Abstract

This community development initiative aimed to empower 50 students at SMK Negeri 7 Bandar Lampung through digital entrepreneurship training, specifically leveraging dropshipping and print on demand (POD) business models to enhance their economic adaptability in the digital era. The project employed a structured methodology comprising workshops, hands on technical training, and continuous mentoring sessions focused on platform utilization, product sourcing, design customization, digital marketing, and order fulfillment. Pre and post intervention assessments revealed significant improvements in participants digital literacy, entrepreneurial skills, and business operational competencies. Results demonstrated that 86% of students successfully established functional online stores, with 72% generating initial revenue within three month post-training. Additionally, participant surveys indicated a 95% increase in self efficacy regarding digital venture management and a strong intention to pursue entrepreneurship post-graduation. The initiative underscores the efficacy of targeted skill building in fostering youth economic resilience and reducing barriers to digital market entry.

Abstract

The application of high-performance strength concrete (HPSC) in precast beam systems is gaining attention as a means to enhance construction efficiency and structural performance. Previous studies, such as those by Graybeal, have demonstrated the effectiveness of ultra-high-performance concrete (UHPC) in precast bridge deck applications. Similarly, materials like epoxy grout, epoxy-based grout, and rapid-set concrete have shown favorable properties for accelerating construction processes and improving durability. This research aims to evaluate the feasibility of using HPSC in precast beam connections, specifically to reduce the required length of reinforcement at the joint. The goal is to develop a system that can be effectively implemented in global construction practices. The study investigates a precast beam system using HPSC and compares it to a conventional cast-in-place beam. The focus is on key performance metrics including deflection, ultimate load capacity, and ductility. The influence of compressive strength on reinforcement length reduction is assessed in reference to ACI guidelines, which suggest that higher concrete compressive strength allows for shorter rebar development lengths. The precast beam (P1) utilizing the HPSC system achieved a compressive strength of fc’ = 44.81 MPa at the connection. Compared to the conventional beam (K1), P1 showed improved structural behavior, with a reduced deflection of 40.11 mm at an ultimate load of 110.02 kN, whereas K1 exhibited a deflection of 138.11 mm at an ultimate load of 113.82 kN. The ductility of the HPSC system was measured at 4.81, indicating enhanced deformation capacity under load. The findings confirm that the use of HPSC in precast beam connections not only meets structural requirements but also contributes to a reduction in reinforcement length. This supports faster and potentially more costeffective construction, aligning with global needs for innovative and efficient building practices.

Abstract

This study aims to examine in depth the integration of religious humanism values in digital learning within schools and madrasahs, focusing on the process of meaning transformation experienced by teachers and students. The development of educational technology offers both opportunities and challenges for Islamic education, where religious humanism combining respect for human dignity with spiritual dimensions needs to be systematically embedded in digital learning practices. Transformative Learning theory serves as the primary analytical framework, while Care Ethics and al-Attas's ta'dib concept reinforce the affective, moral, and spiritual aspects. This research employed a qualitative approach with a multi-site case study design in three schools and two madrasahs in Tulungagung, East Java. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, participant observation, and document analysis, then analyzed through reduction, categorization, and theory driven interpretation. The study identified five key findings: (1) shared understanding of religious humanism, (2) value-based digital learning strategies, (3) institutional policy support, (4) integration of values into daily practices, and (5) technical, pedagogical, and cultural challenges addressed through adaptive strategies such as teacher training and digital module development. The resulting conceptual model integrates the primary and supporting theories in a synergistic relationship. The integration of religious humanism values in digital learning has been proven to foster profound meaning transformation, strengthen teacher-student relationships, and enhance the moral and spiritual dimensions of Islamic education, thereby contributing theoretically to contemporary Islamic education development and offering practical guidance for educators and policymakers.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of green accounting and material flow cost accounting (MFCA) on corporate sustainability with good corporate governance (GCG) as a moderating variable. The research population includes 43 textile and garment manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, Malaysia Stock Exchange, and Singapore Exchange from 2021 to 2023. The research method employs panel data regression analysis with a fixed effect model approach. The results indicate that green accounting does not significantly affect corporate sustainability. MFCA in production flow shows a significant negative effect, while MFCA in production costs and production output show no significant effects. GCG strengthens the effect of MFCA production output on sustainability, but weakens the effect of MFCA production flow, and does not moderate the relationship between green accounting and sustainability. These findings indicate that the implementation of environmental accounting has not been optimal in supporting corporate sustainability, and the role of corporate governance varies depending on the dimensions of environmental accounting practices implemented.

Abstract

The coastal waters of West Sekotong possess significant potential in fisheries and marine resources. Seagrass is one of the key biotas contributing nutrients to support the fertility of surrounding waters. This study, conducted from May to July 2021 aimed to identify seagrass species and assess the health status of seagrass bed based on percentage cover and ecological indices. The research method used was purposive sampling with three research stations and systematic random sampling with transects. Based on the research that has been conducted, the following results were obtained seven seagrass species from two families. Hydrocharitaceae families (Enhalus acoroides, Thalassia hemprichii, Halophila ovalis, Halophila minor) and Cymodoceaceae families (Cymodocea rotundata, Cymodocea serrulata, Halodule pinifolia). The highest species density was H. pinifolia (119.47 ind/m²), with the highest important value index at station 1 (H. pinifolia 89%), station 2 (T. hemprichii 205%), and station 3 (E. acoroides 300%). Station 1 had the highest diversity and uninformity index, while station 3 was dominated by single species. Seagrass cover ranged from 31–48.33%, indicating unhealthy conditions, although environmental parameters remained within suitable ranges for seagrass growth.
