Abstract

Phishing is a type of cybercrime that continues to develop with diverse methods, aiming to manipulate victims for the perpetrators’ personal gain. Its complexity raises legal issues, particularly regarding the alignment of phishing definitions within the framework of cybercrime and the applicable legal norms in Indonesia. This study seeks to analyze the concept of phishing from a cybercrime perspective and to evaluate the extent to which Indonesian legal norms—particularly the Electronic Information and Transactions Law (UU ITE)—accommodate phishing practices. It also examines the effectiveness of existing regulations, including the Criminal Code (KUHP), the Personal Data Protection Law (UU PDP), and sectoral regulations issued by the Financial Services Authority (OJK), the Ministry of Communication and Information Technology (Kominfo), and Bank Indonesia (BI). The research method employed is a literature study, drawing on primary legal sources such as legislation, secondary sources such as scholarly works, and court rulings, including Decision No. 28/Pid.Sus/2021/PN Semapura. The findings indicate that the regulation of phishing in Indonesia is still fragmented and lacks comprehensiveness. Provisions in the ITE Law, such as Article 28(1), are often used to prosecute offenders but do not adequately cover the full scope of modern phishing practices. Similarly, the KUHP, PDP Law, and sectoral regulations focus more on system and consumer protection but do not provide clear legal certainty in addressing phishing. Therefore, regulatory reform—particularly amendments to the ITE Law—is necessary to explicitly and comprehensively regulate phishing in order to ensure legal certainty and stronger protection for society.

Abstract

Manajemen diri merupakan kemampuan esensial yang harus dimiliki siswa SMK untuk menghadapi tantangan dunia kerja. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi manajemen diri siswa-siswi SMK Al-Muhtadin Depok, Jawa Barat melalui program pelatihan terstruktur. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi lima tahapan: persiapan, pelaksanaan pelatihan, diskusi dan tanya jawab, evaluasi, serta pendampingan. Pelatihan diikuti oleh 45 siswa kelas XI dan XII dengan materi mencakup manajemen waktu, penetapan tujuan, pengambilan keputusan, dan pengelolaan emosi. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman peserta sebesar 78% berdasarkan pre-test dan post-test. Evaluasi jangka pendek menunjukkan 82% peserta mampu menyusun rencana kegiatan harian dengan lebih terstruktur. Pendampingan pasca-pelatihan selama satu bulan menunjukkan 70% peserta konsisten menerapkan prinsip manajemen diri dalam kegiatan akademik dan persiapan memasuki dunia kerja. Program ini memberikan kontribusi signifikan dalam mempersiapkan siswa SMK menghadapi tantangan profesional dengan keterampilan manajemen diri yang lebih baik.

Abstract

Education is essential in developing high-quality, innovative, and adaptable human resources to meet the challenges of a changing world. The excellence of an educational institution is reflected in the effectiveness of its teaching and learning, which produces skilled and competitive students. Teacher performance plays a crucial role in this process, as teachers are directly involved in planning, implementing, and evaluating learning activities. Optimal teacher performance not only affects the quality of education but also contributes to achieving educational goals. This study examines the impact of work motivation, work discipline, and the work environment on teacher performance. A quantitative approach was used, with a questionnaire as the data collection instrument. The population consisted of 32 teachers, and a saturated sampling technique was applied, with 31 valid questionnaires. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression with SPSS version 31. The results show that work motivation, work discipline, and the work environment significantly influence teacher performance. While work motivation had no significant individual effect, work discipline and the work environment did. Together, these three factors significantly improve teacher performance.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The development of education in the era of globalization has undergone significant changes as a direct result of advances in science and technology. In this situation, building a brand image is one of the important strategies that must be implemented by educational institutions to increase competitiveness and gain trust and legitimacy from the wider community. The strategy can be realized through a differentiation approach, which is creating unique values that distinguish an institution from other institutions. This study aims to examine the strategy of UNIA Prenduan Islamic Boarding School University Student in building a brand image in the community and identifying supporting and inhibiting factors that influence the implementation of the strategy. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study type. Data collection techniques include in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and documentation, while data analysis is carried out using an interactive analysis model: data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing and verification. The results showed that the Islamic Boarding School University Student strategy includes strengthening Islamic identity, using digital media as a means of da'wah, involvement in socio-religious activities, strengthening institutional networks, and exemplary in community life. Supporting factors include institutional support, community participation, internal enthusiasm, and program sustainability. The obstacles faced are limited resources, time management, and diverse community expectations. The findings are expected to be a strategic reference for educational institutions in shaping a strong, positive, and sustainable institutional image in the community.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis model kepemimpinan transformatif kepala sekolah PAUD Unggulan El-Wahied dalam memperkuat karakter keislaman mahasiswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi wawancara mendalam, observasi peserta, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model kepemimpinan transformatif yang diterapkan mencakup empat dimensi utama: pengaruh ideal, motivasi inspirasional, stimulasi intelektual, dan pertimbangan individual. Kepemimpinan kepala sekolah diwujudkan melalui nilai-nilai Islam yang patut dicontoh, mengembangkan visi pendidikan karakter, mendorong inovasi dalam pembelajaran, dan memperhatikan kebutuhan individu siswa dan pendidik. Temuan tersebut menunjukkan bahwa model kepemimpinan transformatif ini efektif dalam memperkuat karakter Islam melalui program pembiasaan, integrasi nilai-nilai agama dalam kurikulum, dan menciptakan lingkungan pendidikan Islam yang kondusif. Penelitian ini berkontribusi pada pengembangan teori kepemimpinan dalam pendidikan Islam anak usia dini dan memberikan implikasi praktis untuk peningkatan kualitas pendidikan karakter di lembaga PAUD
