Abstract

The Indonesian Ministry of Religion, North Central Timor Regency is the Indonesian government ministry in charge of religious affairs. One of the things that employees of the North Central Timor Regency Ministry of Religion office often complain about is that the leave application system is still conventional, namely using a leave application form. With this conventional method, applying for leave is less effective in the work process and takes a long time. To overcome this problem, the right solution is to build an Android-based employee leave application information system application at the Ministry of Religion of North Central Timor Regency. The programming language used in this research is PHP and framework_laravel and the database used in building the SICUTI application is Mysql, the system development method uses the Mobile-D method. The tests used to test the capabilities of the SICUTI application are carried out in two ways, namely software testing using a black box and user testing by distributing questionnaires to 20 respondents who have used the SICUTI application. From the results of the user testing, the SICUTI application has reached the predetermined criteria, namely with a value of 87.67%, which means the SICUTI application is declared good for use.

Abstract

Pengembangan pariwisata di kabupaten Timor Tengah Utara atau yang biasa disebut kabupaten TTU masih dikatakan sangat minim dan akses menuju lokasi pariwisata sering terkendala oleh lokasi yang belum diketahui dan jalur perjalanan yang ingin dilewati. Selama ini, jika ingin mengunjungi tempat pariwisata yang ada di kabupaten TTU, seorang calon wisatawan dapat bertanya pada orang lain maupun browsing di internet. Tujuan dari pembuatan website peemetaan ini adalah untuk Membangun suatu aplikasi sistem informasi geografis (SIG) dengan mengolah peta google map yang terhubung melalui internet. Untuk membuat model penyajian informasi pariwisata di wilayah Kabupaten Timor Tengah Utara dengan menggunakan sistem informasi geografis (SIG). Untuk memberikan informasi pada masyarakat dan wisatawan mengenai keberadaan lokasi obyek wisata yang ada di Kabupaten Timor Tengah Utara. Metode yang digunakan dalam mengembangkan sistem ini adalah metode waterfall, tahapan yang harus dilalui diantaranya: Identifikasi Masalah dan Tujuan Penelitian, Perumusan Masalah, Analisis Kebutuhan Sistem, Perancangan Sistem, Implementasi Sistem, Pengujian Sistem. Hasil dari pengembangan sistem ini yaitu Sistem informasi geografis pemetaan wisata rumah adat di kabupaten Timor Tengah Utara ini dibuat untuk memudahkan masyarakat dalam mengetahui tempat-tempat wisata rumah adat suku dawan. Sistem ini bisa memetakan tempat-tempat wisata rumah adat yang ada di Kabupaten Timor Tengah Utara.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of the industrial revolution 4.0 on employee competence in Timor Tengah Utara Regency, the effect of competence on employee performance in Timor Tengah Utara Regency, the effect of the 4.0 industrial revolution to employee performance in Timor Tengah Utara Regency, and the indirect effect of the 4.0 industrial revolution. To employee performance in Timor Tengah Utara Regency through Competence as a mediation variable. The method used in this study is quantitative with structural equation modeling (SEM) techniques. The number of samples used was 349 employees in North Central Timor Regency. The results of this research indicate that the industrial revolution 4.0 has a positive and significant effect on employee competence in Timor Tengah Utara Regency, Competence has a positive and significant effect to employee performance in Timor Tengah Utara Regency, the industrial revolution 4.0 has positive but not a significant effect on employee performance in Timor Tengah Utara Regency, and the industrial revolution 4.0 indirectly has a positive and significant effect to employee performance in Timor Tengah Utara Regency through Competence as a mediation variable.

Abstract

Kondisi gizi balita sangat mempegaruhi pertumbuhan dan kesehatan pada balita. Penentuan kondisi gizi balita perlu dilakukan untuk mengetahui presentase kondisi gizi dari balita tersebut. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Puskesmas Mamsena dengan tujuan untuk mengelompokkan kondisi gizi balita dengan sampel penelitian 348 data balita dengan menggunakan data atropometri balita. Antropometri ialah data yang merujuk pada pengukuran masa tubuh atau fisik dari balita. Jenis kelamin, usia, berat badan, tinggi badan, dan lingkar lengan merupakan data antropometri yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini pada 348 balita. Penelitian ini mengimplementasikan  salah satu metode clustering khususnya strategi pengelompokan K-Means, untuk mengelompokkan informasi yang sama menjadi sekumpulan informasi ke dalam kelompok-kelompok tertentu. Metode ini diimplementasikan  dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman python untuk menganalisis data. Jumlah kelompok atau K terbaik diperoleh dengan menggunakan elbow method atau teknik siku dengan jumlah K = 5 yaitu gizi buruk,  gizi kurang, gizi cukup, gizi baik dan kegemukan. Hasil pengelompokan yang diperoleh untuk setiap cluster yaitu cluster nol memiliki presentase = 28, 16 % atau sama dengan 98 data balita, cluster satu memiliki presentase = 16, 95 % atau sama dengan 59 data balita, cluster dua memiliki presentase = 23, 85 % atau sama dengan 83 data balita, cluster tiga memiliki presentase = 16, 09% atau sama dengan 56 data balita dan cluster empat memiliki presentase = 14, 94% atau sama dengan 52 data balita. Evaluasi hasil clustering dilakukan menggunakan metode DBI dengan nilai = 0,2520626580022645. Dari perolehan nilai DBI maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa kualitas hasil custer dengan jumlah K=5 memiliki kualitas yang bagus karena hasil akurasi yang diperoleh mendekati 0.

Abstract

Technology is growing rapidly and has covered almost all areas of life, one of which is education. The learning process at Yaperna Tuamese Elementary School is still experiencing problems in providing learning media and dealing with students who are left behind in material due to illness or activities outside of school. The learning process only uses textbooks in front of the classroom with so few book packages, so students feel bored and lazy to study. So while the concentration on students must be directed specifically at science subjects. Through an Android-based interactive multimedia learning application, students can explore the material independently. The designed media includes text, images, audio, and video to help teachers prepare learning media and maintain students' attention and concentration on lessons. Rapid Application Development (RAD) with 4D mode is the configuration method used. Through the results that have been tested, users feel more interested and more easily understand material with interactive multimedia than those who are used to using textbooks.

Abstract

Abstrak - Sistem informasi pengajuan keuangan yakni salah satu sistem informasi yang bisa mengatasi permasalahan keuangan dan dapat mengelola serta memacu pada pengajuan dana bagi suatu perusahan atau instansi. Fakultas pertanian sains dan kesehatan adalah salah satu instansi yang belum menerapkan sistem informasi pengajuan keuangan dan masih menggunakan secara manual. sehingga data dari setiap pengajuan baik yang sudah diterima maupun yang akan direvisi menjadi tidak terstruktur dan tidak tersimpan dengan rapi. Hal ini tentunya membuat proses semakin lambat dan kurang dapat menunjang kemudahan dalam pengajuan keuangan. Tujuan penelitian ini yakni Memudahkan sistematika kerja yang ada di setiap program studi pada Fakultas Pertanian Sains Dan Kesehatan agar lebih efisien dalam pengajuan keuangan yang di butuhkan oleh setiap program studi yang ada pada Fakultas Pertanian Sains Dan Kesehatan. Penelitiannya memakai bahasa pemrograman PHP xdfts basis data MySQL, yang menggunakan Rapid Application Development Model sebagai pendekatan pengembangan sistem. Untuk membantu fakultas pertanian, sains, dan kesehatan dalam melakukan pelaporan keuangan secara lebih efektif, keluaran penelitian ini adalah sistem informasi pelaporan keuangan. Naturally, this slows down the procedure and makes financial applications more difficult. In order to increase efficiency in submitting the financial applications required by each study program at the Faculty of Agriculture, Science, and Health, this project aims to facilitate the systematic work in each program. The PHP programming language and MySQL database are used in this study's system development process, which is based on the Rapid Application Development Model. The study's output is a financial submission information system that will help the faculty of science, health, and agriculture submit financial applications more effectively. Abstract

Abstrak—Media sosial X merupakan plat form media sosial umum digunakan user untuk berkomunikasi dan menyebarkan informasi berupa tweets. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis sentimen terhadap kondisi Stunting di Indonesia pada media sosial X menggunakan metode Naïve Bayes Classifier dan mengklasifikasinya menjadi tiga kelas yaitu Negatif, Positif, dan Netral. Dengan dibuatnya analisis sentimen kondisi Stunting diIndonesia adalah untuk mempermudah dalam menganalisis ketiga sentimen yaitu Positif Negatif dan Netral. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian untuk mengetahui polaritas sentimen mengenai kondisi stunting diIndonesia pada media sosial X dengan menggunakan metode Naïve Bayes Classifier untuk menhasilkan polaritas dari data training serta menguji akurasi model probabilitas dengan data testing. Berdasarkan hasil analisis sentimen terhadap kondisi stunting diIndonesia didapatkan sentimen positif lebih dominan yaitu sebanyak 526 data, diikuti oleh sentimen negatif 340 data dan sentimen netral 134 data. Setelah proses klasifikasi naïve bayes dilakukan hasil data uji didapatkan sentimen positif sebesar 0.79, sentimen negatif 0,64. Hal ini menandakan bahwa hasil pengujian terhadap data uji dari sentimen komentar pengguna media sosial X Masyarakat Indonesia memiliki representasi nilai positif yang lebih tinggi terkait kasus stunting yang ada diindonesia.Kata kunci: Stunting, Naïve Bayes Classifier Abstract —Social media X is form plateSocial media is commonly used by users to communicate and spread information in the form of tweets. This research aims to analyze sentiment towards the condition of Stunting in Indonesia on social media X using the Naïve Bayes Classifier method and classify it into three classes, namely Negative, Positive and Neutral. By creating a sentiment analysis of Stunting conditions in Indonesia, it is to make it easier to analyze the three sentiments, namely Positive Negative and Neutral. Based on the results of research to determine the polarity of sentiment regarding stunting conditions in Indonesia on social media X using the Naïve Bayes Classifier method to produce polarity from training data and test the accuracy of the probability model with testing data. Based on the results of sentiment analysis regarding stunting conditions in Indonesia, it was found that positive sentiment was more dominant, namely 526 data, followed by negative sentiment 340 data and neutral sentiment 134 data. After the naïve Bayes classification process was carried out, the test data results obtained positive sentiment of 0.79, negative sentiment of 0.64. This indicates that the test results on test data from the sentiment of comments from social media user X Indonesian society have a higher representation of positive values regarding stunting cases in Indonesia.Keywords: Stunting, Naïve Bayes Classifier

Abstract

Abstrak - SIMLITMAS merupakan sebuah sistem informasi yang digunakan untuk mengirimkan usulan, melaporkan progres kegiatan, dan melaporkan hasil kegiatan (penelitian dan pengabdian kepada masyarakat) yang berbasis internet (online). SIMLITMAS Pada universitas timor telah diterapkan namun terdapat kekurangan pada beberapa fitur dimana tidak terdapat menu penilaian untuk menilai hasil jurnal yang diupload serta fiturnya masih polos dan kurang menarik. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk membangun sebuah sistem informasi manajemen penelitian dan pengabdian kepada masyarakat (SIMLITMAS) berbasis web di Universitas Timor agar terlihat menarik dan menambah fitur – fitur yang masih kurang pada SIMLITMAS sebelumnya. Penelitian ini menerapkan waterfall sebagai metode pengembangan sistem informasi manajemen penelitian dan pengabdian kepada masyarakat (SIMLITMAS). Hasil penelitian ini yakni sistem SIMLITMAS dapat membantu pihak Universitas timor dalam melakukan penelitian dan pengabdian kepada masyarakat secara mudah, efektif dan terlihat menarik. Kata Kunci: Simlitmas, Sistem Informasi, Waterfall, Website, Universitas Timor. Abstract - SIMLITMAS is an information system used to send proposals, report activity progress, and report the results of activities (research and community service) based on the internet (online). SIMLITMAS has been implemented at Timor University but there are deficiencies in several features where there is no assessment menu to assess uploaded journal results and the features are still plain and less attractive. The aim of this research is to build a web-based research and community service management information system (SIMLITMAS) at the University of Timor so that it looks attractive and adds features that were still lacking in the previous SIMLITMAS. This research applies waterfall as a method for developing a research and community service management information system (SIMLITMAS). Abstract

The Poultry Jaya farmer group is in the city of Kefamenanu, the native chicken farming system of the Jaya Poultry Group is still conventional. One of the main problems faced by this group is the lack of monitoring and controlling the temperature of the cage as well as monitoring the ammonia gas produced by chicken droppings. Temperature and ammonia gas levels have a major impact on chicken growth and health. To overcome this problem, it is necessary to implement Internet of Things (IoT) technology integrated with Android applications. This technology allows automatic and periodic monitoring of cage temperature and ammonia gas levels. Farmers can access information via the Android app and take necessary action if significant changes occur. This community service aims to build tools and systems for automatic temperature control and IoT-based ammonia levels integrated with Android, as well as introducing technology and providing training and assistance to the Unggas Jaya farmer group regarding IoT technology in chicken coop management. With the existence of IoT technology, it is hoped that the behavior patterns of farmers will change to become more modern and efficient. This technology can help improve poultry farming performance, reduce risks, and provide convenience in cage management so that it will bring positive changes to the productivity and welfare of farmers. Keywords: Poultry Jaya farmer group; chicken coop; Internet of Things (IoT)

Abstract

Each type of robusta and arabica coffee grown in different places will have significant differences in shape and taste because the coffee itself has a rich taste. Each type also has a different price depending on the grade and taste produced. So far, knowing the types of Robusta and Arabica coffee from Timor is only based on sight and knowledge, so it does not rule out the possibility of errors due to differences of opinion for each assessment, because of this a classification system for Timor coffee beans was developed. using digital image processing techniques. In classifying coffee images, an algorithm is needed that can work properly according to the characteristics of the data to be processed. The feature extraction process is carried out using the Gray Level Co Occurrence Matrix (GLCM) method, which is a texture-based feature extraction method that aims to obtain information from an image to be classified. The classification process is carried out by comparing the Distance Space in the K-Nearest Neighbors (K-NN) method. The data used in this study were 200 datasets which were divided into 150 training data and 50 test data, with the distribution of datasets using the Holdout method. The performance of K-Nearest Neighbors with the GLCM feature which gives the best results is the Euclidean Distance space with 1 Neighbors with an accuracy result of 88%.
