practices laserpuncture and induction  laserpuncture in dot reproduction  appropriately  as  well as  assistance  to the  group  breeder    catfish  as  trained partners.  From the results of this socialization, some catfish breeder   has applied laserpuncture technologies   for   spawning   of   broodstock   catfish   and   eggs   were   overripe   oviposition simultaneously  and evenly desperate   in the spawning pond and seeds produced may reach  80-90%, which impacted positively with an increase in revenue.

Abstract

This study aimed to test the speed of spawning and the number of fertilized eggs at the parent catfish (Clarias sp) post-induction laserpuncture and ovaprim. This research was conducted at the Laboratory of Biology, University of PGRI Adi Buana Surabaya. The experimental design used was completely randomized design. The study consisted of three treatments, induction laserpuncture in reproductive acupoint precisely at 2/3 of the ventral body for 15 seconds, giving ovaprim 0.4 ml/kg body weight and control (without induction laserpuncture and without giving ovaprim), each repeated six times. Total catfish male parent used as many as 18 heads and parent female catfish as many as 18 heads of all the conditions are ripe gonads. Number of pools that use a total of 18 pools (for spawning catfish). The data collected is spawning catfish speed and the number of fertilized eggs. The results showed that the induction of laserpuncture precisely at 2/3 the ventral body for 15 seconds reproductive acupoint fastest spawning effect and eggs fertilization hight significant than ovaprim and control. Abstract

Laserpuncture exposure at the reproductive acupoint of broodstock catfishes female shown to speed maturation of the gonads. To accelerate the gonadal maturation broodstock catfish due to exposure needed laserpuncture adequate feed, especially protein content results. if laserpuncture exposure is not balanced feeding containing adequate protein, the lower quality of eggs produced. The purpose of this study to examine whether time, the level of protein in the feed and laserpuncture exposure broodstock catfish female can increase the value of GSI. RAK experimental study using a 3x5x2 factorial pattern was repeated 3 times. Factor 1 is the feed protein level of 30%, 35%, and 40%. Factor 2 is pre-spawning time, weeks 0, 3rd, 6th and 9th. Factor 3 is laserpuncture exposure and control. To get the value of GSI by weighing the weight and gonads. The sample used in this study broodstock catfish 1-year-old female with a weight range from 1100 to 1400 grams have never spawned. GSI value analysis using ANOVA Gen Stat program version 15. Results showed laserpuncture exposure at the reproduction acupoint of which is offset by the provision of feed protein level of 30%, 35% and 40% and the length of time proved to have a significant effect (P <0.05) increase in value GSI. The length of time, giving the feed protein level of 30% and laserpuncture exposure proved effective to increase the value of GSI, gonad maturation time can be accelerated three weeks compared to the control group. Abstract

Bakteri Escheria coli merupakan indikator utama sanitasi lingkungan termasuk air konsumsi. Telah dilakukan penelitian yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan serbuk kaktus centong (Opuntia cochenillifera) terhadap kejernihan, jumlah bakteri total dan E.coli air sungai. Sebanyak 5 perlakuan konsentrasi serbuk kaktus (0, 0,5,1,0, 1,5 dan 2,0 g/l) masing-masing ditambahkan ke dalam 1 l air sungai Jagir. Setelah diaduk merata, campuran dibiarkan selama 3 hari pada suhu ruang, dan disaring menggunakan kertas saring. Pengukuran kerjernihan filtrat dilakukan menggunakan TDS meter, jumlah bakteri total dan E. coli diukur menggunakan metode plate count agar. Semua perlakuan konsentrasi serbuk kaktus diulang 4 kali. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan serbuk kaktus berpengaruh signifikan (P<0,05) terhadap kejernihan, jumlah bakteri total, dan E.coli. Penggunaan serbuk kaktus 2,0 g/l signifikan (P<0,05) dapat meningkatkan kejernihan air sampai 21,5 pt-co, serta menurunkan jumlahbakteri total sampai 1,2 x 102 dan E. coli sampai 0,1 x 101. Hasil penelitian dapat simpulkan bahwa serbuk kaktus centong dapat digunakan sebagai bahan dasar pengolahan air bersih untuk meningkatkan kejernihan dan menurunkan jumlah bakteri total dan E. coli.
