Abstract

Keadaan musim kemarau yang semakin panjang akhir-akhir ini menyebabkan ketersediaan air untuk mencukupi kebutuhan tanaman sayur semakin sedikt. Hal tersebut secara langsung akan berdampak terhadap produktivitas panen sayuran yang dihasilkan nantinya. Tujuan dilaksanakan kegiatan PkM ini yaitu untuk membantu petani sayur yang ada di Desa Mekar Mulya, Kecamatan Sematu Jaya, Kabupaten Lamandau, Provinsi Kalimantan Tengah dalam mengatasi kelangkaan air untuk penyiraman tanaman sayurannya dengan pelatihan pembuatan instalasi irigasi tetes. Metode pelatihan yang digunakan dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan ini adalah pelatihan dengan ceramah mengenai seluk beluk irigasi tetes dan demonstrasi kerja pembuatan instalasi irigasi tetes, serta monitoring dan evaluasi penerapan irigasi tetes. Hasil dari kegiatan ini berhasil menambah keterampilan petani sayur dalam mengantisipasi kekurangan air untuk penyiraman tanaman sayurannya dengan membuat instalasi irigasi tetes sederhana menggunakan bahan-bahan yang murah dan mudah didapatkan. Selain itu dengan teknik irigasi tetes tidak memerlukan tenaga yang sangat besar untuk melakukan penyiraman karena tidak dilakukan setiap hari.

Abstract

The outbreak of the Corona virus or COVID-19 was still a global concern even though it has been declared an endemic in several countries in the world, including Indonesia. However, with the emergence of new variants of this virus, preventive efforts continue to be made to prevent its spread. To prevent the spread of this virus, early detection was important, especially in knowing prospective clients who are positive and reactive to this virus, thus enabling early isolation measures for prospective patients who are taking action. This identification can be carried out in public areas that are the center of community activities. In this study, an intelligent system will be developed that can detect people suspected of COVID-19 through fever and breathing problem symptoms that can provide solutions to prevent the spread of this virus. Identify these symptoms through thermography-based image processing sourced from thermal camera sensors and then look for the possibility of suspected and reactive COVID19. Furthermore, the AI model was used by the early detection system of people suspected of being positive and reactive for COVID-19 using the Deep Neural Network method. This study aims to identify symptoms of fever and respiratory infection through image processing sourced from thermal camera sensors and further diagnose prospective patients who are suspected of being positive and reactive for COVID19 using the CNN method as an intelligent system for early detection of suspected positive and reactive COVID19 patientsIn the process of testing the classification training model, the performance results in the CNN classification process have an accuracy value of more than 88%. Furthermore, a comparison was made between the CNN classification and other classifications, such as SVM, Naive Bayes and Multi-Layer Perceptron (MLP). The results obtained from this comparison have an average percentage of accuracy above 80%. MLP has the lowest accuracy among its classification methods of 83.56%. CNN has the highest accuracy value compared to other methods of 88.68%. Therefore, CNN can be chosen to be the right one for use in the COVID-19 suspect detection system through the recognition of symptoms and respiratory disorders. Based on these performance measurements, the process of detecting COVID19 suspects indicated by health symptoms can be applied to real data.

Abstract

Pasir sering digunakan sebagai media tanam alternatif untuk menggantikan fungsi tanah namun banyak memiliki faktor pembatas dari rendahnya kandungan bahan organik dan rendahnya daya pegang air. Penggunaan pupuk kandang menjadi solusi perbaikan struktur tanah pasir sehingga meningkatkan kemampuan mengikat air meningkat, dan meningkatkan kadar bahan organik pada tanah pasir. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui respon pertumbuhan tanaman jagung pada media tanam pasir yang diberikan pupuk kandang dan urea. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada Oktober-November 2020 di kebun percobaan Politeknik Lamandau, Kabupaten Lamandau. Penelitian merupakan rancangan Faktorial dengan 2 perlakuan dengan 3 ulangan disusun secara Rancangan Acak Kelompok Lengkap (RAKL). Perlakuan pertama yaitu pupuk kandang dengan 2 taraf (P0= tanpa pupuk kandang (0 ton. ha-1), P1= menggunakan pupuk kandang (20 ton. ha-1)). Perlakuan kedua yaitu dosis pupuk urea (N1= pupuk urea dengan dosis 200 kg. ha-1), N2 = pupuk urea dengan dosis 300 kg. ha-1, dan N3 = pupuk urea dengan dosis 400 kg. ha-1). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perlakuan pupuk kandang dan dosis pupuk urea berpengaruh secara nyata secara mandiri dan tidak ada interaksi antar perlakuan. Perlakuan dosis pupuk urea hanya mampu meningkatkan pertumbuhan jagung pada variabel tinggi tanaman pada dosis 200 kg. ha-1. Perlakuan pemberian pupuk kandang 20 ton. ha-1 mampu meningkatkan pertumbuhan jagung pada variabel tinggi tanaman, luas daun, bobot segar tanaman, dan bobot kering tanaman. Pemberian pupuk kandang 20 ton. ha-1 mampu memberikan bobot kering tanaman sebesar 20,50 g. Sedangkan yang tidak diberi pupuk kandang mengalami penurunan bobot kering sebesar 91,02%.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze a strategy for supporting halal certification among SMEs (Small and Medium-sized Enterprises) with a focus on increasing product sales. The approach of Digital Transformation ABCD is employed within the framework of qualitative methodology to evaluate SMEs in the context of halal certification. Within the ABCD approach, this research investigates how SMEs facilitate access to information, convey the value of halal products, engage with the community, and integrate halal information. The results of this study provide practical guidance for SMEs in the process of halal certification support. The objective is to enhance consumer trust and stimulate business growth for SMEs within the context of halal certification. It is expected that these findings will aid SMEs in understanding the necessary steps to obtain halal certification and effectively communicate about it to consumers through their digital platforms. In conclusion, an approach that supports halal certification with a focus on the values of halal and effective communication has the potential to assist SMEs in building consumer confidence and thriving in the market associated with halal certification.

Abstract

Priacanthus tayenus fish, often referred to as Swanggi, were found during fishing activities in the Cituis area, Banten. This indicates that the potential population of this fish remains substantial and has high economic value. A total of 30 fish were obtained, consisting of 11 female fish and 19 male fish. This study used the purposive sampling method. Analysis of the relationship between the length and weight of Swanggi fish from the waters of Cituis showed a correlation coefficient (r) of 0.9305. This figure indicates that the growth of the Swanggi fish is isometric. The length of the Swanggi fish (PB) increases with increasing morphological size. Food availability is thought to influence these correlation results. The availability of food plays a crucial role in the growth process. These correlation results indicate that food availability in the waters is still sufficient to support the life of the Swanggi fish.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze strategies for developing marine ecotourism in Tolandono Island, Wakatobi Regency, Southeast Sulawesi, to support environmental sustainability and improve the welfare of local communities. A qualitative descriptive method with a SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) approach was employed to identify potentials and challenges in ecotourism development. Data were collected through observations, semi-structured interviews with 55 respondents, and focus group discussions (FGD) involving tourism business actors, local communities, tourists, and relevant institutions. The findings reveal that Tolandono Island possesses high marine biodiversity and conservation status, despite challenges such as inadequate infrastructure, low capacity of local human resources, and threats to marine ecosystems from destructive activities and climate change. Four main strategies were formulated: 1) technology-based promotion and development of tourism facilities (SO); 2) human resource training, institutional strengthening, and infrastructure improvement (WO); 3) resource management to address environmental threats (ST); and 4) conservation education and livelihood diversification (WT). The implementation of these strategies is projected to increase tourist visits by 20% annually, contribute up to IDR 2 billion per year to the local economy, and reduce marine ecosystem damage by 25%. This study highlights the importance of collaboration between the government, local communities, and stakeholders to ensure sustainable community-based ecotourism in Tolandono Island.

Abstract

Desa Liya Togo memiliki potensi besar untuk mengembangkan agrowisata pesisir sebagai upaya peningkatan ekonomi lokal berbasis pemberdayaan masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengkaji tingkat partisipasi masyarakat, mengidentifikasi tantangan utama, dan merumuskan strategi pemberdayaan yang adaptif dan berkelanjutan. Studi ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipatif, dan studi dokumentasi. Analisis dilakukan secara tematik untuk menggali keterlibatan masyarakat, hambatan, dan peluang yang ada.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa di Desa Liya Togo, kelompok perempuan dan pemuda berperan aktif dalam budidaya rumput laut, pengolahan singkong menjadi makanan tradisional (Kasoami), minuman herbal (Saraba, Teh Kelor dan Madu Hutan), budidaya bawang merah, serta promosi wisata (Wisata Kebun Edukatif) melalui media sosial. Namun, tantangan seperti infrastruktur jalan yang belum memadai, keterbatasan pelatihan kewirausahaan, dan akses pasar yang terbatas masih menghambat perkembangan agrowisata pesisir. Strategi pemberdayaan yang disarankan meliputi pelatihan rutin berbasis kebutuhan lokal, pembentukan BUMDes wisata, serta integrasi antara agrowisata dan ekowisata bahari.
